前記EV走行から前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを駆動源とするHEV走行への切り替え時に前記ブレーキを解放することで前記内燃機関を始動させるように構成されてもよい。
前記第2回転要素は、前記第1遊星歯車機構のキャリヤで構成されると共に前記電動機が接続され、
前記第3回転要素は、前記第1遊星歯車機構のリングギヤで構成されると共に前記内燃機関が接続されてもよい。
前記電動機の慣性質量としての電動機慣性質量と、
前記第1~3回転要素のうち前記変速機に接続される回転要素の歯数に対する前記内燃機関に接続される回転要素の歯数の比としての第1ギヤ比と、
前記第1~3回転要素のうち前記第4回転要素の回転数に対する前記電動機に接続される回転要素の歯数の比としての第2ギヤ比と、によって設定され、
前記イナーシャ慣性質量及び前記第2ギヤ比は、
前記電動機慣性質量と前記第1ギヤ比との関係に対してつり合うように設定されてもよい。
また、イナーシャ慣性質量及び第2ギヤ比を、内燃機関のトルク変動の変速機側への伝達に寄与する電動機慣性質量と第1ギヤ比との関係に対してつり合うように設定するので、より効果的に内燃機関のトルク変動を抑制することができる。

前記電動機慣性質量をImとし、前記イナーシャ慣性質量をIiとし、前記第1ギヤ比をλ1とし、前記第2ギヤ比をλ2としたとき、次式を満たすように構成されてもよい。

これにより、第3回転要素X3に入力されるエンジン2のトルク変動による変速機4側にトルク変動が伝達されることが抑制できる。

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関と、電動機と、変速機とを動力伝達可能に連結する遊星歯車機構を備えたハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置であって、
前記内燃機関をハウジングに対して断接するブレーキを有し、
前記遊星歯車機構は、第1遊星歯車機構と第2遊星歯車機構とを備え、
前記遊星歯車機構は、前記第1遊星歯車機構を構成する3つの回転要素のいずれか1つを、それぞれ含む、第1回転要素と、第2回転要素と、第3回転要素と、前記第2遊星歯車機構を構成する3つの回転要素のいずれか1つを含む第4回転要素とを有し、
前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素にはそれぞれ、前記内燃機関と前記電動機と前記変速機のいずれか1つがそれぞれ接続され、
前記第4回転要素が、前記第1から第3回転要素のうち前記変速機に接続された回転要素に連結された部材に噛合うと共に、前記内燃機関のトルク変動が前記変速機側へ伝達されることを抑制するためのイナーシャ部材として構成されたハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記各回転要素の回転数を幾何学的に表す速度線図上に、前記回転要素を表すと共に縦に延びる速度軸を、前記遊星歯車機構の歯数比に応じた間隔で一方の端から他方の端へ向かって横軸に沿って並べ、前記一方から順番に前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、前記第3回転要素とし、前記第1回転要素又は前記第3回転要素よりも前記一方側又は前記他方側に配置された前記回転要素を前記第4回転要素とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1遊星歯車機構を構成する3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素と前記第2遊星歯車機構を構成する3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素とがそれぞれ連結されて、前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素のうちの2つを構成する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記電動機のみを駆動源とするEV走行時に前記ブレーキを締結し、
前記EV走行から前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを駆動源とするHEV走行への切り替え時に前記ブレーキを解放することで前記内燃機関を始動させるように構成された請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記HEV走行時に締結されると共に、前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素と前記第4回転要素のいずれか2つの回転要素を断接するクラッチをさらに備える請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記HEV走行時に締結されると共に、前記第4回転要素を前記ハウジングに対して断接する前記ブレーキとは異なるイナーシャ用ブレーキを更に備える請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1回転要素は、前記第1遊星歯車機構のサンギヤで構成されると共に前記変速機が接続され、
前記第2回転要素は、前記第1遊星歯車機構のキャリヤで構成されると共に前記電動機が接続され、
前記第3回転要素は、前記第1遊星歯車機構のリングギヤで構成されると共に前記内燃機関が接続される請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記イナーシャ部材の慣性質量としてのイナーシャ慣性質量は、
前記電動機の慣性質量としての電動機慣性質量と、
前記第1~3回転要素のうち前記変速機に接続される回転要素の歯数に対する前記内燃機関に接続される回転要素の歯数の比としての第1ギヤ比と、
前記第1~3回転要素のうち前記第4回転要素の回転数に対する前記電動機に接続される回転要素の歯数の比としての第2ギヤ比と、によって設定され、
前記イナーシャ慣性質量及び前記第2ギヤ比は、
前記電動機慣性質量と前記第1ギヤ比との関係に対してつり合うように設定される請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第4回転要素が、前記第1回転要素よりも前記一方側に配置される場合において、
前記電動機慣性質量をImとし、前記イナーシャ慣性質量をIiとし、前記第1ギヤ比をλ1とし、前記第2ギヤ比をλ2としたとき、次式を満たす請求項2を引用する請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
λ1・Im=1/λ2(1/λ2-(1+λ1))・Ii - 前記第4回転要素が、前記第3回転要素よりも前記他方側に配置される場合において、
前記電動機慣性質量をImとし、前記イナーシャ慣性質量をIiとし、前記第1ギヤ比をλ1とし、前記第2ギヤ比をλ2としたとき、次式を満たす請求項2を引用する請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
