Claims (12)
- 内燃機関(2)及び電動機(3)と、少なくとも1つの副軸(12)を介して出力が取り出される、第1の平歯車副伝動装置(B)及び第2の平歯車副伝動装置(A)と、前記内燃機関(2)のクランク軸に同軸に配置され、第1の軸(8.1)、第2の軸(8.2)、第3の軸(8.3)、及び第4の軸(8.4)を備えた4軸式の遊星歯車セット(8)とを有し、前記第1の軸(8.1)が、前記内燃機関(2)からのトルクを、前記第1の軸(8.1)を介して前記遊星歯車セット(8)に導入させることができるように、前記内燃機関(2)の前記クランク軸と連結されているか又は連結可能であり、前記電動機(3)のロータ(5)が、該ロータ(5)からのトルクを、前記第2の軸(8.2)を介して前記遊星歯車セット(8)に導入させることができるように、前記第2の軸(8.2)と連結されているか又は連結可能であり、前記第1の平歯車副伝動装置(B)の第1の入力軸(9)が、前記第3の軸(8.3)と相対回動不能に接続されており、前記第2の平歯車副伝動装置(A)の第2の入力軸(10)が、前記第4の軸(8.4)と相対回動不能に接続されている、ハイブリッド駆動システム(1)において、
前記第1の平歯車副伝動装置(B)及び前記第2の平歯車副伝動装置(A)は、それぞれ、ちょうど1つの平歯車対(11、14)を有し、
前記遊星歯車セット(8)の前記軸(8.1、8.2、8.3、8.4)のうちの2つを相対回動不能に接続するためのインターロックシフト部材(SK)が、前記入力軸(9、10)の回転軸を基準にする軸方向(a)から見て、2つの平歯車対(11、14)の間に配置されており、
前記内燃機関(2)からのトルクの流れに関して、前記内燃機関(2)、前記4軸式の遊星歯車セット(8)、及び前記2つの平歯車副伝動装置(A、B)が、前述の順序で相前後して配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記インターロックシフト部材(SK)は、形状結合式のクラッチとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - ちょうど1つの副軸(12)には、前記副軸(12)に相対回動不能に接続されている出力歯車(15)が設けられており、
前記出力歯車(15)は、前記軸方向(a)に関して、前記遊星歯車セット(8)と重畳して配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記内燃機関(2)の前記クランク軸を、分離クラッチ(K0)を介して、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の前記第1の軸(8.1)と相対回動不能に接続することができる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記電動機(3)、又は前記電動機(3)のロータ(5)と相対回動不能に接続されているロータ歯車(6)が、軸方向(a)から見て、前記遊星歯車セット(8)と重畳して配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記電動機(3)は、別の伝動装置部材(7)を介して、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の前記第2の軸(8.2)と接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 第1のシフト部材(SB)が、前記少なくとも1つの副軸(12)と同軸に、且つ軸方向(a)において前記平歯車対(11、14)の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 第2のシフト部材(SA)が、前記少なくとも1つの副軸(12)と同軸に、且つ軸方向(a)において前記平歯車対(11、14)の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記2つのシフト部材(SA,SB)は、共通の同期体(17)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項8記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記2つのシフト部材(SA,SB)は、共通の摺動スリーブ(18)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項9記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記遊星歯車セット(8)の前記第1の軸(8.1)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の第1の太陽歯車によって形成されており、前記第2の軸(8.2)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の内歯車によって形成されており、前記第3の軸(8.3)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の第2の太陽歯車によって形成されており、前記第4の軸(8.4)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)のキャリアによって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項10のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。 - 前記遊星歯車セット(8)の前記第1の軸(8.1)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の内歯車によって形成されており、前記第2の軸(8.2)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の第2の太陽歯車によって形成されており、前記第3の軸(8.3)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)のキャリアによって形成されており、前記第4の軸(8.4)は、前記遊星歯車セット(8)の第1の太陽歯車によって形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項10のいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド駆動システム(1)。
