Claims (24)
- 以下の式による、積層技術を用いたコンデンサ用のセラミック材料。
Pb (y-1,5a+c-0,5e-f) Ca a (Zr 1-x Ti x ) (1-c-e-f) E c Nb e W f O 3 ,
ここで、
Eは、Cu及びNiから成る群のうちの1つ又は複数であり;
0<a<0.14、
0.05≦x≦0.3、
0.001<c≦0.12、
0≦e≦0.12、
0≦f≦0.12、
0.9≦y≦1.5、及び
0.001<c+e+f
が成り立つ。 - 0.001<a<0.14である、請求項1に記載のセラミック材料。
- 0.001<e<0.12である、請求項1又は2に記載のセラミック材料。
- 0.001<f<0.12である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 0.005<c+e+fである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料は、反強誘電体である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料の焼結温度は900℃~1200℃である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料の焼結温度は980℃~1080℃である、請求項7に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料の焼結温度は銅の融点より低い、請求項7又は8に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料の焼結温度は銀の融点より低い、請求項9に記載のセラミック材料。
- セラミック材料から成る誘電体層(6)と、前記誘電体層(6)の間に配置され、ある層順序で重なり合って配置された電極層と、を含み、
前記電極層は少なくとも第1及び/又は第2の電極(3,4)を有し、前記セラミック材料は以下の一般式を有する、コンデンサ(1)。

ここで、
Eは、Cu及びNiから成る群のうちの1つ又は複数であり;
0<a<0.14、
0.05≦x≦0.3、
0.001<c≦0.12、
0≦e≦0.12、
0≦f≦0.12、
0.9≦y≦1.5、及び
0.001<c+e+f
が成り立つ。 - 2つのセグメント(2A,2B)を含み、
各セグメントは、前記セラミック材料から成る誘電体層と、前記誘電体層の間に配置された電極層とを含み、
2つのセグメントの最も外側の誘電体層は結合領域(8)を形成しており、前記結合領域においては、前記セグメントが前記誘電体層に対して平行に互いに固着されており、
前記結合領域は応力緩和領域(9)を含み、前記応力緩和領域において前記セグメントは互いに固着されていない、請求項11に記載のコンデンサ。 - 前記コンデンサの外側の出口面上に、前記第1及び第2の電極の接触のための2つの別個の外部接点が装着されており、電極は前記出口面上で前記コンデンサから出る、請求項11又は12に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記外部接点のうちのいずれとも接触していない少なくとも1つの第3の電極(5)を含み、前記第3の電極は、前記第1及び第2の電極とオーバーラップしている、請求項13に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記外部接点は、複層のスパッタ層を含み、前記スパッタ層は、クロム、ニッケル、及び、銀又は金のうち少なくとも1つから成る層を含み、クロムから成る層、ニッケルから成る層、及び、銀又は金のうち少なくとも1つから成る層は、前記クロムから成る層、前記ニッケルから成る層、前記銀又は金のうち少なくとも1つから成る層の順に、前記出口面の上に塗布されている、請求項13又は14に記載の積層コンデンサ。
- 前記外部接点は、焼結された銀層によって前記スパッタ層の上に装着された金属シートを含む、請求項15に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記金属シートは、2つの銅層と、その間に配置されたインバー層とを含む、請求項16に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記コンデンサは、接触面に任意に組み付け及び分解され得る分離可能なコンデンサユニットを含み、
前記接触面は、前記誘電体層及び前記外部接点に対して垂直に配置されている、請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサ。 - 異なる極性の電極とはオーバーラップしていない更なる電極を含む、請求項11~14のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記セラミック材料について、0.001<a<0.14が成り立つ、請求項11~19のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記セラミック材料について、0.001<e<0.12が成り立つ、請求項11~20のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料について、0.001<f<0.12が成り立つ、請求項11~21のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料について、0.005<c+e+fが成り立つ、請求項11~22のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
- 前記セラミック材料は、反強誘電体である、請求項11~23のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。
