Claims (19)
- 複数のサブ画素を含む基板;
前記基板上で前記複数のサブ画素に配置され、互いに離隔されて配置された第1組み立て配線及び第2組み立て配線;
前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線上に配置される第1上部平坦化層;
前記第1上部平坦化層に配置され、前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線と重畳する開口部;
前記開口部に配置され、第1電極、及び前記第1電極上に配置される第2電極を含み、上面と側面を含む発光素子;
前記第1組み立て配線、前記第2組み立て配線、及び前記第1電極を電気的に連結するコンタクト電極;並びに
前記開口部の一部分に配置され、前記発光素子の前記側面の一部を覆う有機絶縁層を含み、
前記発光素子の側面の一部は、前記有機絶縁層の第1部分と接し、前記発光素子の側面の他の一部は、前記コンタクト電極と接する、表示装置。 - 前記発光素子及び前記有機絶縁層上に配置される第2上部平坦化層をさらに含み、
前記第2上部平坦化層は、前記開口部内の一部に配置された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記開口部は、有機絶縁層開口部を含み、
前記第2上部平坦化層は、前記有機絶縁層開口部に配置された、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記発光素子は、前記複数のサブ画素のそれぞれに配置された第1発光素子及び第2発光素子を含み、
前記第1発光素子と接する前記第1部分は、前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線のうち一つと重畳し、
前記第2発光素子と接する前記第1部分は、前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線のうち他の一つと重畳する、請求項1記載の表示装置。 - 前記発光素子は、前記複数のサブ画素のそれぞれに配置された第1発光素子及び第2発光素子を含み、
前記第1発光素子と接する前記第1部分及び前記第2発光素子と接する前記第1部分は、それぞれ前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線のいずれとも重畳する、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記有機絶縁層開口部に配置された前記第2上部平坦化層の平面形状は、矩形状である、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1部分が前記第1組み立て配線と重畳する領域の面積と前記第1部分が前記第2組み立て配線と重畳する領域の面積は同一である、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1部分が前記第1組み立て配線と重畳する領域の面積と前記第1部分が前記第2組み立て配線と重畳する領域の面積は異なる、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1部分は、前記第1組み立て配線及び前記第2組み立て配線のうち一つと完全に重畳し、他の一つと一部重畳する、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光素子の側面と前記コンタクト電極が互いに接する面積は、前記発光素子の側面と前記第1部分が互いに接する面積と同じであるか、前記発光素子の側面と前記第1部分が互いに接する面積より広い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光素子の側面と前記コンタクト電極が互いに接する面積は、前記発光素子の側面と前記第1部分が互いに接する面積より狭い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機絶縁層は、前記発光素子の上面の一部を覆う第2部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記基板上に配置されたトランジスタ;及び
前記トランジスタと前記第2電極を電気的に連結する画素電極をさらに含み、
前記画素電極は、前記発光素子の上面の、前記第2部分が配置された領域を除く領域で前記第2電極と接する、請求項12に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2部分の側面は、前記第2電極の周りのうち一部に沿って配置される、請求項12に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機絶縁層は、前記発光素子の下部に配置される第3部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1組み立て配線は、第1導電層と、前記第1導電層の上面と側面を覆う第1クラッド層とを含み、
前記第2組み立て配線は、第2導電層と、前記第2導電層の上面と側面を覆う第2クラッド層とを含み、
前記第1導電層及び前記第2導電層は、前記発光素子と重畳せず、
前記第1クラッド層及び前記第2クラッド層は、前記発光素子と重畳する、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2上部平坦化層は、前記開口部内で前記コンタクト電極上に配置される、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1部分は、前記開口部の外側に延びて前記第1上部平坦化層上に配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 表示装置であって、
基板;
前記基板上に互いに離隔されて配置される複数の組み立て配線;
前記複数の組み立て配線上に配置された第1上部平坦化層;
前記第1上部平坦化層に配置された開口部;
有機絶縁層;
前記開口部に配置され、側面を含む発光素子;及び
前記開口部に配置されるコンタクト電極
を備え、
前記コンタクト電極は、前記複数の組み立て配線及び前記発光素子と接するように配置され、
前記有機絶縁層は、前記開口部で前記複数の組み立て配線と重畳し、前記発光素子の側面と接し、
前記発光素子の側面の一部は、前記有機絶縁層の第1部分と接し、前記発光素子の側面の他の一部は、前記コンタクト電極と接する、表示装置。
