Claims (24)

- 前記複数の屈折率分布型光学素子の各々は、2次関数によって定義される半径方向に変化する屈折率プロファイルを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記複数の屈折率分布型光学素子の各々は、10μm~2mmの間の直径又は幅を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記複数の屈折率分布型光学素子は、前記層の表面積の20%~80%を占める、請求項1又は2に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 中央領域と前記中央領域を囲む環状領域とを有し、前記複数の屈折率分布型光学素子の各々を含む層が、前記環状領域の一部を覆っている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 複数の屈折率分布型光学素子は、前記環状領域の周囲に周期的に配置されている、請求項13に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記層は複数の同心円状の環状領域を含み、前記各環状領域は、少なくとも1つの屈折率分布型光学素子を含む、請求項13に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 第1の環状領域の少なくとも1つの屈折率分布型光学素子は、隣接する第2の環状領域の少なくとも1つの屈折率分布型光学素子と位相がずれている、請求項15に記載の眼用レンズ。
