Description

The present invention relates to a fastener that can be attached to clothing, and to clothing having such a fastener. Note that the fastener in this invention refers to a device that is mainly carried when fishing, and has a structure that allows a reeling device that reel-in/reel-out the line that holds various accessories detachably at its end to be attached.

Conventionally, some clothing worn by anglers is equipped with a fastener that allows the above-mentioned winding device to be attached and detached. As is well known, the winding device is equipped with a reel around which the line is wound, and the end of the line is provided with a holder for holding various accessories (e.g. tackle, scissors, pliers, and other small items).

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a fastener that can be attached to a winding device (called a pin-on-reel) equipped with a needle (called a pin) like a safety pin. This fastener has a protective part that is sewn to the fabric of the clothing, and the protective part is formed with a fastening part for the pin, and a hole through which the pin can be inserted is formed in the fastening part, so that the pin is not directly attached to the clothing and the fabric is not damaged.

Incidentally, in order to improve the convenience of winding devices, the applicant of this patent also manufactures and sells reels that use a clip like an alligator hook (called a clip-on reel) and reels that use a carabiner hook (called a carabiner-on reel) in addition to the pin-on reel mentioned above. With regard to conventional fasteners, there has been no thought of making any of these different types of winding devices detachable.

The present invention aims to provide a fastener that allows the attachment and detachment of any type of winding device, whether it is a pin-on reel, clip-on reel, or carabiner-on reel, and to provide clothing having such a fastener.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the fastening device according to the present invention comprises a belt fastening part which is fastened to a belt attached to clothing, a fastening part which clamps the clip of the clip-on reel to hold the clip-on reel, a hole into which the pin of the pin-on reel is inserted to hold the pin-on reel, and a connecting part which connects the belt fastening part and the fastening part, and at least one of the fastening part and the connecting part is capable of passing through the swinging part of the carabiner hook of the carabiner-on-reel, and the belt fastening part, the fastening part and the connecting part form a closed space which holds the carabiner hook of the carabiner-on-reel.

The fastener of the above configuration is integrated with the garment, for example, by attaching a belt to the front body part of the garment and attaching the belt to the belt fixing part. When using a clip-on reel, the clip of the clip-on reel can be clamped to the fastening part of the fastening device to attach the clip-on reel. When using a pin-on reel, the pin can be attached by inserting a pin into the hole. When using a carabiner-on reel, the carabiner hook can be attached by passing the swinging part through at least one of the fastening part and the connecting part, and placing the carabiner hook in the closed space formed by the belt fixing part, the fastening part, and the connecting part. In other words, it is possible to detachably attach three types of winding devices with one fastening device.

Then, by fastening the belt of the garment to the belt fastening portion of the fastener having the above-mentioned configuration, a garment is obtained that can be used with the three types of winding devices.

The fastener of the present invention allows any type of winding device, be it a pin-on reel, clip-on reel, or carabiner-on reel, to be detachably attached. It also allows for the production of clothing that can be used with any type of winding device.

In the following description of the fastener 1 according to this embodiment, the state shown in Figures 1 and 2 is defined as the front, and the up-down direction and the left-right direction are defined as the directions shown in Figure 1. The front side is defined as the front side (the near side in the direction perpendicular to the paper) as seen from the angler 200 when wearing the garment as shown in Figures 1 and 2.

The garment 100 of this embodiment is a vest (which may be a floating vest) worn by the angler 200, and the fasteners 1 are attached to both sides of the fasteners 110 of the left and right front body panels 101, 102. That is, a belt 105 extending in the left-right direction is provided near the fasteners 110 of each front body panel, and the tip side of each belt is wound around the belt fixing part of the fastener 1 and folded back, and the tip portion 105a is overlapped and sewn onto the belt 105, whereby the two fasteners 1 are attached to the garment 100.
Three types of winding devices, which will be described later, are detachably attached (held) to the fastener 1 in this state.

The fastening device 1 of this embodiment is structured to include a belt fixing portion 3 that is fixed to the belt 105, a fastening portion 5 that is disposed opposite the belt fixing portion 3, and a connecting portion 7 that connects the belt fixing portion 3 and the fastening portion 5 to form a closed space S. The belt fixing portion 3 and the fastening portion 5 are disposed approximately parallel to each other, and in this embodiment, each is formed in a flat plate shape that extends in the vertical direction.

The locking portion 5 is the portion that clamps and holds the clip (alligator clip) of the clip-on reel described below. For this reason, it is preferable to form it in a shape that can reliably fix the clamped clip without it moving, specifically in a flat plate shape as described above. That is, the width (vertical length) W of the flat locking portion 5 is formed to be approximately the same as the width of the clip, and the length (horizontal length) L of the locking portion is formed in a roughly rectangular shape so that it is approximately the same as the clamping length of the clip, so that the clip-on reel does not move when the clip is clamped.

The connecting portion 7 in this embodiment has a pair of arms (upper connecting portion 7a and lower connecting portion 7b) that are approximately parallel in plan view to connect both ends of the fastening portion 5 and both ends of the belt fixing portion 3. In addition, since the width W of the fastening portion 5 is slightly shorter than the vertical length of the belt fixing portion 3, the closed space S is formed into an approximately trapezoidal shape in plan view.

The fastener 1 is preferably integrally formed from resin so that it can be manufactured easily and at low cost. Alternatively, it may be integrally formed from materials other than resin, such as metal or wood. In this way, the fastener 1 has a frame structure with a roughly rectangular shape when closed, making it possible to ensure sufficient strength.

In this case, at least one of the locking portion 5 and the connecting portion 7 is formed to a size that allows the swinging portion of the carabiner hook of the carabiner-on-reel to pass through. The belt fixing portion 3, the locking portion 5, and the connecting portion 7 form a closed space S that holds the carabiner hook of the carabiner-on-reel.

The locking device 1 has a hole 9 formed therein into which the pin of the pin-on reel is inserted. There is no limitation on the position of the hole 9, but in this embodiment, it is integrally formed so as to penetrate the locking portion 5 in the vertical direction. In this configuration, the hole 9 may be formed so as to penetrate the locking portion 5 formed in a plate shape in the vertical direction, but is preferably formed on one end side of the flat locking portion 5. By forming the hole 9 on one end side of the locking portion 5 in this way, it becomes possible to clamp the clip of the clip-on reel from the other end side.

The hole 9 may be formed so as to penetrate the flat-shaped locking portion 5 in the vertical direction, but in this embodiment, a pair of protrusions 5a are provided on the top and bottom of one end of the locking portion 5, and the hole 9 is formed so as to penetrate each protrusion in a straight line. Therefore, when the pin is inserted into the hole 9 of each protrusion 5a, the inserted pin becomes exposed between the protrusions.

It is preferable that the size (shape) of the pair of protrusions 5a is formed so that the swinging part of the carabiner hook can be positioned in the recess 5b between them.

The above-mentioned fastening portion 5 and belt fixing portion 3 may be formed to be flush with each other, but in this embodiment, the upper connecting portion 7a and the lower connecting portion 7b are bent (curved) so that the fastening portion 5 is positioned forward of the belt fixing portion 3. In other words, the fastening portion 5 is disposed so that there is a slight gap between it and the surface of the garment, which makes it easier to attach each reeling device.

The locking device 1 configured as described above can hold the clip-on reel by clamping the clip of the clip-on reel against the locking portion 5. Also, the pin of the pin-on reel can be held by inserting the pin of the pin-on reel into the hole 9 integrally formed in the locking portion 5. Furthermore, the carabiner-on-reel can be held in the space S by abutting the swinging portion of the carabiner hook of the carabiner-on-reel against any of the frame-shaped parts.

A method for mounting the winding device will be specifically described below with reference to Figs.
As described above, the fastening device 1 of this embodiment is provided on both sides of the fastener 110 of the left and right front body panels 101, 102, so that the winding device can be removably attached to the fastening device 1 on the side that is easier to operate using the dominant hand.

As described above, the locking portion 5 is located on the front side with respect to the belt fixing portion 3 because the connecting portions 7a and 7b are bent. Therefore, as shown in (a), when the clip (alligator) 51 of the clip-on-on reel 50 is pinched with fingers to open the end, the locking portion 5 can be easily clamped, and the clip-on-on reel 50 can be easily held by the locking portion 5. Therefore, when the locking portion 5 is clamped by the clip 51, the clip-on reel 50 does not move and the holding state is stable, as shown in (b) and (c). In addition, the angler can easily know that the locking portion 5 has been correctly fixed.

As described above, since the locking portion 5 is located forward relative to the belt fixing portion 3, as shown in (a), the pin 61 of the pin-on-reel 60 can be easily inserted into the hole 9 formed on one end of the locking portion 5 (it may be inserted from above or below). Then, as shown in (b) and (c), the inserted pin 61 fits into the locking projection 62, making it possible to easily hold the clip-on-reel 60 on the locking portion 5.

In this embodiment, a pair of protrusions 5a are formed above and below one end of the locking portion 5, and holes 9 are formed in each protrusion into which the pin 61 is inserted, allowing the pin 61 to be fixed at two separate positions, and the pin-on reel can be held in a stable state without wobbling. In addition, since the pin 61 is exposed in the recess 5b between the pair of protrusions 5a when held in place, when removing the pin-on reel 60, the exposed pin 61 can be easily pressed down with a fingernail, making it possible to easily remove the pin-on reel 60.

As described above, by positioning the locking portion 5 forward of the belt fixing portion 3 through the closed space S, it becomes easy to attach the pin-on-on reel 60 and the clip-on reel 50 at the same time. In particular, by forming the hole 9 on one end side of the flat locking portion 5, the clip 51 of the clip-on reel 50 can be clamped to the locking portion 5 from the direction of the arrow D in FIG. 5(b), and the pin-on-on reel 60 and the clip-on reel 50 can be attached to the locking device 1 at the same time. In addition, since the locking portion 5 is positioned forward by the bent connecting portions 7a and 7b, it becomes easy to attach accessories of a certain size.

As described above, the locking portion 5 is located forward relative to the belt fixing portion 3, so that as shown in (a), the swinging portion 72 of the carabiner hook 71 can be pressed against any of the frame portions to easily hold the carabiner-on-reel 70 in the closed space S. In this case, the swinging portion 72 of the carabiner hook 71 can be positioned in the recess 5b between the pair of protrusions 5a of the locking portion 5, so that the carabiner-on-reel 70 can be easily attached.

Furthermore, by positioning the locking part 5 on the front side with respect to the belt fixing part 3 via the closed space S, it becomes possible to simultaneously attach the pin-on-on reel 60 and/or the clip-on reel 50 to the locking part 5 in addition to the carabiner-on-reel 70. That is, as shown in Figures 6(b) and 6(c), it becomes possible to simultaneously attach the clip-on reel 50 and the pin- on reel 60 to the locking part 5 in a free state as shown in Figures 4(b) and 5(b).

The above-mentioned fastener 1 allows any of the three types of winding devices to be easily attached, and also allows two or more types of winding devices to be easily attached. Therefore, by attaching such a fastener 1, the fabric of the garment 100 will not be damaged by pins or clips.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified in various ways.
The clothing 100 may be other than a vest type (rainwear, cold weather clothing, etc.), and there is no limitation on the position to which the fastener 1 is fixed. In addition, the fastener 1 may be configured to be detachable from the clothing.

The shape of the fastener 1 is merely an example, and the shape can be modified as appropriate. For example, the shape of the closed space S can be modified as appropriate to a rectangular shape, an elliptical shape, a circular shape, etc., and the closed space S may have a part formed with a gap as long as the attached carabiner hook does not come off.
In addition, the positions of the holes 9 into which the pins of the pin-on-reel are inserted can also be modified as appropriate.
