一端部側に燻炭材料を投入することができる投入口を有すると共に、他端部側に前記燻炭材料が焼成されて出来た燻炭を排出する排出口を有する筒部材を備える燻炭製造装置であって、
前記燻炭製造装置は、前記筒部材の内部に設けられ、前記投入口から投入された前記燻炭材料を前記排出口へ送るスクリューコンベアと、前記投入口側から前記排出口側の間に設けられ、前記燻炭材料を焼成する焼成装置とを有し、
前記焼成装置は、前記筒部材の一部を覆うように設けられた窯状の焼成部と、前記燻炭材料を加熱する加熱手段とを有し、前記筒部材は、前記焼成部が覆っている部分の少なくとも一部が略半円パイプ状に形成されて上部側が開口し、前記加熱手段は前記焼成部に設けられたガスバーナーであり、前記ガスバーナーの先端部の角度を調節できることを特徴とする燻炭製造装置。
