Claims (4)

円孔部とそれの対向両側に延びる長孔部とからなる、開蓋操作具の挿入用係合孔を有するマンホール蓋における当該係合孔を塞ぐためにマンホール蓋に装着される閉塞具であって、
前記係合孔を塞ぐようにマンホール蓋の上面に載置される傘部と、前記傘部の下面から前記係合孔を貫通するように下方へ延出する円筒状のシリンダ部とを具備する本体と、
前記シリンダ部内に、上方から順次組み込まれる、ロータと、弱圧ばねと、ロック部材と、強圧ばねとを含むロック機構とを具備し、
前記傘部は、前記係合孔に対する前記シリンダ部の軸周りの装着位置を規制する位置決め係合部を具備し、
前記シリンダ部は、上端が前記傘部上に円形開口によって開放し、下端が底蓋によって閉じ、内周には、前記ロータの外周のガイド溝に相対移動自在に係合して当該ロータの軸周り回動と上下動を案内するガイド突起を具備すると共に、側壁には、前記ロック部材のロック片に相対移動自在に係合して当該ロック部材の軸周り回動と上下動を案内するガイド開口を具備し、
前記ロータは、操作工具を掛けることができるように前記円形開口から露出する上端の工具掛け部と、それの下方へ続く円筒部とを具備し、前記シリンダ部内に、解錠位置、施錠位置、固定位置の3位置間軸周り回動可能、かつ前記工具掛け部が前記円形開口を塞ぐ上位の閉塞位置と、前記シリンダ部内に押し込まれた下位の押下位置との間を上下動可能で、前記弱圧ばねにより閉塞位置に付勢されて前記シリンダ部内に嵌合され、
前記ロータの円筒部は、外周に前記ガイド溝を具備し、当該ガイド溝は、前記ガイド突起を係合させることにより、前記ロータを解錠位置と、そこから軸周りに90°離れた施錠位置まで回動案内する第1回転ガイド溝と、施錠位置において前記ロータを押下位置から閉塞位置まで昇降案内する垂直ガイド溝と、閉塞位置においてそこから90°より小さい角度離れた固定位置まで回動案内する第2回転ガイド溝とを含み、
前記ロータの円筒部は、押下位置において前記ロック部材と回転方向に係合して当該ロック部材を非ロック位置とロック位置との間で軸周りに90°回転駆動できるように環状に並んだ断面鋸歯状歯列からなる係合部を下面に具備し、
前記ロック部材は、上面に前記ロータの係合部と係脱可能に環状に並んだ断面鋸歯状歯列からなる対応係合部を有する冠状部と、当該冠状部から半径方向外方へ延出し前記シリンダ部のガイド開口を移動自在に貫通するロック片とを具備し、前記ロータの解錠位置と施錠位置間の押し回しに駆動され、前記ロック片を前記ガイド開口に沿い前記係合孔の長孔部と対向させた非ロック位置と当該長孔部と直交させたロック位置との間で90°回動可能、当該ロック片が前記蓋の下面から開離する下位の開離位置と当該ロック片が当該蓋の下面に圧接される上位の当接位置との間を上下動可能で、前記強圧ばねで当接位置に付勢されて前記シリンダ部内に嵌合され、
前記シリンダ部のガイド開口は、前記ロック片を下位の開離位置において非ロック位置から軸周り90°離れたロック位置まで案内する回転ガイド開口と、ロック位置において当接位置まで昇降案内する垂直ガイド開口とを含み、
