励磁(on)又は非励磁(off)に切り換えられるソレノイドバルブと連動して第1の入力ポートから流入する流体の流れを制御する第1のバルブと、
前記第1のバルブと接続され、第2の入力ポート又は第3の入力ポートから流入する流体によって前記第1のバルブから流入する流体の流れを制御する第2のバルブと、を含み、
前記第1のバルブを経由した流体の少なくとも一部は、第1の出力ポートに排出され、前記他の2つの方向制御油圧バルブのうち一方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第2の入力ポート又は他方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第3の入力ポートに流入し、
前記方向制御油圧バルブと連動して油圧システムの非常停止を制御するトリップバルブをさらに含み、
前記トリップバルブは、
方向制御油圧バルブが少なくとも3つ備えられる場合、前記方向制御油圧バルブに備えられるそれぞれの前記ソレノイドバルブの少なくとも2つが非励磁状態である場合にのみ作動することを特徴とする方向制御油圧バルブシステム。 - いずれか1つの方向制御油圧バルブが少なくとも他の2つの方向制御油圧バルブと接続される方向制御油圧バルブシステムにおける方向制御油圧バルブであって、
励磁(on)又は非励磁(off)に切り換えられるソレノイドバルブと連動して第1の入力ポートから流入する流体の流れを制御する第1のバルブと、
前記第1のバルブと接続され、第2の入力ポート又は第3の入力ポートから流入する流体によって前記第1のバルブから流入する流体の流れを制御する第2のバルブと、を含み、
前記第1のバルブを経由した流体の少なくとも一部は、第1の出力ポートに排出され、前記他の2つの方向制御油圧バルブのうち一方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第2の入力ポート又は他方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第3の入力ポートに流入し、
前記第1のバルブは、
前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体又は前記ソレノイドバルブによって変位する第1のプランジャと、
前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体又は第1の弾性体の復元力によって変位する第1のピストンと、
前記第1のプランジャと前記第1のピストンによって変位し、変位量に応じて前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体の流れを決定する第1のボディと、
前記第1のボディが変位するにつれて当接して前記第1のボディの変位量を決定する第1のシートと、を含むことを特徴とする方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第1のバルブは、
前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体に移動経路を提供する第1のラインと、
前記第1のラインから分岐して前記第1のプランジャの方向に経路を提供する第2のラインと、
前記第1のライン又は前記第2のラインから分岐して前記第1のピストンの方向に経路を提供する第3のラインと、を含む請求項2に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第1のボディは、
移動するにつれて前記第1のシートの一部と線接触するように断面が円形又は楔状に備えられるか、あるいはポペット(poppet)状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - いずれか1つの方向制御油圧バルブが少なくとも他の2つの方向制御油圧バルブと接続される方向制御油圧バルブシステムにおける方向制御油圧バルブであって、
励磁(on)又は非励磁(off)に切り換えられるソレノイドバルブと連動して第1の入力ポートから流入する流体の流れを制御する第1のバルブと、
前記第1のバルブと接続され、第2の入力ポート又は第3の入力ポートから流入する流体によって前記第1のバルブから流入する流体の流れを制御する第2のバルブと、を含み、
前記第1のバルブを経由した流体の少なくとも一部は、第1の出力ポートに排出され、前記他の2つの方向制御油圧バルブのうち一方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第2の入力ポート又は他方の方向制御油圧バルブの前記第3の入力ポートに流入し、
前記第2のバルブは、
前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体によって変位する第2のプランジャと、
前記第2の入力ポートから流入する流体又は第2の弾性体の復元力によって変位する第2のピストンと、
前記第3の入力ポートから流入する流体又は第3の弾性体の復元力によって変位する第3のピストンと、
前記第2のプランジャ、前記第2のピストン、又は前記第3のピストンの少なくともいずれか1つによって変位し、変位量に応じて前記第1のバルブから流入する流体の流れを決定する第2のボディと、
前記第2のボディが変位するにつれて当接して前記第2のボディの変位量を決定する第2のシートと、を含むことを特徴とする方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第1のバルブは、
前記第1の入力ポートから流入する流体に移動経路を提供する第1のラインから分岐して前記第2のプランジャの方向に経路を提供する第4のラインを含む請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第2のバルブは、
前記第2の入力ポートから流入する流体に前記第2のピストンの方向に経路を提供する第8のラインを含む請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第2のバルブは、
前記第3の入力ポートから流入する流体に前記第3のピストンの方向に経路を提供する第9のラインを含む請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第2のボディは、
移動するにつれて前記第2のシートの一部と線接触するように断面が円形又は楔状に備えられるか、あるいはポペット(poppet)状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。 - 前記第1のバルブを経由した流体に前記第1の出力ポートの方向に経路を提供する第5のラインをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。
- 前記第5のラインから分岐して前記第2のバルブの方向に経路を提供する第6のラインをさらに含む請求項10に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。
- 前記第2のバルブを経由した流体が第2の出力ポートに排出される経路を提供する第7のラインをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方向制御油圧バルブ。
