Description
Claims (4)
- 蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置以外の電源からの電力によりプリチャージされるコンデンサを含む電力制御装置と、前記蓄電装置と前記電力制御装置とを電気的に接続すると共に両者の接続を解除する有接点式のリレーとを含む電源システムにおいて、
システム起動の要求に応じて前記蓄電装置の電圧を取得して前記コンデンサのプリチャージの目標電圧に設定すると共に、前記プリチャージの完了に応じて前記リレーの閉成指令を出力し、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記目標電圧を前記蓄電装置の電圧とは異なる値に変更し、前記閉成指令の出力後における前記コンデンサの電圧が変更後の前記目標電圧に追従して変動するか否かを判定する制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記目標電圧に追従した場合、前記リレーが正常に閉成されていないと判定して前記電源システムの作動を禁止し、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記目標電圧に追従しない場合、前記リレーが正常に閉成されたと判定して前記電源システムの作動を許可する電源システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記電力制御装置は、車両に搭載された電動機を駆動し、
前記制御装置は、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記リレーが正常に閉成されていないと判定し、かつ前記リレーが正常に閉成されていないとの判定回数が2以上の所定回数未満である場合、前記車両の走行許可状態への移行を禁止し、前記リレーが正常に閉成されたと判定した場合、および前記閉成指令の出力後に前記リレーが正常に閉成されていないと判定し、かつ前記判定回数が前記所定回数以上である場合、前記車両を走行許可状態へと移行させる電源システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記電源は、前記蓄電装置よりも低電圧の第2の蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置および前記電力制御装置側からの電力を降圧して前記第2の蓄電装置側に供給すると共に、前記システム起動の要求に応じて前記第2の蓄電装置からの電力を前記目標電圧になるように昇圧して前記コンデンサをプリチャージする電圧変換装置とを含む電源システム。 - 蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置以外の電源からの電力によりプリチャージされるコンデンサを含む電力制御装置と、前記蓄電装置と前記電力制御装置とを電気的に接続すると共に両者の接続を解除する有接点式のリレーとを含む電源システムにおけるリレーの状態判定方法であって、
システム起動の要求に応じて前記蓄電装置の電圧を取得して前記コンデンサのプリチャージの目標電圧に設定すると共に、前記プリチャージの完了に応じて前記リレーの閉成指令を出力し、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記目標電圧を前記蓄電装置の電圧とは異なる値に変更し、前記閉成指令の出力後における前記コンデンサの電圧が変更後の前記目標電圧に追従して変動するか否かを判定し、
前記閉成指令の出力後に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記目標電圧に追従した場合、前記リレーが正常に閉成されていないと判定して前記電源システムの作動を禁止し、前記閉成指令の出力後に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記目標電圧に追従しない場合、前記リレーが正常に閉成されたと判定して前記電源システムの作動を許可する、
