Description
また、カバー11の内壁には、バルブシャフト35の回転角度を検出する回転角度センサー等のような、電動モータ12や電動スロットルバルブ10の状態を検出するセンサー60(電気機器)が備えられている。カバー11には、電動モータ12への電力供給用配線と、センサー60に接続する配線を外部に接続するためのコネクタ30が備えられている。コネクタ30は、電動モータ12の上部に配置され、バルブボディ16の側方に向けて、即ちモータシャフト13の軸線方向に対して垂直に向けて配置されている。

Claims (5)
- 流体通路を有するバルブボディと、
前記流体通路の流路断面積を調整するバルブと、
前記バルブを駆動する電動モータと、
前記バルブボディの開口部を覆うように固定され前記バルブボディとの間に収容空間を形成するカバーと、
を有する、流体制御弁であって、
前記電動モータ及び前記バルブの状態を検出するセンサーを含み、前記収容空間内に設置される電気機器を備え、
前記カバーは、外部から前記電動モータへの電力供給線を接続するコネクタを設置するコネクタ設置部を有し、
前記コネクタは、前記カバーに対して所望の向きで前記コネクタ設置部に設置され、溶着により前記カバーに固定されることを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 前記コネクタは、前記カバーの外側に固定され、
前記カバーは、前記コネクタの固定位置に前記収容空間に連通する開口部を備え、
前記カバーに固定された前記コネクタは、前記開口部から前記収容空間側に露出して前記電気機器と配線接続されるコネクタ側端子を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記コネクタ側端子は、前記開口部から線状に露出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記コネクタ側端子は前記コネクタに複数備えられ、前記開口部から互いに平行に延びるように露出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記カバーには、当該カバーに固定された前記コネクタの前記コネクタ側端子に隣接して設置され前記電気機器に接続されたカバー側端子が備えられ、
前記コネクタ側端子と前記カバー側端子とが配線接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体制御弁。
