前記嵌合部材に形成された貫通孔に挿入不可能な形状ないし大きさを有する本体と、
前記本体から突出し、前記貫通孔に対して該貫通孔の一端側から挿入されて他端側からその一部が露出する挿通が可能であり、この挿入の際に縮径する略円柱状の軸体とを有し、
前記軸体の先側領域は略筒状を呈し、該先側領域の先端部分を周方向に三つ割にしてあり、先側領域における前記先端部分を除いた部分は周方向に連続する筒状を呈するとともに、前記軸体の外周面には、前記貫通孔の他端側の開口縁に係止可能な係止突起を設けてある保持用部材。 A retaining member for retaining a female or male fitting member constituting an elastically engaging snap button at a predetermined position on a fabric of a garment or the like,
