Incidentally, in recent years, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) associated with blockchains have been used to prove the uniqueness and ownership of digital assets such as digital artworks and game characters. NFTs are traded in the NFT market. Such NFTs are primarily associated with digital assets such as art and game items, and have not been traded in association with membership rights, usage rights, or reservation rights for real estate such as accommodation facilities. In addition, the current NFT market is not easy to use for general users who do not have sufficient knowledge of blockchains and NFTs, and there is room for improvement in terms of making it easy for anyone to use.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and aims to provide an information processing system, information processing device, and information processing method that allow even general users who do not have sufficient knowledge about NFTs to easily trade NFTs.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an information processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The communication unit 110 is a communication interface for communicating with the user terminal 200, the NFT market 300, the blockchain 400, etc. via a network, and communication is performed according to a communication protocol such as TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol).

The storage unit 120 stores programs, input information, generated information, etc. for executing various control processes and each function in the control unit 130, and is composed of one or any combination of RAM (Random Access Memory), ROM (Read Only Memory), flash memory, HDD (Hard Disk Drive), SSD (Solid State Drive), and other storage. It is preferable that the program is stored in a non-volatile storage medium among these storage media that constitute the storage unit 120. In addition, the storage unit 120 has a user data storage unit 121 that stores various information related to users, an NFT data storage unit 122 that stores various information related to NFTs, etc. Furthermore, the storage unit 120 can store data that has been communicated with the user terminal 200, the NFT market 300, and the blockchain 400, and can also store data generated by the control unit 130. NFT wallets are associated with addresses (wallet addresses) and private key information stored in the wallet, and are managed by the user terminal. User information can be registered by inputting various user-related information, for example, when each user uses the system for the first time or when making a purchase request. Identification information such as a user ID may be automatically assigned to each user by the control unit when the user is registered, or the information input by the user may be stored.

Examples of various information related to NFTs include NFT image (image) information, facility information, owner information, price information, etc. Facility information may include, but is not limited to, facility name, facility ID, and other facility identification information, facility address (location information), facility area, facility space information (number of rooms, location of each room, area, and number of floors), available date and time, available period, and number of times available. Owner information may include, but is not limited to, owner identification information (wallet address or ID), name, image, address, telephone number, email address, and other contact information, age, and gender. Price information may include, but is not limited to, the desired selling price (desired selling price) based on the owner's input, the estimated price (recommended price) calculated by the control unit, the transaction price in past transactions, the desired purchase price based on the input of the potential purchaser, and prices (including the desired selling price, desired purchase price, estimated price, and past transaction prices) related to related facilities associated based on specified conditions.

The information about the NFT may include information about whether the owner has listed the NFT as available for sale. If the owner has listed the NFT as available for sale, the information about the NFT may include information about the desired selling price.

The control unit 130 controls the overall operation of the server device 100 by executing the programs stored in the memory unit 120, and is composed of a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), etc.

The control unit 130 includes an input information receiving unit 131 that receives input information from the user terminal 200, an information acquisition unit 132 that acquires various information such as information related to NFTs, an information generation unit 133 that generates various information based on the acquired information, and an agent transaction unit 134 that processes transactions such as bidding on the NFT market on behalf of the user.

The input information receiving unit 131 receives information input by the user via a web browser or application on the user terminal 200. The information acquisition unit 132 acquires information about one or more NFTs circulating on the network. For example, the information acquisition unit 132 acquires NFT information from either one or both of the NFT market 300 and the blockchain 400. The information acquisition unit 132 may acquire information from multiple NFT markets 300 and the blockchain 400, or may acquire information from other websites such as an OTA service 500. The OTA (Online Travel Agent) service 500 may be a service system of a travel agency that makes online hotel reservations, but may also be a website of a shopping mall or the like. The acquired various information is stored in the storage unit 120 and presented to the user via a web browser or application of the user terminal 200. The NFT information includes, for example, NFT information on items listed as NFTs that the owner wishes to sell, and non-listed NFT information on items not listed as NFTs that the owner wishes to sell. Here, in the NFT market 300 and the blockchain 400, not only information on NFTs that the owner of the NFT wishes to sell (listed), but also information on NFTs that the owner does not wish to sell (not listed) is disclosed. Therefore, the information acquisition unit 132 can also acquire information on NFTs that the owner of the NFT does not wish to sell. The NFT information includes metadata on the blockchain 400, etc. (for example, blockchain and distributed storage). The metadata on the blockchain 400 related to the NFT has information on the NFT, such as an identifier, creation date and time, an owner address indicating the owner, and an object URL. The object URL is a URL indicating the location of the object whose owner the NFT certifies. The information acquisition unit 132 acquires information about the rights associated with the NFT, that is, the rights information associated with the NFT, from at least one of the NFT market 300 and the blockchain 400. The information acquisition unit 132 also acquires information such as whether the NFT is listed, the desired selling price if listed, whether there have been bids on the NFT, the number of bids, and bid prices (lowest bid price, highest bid price).

The information generating unit 133 generates NFT-related information based on the acquired NFT information. The NFT-related information may be, for example, an estimated price of each NFT. The estimated price is calculated, for example, from the transaction price of a facility similar to the facility associated with the NFT. Specifically, the estimated price may be a value obtained by adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing a predetermined constant to the transaction price of the similar facility. A similar facility is set based on one or a combination of predetermined parameters such as area, construction year, location (area), number of floors, and rank (evaluation value). Specifically, the area is about the same (the difference from the facility is within a certain range, etc.), the construction year is about the same, the facility is located in the same area or within a predetermined range, or the rank of the facility in a predetermined evaluation level is the same. The generated information is presented to the user via the user terminal.

The proxy transaction unit 134 executes a proxy purchase process to purchase or reserve the purchase of NFTs circulating on the network on the basis of a request from a user or other conditions. The proxy purchase process can include a series of processes for purchasing or reserving the purchase of NFTs on the basis of a user request, settlement process, and instructions to change the owner of the NFT, receiving the NFT, etc.

The user terminal 200 is used by a user who utilizes the services provided by the service provider to view information about NFTs, make purchase requests (bid requests), acquire NFTs, make facility reservations, make payments, etc. The user terminal 200 may be, for example, an information processing device such as a personal computer, a tablet terminal, a smartphone, a mobile phone, or a PDA.

Figure 3 is a functional block diagram showing the user terminal 200 of Figure 1. The user terminal 200 includes a communication unit 210, a storage unit 220, a control unit 230, an input unit 240, and an output unit 250.

The communication unit 210 is a communication interface for communicating with the communication unit 110 of the server device 100 via a network, and communication is performed according to a communication protocol such as TCP/IP. The communication unit 210 may include, for example, a communication device that uses a known short-range wireless communication technology. The storage unit 220 stores programs for executing various control processes and functions in the control unit 230, input data, etc., and is composed of RAM, ROM, flash memory, etc. The storage unit 220 also temporarily stores the contents of communication with the server device 100.

The control unit 230 controls the overall operation of the user terminal 200 by executing the programs stored in the storage unit 220, and is composed of a CPU, GPU, etc. It is preferable that the programs are stored in a non-volatile storage medium among the storage media that make up the storage unit 220.

The input unit 240 is a component that allows the user to input instructions (requests), etc., and is composed of, for example, a touch panel, operation buttons, a keyboard, a mouse, a microphone for voice input, etc.

The output unit 250 outputs various information and presents it to the user. The output unit 250 is composed of, for example, a display (monitor) for displaying images, text, etc., a touch panel, a speaker for audio output, etc.

The user terminal may be equipped with, for example, a camera that takes still images and videos, and a fingerprint sensor that detects the user's fingerprint. Image data taken by the camera and detected fingerprint data can be stored in the storage unit 220, or transmitted to an external device, etc. via the communication unit 210.

<NFT Market>
NFT market 300 is a marketplace such as "OpenSea" where NFT transactions and the like take place, and where, for example, information on NFTs can be viewed, listed, bid on, purchased, sold, settled, etc. Note that NFT market 300 may be realized by an information processing device such as a server device that performs the various processes related to NFTs described above.

The owners of the NFTs handled by NFT Market 300 are managed on the blockchain 400. The blockchain 400 records the provenance of the NFTs handled by NFT Market 300, and the blockchain 400 certifies the ownership of the NFTs.

When an NFT transaction (buying and selling) is completed, the NFT market 300 executes a process on the blockchain 400 to change the owner of the NFT to be purchased to the purchaser of that NFT. As a result, the owner of the NFT recorded on the blockchain 400 is changed to that purchaser. Accordingly, the NFT information in the NFT market 300 is also updated. In this example, the purchaser is the user who requested a proxy purchase from the server device 100, or the administrator who manages the server device 100 that makes the purchase on behalf of the user.

The following describes a method for purchasing NFTs using this system 1. As shown in FIG. 4, first, the server device 100 acquires information about NFTs from at least one of the NFT market 300 and the blockchain 400 (NFT information acquisition process S1).

Based on the acquired information, the server device 100 generates a display screen image to be displayed on the screen of the user terminal 200, and presents information related to NFT to the user (NFT information presentation process S2). The user can communicate with the server device 100 via the browser or application software of the user terminal 200 and view the images sent from the server device 100. The information acquired and generated by the server device 100 is stored in the memory unit of the server device 100 as appropriate.

The NFT information presentation screen displayed on the user terminal 200 can include at least one of the following: facility information including the name, area, and information about the facilities inside and outside the facility associated with the NFT; listing status information regarding whether the item is listed; and price information such as the desired selling price and estimated price.

The user selects the NFT they wish to purchase via the user terminal 200 and transmits purchase request information to the server device 100. The server device 100 accepts the purchase request information transmitted from the user terminal 200 (purchase request reception process S3). The server device 100 assigns identification information (purchase request ID) to each purchase request and stores it in the memory unit.

The purchase request information includes, for example, at least one NFT information to be purchased. The purchase request information may include information on multiple NFTs to be purchased. The user may also select a target facility (without selecting an NFT). In that case, one or more pieces of NFT information corresponding to the facility selected by the user are automatically selected and stored as purchase request information. The user may specify the facility to be used, the date to be used, or the price (upper limit price, lower limit price, desired price) as the purchase request information. The date may be specified by a day, hour, or minute, such as limiting use to one day on January 1, 2023, limiting use to one hour from 10:00 a.m., limiting use to 10:30 a.m., or the like, or a range with a width of a predetermined period may be specified, such as any day in January 2023. It is also possible to specify use for a predetermined time within a predetermined period, such as any two nights in January 2023. The server device 100 can refer to the NFT information stored in the memory unit, select all NFTs that meet the conditions, and execute the proxy transaction process.

The server device 100 may present an NFT search screen to the user terminal 200. The server device 100 determines NFT information that matches the search conditions based on the input information and presents it as search results on the user terminal 200. The user can select the desired NFT from among the NFTs that meet the search conditions specified by the user and make a purchase request.

The server device 100 purchases or reserves NFTs circulating on the network on behalf of the user (proxy transaction process S4). For example, the server device 100 makes a bid on the NFT market 300 at an amount specified by the user or an amount less than the specified amount. Then, when the transaction on the NFT market 300 is established, the server device 100 performs a settlement process on the NFT market 300 and purchases the NFT selected by the user on behalf of the user. Note that even if the user makes a purchase request for an NFT that the owner has not put up for sale, the server device 100 can make a purchase request (bid) to the NFT owner via the NFT market 300 or the like. Then, when the owner accepts the purchase request via the NFT market 300 or the like and the transaction is established, a settlement process is performed in the same manner as normal processing on the NFT market 300, and the owner of the NFT is changed on the blockchain 400.

Here, the server device 100 may receive the purchase fee from the user in advance before the proxy purchase on the NFT market 300, or may receive the purchase fee from the user after the proxy purchase. The server device may also make a reservation for the purchase rather than a proxy purchase. In other words, the server device 100 sends a purchase reservation to the NFT market, and when the reservation is established, the user purchases the NFT via the server device 1000. In either case, the user can trade NFTs simply by communicating with the server device 100, without directly accessing the NFT market 300 or the blockchain 400.

The user can make payments to the service operator (the administrator of the server device 100) by bank transfer, credit card, other wallet application (application that allows payment of fees), etc. Cash, crypto assets (virtual currencies), etc. can be used for the settlement process.

The NFT market 300 executes a process on the blockchain 400 to change the owner of the NFT to be purchased to the purchaser of the NFT.

As described above, in the system of this embodiment, users can obtain information about and purchase NFTs simply by communicating with the server device 100, without directly accessing the NFT market 300 or the blockchain 400. Therefore, even general users who do not have sufficient knowledge about NFTs can easily trade NFTs.

In addition, in the system of this embodiment, the server device 100 can also obtain information about NFTs that have not been listed as NFTs that the NFT owner wishes to sell, and provide this information to the user.
