Description

The present invention relates to a liquid dentifrice container and a tooth brushing kit.

Patent Document 1 discloses a portable bag containing liquid dentifrice (hereinafter, "portable bag"). This portable bag contains the amount of liquid dentifrice required for one tooth brushing session. When a user wants to brush their teeth while out and about, they open the portable bag and take out the liquid dentifrice.

However, after brushing their teeth, users need to expel the fluid containing the used toothpaste from their mouth. For this reason, it is difficult to brush teeth in places without sewerage facilities, such as bathrooms.

A liquid dentifrice container for solving the above problem includes a container body having a first storage section with a first opening and a second storage section with a second opening and isolated from the first storage section, liquid dentifrice stored in the first storage section, a first lid that seals the first opening, a coagulant stored in the second storage section, and a second lid that seals the second opening.

According to this configuration, the user first opens the first opening and removes the liquid dentifrice contained in the first container through the first opening. The user then brushes their teeth using the liquid dentifrice. Next, the drained liquid containing the used liquid dentifrice is discharged into a cup such as a paper cup. Next, the second opening is opened and the coagulant contained in the second container is removed through the second opening. The coagulant is then poured into the cup. Next, the drained liquid and the coagulant in the cup are stirred and mixed to coagulate the drained liquid. The coagulated drained liquid is then discarded together with the cup.

In addition, because liquid dentifrice is used to brush teeth, there is no need to rinse the dentifrice remaining in the mouth after brushing. This reduces the amount of drained liquid. This also reduces the amount of coagulant required to solidify the drained liquid.

Therefore, even in a place without a sewerage system, such as a washroom, tooth brushing and disposal of the wastewater generated by the tooth brushing can be easily performed.
In the above-mentioned liquid dentifrice container, it is preferable that the container body is cylindrical, the first opening is provided at a first end of the container body, and the second opening is provided at a second end of the container body opposite the first end.

With this configuration, the drainage liquid and the coagulant in the cup can be stirred using the cylindrical container body. This eliminates the need for a separate spoon for stirring. This makes it even easier to process the drainage liquid.

In addition, according to the above configuration, the first opening and the second opening are located at the first end and the second end of the container body, respectively. This makes it less likely that the second lid will be removed by mistake when removing the first lid.

In the liquid dentifrice container described above, it is preferable that the second lid is made of a water-soluble sheet.
According to this configuration, when the second end of the container body is immersed in the drainage liquid in the cup, the second lid dissolves. This allows the coagulant contained in the second container to be poured into the cup through the second opening. This eliminates the need to remove the second lid from the container body. This makes it easier to process the drainage liquid.

In addition, the above configuration makes it difficult to remove the second lid body using fingers. This effectively prevents mistakes such as accidentally removing the second lid body when removing the first lid body.

The toothbrushing kit for solving the above problem includes a cup having a cup opening, a cap that is detachable from the cup and configured to cover the cup opening, and a liquid dentifrice container, the liquid dentifrice container being housed inside the cup and the cap.

With this configuration, there is no need to prepare a separate cup for discharging the drained liquid. This makes it easier to dispose of the drained liquid. In addition, because the liquid dentifrice container is housed inside the cup and cap, the liquid dentifrice container and the cup can be easily carried around.

In the toothbrush kit, the cap comprises a cap body having a cap peripheral wall and a cap bottom wall, and a cover, and the cap peripheral wall and the cap bottom wall form an outer storage section that opens to the outside when the cap body is attached to the cup, and the cover is preferably detachable from the cap body and configured to cover the opening of the outer storage section.

First, the user removes the cover from the cap body and transfers the liquid dentifrice into the outer container. Then, the user brushes their teeth while holding the liquid dentifrice in the outer container in their mouth in multiple doses.

According to the above configuration, the cap body containing liquid dentifrice can be temporarily placed in a stable position during tooth brushing.
Furthermore, according to the above configuration, by attaching the cover to the cap body after use, it is possible to prevent the liquid dentifrice remaining in the outer container from leaking out to the outside.

According to the above-mentioned configuration, by leaving a small amount of liquid dentifrice in the outer container, the toothbrush B can be rinsed with the liquid dentifrice after use.
In addition, a toothbrushing kit for solving the above problem includes a cup having a cup opening, a cap configured to cover the cup opening, and a liquid toothpaste and a coagulant contained separately inside the cup and the cap.

First, the user removes the cap from the cup and takes out the liquid dentifrice contained therein. The user then brushes their teeth using the liquid dentifrice. Next, the drained liquid containing the used liquid dentifrice is discharged into the cup. Next, the drained liquid in the cup is stirred and mixed with a coagulant to coagulate the drained liquid. The coagulated drained liquid is then discarded together with the cup.

In addition, because liquid dentifrice is used to brush teeth, there is no need to rinse the dentifrice remaining in the mouth after brushing. This reduces the amount of drained liquid. This also reduces the amount of coagulant required to solidify the drained liquid.

Therefore, even in a place without a sewerage system, such as a washroom, tooth brushing and wastewater disposal can be easily performed.
In the toothbrush kit, it is preferable that the cap is configured to be freely attached and detached to the cup.

According to this configuration, after the used liquid dentifrice is discharged into the cup, the cap can be attached to the cup to cover the opening of the cup. Then, by shaking the cup and the cap, the liquid and the coagulant in the cup can be easily stirred and mixed to coagulate the liquid.

In the toothbrushing kit, the cup has a double bottom structure having a cup bottom wall and a bottom sheet located closer to the cup opening than the cup bottom wall, the coagulant is contained between the cup bottom wall and the bottom sheet, and it is preferable that the bottom sheet is water-soluble.

According to this configuration, when the waste liquid containing used liquid dentifrice is discharged into the cup, the water-soluble bottom sheet dissolves. This causes the waste liquid to be agitated and mixed with the coagulant. In this way, there is no need to pour the coagulant into the cup, making it even easier to dispose of the waste liquid.

According to the present invention, tooth brushing and the resulting wastewater can be easily performed even in places without sewerage facilities, such as washrooms.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a liquid dentifrice container and a toothbrushing kit will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 4.
As shown in FIG. 1, the toothbrushing kit includes a cup 40 having a cup opening 44, a cap 50 that is detachable from the cup 40 and configured to cover the cup opening 44, and a container 10 containing liquid dentifrice.

<Cup 40>
The cup 40 has a cylindrical cup peripheral wall 42 and a cup bottom wall 43 closing one end (the lower end in the figure) of the cup peripheral wall 42. The cup peripheral wall 42 is tapered in diameter as it approaches the cup bottom wall 43. The cup 40 is made of, for example, paper or synthetic resin. The toothbrush kit of this embodiment includes three cups 40 stacked on top of each other. The number of cups 40 is not limited to three, and can be one, two, four or more.

<Cap 50>
The cap 50 includes a cap body 51 and a cover 60 .
The cap body 51 has a cylindrical cap peripheral wall 52 and a cap bottom wall 53 that is provided between one end (the lower end in the same figure) and the other end (the upper end in the same figure) of the cap peripheral wall 52 in the axial direction of the cap peripheral wall 52 and divides the inside of the cap peripheral wall 52.

The cap peripheral wall 52 and the cap bottom wall 53 form a cap opening 54 that communicates with the internal space of the cup 40 when the cap body 51 is attached to the cup 40, and an outer storage section 55 that opens to the outside. The cap body 51 is made of paper or synthetic resin.

The cover 60 is detachable from the cap body 51 and is configured to cover the opening of the outer storage section 55. In more detail, the cover 60 has a top wall 61 that faces the cap bottom wall 53, and an engagement portion 62 that protrudes from the periphery of the top wall 61 toward the cap peripheral wall 52. The engagement portion 62 is capable of engaging with the outer peripheral surface of the cap peripheral wall 52 and is configured to cover the outer peripheral surface. The cover 60 is made of paper or synthetic resin.

<Liquid toothpaste container 10>
The liquid dentifrice containers 10 are contained inside the cup 40 and the cap 50. The toothbrushing kit of this embodiment includes three liquid dentifrice containers 10. The number of liquid dentifrice containers 10 is not limited to three, and can be one, two, four or more.

The liquid dentifrice container 10 includes a cylindrical container body 20. The container body 20 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin.
A first opening 21a is provided at a first end (upper end in the figure) of the container body 20. A second opening 22a is provided at a second end (lower end in the figure) opposite to the first end of the container body 20.

A partition wall 23 is provided midway in the axial direction of the container body 20 to separate the inside of the container body 20 into a first opening 21a side and a second opening 22a side.
The container body 20 has a first storage section 21 having a first opening 21 a , and a second storage section 22 having a second opening 22 a and separated from the first storage section 21 .

The first storage section 21 contains a well-known liquid dentifrice T. More specifically, it contains the amount of liquid dentifrice T required for one tooth brushing session. The liquid dentifrice container 10 has a first lid 31 that seals the first opening 21a. The first lid 31 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin sheet, and is adhered to the first end of the container body 20. The first lid 31 has a tab 31a for being held by the fingers.

The second storage section 22 contains a known coagulant C. More specifically, the second storage section 22 contains an amount of coagulant C that can coagulate the entire drainage liquid D, including the used liquid dentifrice T. The coagulant C contains, for example, a powdered or granular water-absorbent resin. The liquid dentifrice container 10 is provided with a second lid 32 that seals the second opening 22a. The second lid 32 is made of a known water-soluble sheet. This sheet is made of, for example, polyvinyl alcohol. The second lid 32 is provided at a position closer to the partition wall 23 than the second end of the container body 20.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
First, the user removes the cap 50 from the cup 40 and takes out the liquid dentifrice container 10.

Next, the cover 60 is removed from the cap body 51, and the cap body 51 is placed on a flat surface such as a table or floor with the outer storage portion 55 facing up.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2A, the tab 31a of the first lid 31 is pulled to open the first opening 21a.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the liquid dentifrice T contained in the first container 21 is transferred to the outer container 55 of the cap body 51 through the first opening 21a.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3(a), the liquid dentifrice T in the outer container 55 is held in the mouth in separate doses while brushing the teeth.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3( b ), the drainage liquid D containing the used liquid dentifrice T is discharged into a cup 40 .
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, by leaving a small amount of liquid dentifrice T in the outer container 55 of the cap body 51, the toothbrush B can be rinsed with the liquid dentifrice T after use.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5(a), when the second end of the container body 20 is immersed in the drainage liquid D in the cup 40, the second lid 32 dissolves. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5(b), the coagulant C contained in the second container 22 is poured into the cup 40 through the second opening 22a (above, action 1).

Next, the waste liquid D and the coagulant C in the cup 40 are stirred and mixed by the container body 20, thereby coagulating the waste liquid D.
6, the used container body 20 and cup 40 are placed in a bag 70 such as a plastic shopping bag and sealed. The container body 20 and cup 40 are then disposed of together with the bag 70 as combustible waste (this is action 2).

In this way, because the liquid dentifrice T is used to brush the teeth, there is no need to rinse the dentifrice remaining in the oral cavity after brushing the teeth. This reduces the amount of drained liquid D. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of coagulant C required to coagulate the drained liquid D (above, action 3).

Finally, as shown in FIG. 7, a cover 60 is attached to the cap body 51 after use.
Next, the effects of this embodiment will be described.

(1) The liquid dentifrice container 10 comprises a container body 20, liquid dentifrice T, a first lid body 31, a coagulant C, and a second lid body 32.
With this configuration, the above-mentioned effects 2 and 3 are achieved, so that teeth brushing and disposal of the wastewater D generated by the tooth brushing can be easily performed even in a place without a sewerage system, such as a washroom.

(2) The container body 20 is cylindrical, and a first opening 21a is provided at a first end of the container body 20, and a second opening 22a is provided at a second end of the container body 20 opposite the first end.

With this configuration, the waste liquid D and the coagulant C in the cup 40 can be stirred using the cylindrical container body 20. This eliminates the need for a separate spoon for stirring. This makes it even easier to process the waste liquid D.

In addition, according to the above configuration, the first opening 21a and the second opening 22a are located at the first end and the second end of the container body 20, respectively. This makes it less likely that the second lid 32 will be removed by mistake when removing the first lid 31.

(3) The second cover 32 is made of a water-soluble sheet.
According to this configuration, since the above-mentioned effect 1 is achieved, it becomes unnecessary to remove the second cover 32 from the container body 20. Therefore, the waste liquid D can be treated more easily.

In addition, the above configuration can easily make it difficult to remove the second lid body 32 using fingers. This effectively prevents mistakes such as accidentally removing the second lid body 32 when removing the first lid body 31.

(4) The toothbrushing kit includes a cup 40, a cap 50, and a liquid dentifrice container 10, and the liquid dentifrice container 10 is housed inside the cup 40 and the cap 50.

This configuration eliminates the need for a separate cup 40 for discharging the waste liquid D. This makes it easier to dispose of the waste liquid D. In addition, because the liquid dentifrice container 10 is housed inside the cup 40 and cap 50, the liquid dentifrice container 10 and cup 40 can be easily carried around.

(5) The cap 50 comprises a cap body 51 and a cover 60. The cap peripheral wall 52 and the cap bottom wall 53 form an outer storage section 55. The cover 60 is detachable from the cap body 51 and is configured to cover the opening of the outer storage section 55.

With this configuration, the cap body 51 containing the liquid dentifrice T can be temporarily placed in a stable position during tooth brushing.
Furthermore, according to the above-described configuration, by leaving a small amount of liquid dentifrice T in the outer storage portion 55 of the cap body 51, the toothbrush B can be rinsed with the liquid dentifrice T after use.

In addition, according to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 7, by attaching the cover 60 to the cap body 51 after use, the liquid dentifrice T remaining in the outer storage portion 55 can be prevented from leaking out to the outside.

<Example of change>
The above embodiment can be modified as follows: The present embodiment and the following modifications can be combined with each other to the extent that there is no technical contradiction.

- The cap body 51 is not limited to having an outer storage section 55, and the outer storage section 55 can be omitted. In this case, the liquid dentifrice T contained in the first storage section 21 can be transferred into the cap opening 54. In this case, the cover 60 can also be omitted.

The second lid 32 is not limited to being made of a water-soluble sheet, and may be made of a water-insoluble material.
The container body 20 is not limited to being cylindrical. The first opening 21a and the second opening 22a may be provided adjacent to each other.

The liquid dentifrice T and the coagulant C do not have to be contained in the same container body. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the liquid dentifrice T and the coagulant C may be contained separately inside the cup 140 and the cap 150.

In the toothbrush kit of the first modified example shown in FIG. 8, the same components as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and corresponding components are given the reference numeral "1**" which is the reference numeral of the above embodiment plus "100", thereby avoiding redundant explanations.

The cup 140 has a double bottom structure having a cup bottom wall 143 and a bottom sheet 145 located closer to the cup opening 144 than the cup bottom wall 143. A coagulant C is contained between the cup bottom wall 143 and the bottom sheet 145. The bottom sheet 145 is water-soluble.

An opening 121a is provided at a first end (upper end in the figure) of the container body 120. A bottom wall 124 is provided at a second end (lower end in the figure) opposite the first end of the container body 120.

Next, the operation of this toothbrushing kit will be described.
The user removes the cap 150 from the cup 140 and takes out the liquid dentifrice container 110.

Next, the cap 150 is placed on a flat surface such as a table or floor with the cap opening 154 facing up.
Next, the tab 131a of the lid 131 is pulled to open the opening 121a.

Next, the liquid dentifrice T contained in the container 121 is transferred into the cap 150 through the cap opening 154 .
Next, the liquid dentifrice T is held in the mouth in separate doses and the teeth are brushed.

9(a), the drainage liquid D containing the used liquid dentifrice T is discharged into the cup 140. The drainage liquid D dissolves the bottom sheet 145.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the waste liquid D and the coagulant C in the cup 140 are stirred and mixed by the container body 120, thereby coagulating the waste liquid D.

Thereafter, in the same manner as in the above embodiment, the container body 120, the cup 140 and the cap 150 together with the bag 70 are disposed of as combustible waste.
According to this configuration, the liquid dentifrice T and the coagulant C are stored separately inside the cup 140 and the cap 150, so that tooth brushing and disposal of the waste liquid D can be easily performed even in places without sewerage facilities such as washrooms.

- In the first modified example shown in FIG. 8, the bottom sheet 145 is not limited to being water-soluble. For example, the bottom sheet 145 may be made of a fragile sheet that can be broken by pressing it with the tip of the container body 120, etc.

Instead of the first modified example shown in FIG. 8, the cap 150 may have a double bottom structure including a cap bottom wall 153 and a bottom sheet (not shown), and the coagulant C may be contained between the cap bottom wall 153 and the bottom sheet.

As shown in FIG. 10, the liquid dentifrice T and the coagulant C may be contained separately inside the cup 240 and the cap 250.
In the toothbrush kit of the second modified example shown in Figure 10, the same components as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and corresponding components are given the reference numeral "2**", which is obtained by adding "200" to the reference numeral "**" of the components in the above embodiment, thereby eliminating redundant explanations.

In this case, two cups 240 are stacked on top of each other. Also, two caps 250 are stacked on top of each other. The caps 250 are configured to be detachable from the cups 240. Inside the cups 240, two first containers 80 and two second containers 90 are housed.

The first container 80 has a first container body 81 with an opening, and a first lid 82 that is removably attached to the opening and covers the opening. Liquid dentifrice T is contained within the first container body 81.

The second container 90 has a second container body 91 with an opening, and a second lid 92 that is removably attached to the opening and covers the opening. The second container body 91 contains a coagulant C.

With this configuration, after the waste liquid D containing the used liquid dentifrice T is discharged into the cup 240, the cap 250 can be attached to the cup 240 to cover the cup opening 244. Then, by shaking the cup 240 and the cap 250, the waste liquid D and the coagulant C in the cup 240 can be easily stirred and mixed, causing the waste liquid D to coagulate.

In the second modified example, the number of cups 240 can be one or three or more. In this case, the number of caps 250, first containers 80, and second containers 90 can be appropriately changed according to the number of cups 240.

As shown in FIG. 11, the liquid dentifrice T and the coagulant C may be contained separately inside the cup 340 and the cap 350.
In the toothbrush kit of the third modified example shown in Figure 11, the same components as those in the second modified example are given the same reference numerals, and corresponding components are given the reference numeral "3**", which is obtained by adding "100" to the reference numeral "**" of the components in the second modified example, thereby avoiding redundant explanations.

The following description will focus on the differences from the second modified example.
The cap 350 is removably joined to the cup opening 344. A first container 80 and a second container 90 are accommodated inside the cup 340. In addition, a muddler 71 is accommodated inside the cup 340.

With this configuration, after the waste liquid D containing the used liquid dentifrice T is discharged into the cup 340, the muddler 71 can be used to easily stir and mix the waste liquid D and the coagulant C in the cup 240 to coagulate the waste liquid D.
