Description
図8は、第1変形例に係るメインバッテリの劣化前後のSOC-OCV特性を示す図である。図8を参照して、第1変形例に係るメインバッテリについて説明する。
上述の実施の形態および第1、第2変形例においては、メインバッテリ10の劣化状態の指標となる第1指標値が、満充電容量Cである場合を例示して説明したが、これに限定されず、第1指標値は、車両の総走行距離、車両の総走行時間、メインバッテリ10への総通電量、メインバッテリ10の温度頻度、あるいは、メインバッテリ10の抵抗値等であってもよい。これらの指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したときに、上記下限値を上述同様に設定することにより、実施の形態とほぼ同様の効果が得られる。
Claims (8)
- 蓄電装置を制御する制御装置であって、
前記蓄電装置の劣化状態の指標となる第1指標値を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電状態を示す第2指標値が許容される許容範囲の下限値を下げる下限設定部と、を備え、
前記蓄電装置は、SOCが所定の基準値以上である第1SOC領域と前記基準値未満である第2SOC領域とを含むSOC-OCV特性曲線を有し、
SOCが前記基準値以上となるように前記蓄電装置を充電した後に、放電を行なって放電を休止したタイミングから所定の時間経過するまでに、前記蓄電装置の電圧が、放電開始時の電圧に戻らず、
前記第2指標値は、前記蓄電装置の充填率SOCであり、
前記第2SOC領域は、前記所定の時間で分極が解消する領域であり、
前記許容範囲として前記第2SOC領域を利用し、
前記下限設定部は、前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記第2SOC領域に位置するSOCの制御範囲の下限値を下げる、制御装置。 - 蓄電装置を制御する制御装置であって、
前記蓄電装置の劣化状態の指標となる第1指標値を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電状態を示す第2指標値が許容される許容範囲の下限値を下げる下限設定部と、を備え、
前記蓄電装置に含まれる蓄電セルは、リン酸鉄系リチウムイオン電池であり、
前記蓄電装置は、蓄電率に対する開放端電圧の変化率が所定値以下であるフラット領域を有するSOC-OCV特性曲線を有し、
前記フラット領域は、前記SOC-OCV特性曲線において、SOCが20%以上99%以下の範囲である、制御装置。 - 前記下限設定部は、前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示していない場合に、前記下限値を維持する、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記下限設定部は、前記劣化度が大きくなるほど、前記下限値を低下する、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1指標値は、前記蓄電装置の満充電容量である、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 蓄電装置を制御する制御方法であって、
前記蓄電装置の劣化状態の指標となる第1指標値を取得するステップと、
前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電状態を示す第2指標値が許容される許容範囲の下限値を下げるステップと、を備え、
前記蓄電装置として、SOCが所定の基準値以上である第1SOC領域と前記基準値未満である第2SOC領域とを含むSOC-OCV特性曲線を有し、SOCが前記基準値以上となるように前記蓄電装置を充電した後に、放電を行なって放電を休止したタイミングから所定の時間経過するまでに、前記蓄電装置の電圧が、放電開始時の電圧に戻らないものを用い、
前記第2指標値は、前記蓄電装置の充填率SOCであり、
前記第2SOC領域は、前記所定の時間で分極が解消する領域であり、
前記許容範囲として前記第2SOC領域を利用し、
前記下限値を下げるステップにおいて、前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記第2SOC領域に位置するSOCの制御範囲の下限値を下げる、制御方法。 - 蓄電装置を制御する制御方法であって、
前記蓄電装置の劣化状態の指標となる第1指標値を取得するステップと、
前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示したとき、前記蓄電装置の蓄電状態を示す第2指標値が許容される許容範囲の下限値を下げるステップと、を備え、
前記蓄電装置に含まれる蓄電セルは、リン酸鉄系リチウムイオン電池であり、
前記蓄電装置として、蓄電率に対する開放端電圧の変化率が所定値以下であるフラット領域を有するSOC-OCV特性曲線を有するものを用い、
前記フラット領域は、前記SOC-OCV特性曲線において、SOCが20%以上99%以下の範囲である、制御方法。 - 前記第1指標値が所定以上の劣化度を示していない場合に、前記下限値を維持するステップをさらに備えた、請求項6または7に記載の制御方法。
