Description

The present invention relates to a container with a lid.

。 Conventionally, containers for storing items such as medical waste are known that include a box-shaped container body that opens upward and a lid that can close the opening of the container body, the lid having an input opening through which items can be input, the lid being attached to the container body, and a door member that opens and closes the input opening (see, for example, Patent Document 1, etc.).

The container in Patent Document 1 is configured so that once the loading opening is closed with the door member, the locking portion on the lid body locks onto the back side of the lid body, sealing the container and making it basically impossible (difficult) to open. This raises concerns about the low convenience of opening and closing the door member, as it may be necessary to discard the container as is because the door member was accidentally closed when there is still storage space left in the container, or it may be necessary to carefully damage the container without touching the contents in order to open it and search the storage space of the container after it has been sealed.

The present invention has been made to solve the problems exemplified above, and its purpose is to provide a container that can improve the convenience of opening and closing the door member.

Below, we will explain each of the means suitable for achieving the above objectives. In addition, we will add the specific effects of the corresponding means as necessary.

Means 1. A container body having a generally box-like shape that opens upward and has a storage section capable of storing an item, and a lid body that can close the opening of the container body.
The lid body is attached to the container body and is made of a synthetic resin. The lid body has an insertion opening through which an article can be inserted. The lid body is made of a synthetic resin and is displaceable between an open position that opens the insertion opening and a closed position that closes the insertion opening.
The door element includes an operating portion that is operated when displacing the door element, and a first locking portion that is locked to a first locked portion provided on the lid main body when the door element is in the closed position,
At least one of the door element and the lid body is provided at a position operable by an operator when the container is in a closed state with the door element at the closed position, and includes a release operation portion, at least a portion of which is deformable based on a predetermined operation by the operator;
(The first locking portion or the first locked portion is displaced based on the deformation of the release operation portion,) and the door element is configured to be able to be displaced to the open position by operating the operation portion while operating the release operation portion in the closed state , thereby releasing the locking state between the first locking portion and the first locked portion,
a temporary holding means for holding the door member at a temporary closed position between the open position and the closed position;
the temporary holding means includes a second locking portion provided on the door element, a temporary locking portion provided on the lid body and contacting the second locking portion of the door element in the temporary closed position to restrict displacement of the door element toward the closed position, and a second locked portion provided on the lid body and contacting the second locking portion of the door element in the temporary closed position to restrict displacement of the door element toward the open position,
When the door member is moved from the open position to the temporary closed position, the second engaging portion is configured to be displaceable from a state in which it is located inside the lid body to a state in which it is in sliding contact with the second engaged portion and is displaceable toward the input opening side relative to the second engaged portion,
In the closed state, the second locking portion abuts against the provisional locking portion to restrict the displacement of the door member toward the open position,
A container characterized in that the second engagement portion is configured to be visible from outside the container when the door member is in the temporary closed position .

According to the means 1, by providing the cancellation operation unit, even if the door element cannot be displaced to the open position side by only operating the operation unit in the closed state of the container with the door element in the closed position, it is possible to displace the door element to the open position and open the container by operating the operation unit while performing a predetermined operation on the cancellation operation unit. This allows an operator who recognizes the operation of the cancellation operation unit to open the container in the closed state as necessary without damaging it, and makes the container relatively difficult to open by closing it (sealable), and prevents accidental or inappropriate contact with the items (contained items) contained in the container after the container is closed. Therefore, while relatively strict management of contact with the items contained in the container is performed, for example, even if the door element is mistakenly closed when there is a surplus storage space in the container, the container can be opened again and used more efficiently. In addition, for example, when a method for opening a container in a closed state is not set and the container is opened (forcefully) while damaging it, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the contents accidentally fly out when opening the container, and the container can be opened preferably (safely). As a result, it is possible to improve the convenience of opening and closing the door member. Furthermore, compared to a configuration in which the container cannot be opened once it is closed and cannot be used thereafter, it is possible to prevent accidental contact with the item between the point where the item is stored and the point where the item is removed. This allows the number of ways to use the container to be further expanded.
According to the first means, the door element is configured to be held in a temporary closed position, which is a position between the open position and the closed position. As a result, although the door element has not yet reached the stage of being in the closed position, for example, the door element can be held in the temporary closed position except when an article is put into the container, and the space between the container storage section and the outside of the container can be blocked as much as possible, thereby minimizing the interaction between the environment of the container storage section and the environment outside the container. Therefore, it is possible to improve convenience in a situation where it is not desired that the environment of the container storage section affects the outside of the container (for example, a person touches an article stored in the container) or that the environment outside the container affects the container storage section (for example, unnecessary items such as garbage get into the container, or various tools get into the container).

Means 2. A container body having a generally box-like shape that opens upward and has a storage section capable of storing an item, and a lid body that can close the opening of the container body,
The lid body is attached to the container body and is made of a synthetic resin. The lid body has an insertion opening through which an article can be inserted. The lid body is made of a synthetic resin and is displaceable between an open position that opens the insertion opening and a closed position that closes the insertion opening.
The door element includes an operating portion that is operated when displacing the door element, and a first locking portion that is locked to a first locked portion provided on the lid main body when the door element is in the closed position,
At least one of the door element and the lid body is provided at a position operable by an operator when the container is in a closed state with the door element at the closed position, and includes a release operation portion, at least a portion of which is deformable based on a predetermined operation by the operator;
In the closed state, by operating the operation unit while operating the release operation unit, the locked state between the first locking portion and the first locked portion can be released, and the door element can be displaced to the open position,
The door member is connected to the lid body so as to be pivotally displaceable,
the door element has a substantially arc-shaped cross section in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis direction of the door element, and includes a closing portion that closes the input opening when the door element is in the closed position;
The closing portion is configured to be accommodated inside the lid main body in a side view seen from a direction of a rotation axis of the door element when the door element is in the open position ,
the door element includes a placement portion on which an article can be placed inside the lid body when the door element is in the open position,
The door member in the open position is displaced toward the closed position, so that an article placed on the placement section falls into the storage section of the container body,
The container is characterized in that the lid body has an inclined portion capable of guiding an article that has fallen from the placement portion toward the inside of the container .

According to the second aspect, the closing portion of the door element has a substantially arc-shaped cross section, and the door element is connected to the lid body so as to be rotatably displaceable, so that the opening area of the input opening can be as wide as possible while minimizing the increase in size of the lid body. Also, by configuring the closing portion of the door element in the open position to be contained inside the lid body in a side view (not to protrude outside the container beyond the lid body), the door element (first locking portion, release operation portion, etc.) can be protected when the container is in the open state, and the door element is maintained in a state where it is not damaged or is only damaged to a minimum until the container is closed, so that the door element can function more reliably when the container is in the closed state. ( Furthermore, by arranging the release operation unit and the operation unit apart from each other, it is possible to prevent the operation unit from being displaced or deformed based on the operation of the release operation unit. In addition, by arranging them so that an operator can simultaneously operate both the release operation unit and the operation unit with one hand, it is possible to improve the operability when opening a container that has been set in a closed state (the container can be safely opened by holding it with the other hand). )
Furthermore, the door member has a placement portion, which can suppress variations in the posture and falling speed of the items stored (thrown) into the container. Furthermore, the inclined portion of the lid body can prevent the items from piling up in one place in the storage portion of the container body at a position that would prevent the door member from opening and closing. Therefore, the items can be efficiently stored in the container without special work by the worker (for example, the work of leveling the items stored in the container).

Means 3. A temporary holding means is provided for holding the door member in a temporary closed position between the open position and the closed position,
the temporary holding means includes a second locking portion provided on the door element, a temporary locking portion provided on the lid body and contacting the second locking portion of the door element in the temporary closed position to restrict displacement of the door element toward the closed position, and a second locked portion provided on the lid body and contacting the second locking portion of the door element in the temporary closed position to restrict displacement of the door element toward the open position,
When the door member is moved from the open position to the temporary closed position, the second engaging portion is configured to be displaceable from a state in which it is located inside the lid body to a state in which it is in sliding contact with the second engaged portion and is displaceable toward the input opening side relative to the second engaged portion,
In the closed state, the second locking portion abuts against the provisional locking portion to restrict the displacement of the door member toward the open position,
The container according to Means 2 , characterized in that the second engaging portion is configured to be visible from outside the container when the door member is in the temporary closed position.

According to the third means, the door element is configured to be held in a temporary closed position, which is a position between the open position and the closed position. As a result, although the door element has not yet reached the stage of being in the closed position, for example, the door element can be held in the temporary closed position except when an item is being put into the container, and the space between the container storage section and the outside of the container can be blocked as much as possible, thereby minimizing the interaction between the environment of the container storage section and the environment outside the container. Therefore, it is possible to improve convenience in situations where it is not desired that the environment of the container storage section affect the outside of the container (for example, a person touches an item stored in the container) or that the environment outside the container affect the container storage section (for example, unnecessary items such as garbage get into the container, or various instruments get into the container).

The second locking portion and the temporary locking portion regulate the movement of the door element in the temporary closed position toward the closed position, and also regulate the movement of the door element in the closed position toward the open position. This makes it possible to more reliably prevent the door element in the closed position from moving toward the open position while preventing the structure from becoming too complicated.

Furthermore, it is possible to visually confirm that the second locking portion is located between the temporary locking portion and the second locked portion, and therefore that the door element is in the temporary closed position. In addition, the door element goes from a state of sliding contact with the second locked portion to a state of being released from said sliding contact, and the user can know by touch (click sensation) that the door element has been placed in the temporary closed position. This prevents the door element from being mistakenly moved to the closed position when it is intended to be moved from the open position to the temporary closed position.

Means 4. The container according to means 1 or 3, characterized in that the door element has a restricting portion that abuts against the provisional locking portion when the door element is in the open position to restrict the door element from moving toward the closed position.

According to the fourth aspect, since it is possible to maintain the door element in the open position, it is possible to prevent, for example, the door element from unintentionally displacing to the closed position when storing an item in the storage section of the container. In addition, the configuration that maintains the open state using the temporary locking section makes it possible to suppress the complexity of the configuration, and to prevent situations that would otherwise result from a complex configuration, such as a decrease in the ease of opening and closing the door element, an increase in the tendency for dust and the like to accumulate, or a decrease in the design quality.

Means 5. The container according to means 1, 3 or 4, characterized in that in the width direction of the door element perpendicular to the displacement direction of the door element displacing between the open position and the closed position, the second locking portion and the provisional locking portion are provided only on the same one side of the door element , and the provisional locking portion is provided protruding from a side edge of the input opening toward the inside of the input opening.

For example, if a manufacturing error occurs related to the second locking portion or the temporary locking portion, the engagement between the second locking portion and the temporary locking portion may become too large when the door element is in the temporary closed position, making it difficult (impossible) to displace the door element toward the closed position. In this regard, according to Means 5, the second locking portion and the temporary locking portion are provided only on the same side in the width direction of the door element, and by displacing the door element toward the other side in the width direction of the door element when displacing the door element, the engagement between the second locking portion and the temporary locking portion can be reduced, and the door element can be displaced relatively smoothly between the temporary closed position and the closed position.

Means 6. The door element includes a closing portion that closes the input opening when the door element is in the closed position, and a cover portion that protrudes from a leading edge of the closing portion toward the closed position of the door element when the door element moves from the open position to the closed position,
A container described in any one of means 1, 3 to 5, characterized in that the lid body is provided with a lid cover portion that overlaps with the cover portion in the inward and outward directions of the container when the door element is in the temporary closed position , and the overlapping area is increased in the closed state.

According to Means 6, when the door element is in the temporary closed position, the closing part does not completely close the loading opening, but the cover part, which is located on the closed position side of the door element from the closing part, and the lid cover part make it possible to keep the loading opening almost closed even when the door element is in the temporary closed position. Therefore, the door element is in the temporary closed position except when an article is being loaded into the container, blocking the space between the container storage part and the outside of the container as much as possible, thereby further enhancing the effect of minimizing interaction between the environment of the container storage part and the environment outside the container.

One embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, etc., the container 1 is in the shape of a generally rectangular box that opens upward and includes a container body 2 with a storage section 3 inside that can store items (e.g., used syringes, etc.), and a lid body 4 that can close the opening of the container body 2. The lid body 4 is attached to the container body 2 and includes a lid body 5 having an input opening 6 through which items can be input, and a door member 7 that can be displaced between an open position that opens the input opening 6 and a closed position that closes it.

2 and other figures, the container body 2 includes a bottom wall component 11 having a generally rectangular shape in plan view, a pair of opposing long sidewall portions 12 extending upward from a pair of opposing long sides of the bottom wall component 11, a pair of opposing short sidewall portions 13 extending upward from a pair of opposing short sides of the bottom wall component 11, a generally rectangular frame-shaped overhang portion 14 protruding outward from the container body 2 from the entire upper edge portions of the long sidewall portions 12 and the short sidewall portions 13, and an edge wall portion 15 protruding downward from the entire outer edge portion of the overhang portion 14. The container body 2 is configured with a tapered shape in which the long sidewall portions 12 and the short sidewall portions 13 are slightly inclined upward toward the outside of the container body 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the container body 2 includes an upper frame reinforcement portion 16 that connects the edge wall portion 15, the protruding portion 14, and the long side wall portion 12 or the short side wall portion 13. The container body 2 of this embodiment is integrally formed from polypropylene.

2, the bottom wall component 11 has a bottom inclined portion 17 that inclines downward from a connection portion with one of the pair of long side wall portions 12 toward the other long side wall portion 12. The bottom inclined portion 17 is provided at a position spaced apart from each short side wall portion 13, and the portion of the bottom wall component 11 between the bottom inclined portion 17 and each short side wall portion 13 extends horizontally. Also, the long side side wall portion 12 connected to the upper edge of the bottom inclined portion 17 has a shape such that the portion directly below the portion connected to the bottom inclined portion 17 is cut out.

As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the lid body 5 comprises a substantially square frame-shaped flange portion 21 that is placed on the protruding portion 14 of the container body 2 when attached to the container body 2, a long side vertical wall portion 22 that extends upward from the inner edges of a pair of opposing long sides of the flange portion 21, a short side vertical wall portion 23 that extends upward from the inner edges of a pair of opposing short sides of the flange portion 21, a top wall component 24 that connects the upper edges of the long side vertical wall portion 22 and the short side vertical wall portion 23, and a cover portion 25 that protrudes downward from the entire outer edge of the flange portion 21 and covers the edge wall portion 15 of the container body 2 from the outer side of the container 1 when attached to the container body 2. The lid body 5 also has an attachment claw portion 26 that protrudes from the entire lower edge of the cover portion 25 toward the inner periphery of the cover portion 25, and an inner frame portion 27 that protrudes downward from the underside of the flange portion 21 around the entire circumference of the flange portion 21 and faces the inner surfaces of the long side wall portion 12 and short side wall portion 13 of the container body 2 when the lid body 5 is attached to the container body 2.

As shown in FIG. 4 and other figures, when the lid body 5 (lid 4) is attached to the container body 2, the portions between the edge wall 15 and the long side wall 12 and short side wall 13 of the container body 2 are inserted between the cover 25 and the inner frame 27 of the lid body 5, and the mounting claws 26 are engaged with the lower edge of the edge wall 15 of the container body 2. This basically makes it difficult (or impossible) to remove the lid 4 from the container body 2. The lower edge of the inner frame 27 is located higher than the lower edge of the cover 25. The lid body 5 of this embodiment is integrally formed from polypropylene. In addition, the mounting claws 26 can be provided partially in the circumferential direction of the cover 25 (for example, provided at multiple locations on each side of the cover 25).

Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the lid body 5 is configured to have an R-shape that draws a roughly quarter-circular arc from a position slightly above the lower edge of one of the long side vertical wall portions 22 to the top wall component 24, and the input opening 6 is provided in the R-shaped portion so that the other portions are open while leaving only a small portion on both sides. In addition, a roughly U-shaped handle 28 is connected to the upper surface side of the top wall component 24 so as to be rotatable and displaceable. The handle 28 is configured to be displaceable between a lying position where it is accommodated in a concave handle accommodation portion 29 provided in the top wall component 24, and an upright position where it protrudes above the upper end of the top wall component 24.

As shown in Figures 5 to 7, the door element 7 comprises a pair of opposing side plate portions 31 each having a substantially quarter-circular plate shape, a closing portion 32 having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that connects the arc-shaped portions of the pair of side plate portions 31, a back plate portion 33 that connects one of the linear portions of the pair of side plate portions 31, and a shaft portion 34 that protrudes to the side of the door element 7 from a position that is substantially the center of the arc of each side plate portion 31. The peripheral portion of the shaft portion 34 of the side plate portion 31 is stepped so that the base portion of the shaft portion 34 protrudes slightly to the side beyond the side plate portion 31. The door element 7 of this embodiment is integrally formed from polypropylene.

On the other hand, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the lid body 5 is provided with a pivot support 35 on each short side vertical wall 23 that supports each shaft 34 of the door element 7 so as to be rotatable. The distance between the outer surfaces of the pair of side plate portions 31 of the door element 7 is slightly shorter than the distance between the inner surfaces of the pair of short side vertical wall portions 23 of the lid body 5. The shaft 34 of the door element 7 is inserted into the pivot support 35 of the lid body 5, so that the door element 7 is connected to the lid body 5 so as to be rotatable. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the pivot support 35 is formed by providing a circular through hole in the short side vertical wall 23 and slightly bulging outward at the lower portion of the through hole, and the arc-shaped upper edge of the bulging portion supports the lower side of the shaft 34 (a groove-shaped portion is formed on the inside of the lid body 5 at the bulging portion, and the door element 7 is connected to the lid body 5 from the lower side of the inner surface of the lid body 5).

The arc shape of the side plate portion 31 of the door element 7 corresponds to the R-shaped portion of the lid body 5, and as shown in FIG. 1 etc., when the door element 7 is connected to the lid body 5, both sides of the closing portion 32 are disposed opposite and adjacent to (or in contact with) the inner surface (rear surface) of the R-shaped portion on both sides of the input opening 6, and the closing portion 32 is configured to be able to close the entire input opening 6. In this embodiment, the position (posture) of the door element 7 in which the input opening 6 is closed by the closing portion 32, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 8, corresponds to the closed position, and the state in which the door element 7 is in the closed position corresponds to the closed state of the container 1.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5 etc., the door element 7 has a restricting portion 36 that protrudes outward from the door element 7 from the edge of the closing portion 32 on the side that is not connected to the back plate portion 33. As shown in FIG. 1 etc., when the door element 7 is connected to the lid body 5, the restricting portion 36 penetrates the input opening 6 and protrudes outward from the lid body 5, and as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 10, when the door element 7 is in the closed position, the lower surface of the restricting portion 36 abuts against the lower edge of the input opening 6 and is supported (further rotational displacement is restricted).

As shown in Figs. 5 and 8, the restricting portion 36 in this embodiment is provided in a range including the vicinity of both ends of the closing portion 32 (positions that do not interfere with the R-shaped portion of the lid body 5) in the direction of the rotation axis of the door element 7 (horizontal width direction), but is not provided in a range including the center of the closing portion 32. Instead, an operating portion 37 is provided that protrudes outward from the door element 7 from a position on the edge side of the closing portion 32 that is connected to the back plate portion 33 rather than the edge where the restricting portion 36 is provided. Both sides of the operating portion 37 are connected to the sides of the restricting portion 36, and when the door element 7 is in the closed position, the front edge of the operating portion 37 is located forward of the front edge of the restricting portion 36 in the front-rear direction of the container 1, with the surface of the container 1 that is visible when the long side vertical wall portion 22 where the input opening 6 is formed being viewed from the front (see Figs. 8 to 10).

As shown in FIG. 14 etc., the door element 7 is rotated about 90 degrees from the closed position to the open position by moving the restricting portion 36 closer to the upper edge of the input opening 6. When the door element 7 is in the open position (the container 1 is in the open state), the portion of the closing portion 32 located closer to the back plate portion 33 than the restricting portion 36 and the operating portion 37 is housed inside the container 1 (lid body 5), and most of the input opening 6 (almost the entirety) is open. In addition, by placing a fingertip on the underside of the operating portion 37 with the door element 7 in the closed position, it is possible to relatively easily displace the door element 7 to the open position.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the top wall component 24 of the lid body 5 constitutes the upper edge of the input opening 6 and has an upper edge defining portion 38 extending in the vertical direction. Also, as shown in Figures 2 and 14, the upper edge defining portion 38 has an operation accommodation recess 39 in which the operation portion 37 of the door element 7 is accommodated when the door element 7 is in the open position. This allows the restricting portion 36 to abut against the upper edge of the input opening 6 (upper edge defining portion 38) (see Figure 6), and the restricting portion 36 abutting against the upper edge defining portion 38 restricts further rotational displacement of the door element 7.

As shown in Figs. 14 and 15, the top wall component 24 of the lid body 5 is provided with an operation allowance recess 40 that lowers the height of the upper edge defining portion 38 including the central portion of the operation accommodation recess 39 in the width direction. As a result, even when the door element 7 is in the open position and the operation unit 37 is housed inside the operation accommodation recess 39, it is possible to hook the finger on the rear side of the container 1 of the operation unit 37 through the operation allowance recess 40 (pinch the operation unit 37) and displace the door element 7 to the closed position (close operation of the operation unit 37). Also, as shown in Fig. 8, the closing portion 32 is extended toward the operation accommodation recess 39 so that the portion of the input opening 6 corresponding to the operation accommodation recess 39 can also be closed by the closing portion 32 by placing the door element 7 in the closed position (see Fig. 6).

2 and 3, the lid body 5 has a locking projection 41 that projects downward from the center of the width direction of the operation storage recess 39 of the upper edge defining portion 38. In contrast, as shown in Figs. 6 and 9, the door element 7 has an insertion recess 42 into which the locking projection 41 is inserted when the door element 7 is in the closed position, and a locking projection 43 that is adjacent to the insertion recess 42 and projects outward (upward) from the closing portion 32 of the door element 7. As shown in Figs. 8 and 9, when the door element 7 is in the closed position, the portion of the insertion recess 42 that is continuous with the locking projection 43 and the rear side surface of the locking projection 43 of the container 1 are substantially in contact with the portion of the upper edge defining portion 38 (operation storage recess 39) that is continuous with the locking projection 41 and the front side surface of the locking projection 41 of the container 1 to be locked. Hereinafter, the locking protrusion 43 and the portion of the insertion recess 42 that is continuous with the locking protrusion 43 will be collectively referred to as the "first locking portion 44," and the locked protrusion 41 and the portion of the upper edge defining portion 38 that is continuous with the locked protrusion 41 will be collectively referred to as the "first locked portion 45."

In this embodiment, even if an attempt is made to displace the door element 7 to the open position by operating the operation portion 37 of the door element 7 in the closed position, the first locking portion 44 and the first locked portion 45 are locked relatively firmly (the overlapping area in the direction of rotational displacement of the door element 7, i.e., the locking allowance, is relatively large), so that the door element 7 cannot be basically displaced to the open position. However, as shown in FIG. 8, by pressing a portion of the closing portion 32 of the door element 7 that is slightly displaced from the first locking portion 44 toward the center of the closing portion 32 (hereinafter referred to as the "release operation portion 46") toward the inside (downward) of the container 1, the vicinity of the portion is deformed so as to bend toward the inside of the container 1. Furthermore, based on this deformation, the first locking portion 44 is displaced inward of the container 1 (or the first locking portion 44 is tilted toward the front of the container 1), and by operating the operation portion 37 while maintaining this displaced state (operating the release operation portion 46 and the operation portion 37 simultaneously), the locking state between the first locking portion 44 and the first locked portion 45 can be released and the door element 7 can be displaced to the open position. As shown in FIG. 9, the locking protrusion 43 has a rounded chamfered corner on the front side of the container 1 when the door element 7 is in the closed position, while the corner on the rear side of the container 1 is not chamfered.

Although the dissolution operation unit 46 and the operation unit 37 are arranged at a distance from each other, they are arranged so that an operator can operate both the dissolution operation unit 46 and the operation unit 37 simultaneously with one hand. In this embodiment, the container 1 is not provided with any markings indicating the dissolution operation unit 46 or any indications showing how to operate the dissolution operation unit 46, so that only an operator who is aware of the operation of the dissolution operation unit 46 in advance can open the container 1 from the closed state.

As shown in FIG. 11, in this embodiment, the door element 7 is configured to be able to be held in a temporary closed position between the open position and the closed position. That is, the lid body 5 is provided with a temporary locking portion 47 that protrudes inwardly from the upper edge defining portion 38 on one side edge of the input opening 6 (in this example, the right side edge when viewed from the front) (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3).

In response to this, the door element 7 is provided with a second locking portion 49 that protrudes outward from the door element 7 from a portion near the back plate portion 33 on one side of the closure portion 32 (the right side in this example) as shown in Fig. 5. When the door element 7 is in the closed position, the second locking portion 49 is located forward of the provisional locking portion 47 on the container 1, as shown in Fig. 9, and when the door element 7 is in the open position, the second locking portion 49 is located rearward of the container 1 (inside the container 1) from a portion of the upper edge defining portion 38 to the side of the operation storage recess 39 (hereinafter referred to as the "second locked portion 48") as shown in Fig. 13.

Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 11 to 13, the second locking portion 49 is positioned between the temporary locking portion 47 and the second locked portion 48, so that the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position. In this embodiment, when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, the second locking portion 49 is in a state of substantially abutment with both the temporary locking portion 47 and the second locked portion 48, and the second locking portion 49 abuts against the temporary locking portion 47 to restrict displacement toward the closed position, and the second locking portion 49 abuts against the second locked portion 48 to restrict displacement toward the open position. In addition, the second locking portion 49 is provided only near the right side of the closing portion 32 in correspondence with the temporary locking portion 47 provided only on the right edge of the input opening 6 (see Fig. 5). In this embodiment, the second locking portion 49, the temporary locking portion 47, and the second locked portion 48 constitute a temporary holding means. As shown in FIG. 13, the second locking portion 49 has a rounded chamfer shape on both the corners on the front side of the container 1 when the door member 7 is in the closed position, and on the corners on the rear side of the container 1. Furthermore, the protruding length of the second locking portion 49 from the closing portion 32 is shorter than the protruding length of the regulating portion 36 from the closing portion 32 (see FIG. 13), and is approximately the same as the protruding length of the locking protrusion 43 from the closing portion 32 (see FIG. 12).

In addition, when the second locking portion 49 passes through the second locked portion 48 in the rotation direction of the door element 7, the second locking portion 49 passes through while slipping under the second locked portion 48 toward the inside (below) of the container 1. That is, when the door element 7 is changed from the open position to the temporary closed position, the second locking portion 49 is configured to be displaceable from a state in which it is located inside the container 1 to the input opening 6 side (outside the container 1) beyond the second locked portion 48 by sliding against the second locked portion 48. Furthermore, in the rotation direction of the door element 7, when the second locking portion 49 passes through the temporary locking portion 47, the second locking portion 49 passes through while sliding under the temporary locking portion 47 toward the inside (below) of the container 1. In addition, as shown in Figures 8 to 10, in this embodiment, when the door element 7 is in the closed position, the surface of the second locking portion 49 on the rear side of the container 1 is in a state of approximately abutting the surface of the temporary locking portion 47 on the front side of the container 1. This restricts the movement of the door element 7 toward the open position even at the side (right side) of the door element 7 in the closed position.

As shown in Figures 14 and 16, when the door element 7 is in the open position, the right side of the restricting portion 36 is located between the second locked portion 48 and the temporary locking portion 47, and the restricting portion 36 comes into contact with the temporary locking portion 47 to restrict the door element 7 from moving toward the closed position. Here, when the restricting portion 36 passes through the temporary locking portion 47 in the rotation direction of the door element 7, the restricting portion 36 does not pass under the temporary locking portion 47 so as to go inside the container 1 (below), but passes by avoiding the temporary locking portion 47 so as to go inside the input opening 6.

As shown in Figs. 10, 13, 16, etc., the closing section 32 is configured to be fitted inside the lid body 5 (does not protrude outside the lid body 5) when the container 1 is viewed from the side in the direction of the rotation axis of the door element 7, regardless of whether the door element 7 is in the closed position, the temporary closed position, or the open position (even if the door element 7 is in a predetermined position other than the temporary closed position between the open position and the closed position). In this embodiment, the only parts of the door element 7 that are visible when the container 1 is viewed from the side are the operation part 37 and the tip side parts of the restriction part 36 (as well as the connection part between the operation part 37 and each restriction part 36) (see Figs. 9, 10, etc.). Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 8 and 11, when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position and the closed position, the second locking part 49 provided on the outer surface (front surface) side of the closing section 32 is visible from the outside of the container 1.

5, 9, 10, etc., the door element 7 has a cover part 51 that protrudes from the leading edge (the edge not connected to the back plate part 33) of the closing part 32 when the door element 7 moves from the open position to the closed position to the closed position side of the door element 7 (downward when the door element 7 is in the closed position). In contrast, as shown in Figs. 3, 12, etc., the lid body 5 has a lid cover part 52 that overlaps with the cover part 51 in the inside-outside direction of the container 1 when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, and is provided so that the overlapping area increases in the closed state as shown in Fig. 9, etc. In this embodiment, the lid cover part 52 is formed by a part of the vertical wall part 22 on one long side where the input opening 6 is provided, which is located below the input opening 6, and the upper edge part of the lid cover part 52 forms the lower edge part of the input opening 6. Furthermore, the portion of the vertical wall 22 on one long side where the insertion opening 6 is provided that constitutes the lid cover portion 52 is configured to be located on the inner side of the lid body 5 relative to the portions on both sides of that portion.

As shown in Figures 14 to 16, the door element 7 has a placement section 54 on which an article can be placed inside the lid 4 when the door element 7 is in the open position. The door element 7 is configured so that when it is in the open position, it is displaced toward the closed position, causing the article placed on the placement section 54 to fall into the storage section 3 of the container body 2. As shown in Figure 6, etc., placement reinforcement ribs 55 are provided on the back side of the placement section 54 at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the container 1. When the door element 7 is in the closed position, the upper part of the back plate section 33 of the door element 7 extends in a substantially vertical direction, and the lower part is inclined downward toward the rear of the container 1. When the door element 7 is in the closed position, the placement section 54 extends in a substantially vertical direction downward from the lower edge of the back plate section 33.

As shown in FIG. 15 etc., the lid body 5 has an inclined portion 56 that curves and protrudes downward and toward the inner circumference of the flange 21 from the range of the inner edge of the flange 21 where the lid cover portion 52 is provided, and can guide an item that has fallen from the placement portion 54 toward the inside of the container 1. The lower edge of the inclined portion 56 is located slightly above the lower edge of the cover portion 25. In addition, a lid reinforcement portion 57 is provided that connects the inclined portion 56 and the inner frame portion 27.

As described above in detail, according to this embodiment, since the container 1 is provided with the dissolution operation unit 46, even if the door element 7 cannot be displaced to the open position side by only operating the operation unit 37 in the closed state of the container 1 with the door element 7 in the closed position, the door element 7 can be displaced to the open position and the container 1 can be opened by operating the operation unit 37 (closing operation) while pressing the dissolution operation unit 46. This allows the container 1 to be relatively difficult to open by closing it, while allowing an operator who recognizes the operation of the dissolution operation unit 46 to open the container 1 in the closed state as necessary without damaging it, and prevents accidental or inappropriate contact with the items (contained items) contained in the container 1 after the container 1 is closed. Therefore, while relatively strict management of contact with the items contained in the container 1 is performed, for example, even if the door element 7 is mistakenly closed when there is room in the container 1, the container 1 can be opened again and the container 1 can be used more efficiently. In addition, for example, if a method for opening a container in a closed state is not set and the container is opened (forcefully) while damaging it, it is possible to avoid situations such as the contents accidentally spilling out when opening the container 1, and the operation of opening the container 1 can be performed preferably (safely). As a result, the convenience of opening and closing the door member 7 can be improved. Furthermore, compared to a configuration in which the container 1 cannot be opened once it is closed and cannot be used thereafter, it is possible to prevent accidental contact with items between the point where the work of storing items is performed and the point where the work of removing items is performed. This allows for a further expansion of the ways in which the container 1 can be used.

In addition, in this embodiment, the closing portion 32 of the door element 7 has a substantially arc-shaped cross section, and the door element 7 is connected to the lid body 5 so as to be rotatably displaceable, so that the opening area of the input opening 6 can be secured as wide as possible while minimizing the increase in size of the lid body 4. In addition, by configuring the closing portion 32 of the door element 7 in the open position to fit inside the lid body 5 in a side view (not protruding outside the container 1 beyond the lid body 5), the door element 7 (first locking portion 44, release operation portion 46, etc.) can be protected when the container 1 is in the open state, and the door element 7 is maintained in a state where there is no or little damage until the container 1 is closed, and the door element 7 can function more reliably when the container 1 is closed. Furthermore, by arranging the release operation portion 46 and the operation portion 37 at a distance from each other, it is possible to prevent the operation portion 37 from being displaced or deformed based on the operation of the release operation portion 46. In addition, the disengagement operation unit 46 and the operation unit 37 are positioned so that the operator can simultaneously operate both with one hand, improving the ease of use when opening the container 1 that has been closed (the operator can hold the container 1 with the other hand to safely open it).

Furthermore, the door element 7 is configured to be able to be held in a temporary closed position (a state in which the closing portion 32 closes most of the input opening 6 but does not completely close the input opening 6) which is a position between the open position and the closed position. As a result, although the stage of putting the door element 7 in the closed position has not been reached, for example, the door element 7 can be kept in the temporary closed position except when putting an item into the container 1 (when there is a plan to store items in the container 1 in the future), and the door element 7 can be kept in the temporary closed position, blocking the space between the storage portion 3 of the container 1 and the outside of the container 1 as much as possible, and preventing the environment of the storage portion 3 of the container 1 from interfering with the environment outside the container 1 as much as possible. Therefore, it is possible to improve convenience in situations where it is not desired that the environment of the storage portion 3 of the container 1 affects the outside of the container 1 (for example, a person touches an item stored in the container 1) or that the environment outside the container 1 affects the storage portion 3 of the container 1 (for example, unnecessary items such as garbage enter the container 1, or various instruments (for example, medical equipment and writing utensils) enter the container 1).

The second locking portion 49 and the temporary locking portion 47 regulate the door element 7 in the temporary closed position from being displaced toward the closed position, and also regulate the door element 7 in the closed position from being displaced toward the open position. This makes it possible to more reliably prevent the door element 7 in the closed position from being displaced toward the open position (in cooperation with the first locking portion 44 and the first locked portion 45) while preventing the configuration from becoming too complicated.

Furthermore, when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, the second locking portion 49 is visible from outside the container 1. Therefore, it is possible to visually confirm that the second locking portion 49 is located between the temporary locking portion 47 and the second locked portion 48, and therefore that the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position. In addition, when the door element 7 is moved from the open position to the temporary closed position, the second locking portion 49 goes from being in sliding contact with the second locked portion 48 to being released from this sliding contact, and it is possible to know by touch (click sensation) that the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the door element 7, which is being moved from the open position to the temporary closed position, is mistakenly moved to the closed position.

In addition, the door element 7 is provided with a restricting portion 36 that, when in the closed position, abuts against the lower edge of the input opening 6 to restrict further rotational displacement, and when the door element 7 is in the open position, the right end of the restricting portion 36 is located between the provisionally locked portion 47 and the second locked portion 48, and abuts against the provisionally locked portion 47 to restrict the displacement of the door element 7 toward the closed position. This allows the door element 7 to be maintained in the open position, so that, for example, it is possible to prevent the door element 7 from unintentionally displacing toward the closed position when storing an item in the storage section 3 of the container 1. In addition, the configuration that maintains the open state using the provisionally locked portion 47 and the restricting portion 36 can suppress the complexity of the configuration, and can suppress situations such as a decrease in the opening and closing operability of the door element 7, an increase in the tendency for dust to accumulate, and a decrease in design due to the complexity of the configuration.

In addition, for example, if a manufacturing error occurs related to the second locking portion 49 or the temporary locking portion 47, there is a concern that the engagement between the second locking portion 49 and the temporary locking portion 47 will be too large when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, making it difficult (unable to displace) the door element 7 toward the closed position, or that the engagement between the second locking portion 49 and the temporary locking portion 47 will be too large when the container 1 is in the closed state, making it difficult (unable to displace) the door element 7 toward the open position (temporary closed position). Furthermore, there is a concern that it will be difficult to release the engagement between the restricting portion 36 and the temporary locking portion 47 when the container 1 is in the open state. In this respect, in the present embodiment, the second locking portion 49 and the temporary locking portion 47 are provided only on the same side (the right side in this embodiment) of the door element 7 in the width direction (the axial direction of the door element 7), and the temporary locking portion 47 is provided protruding from the side edge of the input opening 6 toward the inside of the input opening 6. Therefore, when the door element 7 is displaced, the door element 7 is relatively displaced toward the other side (left side) in the width direction of the door element 7, so that the engagement between the second locking portion 49 and the temporary locking portion 47 (as well as the engagement between the restricting portion 36 and the temporary locking portion 47) can be reduced, and the door element 7 can be displaced between the temporary closed position and the closed position (as well as between the open position and the temporary closed position) relatively smoothly.

Furthermore, when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, the closing portion 32 does not completely close the input opening 6, but the cover portion 51, which is located on the closed position side (lower) of the door element 7 than the closing portion 32, and the lid cover portion 52, which overlaps the cover portion 51 in the inward and outward directions of the container 1 when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position and the closed position, allow the input opening 6 to be almost closed even when the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position. Therefore, the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position except when an article is being input into the container 1, blocking the space between the storage portion 3 of the container 1 and the outside of the container 1 as much as possible, thereby further enhancing the effect of minimizing the interaction between the environment of the storage portion 3 of the container 1 and the environment outside the container 1. Furthermore, even if the container 1 falls over while the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position, as long as the door element 7 is maintained in the temporary closed position (the door element 7 is designed not to fall off even when force is applied from the inside to the outside of the container 1, and when the door element 7 is pressed from the inside of the container 1, the engagement between the second locking portion 49 and the second locked portion 48 and the temporary locking portion 47 becomes stronger, making it easier to maintain the temporary closed position), the cover portion 51 and the lid cover portion 52 can prevent items from spilling out of the container 1 through the input opening 6.

In addition, the door element 7 is provided with a placement section 54 on which an article can be placed inside the lid body 4 when the door element 7 is in the open position. This makes it possible to suppress variations in the posture and fall speed of the article stored (thrown) in the container 1. Furthermore, the inclined section 56 of the lid body 5 makes it possible to prevent the article from piling up in one place in the storage section 3 of the container body 2 at a position that would prevent the door element 7 from opening and closing. Therefore, the article can be efficiently stored in the container 1 without special work by the worker (for example, the work of leveling the articles stored in the container 1). In addition, by providing the inclined section 56 on the lid body 4, the container body 2 can be made to have a relatively simple shape, and the container bodies 2 can be stacked vertically, which improves convenience during storage and transportation. Furthermore, even if the container 1 falls over while the door element 7 is in the open position, as long as the door element 7 is maintained in the open position (the door element 7 is designed not to fall off even when a force is applied from the inside to the outside of the container 1, and when the door element 7 is pressed from the inside of the container 1, the engagement between the restricting portion 36 and the second locked portion 48 and the provisionally locked portion 47 becomes stronger, making it easier to maintain the open position), the placement portion 54 and the inclined portion 56 restrict the displacement of the items contained in the container 1 toward the input opening 6, preventing the items from spilling out of the container 1 through the input opening 6.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be implemented, for example, as follows. Of course, other applications and modifications not exemplified below are also possible.

(a) The position of the release operation part 46 in the above embodiment is not particularly limited, and can be changed as appropriate according to the shape and use of the door element 7 and the lid body 5. For example, in the above embodiment, the release operation part 46 is provided on the door element 7, but the release operation part may be provided on the lid body 5. As an example of the mode, a finger hook part that protrudes toward the input opening 6 side and enables the operator to hook the fingertips on the underside to apply upward force, or a knob part that protrudes upward and enables the operator to pinch and apply upward force, may be provided on the operation storage recess 39 of the lid body 5 or in its vicinity. When this configuration is adopted, when the door element 7 in the closed state is opened, the first locked part 45 is displaced upward by operating the finger hook part or the knob part to deform the peripheral part upward, and the operation part 37 is operated while maintaining that state, thereby disengaging the locked state between the first locked part 44 and the first locked part 45. When this configuration is adopted, the release operation section is made up of a part operated by the operator, such as a finger hook or a knob, and a part that deforms in response to the operation to displace the first locked part 45. The configuration of the first locked part 44 and the first locked part 45 and their surrounding parts is not particularly limited, and can be modified as appropriate, for example, by omitting the locked protrusion 41 to improve the rotational operability of the door member 7, or by omitting the locking protrusion 43 to configure the locking structure to fit inside the lid 4 so that the location of the locking structure is difficult to see from the outside when the container 1 is closed.

In the above embodiment, the release operation unit 46 is provided at one location, but for example, the release operation unit (i.e., the location where the locked state needs to be released in order to open the container 1) may be provided at multiple locations. For example, the release operation units may be provided at multiple locations (e.g., two locations) spaced apart from each other, so that a single operator cannot operate all the release operation units while operating the operation unit 37, even with both hands. In this case, multiple people (e.g., two people) are required to open a closed container, and the handling of items contained in the closed container can be made more strict. The distance between the release operation unit 46 and the operation unit 37 can be changed not only by changing the position of the release operation unit 46, but also by changing the position of the operation unit 37.

(b) In the above embodiment, the closing portion 32 of the door element 7 has a substantially arc-shaped cross section and is configured to be rotatably displaceable, but the shape and operation of the door element 7 can be changed as appropriate. For example, the door element may be substantially flat, the input opening may be a rectangular frame, and rails may be provided at a pair of opposing side edges of the input opening to support the sides of the door element, so that the opening area of the input opening can be changed to allow the door element to be slidably displaced. Even in the door element of this configuration, the first and second locking portions are provided to hold the door element in the closed position and the provisionally closed position, and when the door element is in the closed position, the peripheral portion of the first locking portion (unlocking portion) is pressed toward the inside of the container 1, and the operation portion provided on the door element is operated to release the locking state between the first locking portion and the first locked portion, allowing the door element to be displaced to the open position.

(c) In the above embodiment, the door element 7 is held in the temporary closed position by positioning the second locking portion 49 of the door element 7 between the second locked portion 48 and the temporary locked portion 47 of the lid body 5 in the rotation direction of the door element 7. However, for example, in addition to the second locking portion 49, the door element 7 may be provided with a third locking portion that protrudes from the closing portion 32 to the outside of the container 1 opposite the second locking portion 49 in the rotation direction of the door element 7, and the temporary locking portion 47 or the second locked portion 48 (if the second locked portion 48 side is used, the temporary locking portion 47 can be omitted) may be positioned between the second locking portion 49 and the third locking portion in the rotation direction of the door element 7, so that the door element 7 is in the temporary closed position. It is also possible to omit the configuration for holding the door element 7 in the temporary closed position.

(d) In the above embodiment, the operation unit 37 is provided at a position separated from the edge of the closing portion 32 on the side not connected to the back plate portion 33, but it may be configured to protrude from this edge toward the outside of the door element 7 (protruding farther toward the outside of the door element 7 than the restricting portion 36). In this case, it is possible to omit the operation accommodation recess 39 (omit the expanded shape of the closing portion 32). In addition, a configuration in which the operation unit 37 is provided so as to protrude from the edge of the closing portion 32 on the side not connected to the back plate portion 33 toward the outside of the door element 7 (for example, a configuration in which the operation unit 37 is provided horizontally in a continuous line with the restricting portion 36) and the operation unit 37 also serves as the restricting portion 36 may be adopted. For example, when the shape constituting the operation unit 37 in the above embodiment is omitted, the door element 7 is opened and closed by operating the restricting portion 36.

(e) In the above embodiment, the container body 2, the lid body 5, and the door member 7 are made of polypropylene, but they may be made of other resin materials such as polyethylene, PET, polyamide, etc. In addition, the items stored in the container 1 are not particularly limited and can be changed as appropriate. However, since the container 1 has a configuration that makes it relatively difficult to open it when in the closed state, the functions of the container 1 can be fully exerted by using it as a container for transporting items that require careful handling, such as used syringes.
