作業移動車3は、前後左右の走行車輪25と、作業者が搭乗するステップ26と、収穫アーム27を備える収穫作業移動車としている。この収穫アーム27は、駆動機構を内装した機構本体28の上部において、縦軸回りに360度回動可能でかつ長さを伸縮制御可能な第1アーム27aと、この第1アーム27aに連結され昇降高さを変更制御できる第2アーム27bと、トマト等の果実fを把持して収穫するハンド部27cとからなる。第1アーム27a、第2アーム27b及びハンド部27cの作動を制御しながら果実fを収穫するが、その制御出力は、図外撮像カメラの撮像出力に基づく。すなわち、作業移動車3のステップ26には、進行方向の前後一側又は両側に撮像カメラを備え、作業移動車3を移動させながら果実fの撮像データによって存在位置情報、着色情報を作業移動車制御部(図示せず)に送信できるよう構成している。制御部は、着色情報に基づいて収穫適期か否か判定し収穫適期の果実の位置情報に基づいて、収穫アーム27に収穫指令信号を出力して、アーム回動、伸縮及び収穫作動を実行させることができる。 The work vehicle 3 is a harvesting work vehicle equipped with front, rear, left and right running wheels 25, a step 26 on which the worker boards, and a harvesting arm 27. 図9は、収穫アーム27A,27Bを車体の前後に配置して作業効率を図る場合の果実ケース31への果実収納状況を示す。前側設置の収穫アーム27Aによる収穫果実fは直接果実ケース31に供給し、後方設置の収穫アーム27Bによる収穫果実fは車体に設ける搬送コンベア32によって前方に移送し収容ボックス30中段の果実ケース31に供給する構成としている。このように構成すると、サブ通路9の左側又は右側の栽培ベッド5,5の植物Pに前後の収穫アーム27A又は収穫アーム27Bを対応させて収穫作業することによって作業効率を向上できる。前側の収穫アーム27Aによる果実ケース31への供給について、収穫アーム27Aで収穫把持される果実f位置に最も近い位置にある果実ケース31に供給するように構成すれば作業効率を向上できる。なお、各果実ケース31又は収穫アーム27Aに満杯を検出できるセンサを設けることにより、過剰供給を防止し適切な果実供給を実現できる。なお、前記搬送コンベア32を広幅に構成し、収穫アーム27Bによる落下位置の相違によって待機する果実ケース31への供給を異ならせて作業効率を向上できる(図10)。 Figure 9 shows the state of fruit storage in the fruit case 31 when the harvesting arms 27A and 27B are arranged at the front and rear of the vehicle body to improve work efficiency. 植物(P)を栽培する栽培ベッド(5)を設け、栽培ベッド(5)に所定間隔で上下方向の誘引部材(17)を設けた植物栽培設備において、植物(P)の左右に植物支持枠(20)を構成し、植物支持枠(20)は、少なくとも植物(P)の左右側それぞれに、誘引部材(17)が垂れ下がる誘引フック(16)部から上下方向に延びる縦フレーム(21)を備え、
植物支持枠(20)は、複数の縦フレーム(21)間に枝葉や果実を当接させる横フレーム(22)を備えることを特徴とする植物栽培設備。
