Description

The present invention relates to a social network system using the Internet, and in particular to a social network system and remote restaurant that utilizes a video chat system via a communication terminal to virtually create restaurants and other establishments that provide entertainment and other services, and enable the formation of diverse human relationships, particularly in a situation where requests to shorten business hours have been made in an environment where the novel coronavirus is spreading.

People who visit restaurants and other establishments that provide entertainment in search of human relationships are finding it difficult to build diverse relationships in an environment where the novel coronavirus is spreading and a state of emergency has been declared. At the same time, requests to shorten business hours have led to an increasing number of people involved in restaurants and other establishments finding it difficult to earn sufficient income. On the other hand, the adoption of remote work that utilizes remote communication systems that avoid close contact is progressing, and even in fields aimed at promoting human interaction, there are video live chat systems that use the Internet (see Patent Document 1).

For people involved in restaurants and other establishments that traditionally provide entertainment, income is necessary in addition to building relationships. For this reason, there was a problem in that it was difficult to use conventional social networking systems as a virtual remote business for restaurants and other establishments.

The present invention utilizes the advantage of conventional social networking systems that avoid close contact, and provides a remote restaurant that can match people who wish to use restaurants and other establishments that involve entertainment in order to build relationships with the needs of people involved in restaurants and other establishments that are unable to earn sufficient income in an environment where the novel coronavirus is spreading.

In order to solve the above problems, the social network system of the present invention is a social network system configured by information processing using a computer, and includes a communication system that connects multiple communication terminals and a server via a network, a member database that collects personal data entered by members seeking encounters via their communication terminals, a viewing system that allows mutual viewing of the member database under specified conditions, a matching system that searches and matches members who wish to communicate with each other by computer program or by mutual selection, and forms an agreement between members who wish to communicate information, a chat management system that manages the start and end of real-time information communication between the members after an agreement is formed by the matching system, and a system that individually grants points to the members under specified conditions. and a management system for managing consumption, the management system having the following programs operated by a computer, namely, 1) a program for granting points to the member under specified conditions when the member accepts the real-time information communication, 2) a program for consuming points from the member who applied for the information communication under specified conditions when the member accepts the real-time information communication, 3) a program for the member to give gift points to another member and grant gift points to the work-seeking member who accepts, 4) a program for exchanging the points held by the member for benefits under specified conditions, and 5) a program for managing the balance of each member's individual points and the history of increases and decreases.

The matching system for remote restaurants of the present invention may be a matching system that uses artificial intelligence or deep learning to match members from the member database of members looking to meet and the employment desire database of members looking to work.

The present invention allows people to build diverse relationships without close contact in an environment where the COVID-19 pandemic has led to the declaration of a state of emergency. At the same time, it allows job seekers who are unable to earn a sufficient income due to requests to reduce business hours, etc., to exchange their points for rewards (which may be cash rewards) to turn them into income, providing a new business that meets mutual needs.

A remote restaurant in one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 8. The management system 11 includes: 1) a program 21 for granting points to the work-seeking member 7 under specified conditions when the work-seeking member 7 accepts real-time information communication; 2) a program 22 for consuming (deleting and subtracting) points from the member 6 who applied for the information communication under specified conditions when the work-seeking member 7 accepts real-time information communication; 3) a program 23 for the member 6 to give gift points to the work-seeking member 7 and grant gift points to the work-seeking member 7 who accepts; and 4) a program 24 for exchanging points held by members 6, including the work-seeking member 7, for benefits under specified conditions (here, mainly points obtained by the work-seeking member 7 when receiving gifts are exchanged, but members 6 can also exchange for benefits).

Next, specific examples of the mechanisms for registering personal data of members 6 and job-seeking members 7, matching, information exchange (including video chat), and donation (donation of points) will be described.

Using the member database 60, work-seeking database 70, and shop database 80 constructed as described above, the viewing system 8 allows the personal data of members 6 (including work-seeking members 7) looking to meet to be viewed mutually under specified conditions (using a known search system, etc.). In the matching system 9, the name of the matched member 6 is also displayed on the matched job-seeking member 7 along with the matching information. If the matched member 6 examines the self-promotion screen (display (see FIG. 2)) of the job-seeking member 7 and wishes to exchange video information in real time, the member 6 selects the video chat application button T under the self-promotion screen of the job-seeking member 7 and applies for video chat. However, in order to apply for video chat, the member 6 who applies must attach a gift that provides points to the job-seeking member 7 as a condition for real-time video information communication. Figure 4(a) shows the gift selection screen. Here, papaya, melon, and rose are set as gifts, and the available time for video chat is 1800 points and 60 minutes when papaya is given as a gift, 900 points and 30 minutes when melon is given as a gift, and 300 points and 10 minutes when rose is given as a gift. When the employment-seeking member 7 accepts the real-time video information communication and presses the application acceptance button R to reply that the application has been accepted, the matching system 9 determines that an agreement has been reached between the member 6 who wishes to communicate with the employment-seeking member 7 who accepts the application. This enables real-time video information communication (video chat) for the time corresponding to the selected gift. Video may be distributed in both directions, or it may be set so that the video is distributed only to the member 6 who wishes to communicate with the application (or can be selected), and only still images are sent to the employment-seeking member 7. The chat management system 10 manages the start and end of real-time information communication so that video chat is possible during the time corresponding to the gift (60 minutes, 30 minutes, 10 minutes). Figure 5 shows the screen of the communication terminal 2 during communication as a result of the employment-seeking member 7 accepting the real-time video information communication. The management system 11 also uses program 23 to construct a mechanism for members 6 to give points to employment-seeking members 7, mainly for the purpose of promoting interaction with the employment-seeking members 7, and the employment-seeking members 7 who accept the gift are given points corresponding to the gift. When video information is accepted in real time, points corresponding to papayas, melons, and roses are awarded as points to the work-seeking member 7 who accepted the communication. Although no food or drink is actually consumed, the ability to exchange video information in real time allows interaction without worrying about coronavirus infection. The method of the present invention supports outreach through a remote method that does not involve close contact, allowing people to work even during difficult times for finding employment.
