The uses of the cosmetic of the present invention are not particularly limited, and it may be widely used in any form that is conventionally used in cosmetics, such as skin lotion, milky lotion, cream, cleanser, gel, essence (serum), pack, and other basic cosmetics, lipstick, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, foundation, sunscreen, and other makeup cosmetics, oral cosmetics, fragrance cosmetics, hair cosmetics, body cosmetics, and the like.
以下、実施例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。また、以下の実施例等における配合量は特に断らない限り質量%を示す。
下記各表に掲げた処方で化粧料を常法により調製し、以下の基準により評価を行った。

Cosmetics were prepared in the usual manner according to the formulations shown in the following tables, and were evaluated according to the following criteria.
(評価試験)
(低温におけるゲル化:低温安定性)
調製した化粧料を-20℃で1日かけて凍結させた後、室温で解凍し、化粧料の状態を以下の基準で評価した。
A:全くゲル化が起こらず均一な状態
B:ほんのわずかにゲルの膜が化粧料の表面に形成されているが、ほぼ均一な状態
C:化粧料の大部分でゲル化が起こっており、不均一な状態
(Evaluation test)
(Gellation at low temperatures: Low temperature stability)
The prepared cosmetic preparations were frozen at -20°C for one day and then thawed at room temperature, and the state of the cosmetic preparations was evaluated according to the following criteria.
A: No gelation occurred and the condition was uniform. B: A slight gel film was formed on the surface of the cosmetic, but the condition was almost uniform.
C: Most of the cosmetic material has gelled and is in a non-uniform state.
(官能評価)
女性専門パネル5名により、調製した化粧料を実施に肌に塗布してもらい、さらっとしたふんわり感、しっとり感、べたつきについて、下記の基準で評価を行った。
(塗布後の肌のさらっとしたふんわり感)
A:パネル5名が、さらっとしたふんわり感があると評価
B:パネル4名が、さらっとしたふんわり感があると評価
C:パネル3名が、さらっとしたふんわり感があると評価
D:パネル2名以下が、さらっとしたふんわり感があると評価
(Sensory evaluation)
A panel of five female experts applied the prepared cosmetic preparations to the skin and evaluated them for smooth, fluffy feeling, moist feeling, and stickiness according to the following criteria.

A: Five panelists rated it as having a smooth and fluffy feel. B: Four panelists rated it as having a smooth and fluffy feel. C: Three panelists rated it as having a smooth and fluffy feel. D: Two or less panelists rated it as having a smooth and fluffy feel.
(塗布後の肌のしっとり感)
A:パネル5名が、しっとり感があると評価
B:パネル4名が、しっとり感があると評価
C:パネル3名が、しっとり感があると評価
D:パネル2名以下が、しっとり感があると評価
(Moisturizing feeling on skin after application)
A: Five panelists rated it as having a moist feeling. B: Four panelists rated it as having a moist feeling. C: Three panelists rated it as having a moist feeling. D: Two or less panelists rated it as having a moist feeling.
(塗布後の肌のべたつき感)
A:パネル5名が、べたつきがないと評価
B:パネル4名が、べたつきがないと評価
C:パネル3名が、べたつきがないと評価
D:パネル2名以下が、べたつきがないと評価
評価結果を配合とともに表1に示す。

A: Five panelists rated it as not sticky. B: Four panelists rated it as not sticky. C: Three panelists rated it as not sticky. D: Two or less panelists rated it as not sticky. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1 together with the formulation.
表1に示すように、実施例1~7の水性化粧料は低温条件でもゲル化が起こらないか、抑制されており、塗布後の肌もさらっとしたふんわり感があり、また、しっとり感がありながらもべたつきのない理想的な使用感が得られた。なお、-20℃での低温条件においてもゲル化が起こらないか、抑制されていることから、常温(25℃)でもゲル化を抑制すると考えられる。一方、ニコチン酸アミドを含まない処方の比較例1はゲル化が生じ、タマリンドガムが多い処方の比較例2はゲル化が生じるとともに、さらっとしたふんわり感が得られなかった。また、ニコチン酸アミドが少ない処方の比較例3はゲル化が生じ、逆にニコチン酸アミドが多い処方の比較例4ではゲル化は生じなかったが、塗布後のべたつき感が生じた。 As shown in Table 1, the aqueous cosmetics of Examples 1 to 7 did not gel or were suppressed even under low temperature conditions, and the skin after application had a smooth and fluffy feel, and an ideal feel was obtained that was moist but not sticky. Furthermore, gelation occurred in Comparative Example 3, which was a formulation with a low content of nicotinamide, and conversely, gelation did not occur in Comparative Example 4, which was a formulation with a high content of nicotinamide, but a sticky feel occurred after application.
続いて、表2に示す水中油型化粧料の処方で同様に評価を行った。表2に示すように、水中油型化粧料においても、低温でもゲル化は起こらず、塗布後の肌もさらっとしたふんわり感があり、しっとり感がありながらべたつきのない理想的な使用感が得られた。 Next, a similar evaluation was carried out with the oil-in-water cosmetic formulation shown in Table 2.
