Claims (2)
- 自動運転と手動運転とを切り替え可能であり、手動運転中の運転特性を学習し、前記運転特性の学習値を自動運転中の制御に反映する車両の制御装置であって、
前記運転特性の学習値は、前記手動運転中における運転者以外の乗員の状態と、前記運転特性とが紐づけられており、
前記手動運転中における前記運転者以外の前記乗員の状態には、少なくとも前記運転者以外の前記乗員の有無が含まれており、
前記運転者のみが存在する車内状態を第1車内状態とし、前記運転者以外の乗員も存在する車内状態を第2車内状態とし、前記運転特性の学習値は、前記第2車内状態のほうが前記第1車内状態よりも緩慢な運転特性となるように設定されており、
前記手動運転中における前記第1車内状態で学習した前記運転特性の学習値である第1運転特性、及び、前記手動運転中における前記第2車内状態で学習した前記運転特性の学習値である第2運転特性のそれぞれにおける各種項目毎に急峻及び緩慢の度合いを、予め設定されている複数の水準の中で最も近い水準にそれぞれ設定することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記運転特性の学習値には、さらに前記運転者の心理状態が紐づけられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
