Claims (8)
- 電気-機械エネルギ変換素子と弾性部材とを有する振動体と、
前記振動体と接触する接触体と、を備える振動型アクチュエータであって、
前記接触体は、前記振動体と前記接触体が相対移動する方向を長手方向とし、且つ、前記長手方向に略一定の幅と厚さを有する角棒状の形状を有すると共に、前記振動体と摩擦摺動する領域において前記長手方向に延在するエッジ部に曲率半径の異なるR面が形成された第1区間と第2区間とを有し、
前記第1区間の曲率半径は前記第2区間の曲率半径よりも大きく、且つ、前記第1区間は前記接触体のねじり振動モードの腹または節となる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする振動型アクチュエータ。 - 電気-機械エネルギ変換素子と弾性部材とを有する振動体と、
前記振動体と接触する接触体と、を備える振動型アクチュエータであって、
前記接触体は、径方向の幅と軸方向の厚さがそれぞれ略一定の円環形状を有し、前記径方向と平行な面が前記振動体に対する摩擦摺動面であり、外周エッジ部に曲率半径の異なるR面が形成された第1区間と第2区間とを有し、
前記第1区間の曲率半径は前記第2区間の曲率半径よりも大きく、且つ、前記第1区間は前記接触体のねじり振動モードの腹または節となる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする振動型アクチュエータ。 - 前記接触体は、複数の前記第1区間を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動体に対して前記接触体が相対移動する方向における前記第1区間の長さは、前記振動体の駆動周波数帯域に最も近い次数のねじり振動モードの波長の1/2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1区間の幅は前記第2区間の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1区間では、前記振動体に対して前記接触体が相対移動する方向において、前記第2区間よりも幅が小さい領域の長さよりも前記R面が形成されている領域の長さが短いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1区間のR面は、前記振動体に対して前記接触体が相対移動する方向と直交する断面において、幅方向と平行な面ではエッジ部から幅の1/4以下の長さ、且つ、厚さ方向と平行な面では前記エッジ部から厚さの1/2以下の長さの領域内に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータと、
前記振動型アクチュエータにより駆動される光学部品と、を備えることを特徴とする光学機器。
