The lighting fixture of the present invention as described in claim 2 comprises a mounting material that is attached to the projected surface of a mounting material such as a wall or a gatepost, and a cover material that is attached to the mounting material, and the mounting material and cover material form an outer shape having an approximately rectangular cross section, the mounting material has a fixing portion for attaching to the projected surface of the mounting material, and the mounting material and cover material form an indirect light forming portion, and a light source arranged in the indirect light forming portion irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion, thereby irradiating indirect light to the side from an opening in the indirect light forming portion located on the projected surface opposite the mounting material, and a wiring space is formed surrounded by the mounting material and the cover material.

According to the invention of claim 1 , the cover material has an indirect light forming part, and the light source arranged in the indirect light forming part irradiates indirect light from the opening of the indirect light forming part by irradiating light toward the inside of the indirect light forming part, so that the light source cannot be seen from the outside of the lighting fixture and is not dazzling. In addition, since the electrical wiring connected to the light source can be stored in the wiring space surrounded by the mounting material and the cover material, the electrical wiring is not exposed to the outside, and the design is excellent. Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture to the mounting material , the cover material on which the light source is attached and the electrical wiring are performed can be attached to the mounting material attached to the mounting material, so that the installation is easy without complicated procedures.

According to the invention of claim 2 , the indirect light forming part is formed by the mounting material and the cover material, and the light source arranged in the indirect light forming part irradiates the indirect light from the opening of the indirect light forming part by irradiating the light inside the indirect light forming part, so that the light source cannot be seen from the outside of the lighting fixture and does not feel dazzling. In addition, since the electrical wiring connected to the light source can be stored in the wiring space surrounded by the mounting material and the cover material, the electrical wiring is not exposed to the outside, and the design is excellent. FIG.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. The following description of the preferred embodiment is merely an example and is not intended to limit the present invention, its applications, or its uses.

As a first embodiment of the present invention, a lighting fixture L1 is attached to a wall body (attachment portion) 11, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3. In the following description, front and back refer to the near side and far side relative to the paper surface of Fig. 2, and one side and the other side refer to the upper side and lower side in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wall 11 is erected on the ground G, and two roughly rectangular parallelepiped lighting fixtures L1, L1 are attached to the front surface in a roughly horizontal and vertical direction, respectively. These two lighting fixtures L1, L1 have the same structure, and only differ in the direction in which they are attached. Below, we will explain lighting fixture L1, which is attached roughly horizontally to the top of the wall 11.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the lighting fixture L1 is composed of a mounting member 20 screwed to the wall 11 via a spacer 12, a cover member 30 that covers the mounting member 20 from the front, a light source 5 attached to the mounting member 20, a reflector 6 that reflects the light emitted from the light source 5 to the other side, thereby emitting indirect light 51 to the other side, and end caps 13, 13 attached to both the left and right ends of the lighting fixture L1.

The mounting member 20 is for mounting the lighting fixture L1 to the wall body 11, and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L1. The mounting member 20 is composed of a fixed portion 201 that is screwed to the wall body 11 via a spacer 12, a one-side projection wall 202 that is connected to one side of the fixed portion 201, a reflector holding portion 203 that is connected to the other side of the fixed portion 201, a light source holding portion 204 that is located in front of the other side of the reflector holding portion 203, and a fin 206 that extends from the reflector holding portion 203 to the other side rearward. The light source holding portion 204, the reflector holding portion 203, and the fin 206 form an indirect light forming portion 40. The fixed portion 201 is disposed in a substantially vertical direction, and the spacer 12 is in surface contact with the fixed portion 201 and the wall body 11. A gap is provided between the rear end of the one-side projection wall 202 and the wall body 11. Moreover, the one-side projection wall 202 is inclined downward toward the front side, and an engagement portion 202a that engages with the cover material 30 is formed at the front end. The indirect light generating portion 40 is open toward the other side, and irradiates indirect light 51 from the opening 401 toward the other side. The reflector holding portion 203 holds the reflector 6 toward the other side. The light source holding portion 204 holds the light source 5 from the front of the other side so that the light emitted by the light source 5, which is an LED, is irradiated toward the rear of the one side, and the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L1. Note that, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of light sources 5 are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L1. The light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 as shown in FIG. 1, and is irradiated toward the other side as indirect light 51. An engagement portion 205 that elastically engages with the cover material 30 is formed at the other end of the light source holding portion 204. The fin 206 is for efficiently irradiating the indirect light 51 reflected by the reflector 6 to the other side, and the other side of the other end is substantially flush with the other side of the other side of the other side projection wall 303 of the cover material 30 described below. The fin 206 extends from the reflector holder 203 to the rear of the other side, and compared to when it extends vertically downward, the opening width of the opening 401, i.e., the irradiation width of the indirect light 51, is wider, and the indirect light 51 can be irradiated more efficiently. In addition, a gap is provided between the rear end of the fin 206 and the wall body 11. The front surface of the fin 206 is unevenly processed to prevent the light source 5 from being reflected.

The cover material 30 covers the mounting material 20 along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L1 and has a cross section that is approximately U-shaped. The cover material 30 is composed of a one-side projected wall 302 and an other-side projected wall 303, which are fixed to the engagement parts 202a and 205 of the mounting material 20, respectively, and a visible wall 301 that connects the two. The one-side projected wall 302 is inclined downward toward the front, and one side surface (top surface) is approximately flush with one side surface (top surface) of the one-side projected wall 202 of the mounting material 20. The rear end of the one-side projected wall 302 is formed with an engaged part 302a that engages with the engaging part 202a of the mounting material 20. The other-side projected wall 303 is disposed approximately horizontally, and the rear end is formed with an engaged part 303a that elastically engages with the engaging part 205 of the mounting material 20.

The space surrounded by the fixing portion 201, the one-side projection wall 202, the reflector holding portion 203, the light source holding portion 204, and the cover material 30 of the mounting material 20 is used as the wiring space S1. The wiring space S1 is a continuous space along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L1, and contains the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5. When mounting the lighting fixture L1 to the wall body 11, the mounting material 20 to which the light source 5 is attached is screwed to the wall body 11, electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed, and then the cover material 30 is engaged with the mounting material 20. Note that the longitudinal ends of the wiring space S1 are closed with end caps 13, 13, so that rainwater, etc., does not enter the wiring space S1.

Next, the effects of the first embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. The mounting member 20 has an indirect light forming portion 40, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming portion 40 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion 40, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 from the opening 401 of the indirect light forming portion 40 toward the outside of the indirect light forming portion 40. That is, the light source holding portion 204 holds the light source 5 by wrapping it from the front of the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the rear of one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated toward the other side as indirect light 51. Since the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L1, the light source is not directly visible and does not feel dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating section 40 of the lighting fixture L1 is formed only by the mounting material 20, fine adjustments such as the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L1 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S1 surrounded by the mounting material 20 and the cover material 30, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

The head of the screw that secures the fixing part 201 of the lighting fixture L1 to the wall body 11 is located within the wiring space S1 and is not exposed to the outside, providing excellent design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L1 to the wall 11, the mounting material 20 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the wall 11, electrical wiring is performed to the light source 5, and then the cover material 30 is attached to the mounting material 20. This makes installation easy without any complicated procedures.

In addition, one side of the projected wall 202 on one side of the mounting material 20 and the projected wall 302 on one side of the cover material 30 are approximately flush and incline downward toward the front. In other words, the vertical width of the lighting fixture L1 is inclined in a direction narrowing as it moves away from the wall body 11, so that rainwater, etc. from above flows down to the front side of the lighting fixture L1 and does not accumulate on the upper surface of the lighting fixture L1. In addition, the vertical width of the lighting fixture L1 appears narrower, making it more aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, because the covering material 30 has a one-side visible wall 302, the covering material 30 is less likely to fall off the lighting fixture L1 when a load is applied to the covering material 30 from one side (the upper side) compared to a case in which the covering material 30 is composed only of the visible wall 301 and has an engaged portion at one end of the visible wall 301.

Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, Figures 4(a) and (b) show the case where lighting fixture L2 is attached to a wall body (mounting portion) 11. Figure 4(a) shows the case where lighting fixture L2 is attached to the middle part of wall body 11, and Figure 4(b) shows the case where lighting fixture L2 is attached to a wall body 11 having a corner portion 11a. Many parts of the configuration of lighting fixture L2 are the same as lighting fixture L1 of the first embodiment, but differ in the following points. The fixing portion 201a of mounting material 20 to wall body 11 is provided vertically along the wall body 11, protruding to one side from the rear end of one side projection wall 202. That is, the mounting member 20 is composed of a fixing portion 201a screwed to the wall body 11, a one-side projection wall 202, a visible wall 208 extending from the other side of the one-side projection wall 202, a reflector holding portion 203 connected to the lower portion of the visible wall 208, a light source holding portion 204 located in front of the other side of the reflector holding portion 203, and a other-side projection wall 207 extending rearward from the reflector holding portion 203. The other-side projection wall 207 is located on one side of the other-side projection wall 303 of the cover material 30, and is flush with the many sides of the wall body 11 when the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the corner portion 11a of the wall body 11 as shown in FIG. 4B. The indirect light forming portion 40 is composed of the light source holding portion 204, the reflector holding portion 203, and the other-side projection wall 207. When the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the middle part of the wall body 11 as shown in Fig. 4(a), the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L2, and the light emitted from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and is irradiated to the other side as indirect light 51. When the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the corner part 11a of the wall body 11 as shown in Fig. 4(b), the light source 5 is not visible from the front side, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L2, and the light emitted from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and is irradiated to the other side rearward as indirect light 51. When the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the wall body 11, the mounting material 20 to which the light source 5 is attached is screwed to the wall body 11, electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed, and then the cover material 30 is attached to the mounting material 20. As another procedure for mounting the lighting fixture L2 to the wall 11, the light source 5 can be attached to the mounting material 20 and the electrical wiring can be performed first, and after the cover material 30 has been attached to the mounting material 20, the fixing portion 201a of the mounting material 20 can be screwed to the wall 11.

Next, the effects of the second embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention configured in this manner will be described. The mounting member 20 has an indirect light forming portion 40, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming portion 40 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion 40, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 toward the outside of the indirect light forming portion 40 from the opening 401 of the indirect light forming portion 40. That is, the light source holding portion 204 holds the light source 5 so as to envelop it from the front on the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the rear on one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated as indirect light 51. When the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the middle part of the wall body 11, the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L2, and the light source is not directly visible and dazzling. In addition, when the lighting fixture L2 is attached to the corner 11a of the wall 11, the light source 5 is not visible from the front, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L2, so the light source is not directly visible from the front, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L2 and is not perceived as dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating section 40 of the lighting fixture L2 is formed only by the mounting material 20, fine adjustments such as the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L2 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S1 surrounded by the mounting material 20 and the cover material 30, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L2 to the wall 11, the mounting material 20 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the wall 11, electrical wiring is performed to the light source 5, and then the cover material 30 is attached to the mounting material 20. This makes installation easy and does not require complicated procedures.

In addition, the fixing portion 201a of the mounting material 20 to the wall 11 is provided along the wall 11, protruding to one side from the rear end of the one-side projection wall 202. Therefore, as an alternative procedure for mounting the lighting fixture L2 to the wall 11, the light source 5 can be attached to the mounting material 20 and the electrical wiring can be performed first, and after the installation of the cover material 30 to the mounting material 20 is completed, the fixing portion 201a of the mounting material 20 can be screwed to the wall 11, which provides even better workability.

In addition, one side of the projected wall 202 on one side of the mounting material 20 and the projected wall 302 on one side of the cover material 30 are approximately flush and incline downward toward the front. In other words, the width of the lighting fixture L2 is inclined in a direction narrowing as it moves away from the wall body 11, so that rainwater, etc. from above flows down to the front side of the lighting fixture L2 and does not accumulate on the upper surface of the lighting fixture L2. In addition, the width of the lighting fixture L2 appears narrower, making it more aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, because the covering material 30 has a one-side visible wall 302, the covering material 30 is less likely to fall off the lighting fixture L2 when a load is applied to the covering material 30 from one side (the upper side) compared to a case in which the covering material 30 is composed only of the visible wall 301 and has an engaged portion at one end of the visible wall 301.

In addition, when the lighting device L2 is attached to the corner 11a on the other side of the wall 11 as shown in FIG. 4(b), the indirect light 51 is emitted not only to the other side but also to the rear, so that a wider area, such as the other side of the wall 11, can be illuminated.

Next, FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention in which a lighting fixture L3 is attached to a wall (attachment portion) 11. Many parts of the configuration of lighting fixture L3 are the same as lighting fixture L1 of the first embodiment, but differ in the following respects.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lighting fixture L3 is composed of a mounting member 21 screwed to the wall 11, a cover member 31 that covers the mounting member 21 from the front, a light source 5 attached to the mounting member 21, a reflector 6 that reflects the light emitted from the light source 5 to the other side, thereby emitting indirect light 51 to the other side, and end caps 13, 13 attached to both the left and right ends of the lighting fixture L3.

The mounting member 21 is composed of a visible wall 211 screwed to the wall body 11, a one-side visible wall 212 connected to one side of the visible wall 211, an abutment portion 216 connected to the other side of the visible wall 211, a reflector holding portion 213 connected to the middle portion of the visible wall 211, and a light source holding portion 214 located in front of the other side of the reflector holding portion 213. The light source holding portion 214, the reflector holding portion 213, and the other side of the visible wall 211 form an indirect light forming portion 41. The visible wall 211 is disposed in a substantially vertical direction with a gap between it and the wall body 11, and the fixing portion 211a, which is one side of the visible wall 211, is screwed to the wall body 11. The one-side visible wall 212 is perpendicular to the wall body 11, and its rear end abuts against the wall body 11. In addition, an engagement portion 212a that engages with the cover material 31 is formed at the front end of the one-side projection wall 212. The indirect light generating portion 41 opens to the other side and irradiates indirect light 51 from the opening 411 to the other side. An engagement portion 215 that elastically engages with the cover material 31 is formed at the front of the light source holding portion 214. In addition, the other side of the light source holding portion 214 is formed with the other-side projection wall 217 that extends forward and abuts against the cover material 31. The abutment portion 216 extends rearward from the other end of the projection wall 211 and abuts against the wall body 11, and is approximately flush with the other-side projection wall 217.

The cover material 31 is generally flat and covers the mounting material 21 along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L3. The cover material 31 is made of a facing wall 311 that is fixed to the engaging portions 212a, 215 of the mounting material 21. An engaged portion 311a that elastically engages with the engaging portion 212a of the mounting material 21 is formed on one side of the facing wall 311. An engaged portion 311b that elastically engages with the engaging portion 215 of the mounting material 21 is formed in the middle of the facing wall 311.

The space surrounded by the fixing portion 211a of the mounting member 21, the one-side projection wall 212, the reflector holding portion 213, the light source holding portion 214, and the portion of the cover material 31 on one side of the engaged portion 311b is used as the wiring space S1. The wiring space S1 is a continuous space along the length of the lighting fixture L3, and contains the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5. When mounting the lighting fixture L3 to the wall body 11, the mounting member 21 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the wall body 11, electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed, and then the cover material 31 is engaged with the mounting member 21. Note that both ends of the wiring space S1 in the lengthwise direction are closed with end caps 13, 13, so that rainwater, etc. does not enter the wiring space S1.

Next, the effects of the third embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. The mounting member 21 has an indirect light forming portion 41, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming portion 41 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion 41, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 from the opening 411 of the indirect light forming portion 41 toward the outside of the indirect light forming portion 41. That is, the light source holding portion 214 holds the light source 5 by enveloping it from the front of the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the rear of one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated toward the other side as indirect light 51. Since the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L3, the light source is not directly visible and does not feel dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating section 41 of the lighting fixture L3 is formed only by the mounting material 21, fine adjustments such as the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L3 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S1 surrounded by the mounting material 21 and the cover material 31, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

The head of the screw that secures the fixing portion 211a of the lighting fixture L3 to the wall body 11 is located within the wiring space S1 and is not exposed to the outside, providing excellent design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L3 to the wall 11, the mounting material 21 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the wall 11, electrical wiring is performed to the light source 5, and then the cover material 31 is attached to the mounting material 21. This makes installation easy without any complicated procedures.

Next, as a fourth embodiment of the present invention, Figs. 6(a) and (b) show a case where lighting fixture L4 is attached to a wall (attachment portion) 11. Fig. 6(a) shows a case where lighting fixture L4 is attached to the middle part of wall 11, and Fig. 6(b) shows a case where lighting fixture L4 is attached to a wall 11 having a corner portion 11a. Many parts of the configuration of lighting fixture L4 are the same as lighting fixture L3 of the third embodiment, but differ in the following points.

The mounting member 21 is composed of a fixed portion 218 screwed to the wall body 11, a one-side projection wall 212 connected to the other side of the fixed portion 218, a visible wall 211 connected to the middle portion of the one-side projection wall 212, a reflector holding portion 213 connected to the other side of the visible wall 211, a contact portion 216 connected to the rear portion of the reflector holding portion 213, and a light source holding portion 214 located in front of the other side of the reflector holding portion 213. The light source holding portion 214, the reflector holding portion 213, and the contact portion 216 form an indirect light forming portion 41. The fixed portion 218 is provided along the wall body 11 and is screwed to the wall body 11. The one-side projection wall 212 is provided perpendicular to the wall body 11. In addition, an engagement portion 212a that elastically engages with the cover material 31 is formed at the front end of the one-side projection wall 212. The visible wall 211 is provided at a distance from the wall body 11. The indirect light forming part 41 opens to the other side and irradiates indirect light 51 from the opening 411. The abutting part 216 extends rearward from the reflector holding part 213 and abuts against the wall body 11. The abutting part 216 is located on one side of the other side visible wall 217, and when the lighting fixture L4 is attached to the corner 11a of the wall body 11 as shown in FIG. 6(b), the multiple side surfaces of the abutting part 216 are flush with the multiple side surfaces of the wall body 11. When the lighting fixture L4 is attached to the middle part of the wall body 11 as shown in FIG. 6(a), the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L2, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated to the other side as indirect light 51. Also, when the lighting fixture L4 is attached to the corner 11a of the wall 11 as shown in FIG. 6(b), the light source 5 is not visible from the front, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L4, and the light emitted from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and becomes indirect light 51 and is emitted backward on the other side.

The space surrounded by the one-side projection wall 212, the projection wall 211, the reflector holding portion 213, the light source holding portion 214 of the mounting member 21, and the portion of the cover material 31 on one side of the engaged portion 311b is used as the wiring space S1. The wiring space S1 is a continuous space along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L4, and contains the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5. When mounting the lighting fixture L4 to the wall body 11, the mounting member 21 to which the light source 5 is attached is screwed to the wall body 11, electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed, and then the cover material 31 is engaged with the mounting member 21. In addition, as another mounting procedure of the lighting fixture L4 to the wall body 11, the light source 5 can be attached to the mounting member 21 and electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed on the mounting member 21, and the fixing portion 218 of the mounting member 21 can be screwed to the wall body 11 after the mounting of the cover material 31 to the mounting member 21 is completed. In addition, both longitudinal ends of the wiring space S1 are closed with end caps 13, 13, so rainwater and other liquids do not penetrate into the wiring space S1.

Next, the effects of the fourth embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. That is, the light source holding portion 214 holds the light source 5 so as to envelop it from the front on the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the rear on one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated as indirect light 51. When the lighting fixture L4 is attached to the middle part of the wall body 11, the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L4, and the light source is not directly visible and dazzling. In addition, when the lighting fixture L4 is attached to the corner 11a of the wall 11, the light source 5 is not visible from the front, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L4, so the light source is not directly visible from the front, one side, and the other side of the lighting fixture L4 and is not perceived as dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating portion 41 of the lighting fixture L4 is formed only by the mounting material 21, fine adjustments such as the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L4 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S1 surrounded by the mounting material 21 and the cover material 31, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L4 to the wall 11, the mounting material 21 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the wall 11, electrical wiring is performed to the light source 5, and then the cover material 31 is attached to the mounting material 21. This makes installation easy without any complicated procedures.

In addition, the fixing portion 218 of the mounting material 21 to the wall 11 is provided along the wall 11, protruding to one side from the rear end of the one-side projection wall 212. Therefore, as a separate procedure for mounting the lighting fixture L4 to the wall 11, the light source 5 can be first attached to the mounting material 21 and the electrical wiring to the light source 5 can be performed, and after the attachment of the cover material 31 to the mounting material 21 is completed, the fixing portion 218 of the mounting material 21 can be screwed to the wall 11, which provides excellent workability.

In addition, when the lighting device L4 is attached to the corner 11a on the other side of the wall 11 as shown in FIG. 6(b), the indirect light 51 is emitted not only to the other side but also to the rear, so that a wider area, such as the other side of the wall 11, can be illuminated.

Next, as a fifth embodiment of the present invention, Figs. 7 to 10 show a case where lighting device L5 is attached to a gatepost (attachment portion) 14a. In the following explanation, front and back refer to the near side and far side in Fig. 8, and one side and the other side refer to the directions shown in Figs. 7 to 10. Fig. 10 also shows a case where lighting device L5 is attached to a gatepost (attachment portion) 14d with a small front-to-rear width.

The gatepost 14a is erected on the ground G as shown in FIG. 8, and the gate body 14c is attached via an elbow bracket 14b as shown in FIG. 7 to form the gate 14. A roughly rectangular parallelepiped lighting fixture L5 is attached to the other side of the gatepost 14a along the longitudinal direction of the gatepost 14a.

As shown in Figures 7 to 9, the lighting fixture L5 is composed of a mounting material 22 screwed to the gatepost 14a, a cover material 32 that covers the mounting material 22 from the other side, a light source 5 attached to the cover material 32, a reflector 6 that reflects the light emitted from the light source 5 to the other side, thereby emitting indirect light 51 to the other side, and end caps 13, 13 attached to the upper and lower ends of the lighting fixture L5.

The mounting member 22 is for mounting the lighting fixture L5 to the gatepost 14a, and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L5. The mounting member 22 has a generally L-shaped cross section, and is composed of a fixed part 221 that is screwed to the gatepost 14a, and a rear wall 222 that is connected to the rear end of the fixed part 221. The fixed part 221 is provided along the other side of the gatepost 14a, and an engagement part 221a that elastically engages with the cover material 32 is formed at the front end. The rear wall 222 is screwed to a rear wall 323 of the cover material 32, which will be described later.

The cover material 32 covers the mounting material 22 along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L5. The cover material 32 is composed of a one-side projection wall 322 fixed to the engagement portion 221a of the mounting material 22, a front wall 321 extending from the front end of the one-side projection wall 322 to the other side, a rear wall 323 screwed to the rear wall 222 of the mounting material 22, a connecting wall 324 connecting the middle parts of the front wall 321 and the rear wall 323 and having a reflector holding portion 324a, and a light source holding portion 325 located on the other side of the connecting wall 324. The light source holding portion 325, the reflector holding portion 324a, and the other side of the front wall 321 form an indirect light forming portion 42. The one-side projection wall 322 is provided in the front-rear direction with a gap between it and the gatepost 14a, and the rear end is bent to form an engaged portion 322a that elastically engages with the engaging portion 221a of the mounting material 22, and the engaged portion 322a abuts against the gatepost 14a. The other end of the front observation wall 321 is bent backward to form a corner 321a. The rear observation wall 323 is provided approximately parallel to the front observation wall 321, and the other end is bent forward to form a corner 323a. The cushion material 15 is attached to the other side of the rear observation wall 323. One side of the rear observation wall 323 overlaps with the rear observation wall 222 of the mounting material 22, and both are screwed. A reflector holding portion 324a that holds the reflector 6 toward the other side is provided in the front of the connecting wall 324. The indirect light generating section 42 is open to the other side and irradiates indirect light 51 from the opening 421 to the other side. The light source holding section 325 is located forward of the rear wall 323 and holds the light source 5, which is an LED, in such a way that the light emitted by the light source 5 is irradiated to the front on one side, and the light source 5 is wrapped around and held from the rear on the other side, and the light source 5 cannot be seen from the outside of the lighting fixture L5. As shown in FIG. 9, multiple light sources 5 are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L5. The light emitted from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 as shown in FIG. 7(a) and is irradiated to the other side as indirect light 51.

The space surrounded by the mounting material 22, one side projection wall 322 of the cover material 32, one side of the front appearance wall 321, the connecting wall 324, and one side of the rear appearance wall 323 is used as the wiring space S2. The wiring space S2 is a continuous space along the length of the lighting fixture L5, and contains the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5. When attaching the lighting fixture L5 to the gatepost 14a, the mounting material 22 is screwed to the gatepost 14a, and the cover material 32 to which the light source 5 has been attached and the electrical wiring has been performed is attached to the mounting material 22. Note that both ends of the wiring space S2 in the lengthwise direction are closed with end caps 13, 13, so that rainwater, etc. does not penetrate into the wiring space S2.

Here, as shown in Figure 10, we will explain the case where lighting fixture L5 is attached to a gate post 14d with a small front-to-back width. In cases where the gate post 14d has a small front-to-back width, lighting fixture L5 can be attached to the corner of the gate post 14d. In this case, since there is no need to align one side projection wall 322 of the cover material 32 with the gate post 14d, it is sufficient that the fixing part 221 of the mounting material 22 is located in a position where it can be screwed to the other side of the gate post 14d.

Next, the effects of the fifth embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. The cover material 32 has an indirect light forming portion 42, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming portion 42 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion 42, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 from the opening 421 of the indirect light forming portion 42 toward the outside of the indirect light forming portion 42. That is, the light source holding portion 325 holds the light source 5 by wrapping it from the rear of the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the front on one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated toward the other side as indirect light 51. Since the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L5, the light source is not directly visible and does not feel dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating section 42 of the lighting fixture L5 is formed only by the cover material 32, fine adjustments to the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L5 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S2 surrounded by the mounting material 22 and the cover material 32, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

The head of the screw that secures the fixing part 221 of the lighting fixture L5 to the wall body 11 is located within the wiring space S2 and is not exposed to the outside, making it an attractive design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L5 to the gatepost 14a, the mounting material 22 is screwed to the gatepost 14a, and the cover material 32 to which the light source 5 is attached and the electrical wiring is performed is attached to the mounting material 22, so construction is easy without any complicated procedures.

In addition, since the lighting fixture L5 does not need to be aligned with the gatepost 14d by the projecting wall 322 on one side of the cover material 32, it is sufficient that the fixing portion 221 of the mounting material 22 is located in a position where it can be screwed to the other side of the gatepost 14d. In cases where the front-to-back width of the gatepost is small, the lighting fixture L5 can be attached to the corner of the gatepost 14d, making it highly versatile.

Next, as a sixth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 11 shows a case where a lighting fixture L6 is attached to a gatepost (attachment portion) 14a. Most of the configuration of lighting fixture L6 is the same as lighting fixture L5 of the fifth embodiment, but it differs in the following points.

The mounting material 22 has a roughly U-shaped cross section and is composed of a fixed part 221 that is screwed to the gatepost 14a, a front wall 223 that is connected to the front end of the fixed part 221, and a rear wall 222 that is connected to the rear end of the fixed part 221. The fixed part 221 is provided along the other side of the gatepost 14a, and engagement parts 221a and 221b that engage with the cover material 32 are formed at the front and rear ends.

The cover material 32 is composed of a front wall 321 fixed to the engaging portion 221a of the mounting material 22, a rear wall 323 fixed to the engaging portion 221b of the mounting material 22, a connecting wall 324 that connects the middle portion of the front wall 321 and the rear wall 323 and has a reflector holding portion 324a, and a light source holding portion 325 located on the other side of the connecting wall 324. The light source holding portion 325, the reflector holding portion 324a, and the other side portion of the front wall 321 form an indirect light forming portion 42. At one end of the front wall 321, an engaged portion 321b is formed that extends rearward and abuts against the gatepost 14a and engages with the engaging portion 221a of the mounting material 22. At the other end of the front wall 321, a corner portion 321a is formed that is bent rearward on the other side. The rear wall 323 is provided approximately parallel to the front wall 321, and the other end is bent forward to form a corner 323a. The cushion material 15 is attached to the other side of the rear wall 323. An engaged portion 323b that engages with the engaging portion 221b of the mounting material 22 is formed at one end of the rear wall 323.

The space surrounded by the mounting material 22, one side of the front wall 321 of the cover material 32, the connecting wall 324, and one side of the rear wall 323 is used as the wiring space S2.

Next, the effects of the sixth embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. The cover material 32 has an indirect light forming portion 42, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming portion 42 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming portion 42, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 toward the outside of the indirect light forming portion 42 from the opening 421 of the indirect light forming portion 42. Since the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L6, the light source is not directly visible and does not feel dazzling.

And because the indirect light generating section 42 of the lighting fixture L6 is formed only by the cover material 32, fine adjustments such as the direction of the light source 5 or the angle of the reflector 6 are not required, making it easy to install.

In addition, the lighting fixture L6 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S2 surrounded by the mounting material 22 and the cover material 32, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

The head of the screw that secures the fixing part 221 of the lighting fixture L6 to the wall body 11 is located within the wiring space S2 and is not exposed to the outside, making it an attractive design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L6 to the gatepost 14a, the mounting material 22 is screwed to the gatepost 14a, and the cover material 32 to which the light source 5 is attached and the electrical wiring is performed is attached to the mounting material 22, so construction is easy without any complicated procedures.

Next, as a seventh embodiment of the present invention, the case where lighting fixture L7 is attached to a gatepost (attachment portion) 14a is shown in Figs. 12 to 15. In the following description, front and back refer to the near side and far side in Fig. 13, and one side and the other side refer to the directions shown in Figs. 12 to 15. Fig. 15 also shows the case where lighting fixture L7 is attached to a gatepost (attachment portion) 14d with a small front-to-rear width.

The gatepost 14a is erected on the ground G as shown in FIG. 13, and the gate body 14c is attached via an elbow bracket 14b as shown in FIG. 7 to form the gate 14. A roughly rectangular parallelepiped lighting fixture L7 is attached to the other side of the gatepost 14a along the longitudinal direction of the gatepost 14a.

As shown in Figures 12 to 14, the lighting fixture L7 is composed of a mounting member 23 screwed to the gatepost 14a, a cover member 33 that covers the mounting member 23 from the front, a light source 5 attached to the mounting member 23, a reflector 6 attached to the cover member 33 and reflects the light emitted from the light source 5 to the other side, thereby emitting indirect light 51 to the other side, and end caps 13, 13 attached to the upper and lower ends of the lighting fixture L7.

The mounting member 23 is for mounting the lighting fixture L7 to the gatepost 14a and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L7. The mounting member 23 has an approximately C-shaped cross section and is composed of a one-side projection wall 231 that is screwed to the gatepost 14a, a front projection wall 232 that extends from the front end of the one-side projection wall 231 to the other side, a rear projection wall 233 that extends from the rear end of the one-side projection wall 231 to the other side, and a light source holder 233c provided on the other side of the rear projection wall 233. The rear part of the one-side projection wall 231 has a fixing part 231a that abuts against the gatepost 14a and is screwed. In addition, the front part of the one-side projection wall 231 is provided with a gap between it and the gatepost 14a. The front projection wall 232 is screwed to the projection wall 331 of the cover material 33 described below. The rear wall 233 has a corner 233a bent forward at the other end, and a cushioning material 15 is attached to the other side of the rear wall 233. The rear wall 233 also has an engagement portion 233b in the middle that engages with an engagement portion 332a of the cover material 33 described below. The light source holder 233c is located forward of the rear wall 233 and holds the light source 5, which is an LED, from the other rear side so that the light emitted by the light source 5 is emitted forward on one side, and the light source 5 cannot be seen from outside the lighting device L7. Note that multiple light sources 5 are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the lighting device L7, as shown in FIG. 14.

The cover material 33 covers the mounting material 23 along the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture L7. The cover material 33 has a substantially T-shaped cross section and is composed of a visible wall 331 that is screwed to the front visible wall 232 of the mounting material 23, and a projection wall 332 that extends rearward from the middle of the visible wall 331 and is fixed to the engagement portion 233b of the mounting material 23. One side of the visible wall 331 overlaps the front visible wall 232 of the mounting material 23, and both are screwed. The other end of the visible wall 331 is bent rearward to form a corner 331a. The front part of the projection wall 332 is provided with a reflector holding portion 332b that holds the reflector 6 toward the other side. The rear end of the projection wall 332 is formed with an engaged portion 332a that engages with the engagement portion 233b of the mounting material 23.

The indirect light forming section 43 is formed by the light source holding section 233c of the mounting member 23 and the other side of the concealed wall 332 and the concealed wall 331 of the cover member 33. The indirect light forming section 43 opens to the other side and irradiates indirect light 51 from the opening 431 to the other side. The light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 as shown in FIG. 12(a) and is irradiated to the other side as indirect light 51.

The space surrounded by the one-side projection wall 231 of the mounting member 23, the front projection wall 232, one side of the rear projection wall 233, and the projection wall 332 of the cover material 33 is used as the wiring space S3. The wiring space S3 is a continuous space along the length of the lighting fixture L7, and contains the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5. When mounting the lighting fixture L7 to the gatepost 14a, the mounting member 23 to which the light source 5 is attached is screwed to the gatepost 14a, electrical wiring to the light source 5 is performed, and then the cover material 33 is attached to the mounting member 23. Note that both ends of the wiring space S3 in the lengthwise direction are closed with end caps 13, 13, so that rainwater, etc. does not enter the wiring space S3.

Here, as shown in Figure 15, we will explain the case where lighting fixture L7 is attached to a gatepost 14d with a small front-to-back width. In cases where the gatepost 14d has a small front-to-back width, lighting fixture L7 can be attached to the corner of the gatepost 14d. In this case, since there is no need to align the front part of one side projecting wall 231 of mounting material 23 with the gatepost 14d, it is sufficient that the fixing part 231a of mounting material 23 is in a position where it can be screwed to the other side of gatepost 14d.

Next, the effects of the seventh embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention thus configured will be described. The lighting fixture L7 has an indirect light forming section 43, and the light source 5 arranged in the indirect light forming section 43 irradiates light toward the inside of the indirect light forming section 43, thereby irradiating indirect light 51 from the opening 431 of the indirect light forming section 43 toward the outside of the indirect light forming section 43. That is, the light source holding section 233c holds the light source 5 so as to envelop it from the rear of the other side so that the light from the light source 5 is irradiated toward the front on one side, and the light irradiated from the light source 5 is reflected by the reflector 6 and irradiated toward the other side as indirect light 51. Since the light source 5 is not visible from the outside of the lighting fixture L7, the light source is not directly visible and does not feel dazzling.

In addition, the lighting fixture L7 can store the electrical wiring E connected to the light source 5 within the wiring space S3 surrounded by the mounting material 23 and the cover material 33, so the electrical wiring E is not exposed to the outside, resulting in excellent design.

The head of the screw that secures the fixing portion 231a of the lighting fixture L7 to the wall body 11 is located within the wiring space S3 and is not exposed to the outside, providing excellent design.

Furthermore, when attaching the lighting fixture L7 to the gatepost 14a, the mounting material 23 with the light source 5 attached thereto is screwed to the gatepost 14a, electrical wiring is performed to the light source 5, and then the cover material 33 is attached to the mounting material 23, so construction is easy without any complicated procedures.

In addition, since the lighting fixture L7 does not need to be aligned with the front of the one-side projecting wall 231 of the mounting material 23 along the gatepost 14d, it is sufficient that the fixing part 231a of the mounting material 23 is in a position where it can be screwed to the other side of the gatepost 14d. In cases where the front-to-back width of the gatepost is small, the lighting fixture L7 can be attached to the corner of the gatepost 14d, making it highly versatile.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the present invention is not limited to building materials such as walls and gates, but can also be applied to carport beams and various other structures.
