Description

The present invention relates to a lid that is placed over a container body capable of storing items, and to the container itself.

。 Conventionally, containers used for transporting items, etc., include a roughly box-shaped container body that opens upward and a lid that is placed over the container body, and a technology in which a fastener is attached to the lid and the lid is placed over the container body, so that the locking portion of the fastener locks onto the locked portion of the container body (see, for example, Patent Document 1, etc.).

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-207958

The fastener in Patent Document 1 has an extension that extends below the bottom surface of the lid, and the locking portion of the fastener is provided so as to protrude from the bottom end of the extension toward the center of the lid. Therefore, when lids with fasteners attached are stacked in the same orientation, the locking portion of the fastener may interfere with the other lids, making it difficult to stack the lids efficiently.

In addition, when a container body is assembled into a box shape that opens upward and has a bottom wall component that is generally rectangular in plan view and side wall components that are rotatably connected to each side edge of the bottom wall component, and that can be folded by tilting each side wall component toward the center of the bottom wall component, it is desirable to have a configuration that not only allows a lid to be placed over the container body when it is in an assembled state, but also allows the lid to be conveniently placed on the container body when it is in a folded state.

The present invention has been made to solve the problems exemplified above, and its purpose is to provide a lid and container that can be stored and transported efficiently.

Below, we will explain each of the means suitable for achieving the above objectives. In addition, we will add the specific effects of the corresponding means as necessary.

Means 1. A lid body that is detachably fitted onto a generally box-shaped container body that opens upward,
The lid bodies are configured so that they can be stacked vertically in the same orientation to form a lid body stacked state,
the lid body has a facing portion that faces an outer surface of the container body when the lid body is covered with the container body,
The facing portion is provided with a locking portion that can be locked to the container body when the lid body is placed on the container body,
The locking portion is configured by forming a recess that is recessed in a thickness direction of the facing portion or a hole that penetrates the facing portion,
The lid body is characterized in that the lid body has a receiving recess capable of receiving the opposing portion of another lid body when the lid bodies are in the stacked state.

According to the means 1, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the opposing parts of the lid body interfere with other lid bodies in the lid body stacked state (the main bodies of the lid bodies cannot be abutted against each other, or the main bodies of the lid bodies cannot be abutted against each other and stacked without forcibly deforming the opposing parts), and the height of the lid body in the lid body stacked state can be made as low as possible. Furthermore, the lid bodies can be stacked without shifting the center of gravity position, and the lid body stacked state can be stabilized while suppressing an increase in the installation space in the horizontal direction. As a result, it is possible to improve the efficiency when storing and transporting the lid bodies together. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid deformation or damage caused by excessive load being applied to the opposing parts and the main body of the lid body due to elastic deformation of the opposing parts or the tip parts of the opposing parts abutting against the main body of the other lid body from above and below in the lid body stacked state, and it is possible to improve the durability of the lid body. In addition, since the locking parts of the opposing parts are recessed or holed, the thickness including the locking parts of the opposing parts (the width in the inner and outer periphery directions of the lid body) can be made as small as possible compared to the case where the locking parts are made protruding. This makes it possible to make the depth of the receiving recess as shallow as possible, and for example, in a configuration in which the opposing portion does not protrude outward beyond the outer periphery of the lid body, it is possible to avoid situations in which a relatively large recess is formed on the outer periphery of the lid body by forming the receiving recess, resulting in a decrease in insulation performance.

Means 2. The lid body includes a lid body stacking restricting portion and a lid body stacking restricted portion that are provided at a position inward from the outer peripheral surface of the lid body, are disposed to face each other in a substantially horizontal direction when the lid bodies are in the stacked state, and are capable of restricting relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid bodies stacked up and down by abutting each other in the substantially horizontal direction,
a configuration in which the lid body stacking restricting portion of one of the lid bodies stacked vertically in the lid body stacked state comes into contact with the lid body stacking restricted portion of the other lid body, and at the same time, the opposing portion of the one lid body comes into contact with the receiving recess of the other lid body;
A configuration in which, when the lid body stacking restricting portion of one of the lid bodies that are stacked vertically in the lid body stacked state comes into contact with the lid body stacking restricted portion of the other lid body, the opposing portion of the one lid body and the receiving recess of the other lid body can come into contact with each other while maintaining the contact, or
The lid body described in Means 1 is characterized in that when the lid body stacking regulating portion of one of the lid bodies stacked vertically in the lid body stacked state is in contact with the lid body stacking regulated portion of the other lid body, the opposing portion of the one lid body and the receiving recess of the other lid body do not abut.

According to the second aspect, it is possible to suppress or prevent excessive load from being applied to the opposing parts when regulating the relative horizontal displacement between the lids in a stacked state of the lids. Therefore, it is possible to protect the opposing parts and improve the durability of the opposing parts and, ultimately, the lids.

Means 3. In a container having the lid according to means 1 or 2,
a container body including a bottom wall portion having a generally rectangular shape in a plan view, a bottom wall component including base portions provided along each side edge portion of the bottom wall portion, and side wall portions connected to each base portion so as to be rotatable between an upright position in which the base portion is erected above the base portion and a folded position in which the base portion is folded down above the bottom wall portion;
the container body is configured to be changeable between an assembled state in which all of the side wall portions are in the upright position and are substantially box-shaped and open upward, and a folded state in which all of the side wall portions are in the folded position,
The container is configured to be able to change between a covered state in which the lid body is covered on the container body in the assembled state and a placed state in which the lid body is placed on the container body in the folded state,
The container body includes:
a locking portion that protrudes outward from the container body from an outer surface side of the side wall portion in the upright position and that is locked with the locking portion in the covered state;
A container characterized in that, in the placed state, the opposing portion is positioned opposite the outer surface side of the bottom wall component, and the lid body is configured to be placed on the upper surface of the base portion.

According to the third method, the lid is placed on the assembled container body, and the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, so that the covered state of the container can be stabilized. In addition, by placing the lid on the folded container body, the opposing portion is arranged facing the outer surface of the bottom wall component, and the lid can be placed on the upper surface of the base. Therefore, the lid is stably supported by the base while preventing the opposing portion from being subjected to a load (if the opposing portion and the base interfere with each other, it is impossible to place the lid on the upper surface of the base), stabilizing the placed state of the container and making it possible to reduce the height of the container in the placed state as much as possible. Therefore, the folded container body and the lid can be put together as a set in a compact form, and as a result, the container in the placed state can be efficiently stored and transported.

Means 4. The lid and the container body are
an assembly restricting portion and an assembly restricted portion that are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the lid body and at a position inward of an outer peripheral surface of the container body in the assembled state, and that are arranged to face each other in a substantially horizontal direction when the container body is in the covered state, and that are capable of restricting relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid body and the container body by abutting against each other in the substantially horizontal direction;
a placement restricting portion and a placement restricted portion that are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the lid body and at a position inward of an outer peripheral surface of the container body in the folded state, and that are arranged to face each other in a substantially horizontal direction when the container body is placed in the placement state, and that are capable of restricting relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid body and the container body by abutting against each other in the substantially horizontal direction;
In the coated state,
a configuration in which the assembly restricting portion and the assembly restricted portion come into contact with each other, and at the same time, the opposing portion and the side wall portion come into contact with each other;
A configuration in which, when the assembly restricting portion and the assembly restricted portion come into contact with each other, the contact is maintained and the opposing portion and the side wall portion can come into contact with each other; or
When the assembly restricting portion and the assembly restricted portion are in contact with each other, the opposing portion and the side wall portion do not come into contact with each other,
In the placed state,
a configuration in which the placement restricting portion and the placement restricted portion come into contact with each other, and at the same time, the opposing portion and the bottom wall constituent portion come into contact with each other;
A configuration in which, when the placement restricting portion and the placement restricted portion come into contact with each other, the contact is maintained and the opposing portion and the bottom wall constituent portion can come into contact with each other; or
The container described in means 3 is characterized in that when the placement restricting portion and the placement restricted portion are in contact with each other, the opposing portion and the bottom wall forming portion do not come into contact with each other.

According to the fourth aspect, when the container is covered and when the container is placed on the table, it is possible to suppress or prevent excessive load from being applied to the opposing portion when regulating the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid and the container body. This makes it possible to protect the opposing portion and to improve the durability of the opposing portion and, ultimately, the lid.

Means 5. The side wall portion is provided with an operation recess that is formed in a range including a portion facing the lower side portion of the facing portion in the covered state and allows contact with the back side of the facing portion;
The lower edge of the operation recess is curved so that the central portion in the width direction of the corresponding side wall portion is the lowest portion, and is inclined downward toward the outside of the container body,
The side wall portion on which the operation recess is provided has a handhold recess provided below the operation recess,
A folded portion is provided extending downward from an upper edge portion of the handle recess on the outer side of the container body,
A container as described in means 3 or 4, characterized in that the folded portion is curved so that the central portion in the width direction of the corresponding side wall portion is the lowest portion, corresponding to the curvature of the lower edge portion of the operating recess.

According to the fifth aspect, when the container is in a covered state, the shape of the lower edge of the operation recess makes it easy to insert a fingertip into the operation recess that opens to the outside of the container body below the opposing part, and makes it easy to contact the back side of the opposing part through the operation recess. Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability when releasing the locked state of the locking part. In addition, the folded part is also curved corresponding to the lower edge of the operation recess, and when the fingertip is placed on the upper edge of the handle recess, the finger joint can be suitably placed on the folded part. Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability when carrying the container by placing the fingertip on the handle recess. It is also possible to "configure so that the center of the opposing part and the center of the operation recess are approximately at the same position in the width direction of the side wall part on which the operation recess is provided." In this case, when the fingertip is inserted into the operation recess, the fingertip can be placed at a suitable position on the opposing part, and it is possible to operate the opposing part to release the locked state of the locking part more easily.

Means 6. A container according to any one of means 3 to 5, characterized in that the engaging portion has a shape with a portion whose width gradually increases downward from a portion of the upper portion as a peak when the corresponding side wall portion is viewed from the front, and at least a portion of the upper surface of the engaging portion that is on the outer side of the container body is inclined downward toward the outer side of the container body.

According to the sixth aspect, when the lid is placed over the assembled container body and the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, it is possible to prevent the lower edge of the opposing portion from getting caught on the locked portion. Therefore, the lid can be placed over the assembled container body relatively smoothly while preventing damage to the opposing portion and the locked portion.

Means 7: The bottom wall constituent portion includes a first member and a second member forming an internal space between the first member and a second member,
The first member includes a frame-shaped first mating wall portion,
the second member includes a second mating wall portion having an edge that abuts against an edge of the first mating wall portion to be in an engaged state;
The second mating wall portion includes a second inner end wall portion and a second outer end wall portion that are spaced apart from each other and face each other in an inner and outer circumferential direction of the second mating wall portion,
the first mating wall portion includes a first tip wall portion that is inserted into an insertion space formed between the second inner tip wall portion and the second outer tip wall portion and is fitted with the second inner tip wall portion and the second outer tip wall portion,
the second inner tip wall portion and the second outer tip wall portion are fitted to the first tip wall portion, whereby the first mating wall portion and the second mating wall portion are brought into an engaged state, and the first member and the second member are brought into an assembled state,
A container described in any one of means 3 to 6, characterized in that at least a portion of the assembly portion between the first member and the second member is the outermost portion when the container in the above-mentioned placed state is viewed in a plane.

According to the seventh aspect, the insulation can be improved by forming an internal space in the bottom wall component, and this effect is particularly pronounced when an insulating member is provided in the internal space. In addition, by providing the mounting portion protruding outward rather than inward (toward the internal space) of the bottom wall component, the insulating member can be provided suitably without narrowing the internal space. Furthermore, for example, by configuring the opposing portion to be the outermost portion when the container is viewed from above when the container is placed, and the other portions to be located closer to the center of the bottom wall portion than the opposing portion, it is possible to prevent a situation in which a separate body is more likely to collide with the opposing portion. Therefore, damage to the opposing portion when the container is placed can be prevented.

One embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figs. 1, 3, 4, etc., the container 1 includes a container body 2 that is a substantially rectangular box-shaped container that opens upward, and a lid body 3 that is detachably fitted to the container body 2. The container body 2 includes a bottom wall component 4 that includes a bottom wall portion 5 that is substantially rectangular in plan view, a short side base portion 6 that protrudes upward from the bottom wall portion 5 along each short side edge of the bottom wall portion 5, and a long side base portion 7 that protrudes upward from the bottom wall portion 5 along each long side edge of the bottom wall portion 5. Furthermore, the container body 2 includes a short side side wall portion 8 and a long side side wall portion 9 that are connected to each short side base portion 6 and each long side base portion 7 so as to be rotatably displaceable. The short side wall 8 and the long side wall 9 are configured to be displaceable between an upright position in which they stand above the corresponding short side base 6 and long side base 7 as shown in FIG. 4, and a folded position in which they are folded above (towards the center) the bottom wall 5 as shown in FIG. 5. Therefore, when storing items in the container 1, all the short side wall 8 and the long side wall 9 are in an upright position (see FIG. 4), which is an assembled state, and when storing the container 1, all the short side wall 8 and the long side wall 9 are in a folded position (see FIG. 5), which is a folded state, which allows for space saving, etc. In addition, the container 1 as a whole, including the lid 3, is configured to be able to change between a covered state (see FIG. 1) in which the lid 3 is covered on the container body 2 in the assembled state, and a placed state (see FIG. 2) in which the lid 3 is placed on the container body 2 in the folded state.

3, the protruding length of the short-side base portion 6 from the bottom wall portion 5 is longer than the protruding length of the long-side base portion 7 from the bottom wall portion 5, and the position of the short-side bearing portion 41 for rotatably supporting the short-side sidewall portion 8 is located above the position of the long-side bearing portion 51 for rotatably supporting the long-side sidewall portion 9. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the short-side sidewall portion 8 is configured to be approximately the same as the short width of the bottom wall component 4, and the width of the long-side sidewall portion 9 is configured to be approximately the same as the distance between the pair of short-side base portions 6. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the container body 2 in the assembled state is folded, as shown in FIG. 6, the pair of long-side sidewall portions 9 are first displaced to the folded position by overlapping them above the bottom wall portion 5, and then the short-side sidewall portion 8 is displaced to the folded position by overlapping them above the long-side sidewall portion 9.

As shown in Figures 3, 24, etc., the short side side wall portion 8 comprises a short side base component 11 which constitutes most of the short side side wall portion 8 including the outer portion, and a short side inner surface component 12 which forms a short side internal space 13 (see Figure 24) between the short side base component 11 and the inner surface of the short side base component 11. The short side base component 11 and the short side inner surface component 12 are made of polypropylene. The short side internal space 13 is provided with a heat insulating member 14 made of polyurethane foam. Furthermore, the short side side wall portion 8 comprises a pair of short side shaft protrusions 15 (see Figure 3) which protrude laterally from the lower part of the left and right side portions, respectively.

As shown in Figures 3, 22, etc., the long side side wall portion 9 comprises a long side base component 21 which constitutes most of the long side side wall portion 9 including the outer portion, and a long side inner surface component 22 which forms a long side internal space 23 (see Figure 22) between the long side base component 21 and the inner surface of the long side base component 21. The long side base component 21 and the long side inner surface component 22 are made of polypropylene. The long side internal space 23 is provided with a heat insulating member 14 made of polyurethane foam. The long side side wall portion 9 further comprises a pair of long side shaft protrusions 25 (see Figure 3) which protrude laterally from the lower part of the left and right side portions, respectively.

As shown in Figs. 3 and 6, restricting walls 16 are provided that protrude inward from both sides of the inner surface of the short side wall 8 of the container body 2. The restricting walls 16 are configured to overlap the outer surface of the long side wall 9 in the inward/outward direction of the container 1 when the container body 2 is in an assembled state. Furthermore, the restricting walls 16 are provided with insertion holes 17 that penetrate the short side wall 8 in the width direction.

In contrast, both sides of the outer surface of the long side wall 9 are provided with a regulated wall 26 that substantially abuts against the regulating wall 16 of the short side wall 8 when the container body 2 is assembled, and an insertion protrusion 27 that protrudes from the regulated wall 26 to the outside of the container body 2. When the container body 2 is assembled, the outer surface of the regulated wall 26 substantially abuts against the regulating wall 16, both sides of the long side wall 9 substantially abut against the inner surface of the short side wall 8, and the insertion protrusion 27 is inserted into the insertion hole 17 to be locked. As will be described in detail later, by placing the lid 3 on the container body 2, the displacement of the long side wall 9 toward the folded position is regulated.

3, 24, etc., the bottom wall component 4 includes a bottom wall base component 31 as a second member constituting most of the bottom wall component 4 including the upper portion, and a bottom wall lower surface component 32 as a first member constituting the lower surface side of the bottom wall 5 and forming a bottom wall internal space 33 between the lower surface of the bottom wall base component 31. The bottom wall base component 31 and the bottom wall lower surface component 32 are made of polypropylene. As shown in FIG. 7, etc., the bottom wall base component 31 includes a bottom wall upper surface base wall portion 35 constituting the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 5 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, the short side side base portion 6 protruding upward from the short side edge portion of the bottom wall upper surface base wall portion 35, and the long side side base portion 7 protruding upward from the long side edge portion of the bottom wall upper surface base wall portion 35.

As shown in FIG. 3 etc., the short side bearing portion 41 in this embodiment is provided at the bottom of each short side base shaft wall portion 45. The short side shaft protrusion 15 is inserted into the short side bearing portion 41 and is approximately fitted to an extent that rotation of the short side shaft protrusion 15 is permitted. This allows the short side side wall portion 8 to be connected (axially supported) to the short side base portion 6 so as to be rotatably displaceable.

As shown in FIG. 7 , the long side base portion 7 includes a long side base inner lower vertical wall portion 52 extending upward from the long side edge of the bottom wall upper surface base wall portion 35, a long side base middle wall portion 53 extending from the upper edge of the long side base inner lower vertical wall portion 52 to the outer side of the container body 2, a long side base inner upper vertical wall portion 54 extending upward from the outer side edge of the container body 2 of the long side base middle wall portion 53, a long side base upper wall portion 55 extending outward from the upper edge of the long side base inner upper vertical wall portion 54 to the outer side of the container body 2, and a long side base outer vertical wall portion 56 extending downward from the outer side edge of the container body 2 of the long side base upper wall portion 55. Both sides of the long-side base upper wall portion 55 are inclined upward toward the side and connected to the short-side base portion 6, and the support wall portion 49 of the short-side base portion 6 is connected to the upper surface side of both sides of the long-side base upper wall portion 55.

The support part 63 is composed of a frame-shaped part that is provided at a position spaced inward from the outer periphery of the bottom wall lower surface base wall part 61, and a lattice-shaped part that is provided inside the frame-shaped part.

10 and 11, a bottom wall insertion end wall portion 64 (first end wall portion) is provided in a portion (first mating wall portion) including the upper side of the bottom wall orthogonal wall portion 62, which is formed so as to reduce the thickness of the outer peripheral side of the bottom wall orthogonal wall portion 62. Then, as shown in FIG. 27, the bottom wall insertion end wall portion 64 is inserted (pressed) into the bottom wall insertion space 59, so that the bottom wall inner end wall portion 57 and the bottom wall outer end wall portion 58 are fitted with the bottom wall insertion end wall portion 64. As a result, the short side base outer vertical wall portion 47 and the long side base outer vertical wall portion 56 are engaged with the bottom wall orthogonal wall portion 62, and the bottom wall base component portion 31 and the bottom wall underside component portion 32 are assembled. Furthermore, the bottom wall internal space 33 formed between the bottom wall base component portion 31 and the bottom wall underside component portion 32 is provided with a heat insulating member 14 made of foamed polyurethane. In addition, the area including the upper edge of the bottom wall orthogonal wall portion 62 may be configured in two layers to form an insertion space, and the area including the short side base outer vertical wall portion 47 and the lower edge of the long side base outer vertical wall portion 56 (single layer) may be configured to be inserted into the insertion space.

As shown in Figs. 5 and 24, the lower part of the outer surface of the short side sidewall part 8 is provided with a base receiving recess 71 that receives the upper part of the short side base part 6 (the part consisting of the short side base inner upper vertical wall part 44, the short side base upper step wall part 46, and the short side base outer vertical wall part 47) when the container body 2 is assembled. As a result, when the container body 2 is assembled, the lower part of the short side sidewall part 8 and the upper part of the short side base part 6 overlap in the inner and outer directions of the container body 2, and the upper edge part of the base receiving recess 71 and the short side base upper step wall part 46 abut vertically. In particular, in this embodiment, when the container body 2 is assembled, the outer surface of the short side sidewall part 8 is configured to be located outward from the outer surface of the bottom wall part 4 (short side base part 6).

5, the inner surface of the short side base 6 is provided with a base-side engagement portion 72 that protrudes from the upper portion of the short side base inner upper vertical wall portion 44 toward the inside of the container body 2. In contrast, a concave sidewall-side engagement portion 73 is provided at a portion of the short side side wall 8 corresponding to the base receiving recess 71, into which the base-side engagement portion 72 is inserted when the short side side wall 8 is in an upright position. For example, when the container body 2 in the assembled state is lifted by grasping the short side side wall 8, the sidewall-side engagement portion 73 and the base-side engagement portion 72 are vertically engaged (the bottom wall component 4 is lifted with the lower edge of the base-side engagement portion 72 supported by the lower edge of the recess that constitutes the sidewall-side engagement portion 73). This reduces the burden on the structure that rotatably connects the short side wall portion 8 (and the long side wall portion 9) to the bottom wall component 4 when the assembled container body 2 is lifted by grasping the short side side wall portion 8, preventing the short side shaft protrusion 15 from falling off the short side bearing portion 41 (the long side shaft protrusion 25 from falling off the long side bearing portion 51).

As shown in Figures 3 and 13, the lid body 3 includes a lid body 81 capable of closing the opening on the top side of the container body 2 in the assembled state, and a fastener 82 that is attached to the lid body 81 and maintains the container 1 covered (prevents the lid body 3 from falling off from the container body 2 in the assembled state). A pair of fasteners 82 are provided corresponding to the respective centers of a pair of opposing short side edges of the lid body 3. In addition, as shown in Figure 24, the lid body 81 is integrally formed from polypropylene by blow (hollow) molding so that a lid internal space 83 is formed. A heat insulating member 14 made of foamed polyurethane is provided in the lid internal space 83.

As shown in Figs. 4, 22, etc., the container body 2 has a sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 as an assembly restricted portion that protrudes upward from the upper edge of the short side wall portion 8 and the long side wall portion 9 and is provided along the entire circumference of the upper edge of the short side wall portion 8 and the long side wall portion 9. The upper surface of the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 is disposed outward from the inner edge of the container body 2 of the upper edge of the short side side wall portion 8 and the long side side wall portion 9 in the thickness direction of the corresponding short side side wall portion 8 and the long side side wall portion 9, and further, the portion of the upper surface of the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 on the outer side of the container body 2 is configured to be one step lower than the portion on the inner side of the container body 2.

13, 22, etc., the lid body 81 of the lid body 3 is provided with a lid stopper recess 86 that is formed along the outer periphery of the underside of the lid body 81 so as to open downward and toward the outer periphery of the lid body 81 (the centrifugal side relative to the center of the lid body 81) and that accommodates the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 when the container 1 is covered. In addition, a lid auxiliary protrusion 87 is provided that protrudes downward from the outer periphery edge of the upper edge of the lid stopper recess 86. The lower end of the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 is located above the underside of the lid body 81. When the container 1 is in the covered state, in the vertical direction, the lower surface of the lid main body 81 approximately abuts against the portions of the short side side wall portion 8 and the upper edges of the long side side wall portion 9 that are located on the inner side of the container body 2 relative to the side wall upper edge protrusion 85, the upper edge of the lid stopper recess 86 abuts against the inner portion of the upper surface of the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 that is one step higher, and the lower end of the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 approximately abuts against the outer portion of the upper surface of the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 that is one step lower. Furthermore, in the inward and outward directions of the container body 2 (inward and outward directions of the lid body 81), the side edge of the lid stop recess 86 on the central side of the lid body 81 (hereinafter referred to as the "lid side regulation portion 88") is configured to substantially abut against the side wall upper edge protrusion 85, and the abutment of the lid side regulation portion 88 with the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 prevents the long side side wall portion 9 in the upright position from tilting toward the folded position, and regulates the relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the lid body 3 with respect to the container body 2 in the assembled state. In this embodiment, the lid side regulation portion 88 constitutes the assembly regulation portion.

In addition, in the inward/outward direction of the container body 2 (inward/outward direction of the lid body 81), the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 is located on the outer side of the container body 2 than the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 63. As a result, when the assembled container bodies 2 are stacked one on top of the other, the support portion 63 of the upper container body 2 is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 of the lower container body 2 and abuts or comes close to it, and the lower surface of the bottom wall component 4 of the upper container body 2, which is closer to the outer peripheral side of the bottom wall portion 5 (the centrifugal side with respect to the center of the bottom wall portion 5) than the support portion 63, is abutted against the upper surface of the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85 of the lower container body 2, and the lower surface of the support portion 63 of the upper container body 2 is abutted against and supported by the upper edge portion of the short side side wall portion 8 and the long side side side wall portion 9 of the lower container body 2, which is closer to the inner side of the container body 2 than the sidewall upper edge protrusion 85.

As shown in Figures 3, 22, etc., the lid body 81 is provided with a lid body top surface protrusion 89 that protrudes upward from a range including the center of each short side edge of the top surface of the lid body 81 and a range including the center of each long side edge. In the inner and outer periphery direction of the lid body 81, the lid body top surface protrusion 89 is located on the outer side (the centrifugal side of the center of the lid body 81) of the inner edge of the lid stopper recess 86 (the lid side regulation portion 88). The boundary between the upper surface and the outer surface of the lid body top surface protrusion 89 is rounded.

When the covered containers 1 are stacked one on top of the other (see FIG. 29), the support portion 63 of the upper container 1 is inserted into the area surrounded by the lid upper surface protrusion 89 of the lower container 1 (the inner peripheral side of the lid upper surface protrusion 89) and comes into contact with or close to the inner surface of the lid upper surface protrusion 89 (the surface toward the center of the lid main body 81), and the portion of the lower surface of the bottom wall component 4 of the upper container 1 that is outboard of the support portion 63 comes into contact with and is supported by the upper surface of the lid upper surface protrusion 89 of the lower container main body 2, and the support portion 63 of the upper container 1 comes into contact with and is supported by the upper surface of the lid main body 81 of the lower container 1.

As shown in Figures 1, 3, and 14 to 16, the fixture 82 has a pair of left and right mounting parts 91 attached to the lid body 81, and a facing part 92 that faces the outer surface of the container body 2 (short side wall part 8) when the container 1 is covered. The mounting part 91 has a base plate part 93 that extends vertically facing the outer circumferential surface of the lid body 81, an upper engagement part 94 that has a generally C-shaped cross section and opens downward and has one end connected to the upper edge of the base plate part 93, and a lower engagement part 95 that protrudes in a direction generally perpendicular to the upper engagement part 94 from the lower edge of the base plate part 93 so as to face the upper engagement part 94 vertically, and a claw part 95a that protrudes upward is provided at the tip of the lower engagement part 95.

On the other hand, as shown in Figs. 17, 18 and 23, the mounting part 101 to which the fastener 82 is attached is provided at the center of the short side of the lid body 81. In the mounting part 101, the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 81 is recessed toward the center of the lid body 81, and the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 is also configured to be one size smaller. This prevents the fastener 82 from protruding outward from its adjacent left and right parts. Furthermore, in the mounting part 101, the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 is omitted, and a claw engagement recess 102 that is recessed upward is provided at a position corresponding to the pair of left and right mounting parts 91 on the upper edge part of the lid stop recess 86. Then, by mounting the fastener 82 to the mounting part 101, the upper engagement part 94 of the mounting part 91 is engaged so as to wrap around the lid body upper surface protrusion 89, and the claw part 95a of the lower engagement part 95 is inserted and engaged into the claw engagement recess 102 of the mounting part 101. As shown in FIG. 13, each mounting portion 91 has a protrusion that replaces the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 (where the opposing portion 92 is provided, the opposing portion 92 replaces the lid auxiliary protrusion 87), preventing a decrease in insulation and the ease with which dust and the like can enter due to the formation of a portion where the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 is not provided at the joint between the lid body 3 and the container body 2.

As shown in FIG. 14 and other figures, the facing portion 92 is located between the pair of mounting portions 91 in the width direction of the fixing device 82. Furthermore, the facing portion 92 is provided with a locking hole portion 103 as a locking portion that penetrates the facing portion 92 in the thickness direction at a position spaced inward from the outer periphery of the facing portion 92. In addition, the lower edge portion of the facing portion 92 is curved so that the center of the facing portion 92 in the width direction is the lowest point.

On the other hand, as shown in Figs. 19 to 21, 25, and 26, a concave assembly accommodating portion 104 is provided in the center of the width direction of the upper outer surface of each short side wall 8, which accommodates the opposing portion 92 of the lid 3 when the container 1 is covered. This prevents the opposing portion 92 from protruding outward from the outer surface of the short side wall 8 when the container 1 is covered. As shown in Fig. 21, the center of the opposing portion 92 and the center of the assembly accommodating portion 104 are configured to be at approximately the same position in the width direction of the short side side wall 8. Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 19, 20, etc., a locking protrusion 105 is provided as a locked portion that protrudes from the assembly accommodating portion 104 to the outside of the container body 2. When the corresponding short side wall 8 is viewed from the front, the locking protrusion 105 has a shape (approximately triangular when viewed from the front) that gradually widens in width downward from a part of the upper portion as the apex. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 26 etc., the upper surface of the locking protrusion 105 is inclined downward toward the outside of the container body 2, and in particular, the portion of the upper surface of the locking protrusion 105 on the outer side of the container body 2 is made into an R-chamfered shape so that it is inclined downward more significantly. Meanwhile, the lower surface of the locking protrusion 105 extends in an approximately horizontal direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 25, by putting the container 1 in a covered state, the locking protrusion 105 is inserted into the locking hole 103 and locked (with the lower edge of the locking hole 103). It is sufficient that at least the portion of the upper surface of the locking protrusion 105 on the outer side of the container body 2 is inclined downward toward the outside of the container body 2.

20, 21, 25, etc., the short side sidewall 8 is provided with an operation recess 106 that is formed in an area including the portion facing the lower edge of the facing portion 92 when the container 1 is in the covered state, and that allows contact with the back side of the facing portion 92. The operation recess 106 is provided in a manner that causes the lower portion of the assembly storage portion 104 to be recessed more greatly toward the inside of the container body 2. As shown in Fig. 20, the lower edge of the operation recess 106 is curved so that the center in the width direction of the short side sidewall 8 is the lowest part, following the lower edge of the facing portion 92, and is inclined downward toward the outside of the container body 2, as shown in Fig. 25. As shown in FIG. 21, the center of the facing portion 92 and the center of the operation recess 106 are located at approximately the same position in the width direction of the short side wall portion 8, so the distance in the vertical direction between the lower edge of the facing portion 92 and the lower edge of the operation recess 106 (the outer edge of the container body 2) is approximately constant at any position in the width direction of the facing portion 92.

20 and 26, the outer surface of the short side wall 8 is provided with a handle recess 107 that allows an operator to insert his/her fingertips inward from the outer surface of the short side wall 8 at a position below the operation recess 106, and the container 1 can be carried by hooking his/her fingertips on the upper edge of the handle recess 107. Furthermore, a folded portion 108 is provided that extends downward from the outer edge of the container body 2 on the upper edge of the handle recess 107. As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the folded portion 108 is curved so that the center of the corresponding short side wall 8 in the width direction is the lowest part in response to the curvature of the lower edge of the operation recess 106. In addition, the width of the handle recess 107 is wider than the width of the operation recess 106, but the center of the handle recess 107 and the center of the operation recess 106 are located at the same position in the width direction of the short side wall 8. Furthermore, the vertical width of the handle recess 107 is configured to be greater than the distance between the facing portion 92 and the lower edge (outer end) of the operation recess 106 when the container 1 is in the covered state, so that the handle recess 107 is configured to be easier to insert the fingertips into (more noticeable than) the operation recess 106.

27, in this embodiment, the assembly portion (hereinafter referred to as "assembly portion 109") between the bottom wall base component 31 and the bottom wall underside component 32 is relatively thick because the bottom wall insertion end wall portion 64 of the bottom wall orthogonal wall portion 62 is inserted between the bottom wall inner end wall portion 57 and the bottom wall outer end wall portion 58 of the short side base outer vertical wall portion 47 and the long side base outer vertical wall portion 56 to be in a fitted state. In this embodiment, the assembly portion 109 is not thickened by protruding toward the bottom wall internal space 33, but is thickened by protruding toward the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 5. With this configuration, the assembly portion 109 is located at the outermost position of the bottom wall component 4 in the inner and outer periphery direction of the bottom wall portion 5 (see FIG. 24).

As described above, in the assembled state of the container body 2, the outer surface of the short side wall portion 8 is located outward from the outer surface of the bottom wall component 4 (short side base portion 6) (see FIG. 24), and in this embodiment, in the covered state of the container 1, the facing portion 92 is located outward from the container body 2 from the outer surface of the short side base portion 6. Therefore, when the container 1 is placed on top, as shown in FIG. 28, the facing portion 92 is positioned opposite the outer surface of the bottom wall component 4 (short side base portion 6) without deformation of the facing portion 92. As a result, when the container 1 is placed, the upper edge of the short-side base 6 of the folded container body 2 (short-side base upper wall 46 and support wall 49) is inserted relatively into the lid stopper recess 86 of the lid body 3, the upper edge of the lid stopper recess 86 abuts against and is supported by the upper surface of the short-side base 6, and the lid-side restricting portion 88 abuts or comes into close proximity with the base-side engaging portion 72 as a placement-restricted portion that protrudes from the short-side base 6 (short-side base inner upper vertical wall 44) toward the center of the bottom wall 5. In this embodiment, the lid-side restricting portion 88 constitutes the placement restricting portion.

28, in this embodiment, the mounting portion 109 of the bottom wall component 4 is the outermost portion when the container body 2 in the folded state is viewed in a plane. In addition, in the placed state of the container 1, the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 3 and the outer surface of the mounting portion 109 of the bottom wall component 4 are configured to be located on the same virtual plane extending in the vertical direction, and the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 3 (lid body 81) and the outer surface of the mounting portion 109 are the outermost portion when the container 1 in the placed state is viewed in a plane. In addition, as shown in FIG. 24, in the covered state of the container 1, the outer surface of the mounting portion 109 of the bottom wall component 4, the outer surface of the short side wall portion 8 (and the long side side wall portion 9), and the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 81 are configured to be located on the same virtual plane extending in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 81 and the outer surface of the facing portion 92 are substantially flush with each other, but the facing portion 92 may be configured to be located on the inner side of the container body 2 relative to the outer peripheral surface of the lid body 81 in the inward/outward direction of the container body 2.

30, in this embodiment, the lids 3 are configured to be stacked vertically with the lids 3 facing the same direction (in this embodiment, the facing portion 92 of the fixing device 82 is in an upside-down direction protruding upward). That is, as shown in Figs. 31 and 32, the fixing device 82 has a receiving recess 110 that can receive the facing portion 92 of another lid 3 (the lower lid 3 in Figs. 31 and 32) in the lid stacked state. As shown in Fig. 14, the receiving recess 110 is located between the base plate portions 93 of the pair of left and right mounting portions 91, and as shown in Fig. 32, the outer surface of the receiving recess 110 is located inward of the container body 2 from the outer surface of the base plate portion 93 and the outer surface of the facing portion 92 by a distance slightly longer than the thickness of the facing portion 92. Then, as shown in Figures 31, 32 and 34, by placing the lid bodies 3 upside down in a lid body stacking state, the opposing portion 92 of the lower lid body 3 is inserted into the receiving recess 110 of the upper lid body 3, and, as shown in Figures 32 and 33, the lid body top surface protrusion 89, which serves as the lid body stacking restricted portion of the upper lid body 3, is inserted into the lid stopper recess 86 of the lower lid body 3 and abuts or comes close to the lid side regulating portion 88, which serves as the lid body stacking restricting portion, in the horizontal direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, when a force is applied to the lid bodies 3 stacked in a tiered state such that the upper and lower lid bodies 3 are displaced relative to each other in the horizontal direction, the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 comes into contact with the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 (see FIG. 33), and at the same time, the opposing portion 92 of the lower lid body 3 (the opposing portion 92 of the fastener 82 provided on the short side opposite the short side of the lid body 3 on which the lid side regulating portion 88 that comes into contact with the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 is provided) comes into contact with the receiving recess 110 of the upper lid body 3 (see FIG. 32), and these cooperate to regulate the relative horizontal displacement between the lid bodies 3 stacked one above the other.

As shown in Figs. 22 and 25, when the container 1 is in the covered state, the inner surface (assembly restricted portion) of the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 of one short side side wall portion 8 comes into contact with the lid side restricting portion 88 (assembly restricting portion), and at the same time, the outer surface (assembly receiving portion 104) of the other short side side wall portion 8 comes into contact with the opposing portion 92, which cooperate to restrict the horizontal relative displacement between the lid body 3 and the container body 2. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 28, when the container 1 is placed, the protruding end (placement restricted portion) of the base side engagement portion 72 of one short side base portion 6 comes into contact with the lid side restricting portion 88 (placement restricting portion), and at the same time, the outer surface of the other short side base portion 6 comes into contact with the opposing portion 92, which cooperate to restrict the horizontal relative displacement between the lid body 3 and the container body 2.

A recess is provided at approximately the center of the short side edge on the underside of the bottom wall component 4, which allows the container 1 to be lifted by hooking the fingertips on the underside of the bottom wall component 4. When the containers 1 in the covered or placed state are stacked one on top of the other as shown in FIG. 29, the recess is connected vertically to the receiving recess 110 of the lower container 1, making it easy to insert the fingertips into the recess. The height of the container 1 in the covered state is approximately twice the height of the container 1 in the placed state, and when the containers 1 in the placed state are stacked in two layers, the top surface of the lid body 3 of the upper container 1 and the top surface of the lid body 3 of the container 1 in the covered state are configured to be at the same height.

As described above in detail, according to this embodiment, the lid body 3 (fixing device 82) having the facing portion 92 protruding below the lower surface of the lid body 81 has a receiving recess 110 that can receive the facing portion 92 of another lid body 3 when the lid bodies 3 are stacked vertically to form a lid body stacked state. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the facing portion 92 of the lid body 3 interferes with and gets stuck on the other lid body 3 in the lid body stacked state (the lid bodies 81 cannot be abutted against each other, or the lid bodies 81 cannot be abutted and stacked without forcibly deforming the facing portion 92), and the height of the lid body 3 in the lid body stacked state can be made as low as possible. Furthermore, the lid body 3 can be stacked without shifting the center of gravity position, and the lid body stacked state can be stabilized while suppressing an increase in the installation space in the horizontal direction. As a result, it is possible to improve the efficiency of storing and transporting the lid bodies 3 together. Furthermore, in the stacked state of the lid bodies, it is possible to avoid the application of excessive load to the opposing portion 92 and the lid body 81, which would cause deformation or damage due to elastic deformation of the opposing portion 92 or the tip of the opposing portion 92 abutting against the other lid body 81 from above or below, and it is possible to improve the durability of the lid body 3. In addition, in the covered state of the container 1, the locking hole portion 103 provided so as to penetrate the opposing portion 92 is locked with the locking protrusion 105 of the container body 2, so that the thickness of the opposing portion 92 including the locking portion with the container body 2 (the width in the inner and outer periphery directions of the lid body 3) can be made as small as possible, compared to, for example, a case in which a locking protrusion is provided in place of the locking hole portion 103 in the opposing portion 92 (a locking hole portion or a locking recess is provided in the container body 2). Therefore, in a configuration in which the opposing portion 92 does not protrude outward beyond the outer periphery of the lid body 81, the depth of the receiving recess 110 and the mounting portion 101 can be made as shallow as possible, and a decrease in the insulation performance caused by the formation of a relatively large recess on the outer periphery of the lid body 81 can be avoided.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the upper and lower lid bodies 3 are to be displaced relative to each other in the horizontal direction in the lid body stacked state of the lid bodies 3 facing upside down, the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 and the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 come into contact with each other, and at the same time, the opposing portion 92 of the lower lid body 3 comes into contact with the receiving recess 110 of the upper lid body 3. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the lid side regulating portion 88 and the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 are not provided, for example, it is possible to prevent excessive load from being applied to the opposing portion 92 when restricting the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid bodies 3 in the lid body stacked state. Therefore, it is possible to protect the opposing portion 92, and it is possible to improve the durability of the opposing portion 92 and therefore the lid body 3.

In addition, by covering the container body 2 in the assembled state with the lid body 3, the locking hole portion 103 of the facing portion 92 of the lid body 3 is locked with the locking protrusion portion 105 of the container body 2, so that the covered state of the container 1 can be stabilized. In addition, by placing the lid body 3 on the container body 2 in the folded state, the facing portion 92 is arranged opposite the outer surface side of the bottom wall component 4 (short side base portion 6), and the lid body 3 (lid body 81) is configured to be able to be placed on the upper surface of the short side base portion 6. Therefore, while preventing a load from being applied to the facing portion 92 [if the facing portion 92 and the short side base portion 6 interfere with each other, it is impossible to place (support the lid body 81 in contact with) the upper surface of the short side base portion 6], the lid body 3 is stably supported by the short side base portion 6, and the placed state of the container 1 is stabilized and the height of the container 1 in the placed state can be reduced as much as possible. Therefore, the container body 2 and the lid 3 in the folded state can be combined into a set in the most compact possible form, and as a result, the container 1 in the placed state can be efficiently stored and transported.

In addition, when the lid body 3 is about to be displaced horizontally relative to the container body 2 in the covered state of the container 1, the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 of one short side side wall portion 8 and the lid side regulating portion 88 come into contact with each other, and at the same time, the short side side wall portion 8 (assembly storage portion 104) of the other short side side wall portion 8 comes into contact with the opposing portion 92. Furthermore, in the placed state of the container 1, the base side engagement portion 72 of one short side base portion 6 comes into contact with the lid side regulating portion 88, and at the same time, the other short side base portion 6 comes into contact with the opposing portion 92. Therefore, it is possible to prevent excessive load from being applied to the opposing portion 92 when regulating the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid body 3 and the container body 2 in each of the covered state and the placed state of the container 1. Therefore, it is possible to protect the opposing portion 92, and it is possible to improve the durability of the opposing portion 92 and, ultimately, the lid body 3.

The short side wall portion 8 is provided with an operation recess 106 that corresponds to the lower edge of the opposing portion 92 when the container 1 is in the covered state, and allows contact with the back side of the opposing portion 92. The lower edge of the operation recess 106 is curved so that the center in the width direction is the lowest part, and is inclined downward toward the outside of the container body 2. Therefore, when the container 1 is in the covered state, it is easy to insert a fingertip into the operation recess 106 that opens to the outside of the container body 2 below the opposing portion 92, and it is easy to contact the back side of the opposing portion 92 through the operation recess 106. Furthermore, in the width direction of the short side side wall portion 8, the center in the width direction of the operation recess 106 and the center in the width direction of the opposing portion 92 are aligned, and when a fingertip is inserted into the operation recess 106, the fingertip can be placed at a suitable position on the opposing portion 92. This improves workability when operating the opposing portion 92 to release the engagement between the locking hole portion 103 and the locking protrusion 105.

The folded portion 108 of the handle recess 107 is also curved so that the center in the width direction is at the bottom, corresponding to the curvature of the lower edge of the operation recess 106. Therefore, when the fingertips are hooked on the upper edge of the handle recess 107, the knuckles of the fingers can also be conveniently hooked on the folded portion 108. This improves the ease of use when carrying the container 1 by hooking the fingertips on the handle recess 107.

When the short side wall portion 8 is viewed from the front, the locking protrusion 105 has a generally triangular shape with a part of the upper part as the apex and a width that gradually increases downward, and the upper surface of the locking protrusion 105 slopes downward toward the outside of the container body 2. This makes it possible to prevent the lower edge of the opposing portion 92 from getting caught on the locking protrusion 105 when the lid body 3 is placed over the assembled container body 2 and the locking hole portion 103 is locked with the locking protrusion 105. Therefore, the lid body 3 can be placed over the assembled container body 2 relatively smoothly while preventing damage to the opposing portion 92 and the locking protrusion 105.

The bottom wall component 4 is constructed by assembling the bottom wall base component 31 and the bottom wall underside component 32, and providing the insulating member 14 in the bottom wall internal space 33 formed between the bottom wall base component 31 and the bottom wall underside component 32. This improves the thermal insulation of the bottom wall component 4. In addition, by providing the assembly portion 109 between the bottom wall base component 31 and the bottom wall underside component 32 protruding outward rather than inward (toward the bottom wall internal space 33) of the bottom wall component 4, the insulating member 14 can be provided suitably without narrowing the bottom wall internal space 33. Furthermore, the outermost portion of the container 1 when the container 1 is viewed in a plan view in the placed state is formed by the assembly portion 109 (and the outer peripheral surface of the container body 81). For this reason, for example, by configuring the opposing portion 92 to be the outermost portion when the container 1 is viewed from above while the container 1 is placed, and the other portions to be located closer to the center of the bottom wall portion 5 than the opposing portion 92, it is possible to prevent a situation in which a separate object is more likely to collide with the opposing portion 92. Therefore, damage to the opposing portion 92 while the container 1 is placed can be prevented.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows. Of course, other applications and modifications not exemplified below are also possible.

(a) In the above embodiment, when the lid body 3 is stacked upside down, and the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 and the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 abut, the abutment is maintained and the opposing portion 92 of the lower lid body 3 and the receiving recess 110 of the upper lid body 3 can abut (they abut when the peripheral portion is slightly warped or slightly tilted, etc.). Alternatively, when the lid body 3 is stacked upside down, and the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 and the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 abut, the opposing portion 92 of the lower lid body 3 and the receiving recess 110 of the upper lid body 3 do not abut. In addition, in the above embodiment, when the lid bodies are stacked, the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of a given lid body 3 abuts against the lid side regulating portion 88 of another lid body 3, thereby regulating the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid bodies 3. However, for example, the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of a given lid body 3 may be configured to abut against the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 of another lid body 3, thereby regulating the relative displacement in the horizontal direction between the lid bodies 3. In this case, when the lid bodies are stacked, the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of a specified lid body 3 and the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 of the other lid body 3 abut, and at the same time, the opposing portion 92 of the other lid body 3 abuts against the receiving recess 110 of the specified lid body 3 (or, after the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of the specified lid body 3 and the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 of the other lid body 3 abut, the opposing portion 92 of the other lid body 3 and the receiving recess 110 of the specified lid body 3 may abut, or, when the lid body top surface protrusion 89 of the specified lid body 3 and the lid auxiliary protrusion 87 of the other lid body 3 abut, the opposing portion 92 of the other lid body 3 and the receiving recess 110 of the specified lid body 3 cannot abut). In addition, the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 and the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 may be abutted simply by stacking the lid bodies 3 upside down, or a clearance may be set and the upper and lower lid bodies 3 are displaced relative to each other in the horizontal direction within the clearance range, so that the lid side regulating portion 88 of the lower lid body 3 and the lid body upper surface protrusion 89 of the upper lid body 3 abut.

(b) In the above embodiment, when the lid side regulating portion 88 and the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 abut when the container 1 is in the covered state, the abutment is maintained and the opposing portion 92 and the short side side wall portion 8 (assembly accommodating portion 104) can abut (they abut when the peripheral portion is slightly bent or slightly tilted, etc.), or the opposing portion 92 and the short side side wall portion 8 may not abut when the lid side regulating portion 88 and the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 abut when the container 1 is in the covered state. Also, when the lid side regulating portion 88 and the base side engaging portion 72 of the short side base portion 6 come into contact with each other while the contact is maintained, the opposing portion 92 and the bottom wall constituent portion 4 (short side base portion 6) may come into contact with each other (they come into contact when the peripheral portion is slightly warped or slightly tilted, etc.), or when the lid side regulating portion 88 and the base side engaging portion 72 of the short side base portion 6 come into contact with each other while the container 1 is placed, the opposing portion 92 and the bottom wall constituent portion 4 (short side base portion 6) may not come into contact with each other. Note that the lid side regulating portion 88 and the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 may come into contact with each other simply by placing the container 1 in the covered state, or a clearance may be set and the lid body 3 and the container body 2 are displaced relatively in the horizontal direction within the clearance range, so that the lid side regulating portion 88 and the side wall upper edge protrusion 85 come into contact with each other. Furthermore, the lid side regulating portion 88 and the short side base portion 6 (base side engagement portion 72) may come into contact simply by placing the container 1 in the placed state, or a clearance may be set and the lid body 3 and the container body 2 may be displaced relative to each other in the horizontal direction within the clearance range, causing the lid side regulating portion 88 and the short side base portion 6 to come into contact.

(c) In the above embodiment, the fixing device 82 having the facing portion 92, the locking hole portion 103, and the receiving recess 110 is configured as a separate body from the lid body 81, but the facing portion 92, the locking hole portion 103, and the receiving recess 110 may be formed integrally with the lid body 81. Also, instead of the locking hole portion 103, a locking recess recessed in the thickness direction of the facing portion 92 may be provided on the inner surface side of the facing portion 92 (the surface on the central side of the lid body 81) so as to be locked with the locking protrusion 105 when the container 1 is covered. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the fixing device 82 is provided corresponding to each short side portion of the lid body 81, but it may be provided corresponding to each long side portion.

In the above embodiment, the short side wall 8 is configured to be in a folded position above the long side wall 9 in the folded position when the container body 2 is folded. However, the long side wall 9 may be configured to be in a folded position above the short side wall 8 in the folded position. In addition, the handle recess 107 may be provided in the long side wall 9 rather than the short side wall 8. However, it is preferable to provide the handle recess 107 in a side wall that has a configuration that can be engaged vertically with the bottom wall component 4, such as the base side engagement portion 72 and the side wall side engagement portion 73. In addition, the operation recess 106 and the handle recess 107 may be provided with a hole that penetrates the short side wall 8.

(d) In the above embodiment, the short side wall portion 8, the long side wall portion 9, the bottom wall component 4, and the lid body 3 (lid main body 81) each have an internal space, and the insulating member 14 is provided in the internal space. However, the insulating member 14 may be omitted for some or all of these, or the configuration may not have an internal space. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the lid body 81 is integrally constructed as a whole by blow molding, but it may be constructed by connecting multiple members (for example, by assembling an upper component that constitutes the upper surface side of the lid main body 81 and a lower component that constitutes the lower surface side of the lid main body 81 to provide the insulating member 14 in the lid body internal space 83). In addition, in the above embodiment, the assembly portion 109 of the bottom wall component 4 does not have to be provided around the entire circumference of the bottom wall component 4, and the assembly portion 109 may be configured to have a protruding length in the outer circumferential direction (centrifugal direction) of the bottom wall portion 5 that is partially different.

(e) In the above embodiment, the short side base component 11, the short side inner surface component 12, the long side base component 21, the long side inner surface component 22, the bottom wall base component 31, the bottom wall underside component 32, the lid body 81, and the fixing device 82 are made of polypropylene, but may be made of other polyolefin resins (polyethylene, etc.) or synthetic resins other than polyolefins (e.g. ABS resin, AES resin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate, etc.).
