Description

The present invention relates to a storage fixture that forms a shelf-like storage space for storing items.

Conventionally, there has been known a method of forming a container for storing items by providing partitions in the storage space of a shelf-like storage unit used in work spaces such as offices, research facilities, hospitals, and schools (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

When attempting to use the containers described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 to store documents, stationery, and the like used in office work, there is an issue that the opening is narrow, making it difficult to store documents and items. In addition, such containers are not fixed to the object on which they are installed, and there is an issue with the ease of managing items when storing confidential items.

The present invention aims to provide a storage fixture that allows items to be freely stored in a storage space while improving the manageability of the items.

The present invention is a storage fixture comprising a fixture body having an internal storage space that is closed at the top and bottom and opens to the front in the front-to-rear direction, and an item storage unit that is housed in at least one of the storage spaces and divides the storage space in the left-right direction to form an item storage space in part of the storage space in which items can be stored. The item storage unit is a storage fixture comprising a housing that forms the item storage space inside, a lid that is provided on the housing and is capable of opening and closing between the item storage space and the outside, and a fixing part that can fix the housing to the fixture body from the item storage space.

According to the present invention, the storage space can be divided by the item storage unit to form an item storage space. The item storage unit can be fixed by the fixing part at any position when viewed from the opening side of the storage space, improving convenience for the user.

The housing of the present invention may be formed in a box shape having a pair of side panels that close both sides of the item storage space in the left-right direction.

According to the present invention, since both sides of the housing are closed, it is possible to secure storage space for items by fixing it to either the left or right side as viewed from the opening side of the storage space.

The housing of the present invention may have a top plate arranged along an upper surface that closes the storage space, and a bottom plate arranged along a lower surface that closes the storage space, and an opening that opens to one side in the front-rear direction is formed between the top plate and the bottom plate, and the lid may close the opening.

According to the present invention, the lid is provided on the housing, so that the item storage space can be closed and items can be stored in the storage space.

The housing of the present invention may include an upper placement section that divides the item storage space in the vertical direction.

According to the present invention, the provision of an upper storage section makes it easier for users to store frequently used items when the storage space is located at a lower position.

The present invention may also include a locking mechanism that keeps the lid closed to maintain the confidentiality space.

According to the present invention, a locking mechanism is provided to keep the lid closed, allowing confidential items to be stored in the item storage space.

The present invention allows items to be freely stored in a shelf-like storage space and improves the manageability of items.

The configuration of a storage fixture according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the side where the shelf opening is located and where objects to be stored are inserted and removed will be referred to as the front side.

As shown in FIG. 1, the storage fixture 1 comprises a fixture body 2 having multiple storage spaces S therein, and an item storage unit 10 provided in the storage spaces S. Multiple storage spaces S are provided vertically in a shelf-like manner in the internal space W of the storage fixture 1. There may be only one storage space S. Each storage space S is closed at the top and bottom and opens to the front in the front-to-back direction. The fixture body 2 is installed, for example, in the space below the top of a desk. The fixture body 2 may be installed against a wall inside a room.

The fixture body 2 is a storage shelf for storing and organizing storage objects such as documents. The fixture body 2 has a bottom plate 3 that is placed on a support surface such as a floor. The bottom plate 3 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. A pair of vertical rods 4, 5 are arranged on both short side surfaces of the bottom plate 3, standing upward in perpendicular directions from both side surfaces. The pair of vertical rods 4, 5 are formed in a rectangular plate shape.

A top plate 6 is disposed at the upper ends of the pair of vertical rods 4, 5, facing the bottom plate 3. The top plate 6 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. An internal space W is formed by the bottom plate 3, the pair of vertical rods 4, 5, and the top plate 6. The rectangular opening on the rear side of the internal space W is closed by the rear plate 7. The rear plate 7 is formed in a rectangular plate shape so as to be fixed to the rear end of the storage space S formed by the bottom plate 3, the pair of vertical rods 4, 5, and the top plate 6.

Inside the fixture body 2, shelves 8 are provided that divide the internal space W horizontally. The shelves 8 are formed in the shape of a rectangular plate. The shelves 8 are adjusted to any height within the internal space W and then attached. For example, both short side surfaces of the shelf 8 are supported by a pair of vertical rods 4, 5. When there is only one storage space S, the shelf 8 may be the bottom plate 3.

The shelf board 8 forms, for example, a plurality of storage spaces S in the internal space W. In this embodiment, the shelf board 8 is fixed at a height that adjusts the upper storage space S to a height that can store documents of a predetermined size (e.g., A4 size).

A rectangular opening is formed on the front side of the storage space S in the front-to-rear direction. Multiple shelf boards 8 may be provided. The bottom board 3, the pair of vertical rods 4, 5, the top board 6, the back board 7, and the shelf board 8 are formed into a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, for example, by bending and combining metal plates. This ensures that the bottom board 3, the pair of vertical rods 4, 5, the top board 6, the back board 7, and the shelf board 8 have a predetermined bending rigidity.

An item storage unit 10 is fixed to the storage space S. The item storage unit 10 is fixed, for example, at any position in the storage space S when viewed from the opening direction. The item storage unit 10 is stored in at least one of the storage spaces S, and divides the storage space S in a left-right direction that intersects the up-down and front-to-back directions, forming an item storage space B in part of the storage space S in which items can be stored. The item storage unit 10 may be installed toward either the left or right side in the left-right direction in the storage space S, or may be installed at any position in the left-right direction and used as a partition.

As shown in FIG. 2, the item storage unit 10 comprises a housing 11 that forms an item storage space B inside, a lid 20 provided on the housing 11 that can be opened and closed between the item storage space B and the outside of the housing 11, an item storage section C that is attached to the lid 20 and placed inside the item storage space B to store items, and a fixing section 30 that can fix the housing 11 to the fixture body 2 from the item storage space B.

The housing 11 divides the multiple storage spaces S in the left-right direction when viewed from the opening direction, and forms an item storage space B inside. The item storage space B is formed so that it can accommodate A4-sized items in the vertical direction. The housing 11 is formed in a box shape that closes at least both sides when viewed from the opening direction of the multiple storage spaces S to form the item storage space B.

The housing 11 has a top plate 15 arranged along the upper surface that closes the storage space S, and a bottom plate 12 arranged along the lower surface that closes the storage space S. The housing 11 has a substantially rectangular opening that opens to one side in the front-to-rear direction between the top plate 15 and the bottom plate 12. The lid portion 20 closes the opening. The bottom plate 12 is formed, for example, in the shape of a rectangular plate. The bottom plate 12 is installed on the shelf board 8 so that one short side faces the front.

The bottom plate 12 is provided with a fixing portion for fixing to the shelf plate 8, for example, as described below. A pair of side plates 13, 14 are provided on both longitudinal sides of the bottom plate 12, standing in an upward orthogonal direction. The pair of side plates 13, 14 are formed in a rectangular plate shape. A top plate 15 is provided on the upper ends of the pair of side plates 13, 14, to which the upper ends of the pair of side plates 13, 14 are connected. The top plate 15 is arranged, for example, so as to contact the lower surface of the top plate 6 of the fixture body 2, or so as to be spaced apart by a small distance. The top plate 15 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. The top plate 15 may have ribs formed in an uneven shape when viewed from the opening direction of the fixture body 2.

An opening is formed on the rear surface of the housing 11. This opening is closed by the rear plate 7 when the housing 11 is fixed to the multiple storage spaces S. This opening may be closed by a plate-shaped body. With the above configuration, an item storage space B is formed inside the housing 11, surrounded by the bottom plate 12, the pair of side plates 13, 14, the top plate 15, and the rear plate 7. In the housing 11, a lid portion 20 that can be opened and closed is provided on the front opening side of the item storage space B (the opening side of the multiple storage spaces S). The lid portion 20 is formed, for example, to have approximately the same height as the openings of the multiple storage spaces S. The bottom plate 12, the pair of side plates 13, 14, and the top plate 15 are formed, for example, into a plate shape by processing a metal plate. The lid portion 20 is formed, for example, into a plate shape having a predetermined thickness by folding and combining a metal plate.

The bottom plate 12, the pair of side plates 13, 14, the top plate 15, and the lid 20 may be formed using punched metal, rod-shaped bodies, or mesh plates so that the item storage space B can be seen. That is, the housing 11 may be formed in a louvered or meshed shape. The housing 11 may also be formed using a transparent or translucent resin plate so that the item storage space B can be seen.

The lid portion 20 is slidably opened and closed horizontally, for example, so as to protrude from the openings of the multiple storage spaces S relative to the housing 11. The back side of the lid portion 20 facing the item storage space B is provided with, for example, an item storage section C that stores items to be stored inside the housing 11. The item storage section C is provided with an upper placement section C1 arranged at the top of the item storage space B and a lower placement section C2 arranged at the bottom of the item storage space B. The upper placement section C1 is arranged so as to divide the item storage space B in the vertical direction. The upper placement section C1 is formed in a box shape (tray) with an open top.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the upper mounting portion C1 is supported by a cantilever on the back surface of the lid portion 20. The back surface of the lid portion 20 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 21 for fixing the upper mounting portion C1. The back surface of the lid portion 20 has two rows of fixing holes 21 arranged vertically proximate to a pair of long sides of the lid portion 20 along the vertical direction. The fixing holes 21 are formed as rectangular through holes whose longitudinal direction is along the vertical direction.

A pair of hook portions F for engaging with the fixing holes 21 are formed on the front surface of the upper mounting portion C1. The hook portions F are formed to protrude toward the front surface of the upper mounting portion C1. A notch is formed downward at the base end of the hook portions F. With the above configuration, when the hook portions F are inserted into the fixing holes 21 and the upper mounting portion C1 is moved downward and the notch engages with the plate on the back surface of the lid portion 20, the hook portions F and the front surface of the upper mounting portion C1 cooperate to support the upper mounting portion C1 on the back surface of the lid portion 20 by a cantilever.

The hook portion F has the strength to withstand the moment caused by the load of the item placed on the upper placement portion C1. By engaging the hook portion F with fixing holes 21 of different heights, the attachment position in the height direction of the upper placement portion C1 can be changed.

The lower mounting portion C2 is formed in a box shape with an open top. The front surface of the lower mounting portion C2 is fixed to the back surface side of the lid portion 20. As a result, the lower mounting portion C2 is supported by a cantilever on the back surface side of the lid portion 20. With the above configuration, the lid portion 20, the upper mounting portion C1, and the lower mounting portion C2 are formed integrally.

The method of fixing the upper mounting part C1 and the lower mounting part C2 to the lid part 20 is not limited to the above, and a frame-shaped frame (not shown) may be fixed to the back side of the lid part 20, and the upper mounting part C1 and the lower mounting part C2 may be placed on the frame. A rail part R is provided below the lower mounting part C2 to support the lid part 20, the upper mounting part C1, and the lower mounting part C2 so that they can move freely relative to the housing 11.

The rail section R is a two-stage slide rail that is formed so as to be freely retractable from the opening on the front side of the housing 11. The rail section R may be formed so as to be freely retractable in two or more stages. The rail section R comprises a pair of outer rails R1 provided on the back side facing the item storage space B of the pair of side plates 13, 14, and an inner rail R2 that moves relative to the outer rails R1. The outer rail R1 is, for example, a long member attached along the horizontal direction. The outer rail R1 has, for example, an inner groove formed in a C-shaped cross section.

The inner rail R2 is a movable member that slides in the front-rear direction along the inner groove of the outer rail R1. The inner rail R2 may be provided with, for example, one or more wheels that run along the inner groove of the outer rail R1. The inner rail R2 is fixed below the lower mounting part C2. The rail part R supports the lid part 20, the upper mounting part C1, and the lower mounting part C2 so that they can move freely and protrude from the front surface of the housing 11.

The rail portion R may be laid between the bottom plate 12 and the bottom surface of the lower placement portion C2. In other words, the rail portion R may movably support the lower placement portion C2 so that it protrudes horizontally from the opening.

The item storage unit 10 is fixed to a predetermined position in the multiple storage spaces S. For example, the item storage unit 10 is fixed to either the left or right side when viewed from the opening of the multiple storage spaces S. The item storage unit 10 has a fixing portion 30 for fixing it to the storage space.

The fixing part 30 is a fixing device that fixes the housing 11 to the fixture body 2 from inside the housing 11. The fixing part 30 includes, for example, at least one through hole 12H formed in the bottom plate 12, at least one screw P that fastens the through hole 12H and the shelf plate 8 together, and a screw hole formed in the shelf plate 8. The shelf plate 8 has at least one screw hole (not shown) formed in correspondence with the number and position of the through holes 12H. The screw hole may be provided in the bottom plate 3. The position of the through hole 12H shown in the figure is an example, and the bottom plate 12 may be formed in another position. The through hole may be provided not only in the bottom plate 12 but also in the top plate 15 and the pair of side plates 13 and 14. In this case, the item storage unit 10 may be fixed not only to the shelf plate 8 but also to the top plate 6 and the vertical rods 4 and 5.

The screw holes formed on the shelf board 8 side are formed in advance at predetermined positions. Nuts (not shown) may be fixed to the inside of the shelf board 8 in the screw holes. The screw holes may be formed by the user using a drill or the like when using the shelf board. The screw P is, for example, a screw or a tapping screw, and is attached using a tool such as a screwdriver or a wrench. The screw P may be a wing bolt, thumb screw, or other screw that does not require tools.

The lid 20 is provided with a locking mechanism K that maintains the lid 20 in a closed state so as to maintain the item storage space B (see Figs. 1 and 2). The locking mechanism K is provided to maintain the closed state on the housing 11 side. The locking mechanism K includes, for example, a cylinder lock (not shown) and a locking mechanism (not shown) provided on the cylinder lock. When a key is inserted into the cylinder lock and the locking mechanism is rotated in the locking direction, the locking mechanism rotates in conjunction with the cylinder lock and protrudes upward from an opening 22 provided on the top of the lid 20.

For example, when the locking portion is in a protruding state, it hooks onto a locked portion (not shown) provided on the top plate 15, restricting the forward movement of the lid portion 20 and maintaining the closed state. When a key is inserted into the cylinder lock and rotated in the unlocking direction, the locking portion is stored inside the lid portion 20 and the hooking with the locked portion is released. When the lock portion K is unlocked, the lid portion 20 becomes free to move forward.

By providing the locking part K, the lid part 20 can be kept in a closed state to close off the item storage space B, forming a confidential storage space in which the user can store confidential items. When the locking part K is in a locked state, the lid part 20 is in a closed state, the screw P of the fixing part 30 cannot be removed, and removal of the item storage unit 10 is restricted.

When the locking part K is in an unlocked state, the lid part 20 becomes movable and the screw P of the fixing part 30 can be removed. This allows the item storage unit 10 to be freely moved to either side of the pair of vertical rods 4, 5 in the multiple storage spaces S, or to any position in the multiple storage spaces S, and then fixed to the shelf board 8 again by the screw P. The locking part K may be fixed not only to the top of the lid part 20, but also to other positions. The locking part K may be provided not only on the lid part 20, but also on the housing 11 side.

As described above, according to the present invention, the shelf-like storage space can be partitioned by the housing to form an item storage space. The housing can be fixed to either the left or right side of the storage space as viewed from the opening side by the fixing part, so that the mounting position of the housing can be changed even if the storage fixture is moved, improving convenience for the user.

According to the present invention, since both sides of the housing are closed, it is possible to secure an item storage space when the housing is fixed to either the left or right side as viewed from the opening side of the storage space. According to the present invention, since a lid is provided on the housing, it is possible to close the item storage space and store items in the storage space.

According to the present invention, by providing an upper placement section, when the storage space is located at a lower position, it becomes easier for the user to store frequently used items. According to the present invention, by providing a locking section that keeps the lid section closed, confidential items can be stored in the item storage space.

[Modification]
The above-described item storage unit 10 has a lid 20 that can be opened and closed freely in a drawer style. The method of opening and closing the lid 20 is not limited to this, and the lid 20 may be opened and closed by a hinge. In the following description, the same names and symbols are used for the same configurations as in the above embodiment, and duplicate descriptions are omitted as appropriate.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the item storage unit 10A according to the modified example includes a housing 11 and a lid 20 attached to the housing 11 via a hinge T so as to be freely opened and closed. The lid 20 opens and closes, for example, relative to an opening on the front side of the housing 11. The hinge is provided, for example, on the underside of the opening. The lid 20 opens and closes by opening upward relative to the housing 11 with the lower side as a rotation axis by the hinge T. The hinge T has, for example, a hinge structure. The hinge T may be formed from a flexible plate-like body.

For example, a magnetic catch (not shown) or a magnetic latch (not shown) that magnetically attracts is provided between the top of the lid 20 and the upper side of the opening of the housing 11. A lock K is provided on the upper side of the opening of the housing 11. When the lock K is in the closed state, the lock K1 is engaged with a lock hole 20K formed on the upper end of the lid 20.

When the lid 20 is in the open state, the item storage space B is opened from the opening of the housing 11. An upper placement portion C3 is provided in the item storage space B. The upper placement portion C3 is attached, for example, in the item storage space B so that it can be freely pulled out in the opening direction of the item storage space B when the lid 20 is in the open state. The upper placement portion C3 is formed, for example, in the shape of a tray with an open top. A flange portion G that protrudes horizontally is formed and extends around the opening of the upper placement portion C3. The flange portion has a pair of flange members G1 that are formed and extend in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 7, for example, rail portions R5 supporting a pair of flange members G1 are provided on the side plates 13, 14 of the housing 11 on the side of the item storage space B. The rail portions R5 are formed to extend horizontally at a predetermined height position of the side plates 13, 14. The flange members G1 are placed on the rail portions R5. The rail portions R5 may be formed to sandwich the flange members from above and below. When the upper placement portion C3 is pulled out horizontally toward the opening side with the lid portion 20 in the open state, the flange members G1 move on the rail portions R5. This allows the items stored in the upper placement portion C3 to be removed from the opening.

As described above, according to the modified item storage unit 10A, the lid portion 20 is provided so as to be freely opened and closed by the hinge T, so that the device configuration can be simplified.

In addition, the components in the above embodiment may be replaced with known components as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the above-mentioned modified examples may be combined or substituted as appropriate. For example, the item storage unit 10 may be provided with at least one of the side panels 13, 14 and the lid portion 20 using the components of the fixture body 2, and may form the item storage space B.

The lid 20 may be opened and closed horizontally by being pulled out, or may be opened and closed by a hinge. In this case, the lid 20 may be opened and closed to the left or right about a rotation axis along the vertical direction. In this case, the upper mounting part C1 and the lower mounting part C2 may be attached to the housing 11 so that they can be freely pulled out horizontally from the opening of the lid 20 in the open state.

The item storage unit 10 may be fixed not only to the upper storage space S, but also to a storage space S that is lower than the upper storage space S. The lid portion 20 may be formed integrally with the housing 11. In this case, the housing 11 and the lid portion 20 may be formed to be flexible, and the lid portion 20 may be made to be freely openable and closable.

A fixture body having an internal storage space that is closed at the top and bottom and opens to the front in the front-to-rear direction;
an item storage unit that is accommodated in at least one of the storage spaces and divides the storage space in the left-right direction to form an item storage space in a part of the storage space in which items can be stored;
The item storage unit includes:
A housing that forms the item storage space therein;
A lid portion provided on the housing and capable of opening and closing between the item storage space and the outside;
A fixing portion that can attach or detach the housing to the fixture body from the item storage space,
The left-right dimension of the storage space is larger than the left-right dimension of the item storage unit,
The item storage unit is movable in the left-right direction in the same storage space when the housing is detached from the fixture body,
The fixing portion is capable of changing the attachment position of the housing to the fixture body in the storage space. The housing is formed in a box shape having a pair of side plates that close both sides of the item storage space in the left-right direction.
