Description

The present invention relates to a structure for use in housing.

Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a living room and a kitchen are separated by a partition wall, and a cupboard is installed in the kitchen with its back to the partition wall.

Patent document 2 discloses a wall-mounted hanging cupboard.

By fixing the cupboard to the partition wall, it is prevented from falling over during an earthquake. Because the partition wall is a wall that separates rooms, there is little freedom in where it can be installed. Therefore, in the structure described in Patent Document 1, the cupboard is installed with its back to the partition wall, so there is little freedom in where it can be installed. Also, because the partition wall is connected and fixed to the ceiling and floor, construction of the ceiling and floor is required in order to install the partition wall.

On the other hand, since wall cabinets are also attached to the wall, there is little freedom in where they can be placed.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a structure that can prevent the cupboard from tipping over, that allows for greater freedom in the installation positions of the cupboard, wall cabinet, and storage table, and that is easy to install.

(1) The structure according to the present invention comprises a decorative wall fixed to the floor of a room and spaced apart from the ceiling and walls of the room, a cupboard fixed to a first wall surface of the decorative wall, a hanging cupboard fixed to an upper part of a second wall surface of the decorative wall, and a storage table fixed to a lower part of the second wall surface of the decorative wall.

The cupboard is prevented from falling over by being fixed to the built-in wall. This built-in wall is separated from the ceiling and walls of the room, making it easy to install. Also, since the built-in wall is separated from the walls of the room and is not a partition wall that separates the room, there is a high degree of freedom in the placement of the cupboard, wall cupboard, and storage table.

(2) The width of the wall, the cupboard, the wall cabinet, and the storage table may be the same.

By making the width of the wall, cupboard, wall-mounted cupboard, and storage stand the same, the sense of unity between the cupboard, wall-mounted cupboard, wall-mounted cupboard, and storage stand is improved.

(3) The structure according to the present invention may further include side panels that respectively cover both sides of the wall, both sides of the cupboard, both sides of the wall cabinet, and both sides of the storage table.

The side panels further enhance the sense of unity between the wall, cupboard, wall cabinet and storage table.

(4) The upper surface of the above-mentioned wall, the upper surface of the above-mentioned cupboard, and the upper surface of the above-mentioned wall cabinet may be at the same height.

By having the tops of the trim wall, cupboard, and wall cabinet all at the same height, the sense of unity between the trim wall, cupboard, and wall cabinet is further improved.

(5) The cabinet further includes a decorative panel that covers at least a portion of the top surface of the cupboard, the top surface of the wall, and at least a portion of the top surface of the wall cabinet.

The decorative panels further enhance the sense of unity between the wall, cupboard, and wall cabinet.

(6) Further equipped with a lighting fixture that irradiates light upward from the top surface of the above-mentioned wall.

The lighting fixtures can indirectly illuminate the kitchen, which is located on the cupboard side, and the living room, which is located on the wall cabinet side, through the ceiling.

The structure of the present invention allows greater freedom in the placement of cupboards and wall cabinets and makes construction easier.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention. Note that the embodiment described below is merely one example of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the embodiment of the present invention can be modified as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.

In this embodiment, a structure 30 provided in a room 10 shown in FIG. 1 is described. The room 10 is a living-dining-kitchen (LDK). In FIG. 1, only a part of the room 10 is shown. The room 10 has a first room wall 11, a second room wall 12, a bay window 15, a floor 13, and a ceiling 14 (see FIG. 3) that divide the interior of the room.

The first room wall 11 has a large opening window 16. The second room wall 12 has a window 17. The inner wall surface of the first room wall 11 and the inner wall surface of the second room wall 12 are perpendicular to each other. In this embodiment, the direction along the vertical direction is referred to as the up-down direction 7, the direction along the horizontal direction and the inner wall surface of the second room wall 12 is referred to as the front-back direction 8, and the direction along the horizontal direction and the inner wall surface of the first room wall 11 is referred to as the left-right direction 9.

The sliding window 15 extends in the downward direction 7 and the front-to-rear direction 8, and faces the second room wall 12 in the left-to-right direction 9. A wooden deck 18 is provided outside the sliding window 15. The wooden deck 18 extends in the front-to-rear direction 8. A garden 19 is located outside the wooden deck 18. The room 10 and the garden 19 are surrounded by a fence 70.

In addition to the structure 30, the room 10 is equipped with a sink 20, a first table 21, a second table 22, a sofa (not shown), and the like.

The sink 20 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape extending along the left-right direction 9. The sink 20 is adjacent to the inner wall surface of the first room wall 11. The first table 21 is located to the right of the sink 20 and is adjacent to the sink 20. The first table 21 is also adjacent to the window 16 of the first room wall 11.

The structure 30 is located behind the sink 20, at a distance from the sink 20. The structure 30 is also located at a distance from the first room wall 11 and the second room wall 12. The areas between the structure 30 and the sink 20, and between the structure 30 and the second room wall 12 are the traffic routes along which residents move.

The second table 22 is located on the right side of the structure 30 and is adjacent to the structure 30. The second table 22 is also located away from the first room wall 11, the second room wall 12, and the sliding window 15. The areas between the second table and the sink 20 and the first table 21, and between the second table 22 and the sliding window 15 are the traffic routes along which residents move.

As shown in FIG. 2, the structure 30 includes a built-in wall 40, a cupboard 50, a wall cabinet 80 (see FIG. 3), a storage stand 90, a pair of side panels 31 and 32, and a decorative panel 33.

The fixture wall 40 protrudes upward from the floor 13. In other words, the fixture wall 40 is fixed to the floor 13.

The fixture wall 40 is located at a position separated from the room walls 11 and 12. Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40 is separated from the ceiling 14 of the room. In other words, the worker can install the fixture wall 40 without performing any work on the room walls 11 and 12 or the ceiling 14.

The fixture wall 40 has a first wall surface 41 and a second wall surface 42 which are rectangular main surfaces, a side surface 43 and a side surface 44 which are rectangular side surfaces (see FIG. 5), and a rectangular top surface 45. The fixture wall 40 is hollow. A power line 46 is wired inside the fixture wall 40.

The cupboard 50 is located on the first wall surface 41 side of the fixed wall 40 and is adjacent to the fixed wall 40. The cupboard 50 is fixed to the fixed wall 40 by side panels 31 and 32 (see FIG. 2) described below to prevent it from tipping over. However, the cupboard 50 may also be fixed to the fixed wall 40 using fasteners such as bolts.

As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the cupboard 50 includes a back panel 51, a top panel 52, multiple upper doors 53, multiple lower doors 54, a pair of left and right side panels 61, 62, multiple shelves 56, and multiple sliding shelves 57.

The back panel 51 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the front-to-back direction 8. One of the main surfaces of the back panel 51, the rear surface 58, abuts against the first wall surface 41 of the fixture wall 40. However, the cupboard 50 may be positioned relative to the fixture wall 40 so that the rear surface 58 and the first wall surface 41 are slightly spaced apart.

The top plate 52 has two main surfaces extending in the front-to-back direction 8 and the left-to-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the up-down direction 7. The top plate 52 is located at a position where its upper surface 59 is at the same height as the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40. In other words, the upper surface 59 of the top plate 52 and the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40 are flush with each other.

The side panels 61, 62 have two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the front-to-back direction 8, and are rectangular plates with a thickness in the left-right direction 9. One of the main surfaces of the side panel 61, the outer surface 63, is flush with the side surface 43 of the fixture wall 40. One of the main surfaces of the side panel 62, the outer surface 64, is flush with the side surface 44 of the fixture wall 40. In other words, the length (width dimension) of the cupboard 50 in the left-right direction 9 is approximately the same as the length (width dimension) of the fixture wall 40 in the left-right direction 9.

The shelves 56 are located in the interior space of the cupboard 50 and at the top of the cupboard 50. The shelves 56 are spaced apart from one another in the up-down direction 7. The upper door 53 is located in front of the shelves 56.

The sliding shelf 57 is located in the internal space of the cupboard 50, at a position that is the center of the cupboard 50 in the up-down direction 7. The sliding shelf 57 is held in the cupboard 50 so as to be slidable along the front-rear direction 8.

The lower door 54 is located at the bottom of the cupboard 50. The area behind the lower door 54 is a storage space.

The hanging cupboard 80 is located on the second wall surface 42 side of the built-in wall 40 and is adjacent to the upper part of the second wall surface 42. The hanging cupboard 80 has a back panel 81, a top panel 82, a bottom panel 83, multiple doors 85, and multiple shelves 86, and is in the shape of a rectangular tube. However, the hanging cupboard 80 may also have left and right side panels.

The length (width) of the wall cabinet 80 in the left-right direction 9 is approximately the same as the length (width) of the fixture wall 40 in the left-right direction 9. One of the two side surfaces of the wall cabinet 80 in the left-right direction 9 is flush with the side surface 43 of the fixture wall 40, and the other is flush with the side surface 44 of the fixture wall 40.

The back panel 81 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the front-to-back direction 8. One of the main surfaces of the back panel 81, the rear surface 87, abuts against the upper part of the second wall surface 42 of the fixture wall 40. The back panel 81 is attached to the fixture wall 40 using fasteners such as bolts, nuts, and screws. In other words, the wall cabinet 80 is fixed to the fixture wall 40.

The top plate 82 has two main surfaces extending in the front-to-back direction 8 and the left-to-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the up-down direction 7. The top plate 82 is located at a position where its upper surface 88 is at the same height as the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40. In other words, the upper surface 88 of the top plate 82 and the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40 are flush with each other.

The bottom plate 83 has two main surfaces extending along the front-rear direction 8 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the up-down direction 7. The bottom plate 83 faces the top plate 82 in the up-down direction 7.

The door 85 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the front-to-back direction 8. The door 85 faces the back panel 81 in the front-to-back direction 8. The multiple doors 85 are lined up in the left-to-right direction 9. However, the wall cabinet 80 may be provided with only one door 85.

The multiple shelves 86 are located in the internal space of the wall cabinet 80 and are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction 7.

The storage stand 90 is located below the wall cupboard 80. The storage stand 90 is located on the second wall surface 42 side of the fixture wall 40 and is adjacent to the fixture wall 40. The storage stand 90 is placed on the floor 13. The storage stand 90 is fixed to the fixture wall 40 by the side panels 31 and 32 described below. However, the storage stand 90 may also be fixed to the fixture wall 40 using a fastener.

The length (depth dimension) of the storage table 90 in the front-to-back direction 8 is approximately the same as the length (depth dimension) of the wall cabinet 80 in the front-to-back direction 8. In other words, the front of the storage table 90 and the front of the wall cabinet 80 are approximately flush with each other.

The storage table 90 is a hollow rectangular parallelepiped and includes a back panel 91, a top panel 92, a bottom panel 93, a pair of left and right side panels 94, a door 96, a shelf panel 97, multiple legs 98, and a counter 99.

The back panel 91 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the front-to-back direction 8. One of the main surfaces of the back panel 91, the back surface 100, abuts against the lower part of the second wall surface 42 of the construction wall 40.

The top plate 92 and bottom plate 93 have two main surfaces extending in the front-to-rear direction 8 and the left-to-right direction 9, and are rectangular plates with a thickness in the up-down direction 7. The top plate 92 and bottom plate 93 are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction 7 and face each other. A counter 99 is placed on the top plate 92.

The side panel 94 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the front-to-back direction 8, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the left-right direction 9. The outer surface, which is the main surface of one side panel 94, is flush with the side surface 43 of the fixture wall 40. The outer surface, which is the main surface of the other side panel 94, is flush with the side surface 44 of the fixture wall 40. In other words, the length (width dimension) of the storage stand 90 in the left-right direction 9 is approximately the same as the length (width dimension) of the fixture wall 40 in the left-right direction 9.

The door 96 has two main surfaces extending in the up-down direction 7 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the front-to-rear direction 8. The door 96 faces the back panel 91 in the front-to-rear direction 8.

The multiple shelves 97 are located in the center of the internal space of the storage table 90 in the vertical direction 7.

The legs 98 protrude downward from the underside of the base plate 93. The lower ends of the legs 98 abut against the floor 13.

The side panels 31, 32 are rectangular plates of the same shape, each having two main surfaces extending along the vertical direction 7 and the front-to-rear direction 8, and a thickness in the left-to-right direction 9. The length (height dimension) of the side panels 31, 32 in the vertical direction 7 is approximately the same as the length (height dimension) of the cupboard 50 in the vertical direction 7. In other words, the upper ends of the side panels 31, 32 are located at the same height as the upper surface 45 of the built-in wall 40 and the upper surface 88 of the top plate 82 of the wall cabinet 80.

The length (width) of the side panels 31, 32 in the front-rear direction 8 is approximately the same as the sum of the length (depth) of the fixture wall 40 in the front-rear direction 8, the length (depth) of the cupboard 50 in the front-rear direction 8, and the length (depth) of the wall-mounted cupboard 80 in the front-rear direction 8. That is, the side panels 31, 32 cover both sides of the cupboard 50, both sides 43, 44 of the fixture wall 40, both sides of the wall-mounted cupboard 80, and both sides of the storage table 90. The side panels 31, 32 are attached to the fixture wall 40, the cupboard 50, the wall-mounted cupboard 80, and the storage table 90 using fasteners such as screws or adhesives. That is, the side panels 31, 32 fix the fixture wall 40, the cupboard 50, the wall-mounted cupboard 80, and the storage table 90 to each other. The side panels 31 and 32 allow the user to recognize the built-in wall 40, cupboard 50, wall cabinet 80, and storage table 90 as a single unit.

The decorative panel 33 has two main surfaces extending along the front-rear direction 8 and the left-right direction 9, and is a rectangular plate with a thickness in the up-down direction 7. The length (width dimension) of the decorative panel 33 in the left-right direction 9 is the same as the length (width dimension) of the fixture wall 40 in the left-right direction 9. The length (depth dimension) of the decorative panel 33 in the front-rear direction 8 is longer than the length (thickness dimension) of the fixture wall 40 in the front-rear direction 8. The decorative panel 33 is placed on the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40, a part of the upper surface 59 of the top plate 52 of the cupboard 50, and a part of the upper surface 88 of the hanging cupboard 80, and is fixed to the fixture wall 40 by screws, adhesive, or the like. The decorative panel 33 may also be fixed to the cupboard 50 and the hanging cupboard 80. The decorative panel 33 covers and hides the joint between the fixture wall 40 and the cupboard 50, and the joint between the fixture wall 40 and the hanging cupboard 80.

[Effects of the embodiment]
Since the fixture wall 40 is separated from the room walls 11, 12 and the ceiling 14 of the room 10, the fixture wall 40 can be constructed without performing any work on the room walls 11, 12 or the ceiling 14. Also, since the fixture wall 40 is separated from the room walls 11, 12 and is not a partition wall that divides the room 10, the cupboard 50, the wall cabinet 80, and the storage table 90 can be provided in positions according to the desired installation positions. As a result, in the structure 30, the cupboard 50, the wall cabinet 80, and the storage table 90 have a high degree of freedom in the installation positions, and are easy to construct.

In this embodiment, the width of the wall 40, the cupboard 50, the wall cabinet 80, and the storage stand 90 are all the same, improving the sense of unity between the wall 40, the cupboard 50, the wall cabinet 80, and the storage stand 90.

In this embodiment, the side surfaces 43, 44 of the fixture wall 40, the outer surfaces 63, 64 of the cupboard 50, the side surfaces of the wall cabinet 80, and the side surfaces of the storage stand 90 are covered with side panels 31, 32, thereby further improving the sense of unity between the fixture wall 40, the cupboard 50, the wall cabinet 80, and the storage stand 90.

In this embodiment, the upper surface 45 of the fixture wall 40, the upper surface of the decorative panel 33, and the upper surface 88 of the wall-mounted cupboard 80 are at the same height, which further improves the sense of unity between the fixture wall 40, the cupboard 50, and the wall-mounted cupboard 80.

In this embodiment, the decorative panel 33 covers and conceals the joints between the fixture wall 40 and the cupboard 50, and the joints between the fixture wall 40 and the wall-mounted cupboard 80, further improving the sense of unity between the fixture wall 40, the cupboard 50, and the wall-mounted cupboard.

[Modification]
In this modification, as shown in FIG. 6, an example in which a structure 30 includes a lighting fixture 34 instead of a decorative panel 33 will be described.

The lighting fixture 34 is placed on the upper surface 45 of the fixture 40 and is attached to the fixture 40 using screws or the like. The lighting fixture 34 extends along the left-right direction 9. The length (width) of the lighting fixture 34 in the left-right direction 9 is approximately the same as the length (width) of the fixture 40 in the left-right direction 9.

The lighting fixture 34 has a light source and a lighting device. The lighting device receives power through the power line 46 in the fixture 40 and turns on the light source. The light source is, for example, an LED. The light source emits light upward. That is, the lighting fixture 34 emits light toward the ceiling 14. In FIG. 6, the light emitted by the lighting fixture 34 is shown by a dashed line. The light reflected by the ceiling 14 illuminates the room 10. That is, the lighting fixture 34 is what is known as indirect lighting.

The lighting fixtures 34 improve the appearance of the structure 30 compared to when the lighting fixtures 34 are not installed, and also provide indirect illumination within the room 10.

A feature wall that protrudes from the floor of the room and is fixed to the floor and is spaced apart from the ceiling and the wall of the room;
A cupboard fixed to a first wall surface of the feature wall;
A hanging cupboard fixed to an upper portion of the second wall surface of the above-mentioned fixture wall;
A structure comprising: a storage stand fixed to a lower portion of the second wall surface of the fixture wall. A built-in wall fixed to the floor of the room and spaced apart from the ceiling and walls of the room;
A cupboard fixed to a first wall surface of the feature wall;
A hanging cupboard fixed to an upper portion of the second wall surface of the above-mentioned fixture wall;
a storage stand fixed to a lower portion of the second wall surface of the feature wall,
A structure in which the width dimension of the fixture wall, the width dimension of the cupboard, the width dimension of the hanging cupboard, and the width dimension of the storage table are the same. The structure according to claim 2, further comprising side panels that cover both sides of the wall, both sides of the cupboard, both sides of the wall cabinet, and both sides of the storage table. The structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the upper surface of the fixture wall, the upper surface of the cupboard, and the upper surface of the wall cabinet are at the same height. The structure according to claim 4, further comprising a decorative panel covering the upper surface of the wall and at least a portion of the upper surface of the wall cabinet. The structure of claim 4, further comprising a lighting fixture that irradiates light upward from the upper surface of the wall.
