Description
Claims (9)
- 材料の表面(2)上にコーティング(1)を塗布する方法であって、
プラズマ活性化水素が生じるように、水素分子が励起されるプラズマ化学プロセスを用いて、前記材料の前記表面(2)を前処理する工程(Sl)と、
前記材料の前記前処理された表面(2)上に、PVD方法を用いて酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)を塗布する工程(S2)と
を含み、
前記材料は、3(Al2O3)×2(SiO2)および/もしくはAl2O3-SiO2化合物であり、
前記プラズマ化学プロセスを用いた前記前処理は、前記材料の前記表面(2)のシリコン含有相から、シリコンが除去されるように実施され、
前記プラズマを用いた前記前処理は、前記材料の前記前処理された表面(2)が実質的にα-Al2O3を有するように行われ、
前記材料と前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)との間の境界領域(7)に、前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)中に向けられた先端部(8)を有するスパイク状構造体(6)が形成され、
前記スパイク状構造体(6)が、50nmと200nmとの間の幅bと、l00nmと500nmとの間の高さhを有し、
前記幅bは、前記材料と前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)との間の界面に対して平行に測定された幅であり、
前記高さhは、前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)の層厚に対して平行に測定された高さである、方法。 - 前記プラズマ化学プロセスが、5×10-3mbarと5×10-2mbarとの間の全圧力で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記PVD方法が、反応性陰極スパーク蒸着またはスパッタリングである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)が、実質的に単相の層として塗布される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)が、金属マクロ粒子を有する層として析出される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)が、クロム、チタン、ハフニウム、イットリウム、エルビウム、シリコンおよび/またはジルコニウムを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塗布された前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)を、900℃と1400℃との間の範囲の温度で、15分と60分との間の期間で熱処理する工程(S3)
を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 塗布された前記酸化アルミニウム含有層(4)を、酸素プラズマを用いて、酸化させる工程(S4)
を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - プラズマ化学プロセスを用いて、前記材料の前記表面(2)を前記前処理する前に、前記材料の前記表面(2)に、アルミニウム含有材料を浸透させる工程
を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
