Description

The present invention relates to a walkway plate that forms a walkway on a folded-plate roof.

For example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known as a walkway installed for maintenance and construction on a folded-plate roof. This walkway is installed on the top surface of a folded-plate roof constructed by laying folded plates on the beams of the roof structure, in the same direction as the fold lines of the folded plates. A support material is placed across at least two adjacent peaks of the folded-plate roof, and both ends of the support material are fixed using the roof connecting bolts used to construct the folded-plate roof. A walkway material is placed on top of the support material in the same direction as the fold lines of the folded plates, and both ends of a fixing band that presses the top surface of the walkway material in the transverse direction are fixed to the support material by bolts. This allows workers performing maintenance and construction on the folded-plate roof to walk without difficulty on the uneven shape of the folded-plate roof.

However, in the walkway of Patent Document 1, both ends of the fixing band that presses the top surface of the walkway material in the cross direction are fixed to the receiving material by bolt connections, making it difficult to install the walkway material without gaps in the direction perpendicular to the fold lines.

Patent Document 1 also discloses a walkway that is installed on the top surface of a folded-plate roof constructed by laying folded plates on the beams of a roof frame, in an arrangement perpendicular to the fold lines of the folded plates, in which walkway materials are placed on each peak of the folded-plate roof in an arrangement perpendicular to the fold lines of the folded-plate roof, and both ends of the fixing bands that press the top surface of the walkway materials in the cross direction are fixed using the roof connecting bolts used to construct the folded-plate roof. According to this walkway, although the walkway material can be extended in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines, it is difficult to install the walkway material without gaps in the same direction as the fold lines, because both ends of the fixing bands that press the top surface of the walkway material in the cross direction are fixed using the roof connecting bolts used to construct the folded-plate roof.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a walkway plate that allows the laying of walkways in both the same direction as the fold lines of the folded plate roof and in a direction perpendicular to them.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a walkway plate that is installed on the peaks of a folded-plate roof via a long intervening member that extends in the same direction as the fold lines of the folded-plate roof to form a walkway, and is characterized in that a convex portion is formed at one end in the left-right direction and a concave portion that fits into the convex portion is formed at the other end, the convex portion is fixed to one intervening member fixed to one peak of the folded-plate roof, the other end is fixed to another intervening member fixed to the other peak of the folded-plate roof, and one edge portion and the other edge portion in the front-rear direction are parallel to each other.

The intervening member may be fixed to the peak portion of the folded-plate roof by clamping the seam portion that protrudes upward at the peak portion of the folded-plate roof.

The intervening member may have a groove formed therein, and the protruding portion may have an insertion hole formed therein, and the protruding portion may be fixed to the first intervening member by screwing a bolt inserted into the insertion hole into a nut of a nut-equipped plate inserted into the groove of the first intervening member. At this time, the other end may have a notch formed therein, and the other end may be fixed to the other intervening member by screwing a bolt inserted into the notch into a nut of a nut-equipped plate inserted into the groove of the other intervening member.

Furthermore, a bent piece bent downward may be formed on the one edge portion or the other edge portion so as not to interfere with the one intervening member and the other intervening member when the convex portion is fixed to the one intervening member and the other end portion is fixed to the other intervening member.

The walkway plate of the present invention makes it possible to lay the walkway in the same direction as the fold lines of the folded plate roof, as well as in a direction perpendicular to them.

The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the walkway plate 1 according to this embodiment is installed on the peak 2 of a folded-plate roof 4 having peaks 2 and valleys 3 via a long mounting bracket 6 that extends in the same direction as the fold lines 5 of the folded-plate roof 4, forming a walkway 7. The mounting bracket 6 is fixed to the peak 2 by clamping the seam 8 that protrudes upward from the peak 2.

As shown in Figure 2, the walkway plate 1 is a stainless steel plate with a convex portion 10 formed at one end 9 in the left-right direction (perpendicular to the plane of the paper in Figure 2(b)) of a rectangle, and a concave portion 12 with a roughly inverted concave-convex shape that fits into the convex portion 10 formed at the other end 11, and one (front) edge portion 13 and the other (rear) edge portion 14 in the front-to-rear direction (left-to-right direction in Figure 2(b)) are straight and parallel to each other.

The walkway plate 1 is formed with anti-slip sections 15 to prevent workers from slipping when walking, and drainage holes 16 to allow rainwater and the like to drain. In addition, the protruding section 10 is formed with an insertion hole 17, the end section 11 is formed with a notch 18, and the peripheral section 13 and peripheral section 14 are formed with bent pieces 19 and 20, respectively, which are bent downward so as not to interfere with the mounting bracket 4 when the walkway plate 1 is attached to the mounting bracket 6.

As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting bracket 6 includes long aluminum split brackets 21 and 22, a bolt 23 that passes through a through hole (not shown) formed in each of the split brackets 21 and 22, and a nut 24 that screws onto the bolt 23. A clamping portion 25 is formed at the bottom of the split bracket 21, and a clamping portion 26 is formed at the bottom of the split bracket 22. With the clamping portion 25 and the clamping portion 26 clamping the seam portion 8, the split brackets 21 and 22 are fastened by the bolt 23 and the nut 24, and the mounting bracket 6 is fixed to the mountain portion 2 so as to be aligned in the same direction as the fold marks 5 of the folded plate roof 2.

At the top of the mounting bracket 6, a groove 27 is formed between the split brackets 21 and 22, with narrow upper and lower portions and a wide middle portion. A nut plate 28, as shown in FIG. 4, is inserted into the groove 27. The nut plate 28 is formed by welding a nut 31 to a plate body 30 having an insertion hole 29 formed therein, so that the nut 31 is aligned with the insertion hole 29. The plate body 30 is inserted into the wide middle portion of the groove 27, and the nut 31 is positioned at the narrow lower portion of the groove 27.

As shown in Figure 5, the protruding portion 10 of the walkway plate 1 is placed on the upper surfaces 32, 33 of the split brackets 21 and 22 of one mounting bracket 6 (the left mounting bracket 6 in Figures 5 and 6) fixed to one peak 2 of the folded-plate roof 4, and the bolt 35, which passes through the insertion hole 17 via the washer 34, is inserted through the insertion hole 29 of the nut-equipped plate 28 inserted into the groove 27 of the mounting bracket 6 and screwed into the nut 31, thereby fixing it to the one mounting bracket 6.

The end 11 of the walkway plate 1 is placed on the upper surfaces 32, 33 of the split brackets 21 and 22 of another mounting bracket 6 (the right mounting bracket 6 in Figures 5 and 6) that is fixed to the other ridge 2 adjacent to the first ridge 2 of the folded-plate roof 4, and the bolt 37 that passes through the notch 18 via the washer 36 is inserted through the insertion hole 29 of the nut-equipped plate 28 inserted into the groove 27 of the mounting bracket 6 and screwed into the nut 31, thereby fixing it to the other mounting bracket 6.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the walkway plate 1 is installed so that it spans one mounting bracket 6 and the other mounting bracket 6, and in this state, the bent pieces 19 and 20 do not interfere with either mounting bracket 6.

When the walkway plates 1 are installed in the same direction to lay the walkway 7 in the same direction as the fold lines 5 of the folded-plate roof 4, the next walkway plate 1 can be fixed to a pair of mounting brackets 6 (one mounting bracket 6 and the other mounting bracket 6) so that it is located in front of the walkway plate 1 already fixed to the pair of mounting brackets 6. At this time, the edge portion 14 of the next walkway plate 1 is parallel to and in contact with (or close to) the edge portion 13 of the already fixed walkway plate 1, and the two walkway plates 1 are installed side by side without any gaps (completely without any gaps or with a small gap). The next walkway plate 1 may be placed behind the already fixed walkway plate 1 so that its edge portion 13 is in contact with (or close to) the edge portion 14 of the already fixed walkway plate 1.

When the walkway plates 1 are installed in a line in order to lay the walkway 7 in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines 5 of the folded-plate roof 4, the next walkway plate 1 can be fixed to one mounting bracket 6 and the mounting bracket 6 adjacent to the left of the first mounting bracket 6 so that it is located to the left of the walkway plate 1 already fixed to the first mounting bracket 6. At this time, the recess 12 of the next walkway plate 1 fits into and contacts (or is close to) the protrusion 10 of the already fixed walkway plate 1, and the two walkway plates 1 are arranged side by side without any gaps (completely without gaps or with a small gap). The next walkway plate 1 may be placed to the right of the already fixed walkway plate 1 so that its protrusion 10 contacts (or is close to) the recess 12 of the already fixed walkway plate 1.

The walkway plate 1 in this embodiment is installed on the peak 2 of the folded-plate roof 4 via a long mounting bracket 6 that extends in the same direction as the fold lines 5 of the folded-plate roof 4, forming a walkway 7. A convex portion 10 is formed at one end 9 in the left-right direction, and a concave portion 12 that fits into the convex portion 10 is formed at the other end 11. The convex portion 10 is fixed to one mounting bracket 6 fixed to one peak 2 of the folded-plate roof 4, and the end 11 is fixed to another mounting bracket 6 fixed to the other peak 2 of the folded-plate roof 4. The edge portion 13 of the first plate and the edge portion 14 of the second plate are parallel to each other, so when the plates are arranged in the same direction as the fold lines 5 of the folded plate roof 4, the edge portion 13 or the edge portion 14 of the adjacent walkway plate 1 contacts (or is close to) the edge portion 14 or the edge portion 13 of the adjacent walkway plate 1, and when the plates are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines 5 of the folded plate roof 4, the convex portion 10 or the concave portion 12 contacts (or is close to) the concave portion 12 or the convex portion 10 of the adjacent walkway plate 1, and the plates are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines 5 of the folded plate roof 4. Therefore, the walkway plate 1 makes it possible to lay the walkway 7 in the same direction as the fold lines 5 of the folded plate roof 4 and in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines 5.

Here, the mounting bracket 6 is fixed to the peak portion 2 of the folded-plate roof 4 by clamping the seam portion 8 that protrudes upward at the peak portion 2 of the folded-plate roof 4, and a known mounting bracket for installing equipment, etc. on a folded-plate roof can also be used as the mounting bracket 6.

In addition, a groove 27 is formed in the mounting bracket 6, and an insertion hole 17 is formed in the protruding portion 10 of the walkway plate 1. The protruding portion 10 is fixed to the mounting bracket 6 by screwing the bolt 35 inserted into the insertion hole 17 into the nut 31 of the nut-equipped plate 28 inserted into the groove 27, so that the protruding portion 10 can be easily fixed to the mounting bracket 6.

Similarly, a notch 18 is formed in the end 11 of the walkway plate 1, and the end 11 is secured to the mounting bracket 6 by screwing a bolt 37 inserted into the notch 18 into a nut 31 of a nut-equipped plate 28 inserted into a groove 27 of the mounting bracket 6, making it easy to secure the end 11 to the mounting bracket 6. In this embodiment, the notch 18 extends in the left-right direction, so the mounting position of the walkway plate 1 relative to the mounting bracket 6 in the left-right direction (extension direction of the notch 18) can also be adjusted.

Furthermore, on the edge portions 13 and 14 of the walkway plate 1, the convex portion 10 is fixed to one mounting bracket 6, and the end portion 11 is fixed to the other mounting bracket 6. The bent pieces 19 and 20 are bent downward so as not to interfere with the one mounting bracket 6 and the other mounting bracket 6, respectively. Therefore, the walkway plate 1 is reinforced by the bent pieces 19 and 20, and the plate thickness can be made thin.

The above describes examples of embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to those described above and may be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.

For example, in the above embodiment, the peripheral portion 13 and the peripheral portion 14 are parallel in a straight line, but they may be parallel in a curved line, etc., and the bent pieces 19 and 20 may not be formed on both the peripheral portion 13 and the peripheral portion 14, but may be formed on one or neither.

In addition, in order to insert a bolt for fastening to the mounting bracket 6, a notch or the like may be formed in the protrusion 10 instead of the through hole 17, or a through hole or notch or the like may be formed in the end 9 instead of the protrusion 10, or a through hole or the like may be formed in the end 11 instead of the notch 18, and a handrail 38 may be provided together with the walkway plate 1 as shown in FIG. 7.

Furthermore, the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 as well as the edge portion 13 and the edge portion 14 of the walkway plate 1 may be changed to various shapes. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the width of the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 in the front-to-rear direction may be narrowed (FIG. 8(a)), the edges of the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 may be curved (FIG. 8(b)), the edges of the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 may be wedge-shaped (FIG. 8(c)), the edge portions 13, 14 may be inclined with respect to the fold line 5 of the folded plate roof 4 (FIG. 8(d)), or the convex portion 10 and the concave portion 12 may be moved closer to the rear edge portion 14 (FIG. 8(e)).
