Claims (14)
- 電極及び分離膜を含む単位セルを第1の方向に移送する第1の移送部;
前記電極の歪み角度を測定する第1のビジョン部;
前記単位セルを把持して移動させるグリッパ(gripper);及び
前記グリッパを制御する制御部;を含み、
前記制御部は、前記グリッパが前記単位セルを把持する前に、前記第1のビジョン部で測定された前記電極の歪み角度に基づいて前記グリッパの角度を調整し、前記グリッパが前記単位セルを把持した後、前記グリッパの角度が調整前の角度となるように前記グリッパを復帰させ、
前記電極の歪み角度は、前記第1の方向と平面上で垂直な第2の方向への仮想線及び前記電極の中心軸がなす角度であり、
前記グリッパの角度は、前記第2の方向への仮想線及び前記グリッパの中心軸がなす角度である、
単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記グリッパが前記単位セルを把持する前に、前記グリッパを前記電極の歪み角度だけ回転させる、
請求項1に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記単位セルは、第1の電極、前記第1の電極の両面上に積層された前記分離膜、及び前記第1の電極の両面上に積層された前記分離膜のそれぞれの上に積層された第2の電極を含み、
前記第1のビジョン部は、前記第1の電極の歪み角度を測定する、
請求項1に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記第1の電極は負極であり、前記第2の電極は正極である、
請求項3に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記グリッパが復帰した後、前記電極の歪み角度をさらに測定する第2のビジョン部;をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記第2のビジョン部で測定された前記電極の歪み角度に基づいて復帰した前記グリッパの角度をさらに調整する、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記グリッパが復帰した後、前記制御部は、前記電極の歪み角度だけ復帰した前記グリッパを回転させる、
請求項5に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記単位セルは、第1の電極、前記第1の電極の両面上に積層された前記分離膜、及び前記第1の電極の両面上に積層された前記分離膜のそれぞれの上に積層された第2の電極を含み、
前記第1のビジョン部及び前記第2のビジョン部のそれぞれは、前記第1の電極の歪み角度を測定する、
請求項5に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記第1の電極は負極であり、前記第2の電極は正極である、
請求項7に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 前記第1のビジョン部は、前記第1の移送部の第1の領域で前記電極の歪み角度を測定し、
前記グリッパは、前記第1の移送部の第1の領域と隣接する第2の領域で前記電極を把持し、
前記第2のビジョン部は、前記第1の移送部の第2の領域で前記電極の歪み角度をさらに測定する、
請求項5に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 分離フィルム及び前記分離フィルム上に配置された前記単位セルを移送する第2の移送部;をさらに含み、
前記グリッパは、前記単位セルを移動させて前記第2の移送部に供給し、
前記制御部は、前記グリッパがさらに調整された角度を維持し、前記単位セルを前記第2の移送部に供給するようにさらに制御する、
請求項5に記載の単位セルの整列装置。 - 電極及び分離膜を含む単位セルを第1の方向に移送する段階;
前記電極の歪み角度を測定する段階;
測定された前記電極の歪み角度に基づいてグリッパの角度を調整する段階;
前記単位セルを角度が調整された前記グリッパで把持する段階;及び
前記単位セルを把持した前記グリッパの角度が調整前の角度となるように前記グリッパを復帰させる段階;を含み、
前記電極の歪み角度は、前記第1の方向と平面上で垂直な第2の方向への仮想線及び前記電極の中心軸がなす角度であり、
前記グリッパの角度は、前記第2の方向への仮想線及び前記グリッパの中心軸がなす角度である、
単位セルの整列方法。 - 前記グリッパが復帰した後、前記電極の歪み角度をさらに測定する段階;及び
さらに測定された前記電極の歪み角度に基づいて復帰した前記グリッパの角度をさらに調整する段階;を含む、
請求項11に記載の単位セルの整列方法。 - 前記単位セルを第1の方向に移送する段階は、前記電極を前記電極の歪み角度が測定される第1の領域に移送する第1の移送段階、及び前記電極が前記グリッパで把持される第2の領域に移送する第2の移送段階を含む、
請求項12に記載の単位セルの整列方法。 - 前記電極の歪み角度をさらに測定する段階は、前記第2の領域で行われる、
