前記受け板2の下面には固定ボルト4が固着(溶着)してあり、固定ボルト4の先端側は前記受け縁3から突出している。そしてその突出長は、固定ボルト4が、取り付けるべき支柱11を貫通して、その先端部が支柱11の対向側から突出する寸法としてある。
