その後、オペレータ装置3のワイヤー部材33を枠側案内部31と障子側案内部32の滑車に掛け廻して操作部34内に配置されたリールに巻き取り、外倒し窓の施工を完了する。
なお、上記外倒し窓のダンパー装置の取付け作業は一例であって、取付方法については、限定されない。

以上のように、本実施形態の外倒し窓は、枠体1の上枠11と障子2の上框21との間に開放規制部品5が取り付けてあるので、建物開口部に設置した外倒し窓にダンパー装置を装着する際に、特別な保持具等を用いることなく障子2を開放状態で保持することができ、容易にダンパー装置を装着することができる。
