Description

The present invention relates to a conveyor support member that supports a conveyor device, a transport device that has a conveyor device and a conveyor support member and transports objects, and a transport unit that is composed of multiple transport devices.

Conventionally, transport units have been used to transport items in product assembly plants and item delivery sites. These transport units are made up of multiple conveyor devices arranged in a row to form a transport path, and desired items such as goods can be transported along the transport path (for example, Patent Document 1).

When a transport unit is formed with multiple conveyor devices, the height between the transport surfaces of the conveyor devices is adjusted to form a continuous transport path. For example, in the assembly stand of Patent Document 2, the height of the roller conveyor can be adjusted by adjusting the stand bolts.

特開2016-37368号公報JP 2016-37368 A 特開2009-7085号公報JP 2009-7085 A

However, in the assembly stand of Patent Document 2, the operating part of the stand bolt is exposed to the outside from the pillar that constitutes the leg, which is unsightly and there is a possibility that the operating part may be operated by contact, etc.

The present invention aims to provide a conveyor support member and a conveying device that looks better than conventional devices and allows easy height adjustment of the conveyor device. It also aims to provide a conveying unit that allows easy fine adjustment of the angle of the conveying surface between adjacent conveying devices.

One aspect of the present invention for solving the above problem is a conveyor support member for supporting a conveyor device, which has a conveyor side member and a ground side member, and is equipped with a lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the conveyor side member relative to the ground side member, the conveyor side member is arranged so that at least a portion of it overlaps with the ground side member in the inward and outward direction of the conveyor device, and is connected to the ground side member by a fastening element, the lifting mechanism includes a rotating member having an engagement portion, and the conveyor side member can be raised and lowered relative to the ground side member by rotating the rotating member, a communication hole is formed in the overlapping portion of the conveyor side member and the ground side member, the engagement portion is located inside the overlapping portion of the conveyor side member and the ground side member in the inward and outward direction of the conveyor device, and the conveyor support member can be rotated by inserting a part of a tool into the communication hole to engage with the engagement portion and operating the tool.

The "inner and outer directions of the conveyor device" here refers to both the direction from the center (inner) to the outer (outer) side (outer direction) and the direction from the outer side to the center (inner direction) when the conveyor device is viewed in a plane, with the center of the conveyor device as the reference.
The term "fastening element" as used herein is a broader concept including combinations of screws, nails, rivets, bolts and nuts, and includes temporary fastening elements that can be fastened and released.

According to this aspect, by loosening the fastening element, the conveyor side member can move along the conveyor side fixing groove with the shaft portion of the fastening element inserted into the conveyor side fixing groove and the ground side fixing hole without removing the fastening element.
According to this aspect, the position of the conveyor side member relative to the ground contact side member can be fixed by tightening the fastening element.

A more preferred aspect is that the conveyor-side insertion groove and the conveyor-side fixing groove are formed on the same plane and extend parallel to each other.

According to this aspect, the worker can operate both the fastening element and the tool while facing the same surface, which provides high operability.

In a preferred aspect, the fastening element has a first fastening member having the shaft portion and a second fastening member having a shaft hole that can engage with the shaft portion, and the shaft portion of the first fastening member is inserted through the ground side fixing hole and the conveyor side fixing groove and engaged with the shaft hole of the second fastening member, and the tool is operated to rotate the rotating member, thereby allowing the conveyor side member to rise and fall along the extension direction of the conveyor side fixing groove.

This aspect allows the height of the conveyor device to be adjusted more stably.

In a preferred aspect, the rotating member has a rotating side threaded portion, the lower end of the rotating member contacts the ground side member, the rotating side threaded portion extends upward, and the conveyor side member has a bottom plate portion having a conveyor side screw hole portion that can be screwed into the rotating side threaded portion.

According to this aspect, the conveyor side member can be raised and lowered relative to the ground side member by screwing the rotating side screw portion of the rotating member into the conveyor side screw hole portion of the conveyor side member. This makes it a simple structure and allows it to be manufactured at low cost.

First, while loosening the first fastening members 110, 111, engage the first fastening members 110, 111 with the second fastening member 112 as shown in FIG. 7, insert the insertion shaft portion 211 of the tool 201 into the communication hole 120, and engage the tool side engagement portion 212 provided at the tip of the insertion shaft portion 211 with the engagement hole 103.

At this time, the insertion shaft portion 211 of the tool 201 is inserted into the communication hole 120 at an angle along the extension direction of the communication hole 120.

Then, the operating part of the tool 201 is operated to rotate the tool side engagement part 212 while maintaining the inclined state of the insertion shaft part 211 of the tool 201, thereby rotating the rotating member 32 via the engagement hole 103.

At this time, as the rotating member 32 rotates, the rotating member 32 moves in the up-down direction Z due to the screw-in relationship between the rotating side screw portion 105 of the rotating member 32 and the conveyor side screw hole portion 65 of the conveyor side member 30, but since the tip of the rotating member 32 abuts against the bottom plate portion 88 of the ground side member 31 relative to the conveyor side member 30, the conveyor side member 30 rises and falls relative to the ground side member 31. That is, when the rotating member 32 is rotated in the forward direction as shown in FIG. 8, the conveyor side member 30 rises relative to the ground side member 31, and when the rotating member 32 is rotated in the reverse direction, the conveyor side member 30 descends relative to the ground side member 31.

When the conveyor side member 30 reaches the desired height, as necessary, as shown in FIG. 9, the second fastening element 42b is loosened and engaged with the fixing mounting hole 63, and the fixing plate portion 71 is moved along the angle adjustment groove 76 to adjust the inclination angle of the loading plate portion 70, thereby adjusting the angle of the conveying surface 6 of the conveyor device 3, and the second fastening element 42b is tightened again to fix it in the fixing mounting hole 63.

At this time, by loosening the second fastening element 42b, the fixing plate portion 71 can rotate in the extension direction of the angle adjustment groove 76 in the surface direction of the fixing plate portion 71 while remaining firmly fixed to the conveyor side member 30 by the second fastening element 42a inserted into the reference hole 75.

Then, if necessary, remove the insertion shaft portion 211 of the tool 201 from the communication hole 120 and tighten the first fastening members 110, 111 to fix the position of the conveyor side member 30.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a communication hole 120 is formed by the conveyor side insertion groove 60 of the conveyor side member 30 and the ground side insertion groove 90 of the ground side member 31, and the insertion shaft portion 211 of the tool 201 is inserted into the communication hole 120 to engage the tool side engagement portion 212 of the tool 201 with the engagement hole 103 of the rotating member 32 arranged in the conveyor side recess 59 of the conveyor side member 30. Then, by operating the operation portion of the tool 201, it is possible to rotate the rotating member 32 and raise and lower the conveyor side member 30 relative to the ground side member 31. In other words, since it is possible to operate the rotating member 32 from the outside of the conveyor side member 30, there is no need to adjust the height at the bottom of the conveyor device 3, and the height adjustment work of the conveying surface 6 of the conveyor device 3 is easy.
In addition, according to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the rotating member 32 is arranged in the conveyor side recess 59 as shown in Figure 5, and the engagement hole 103 of the rotating member 32 is located inside the conveyor side member 30 and the ground side member 31, so that the engagement hole 103 can be hidden by the conveyor side member 30 and the ground side member 31, resulting in a good appearance.

In the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the engagement hole 103 is a hexagonal hole, and the tool 201 is a ball-point hexagonal wrench, so the tool 201 can be easily operated even when tilted along the communication hole 120.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the conveyor side member 30 is located inside the ground side recess 89 of the ground side member 31, and the conveyor side recess 59 and the ground side recess 89 face in the same direction. Therefore, the conveyor side member 30 can be stably raised and lowered along the ground side recess 89 relative to the ground side member 31.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, by loosening the first fastening element 33, the conveyor side member 30 can move along the conveyor side fixing groove 61 with the shaft portion 116 of the first fastening element 33 inserted into the conveyor side fixing groove 61 and the ground side fixing holes 91, 92 without removing the first fastening element 33.
Furthermore, according to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the position of the conveyor side member 30 relative to the ground contact side member 31 can be fixed by tightening the first fastening element 33 .

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the conveyor-side insertion groove 60 and the conveyor-side fixing groove 61 are formed on the same surface and extend parallel to each other, so that the worker can operate the first fastening element 33 and the tool 201 while facing the same surface, which provides high operability.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the shafts 116, 116 of the first fastening members 110, 111 are inserted into the ground side fixing holes 91, 92 of the ground side member 31 and the conveyor side fixing groove 61 of the conveyor side member 30, and engaged with the shaft holes 117, 118 of the second fastening member 112. In this state, the tool 201 is operated to rotate the rotating member 32, thereby raising and lowering the conveyor side member 30 along the extension direction of the conveyor side fixing groove 61. This makes it possible to adjust the height of the conveyor device 3 more stably.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the conveyor side member 30 can be raised and lowered relative to the ground side member 31 by the screw-in relationship between the rotating side screw portion 105 of the rotating member 32 and the conveyor side screw hole portion 65 of the conveyor side member 30. In other words, the conveyor side member 30 can be raised and lowered with a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost.

According to the conveyor support member 5 of this embodiment, the inclination angle of the loading plate portion 70 can be changed by the angle adjustment groove 76, so that the inclination angle of the conveying surface 6 of the conveyor device 3 can be adjusted.

According to the conveying device 2 of this embodiment, the height can be adjusted by each conveyor support member 5, so the height position can be easily adjusted even if the conveying surface 6 of the conveyor device 3 is inclined.
