Description
図1~図4を参照して、本実施形態に係る付加製造装置1の構成を説明する。図1~図4は、実施形態に係る付加製造装置1の構成を示す概要図である。図1に示されるように、付加製造装置1は、ロールコータ10、供給部20、駆動部30、ステージ40、照射部50及び制御部60を備える。付加製造装置1は、造形材Sの薄膜Fを一層ごとに積層することにより、三次元の造形物Mを製造する。造形材Sは、造形物Mの原料である。造形材Sの薄膜Fは、ロールコータ10によって、ステージ40上に一層ごとに積層される。
次に、図1~図5を参照して、本実施形態に係る付加製造方法の工程を説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る付加製造を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態に係る付加製造方法は、複数の薄膜を積層して造形物Mを形成する。本実施形態では、作業者等が、付加製造装置1を用いて付加製造方法を実施する。
Claims (7)
- 複数の薄膜を積層して造形物を形成する付加製造装置であって、
ステージと、
第1ロール及び第2ロールを有し、前記造形物の原料である造形材の薄膜を形成するロールコータと、
前記ロールコータを前記ステージ上で移動させる駆動部と、
を備え、
前記第1ロールは、第1軸を中心として第1周速度で第1方向に回転し、
前記第2ロールは、前記第1ロールから離間して配置され、前記第1軸と平行な第2軸を中心として前記第1周速度より速い第2周速度で前記第1方向の逆方向に回転し、
前記ロールコータは、前記第2ロールが前記ステージ上に位置するように配置され、前記第1ロールの第1ロール面と前記第2ロールの第2ロール面との間に前記造形材を通過させて前記第2ロール面に前記薄膜を形成し、
前記駆動部は、前記ロールコータを前記第2軸と直交する方向に沿って前記ステージ上を移動させて、前記第2ロール面に形成された前記薄膜を前記ステージ上に積層し、
前記駆動部は、前記ロールコータに連結され、前記ロールコータを前記第2周速度より速い送り速度で前記ステージ上を移動させる、
付加製造装置。 - 前記造形材は、光硬化樹脂及び焼結材を含む請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記第1ロール面及び前記第2ロール面の少なくとも一方のロール面はセラミックによって形成される、請求項2に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記ロールコータは、
前記第1ロールから離間して配置され、前記第1軸と平行な第3軸を中心として前記第1周速度より遅い第3周速度で前記逆方向に回転する第3ロールを有し、
前記第3ロールの第3ロール面と前記第1ロール面との間に前記造形材を通過させて前記第1ロール面に前記薄膜よりも厚い前記造形材の厚膜を形成し、
前記第1ロール面と前記第2ロール面との間に前記厚膜を通過させて前記第2ロール面に前記造形材の前記薄膜を形成する、
請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - 前記ロールコータに前記造形材を供給する供給部と、
前記ステージ上に積層された前記薄膜を硬化させるレーザ光を照射する照射部と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - ステージ上に複数の薄膜を積層して造形物を形成する付加製造方法であって、
第1ロール及び第2ロールを含むロールコータにおいて、前記第1ロールを第1軸を中心として第1周速度で第1方向に回転させると共に、前記第1ロールから離間して配置される前記第2ロールを、前記第1軸と平行な第2軸を中心として前記第1周速度より速い第2周速度で前記第1方向の逆方向に回転させる回転ステップと、
前記第1ロールの第1ロール面と前記第2ロールの第2ロール面との間に造形材を通過させて前記第2ロール面に前記造形材の薄膜を形成する形成ステップと、
前記第2ロールが前記ステージ上に位置するように前記ロールコータを配置し、前記ロールコータを前記第2軸と直交する方向に沿って移動させて、前記第2ロール面に形成された前記薄膜を前記ステージ上に積層する積層ステップと、
を備え、
前記積層ステップでは、前記ロールコータに連結された駆動部が前記ロールコータを前記第2周速度より速い送り速度で前記ステージ上を移動させる、
付加製造方法。 - 前記造形材は、光硬化樹脂及び焼結材を含み、
熱処理によって前記造形物から前記光硬化樹脂を分離する分離ステップと、
熱処理によって前記焼結材を焼結する焼結ステップと、
を備える、請求項6に記載の付加製造方法。
