Description
パウチ型電池セルを準備し、外周辺シーリング部全体にエンボスパターンが形成されるようにして密封した。
パウチ型電池セルを準備し、外周辺シーリング部が平らな形態になるようにして密封した。
前記実験例1及び実験例2で製造された電池セルに対して0.01MPaの内圧を印加して最大変形量及び最大応力を測定した。実験例1の最大変形量の構造シミュレーション結果を図6に示し、実験例2の最大変形量の構造シミュレーション結果を図7に示した。また、実験例1の最大応力の構造シミュレーション結果を図8に示し、実験例2の最大応力の構造シミュレーション結果を図9に示した。
前記実験例1及び実験例2で製造された電池セルに対して0.1MPaの内圧を印加して最大変形量及び最大応力を測定し、実験例1の最大変形量の構造シミュレーション結果を図10に示し、実験例2の最大変形量の構造シミュレーション結果を図11に示した。また、実験例1の最大応力の構造シミュレーション結果を図12に示し、実験例2の最大応力の構造シミュレーション結果を図13に示した。

Claims (9)
- 電極組立体を内部に収納するパウチ型電池ケースを含み、
前記パウチ型電池ケースは、電極組立体収納部を取り囲む外周辺にシーリング部が形成され、
シーリング部の全体のうち、電極リードを除いた残りの部分にエンボスパターンが形成されており、
電極リードが突出しない側のシーリング部と比較し電極リードが突出する側のシーリング部で密封力が減少することを防止するために、前記シーリング部のうち電極リードが突出する側のシーリング部に形成されるエンボスパターンの間隔は、電極リードが突出しない側のシーリング部に形成されるエンボスパターンの間隔より狭く形成されている、電池セル。 - 前記エンボスパターンは、シーリング部の上側から見るとき彫り上げの部分は下側から見るとき彫り込みの形態を有し、上側から見るとき彫り込みの部分は下側から見るとき浮き彫りの形態を有する、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記エンボスパターンは、シーリング部の上側から見ると、彫り上げ及び彫り込みが交互に繰り返されるように形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記エンボスパターンは、一定の大きさ及び間隔で形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記エンボスパターンの垂直断面は、多角形、半円形または半楕円形である、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを製造するためのシーリングブロックであって、
パウチ型電池セルシーリング部の上部に配置される上部シーリングブロックと、パウチ型電池セルシーリング部の下部に配置される下部シーリングブロックとを含み、
前記上部シーリングブロック及び下部シーリングブロックは互いに対応する位置のうち電極リードと対向する部分を除いた残りの部分で互いに噛み合うように溝部及び突出部が形成されている、シーリングブロック。 - 前記突出部は、前記パウチ型電池セルシーリング部に向かって突出した形態を有する、請求項6に記載のシーリングブロック。
- 前記突出部は、前記パウチ型電池セルシーリング部に向かって上方に突出した形態及び下方に突出した形態が交互に繰り返し配列されている、請求項6に記載のシーリングブロック。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを単位電池として含む、電池モジュール。
