Claims (7)
- 根管(CR)に挿入される歯内療法器具(20)と唇側電極(30)に電気的に接続可能であり、セメント象牙境(JCD)などの根尖の臨界基準点に対して相対的に前記根管内の前記歯内療法器具の進行(151)を表示する表示画面(15)を備える、歯(T)の前記根管(CR)における根尖の位置を電子的に特定する装置(10)において、
前記臨界基準点の近傍において、電気伝導度測定法によって前記根管に注入された電解質灌注溶液の濃度測定がさらに可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記根管(CR)内に前記歯内療法器具(20)が挿入される方向の前記セメント象牙境(JCD)直前の1ミリメートルの領域において、前記灌注溶液の濃度測定が行われる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 濃度の測定レベルは、医療濃度の範囲に対して相対的に前記表示画面(15)上に視覚的インジケータ(152)によって表示される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記視覚的インジケータ(152)は、バーグラフである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記歯内療法器具(20)と前記唇側電極(30)に電気的に接続する接続コード(12、13)を備える、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 処理および算出手段が、少なくとも、1種の灌注溶液である次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaOCl)に対し電導度を算出するように構成され、実質的に0.5%、2.5%または5.25%に等しい値を少なくとも1つ備える目盛り上に測定された濃度レベルを表示可能である、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記灌注溶液の測定された濃度が、前記灌注溶液の注入時の濃度に実質的に等しい間は、前記表示画面(15)が確認情報を表示する、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
