Claims (6)
- 弁室を構成する弁本体と、前記弁室に開口する複数のポートを有する弁座部と、前記弁本体の内部で前記弁座部に交差する中心軸まわりに回転可能に設けられる主弁と、前記中心軸まわりに回転可能に設けられて前記主弁の均圧孔を開閉する副弁と、前記副弁を回転駆動する駆動部と、を備えるロータリー式切換弁の制御方法であって、
前記主弁は、前記副弁に当接して前記副弁の回転を停止させる副弁ストッパを有し、
前記駆動部は、駆動軸を有する電動モータを備え、前記副弁ストッパに前記副弁が当接する所定回転位置まで前記駆動軸を回転させた後、所定の戻し角度だけ前記駆動軸を逆回転させるように前記電動モータを制御し、
前記戻し角度は、前記駆動部内に生じるガタ、および、前記副弁を支持する前記中心軸と前記副弁との間に生じるガタの少なくとも一方に基づく角度である下限角度より大きく、かつ、前記均圧孔と前記副弁の回転位置に基づく角度である上限角度より小さく設定されていることを特徴とするロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。 - 前記駆動部は、前記駆動軸の回転に伴って回転するウォームと、前記ウォームに噛み合って回転可能なウォームホイールと、を備え、
前記下限角度は、前記ウォームと前記ウォームホイールとの噛み合い部分に生じるガタである噛み合いガタの寸法分だけ、前記ウォームが回転するための角度である第一角度であり、
前記戻し角度は、前記第一角度より大きく、
前記上限角度は、前記副弁によって前記均圧孔が閉じられた状態である閉状態が維持される前記副弁の回転位置に基づいて設定される第二角度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。 - 前記ウォームホイールと前記副弁とは、互いに回転力を伝達可能な嵌合構造によって接続され、
前記下限角度は、前記嵌合構造における前記ウォームホイールと前記副弁との回転方向のガタである第二ガタの寸法分だけ、前記ウォームホイールが回転するための角度である第三角度に、前記第一角度を加えた角度であり、
前記戻し角度は、前記第三角度に前記第一角度を加えた角度より大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。 - 前記下限角度は、前記所定回転位置に位置する前記副弁の傾きを完全に解消するための余裕角度である第四角度に、前記第一角度及び前記第三角度を加えた角度であり、
前記戻し角度は、前記第四角度に、前記第一角度および前記第三角度を加えた角度より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。 - 前記主弁には、前記均圧孔が前記副弁に向かって開口する副弁弁座シート面が設けられ、
前記副弁には、前記副弁弁座シート面に対して平行に接する平行状態で前記均圧孔を閉じるシール面が設けられ、
前記第一角度と、前記第三角度と、前記第四角度と、の合計角度は、前記所定の戻し角度だけ前記駆動軸を逆回転させるように前記電動モータを制御する際に、前記シール面が、前記副弁弁座シート面に対して前記平行状態でない非平行状態から前記平行状態に戻るための、前記駆動軸の回転角度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。 - 前記主弁には、前記均圧孔が前記副弁に向かって開口する副弁弁座シート面が設けられ、
前記副弁には、前記均圧孔の開口端縁で囲まれた部分の面積以上に設定されたシール面が設けられ、
前記シール面は、前記副弁の回転に合わせて前記副弁弁座シート面に摺接しながら前記均圧孔を開閉するように設けられ、
前記第二角度を設定する基となる前記副弁の前記回転位置は、前記均圧孔を閉じている前記シール面が摺接方向に移動した場合に、前記均圧孔を閉じた状態の前記シール面の端縁が前記均圧孔の開口端縁に重なる位置であることを特徴とする請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のロータリー式切換弁の制御方法。
