Claims (16)
- 粉末状製品を処理して最終製品にする工場施設の水平方向を向いた混合装置(56)を動作させるための方法であって、前記混合装置(56)は、水平方向に伸展する混合スクリューの回転軸及び、水平方向を向く前記混合装置(56)の筐体を有し、前記混合装置(56)に異なる前記粉末状製品を供給し、処理して前記最終製品にする前に、異なる製品を混合して、前記混合装置(56)内で混合製品を形成する方法において、前記混合装置(56)の中に入る製品注入口(52,54)質量流量、および前記混合装置(56)内に位置する製品の重量を測定すること、数学モデルを使用して、測定した前記製品注入口(52,54)質量流量に基づき、前記混合装置(56)内に位置する前記製品の前記重量、および前記混合装置(56)から外に出る製品放出口質量流量を予測すること、ならびに前記混合装置(56)内に位置する前記製品の前記測定した重量を使用して、前記数学モデルを使用して作り出した前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測を補正することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記混合装置(56)内に位置する前記製品の前記重量の前記予測、および前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測、ならびに前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測の前記補正も、リアルタイムで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記数学モデルを使用して作り出された前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測を、最小二乗法を使用して補正することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記混合装置(56)内に位置する前記製品の前記重量の前記予測、および前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測、ならびに前記製品放出口質量流量の前記予測の前記補正も、カルマンフィルタ法を使用して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工場施設の多数の前記製品注入口(52、54)を介して前記混合装置(56)に前記異なる製品を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製品注入口(52、54)は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの投薬装置を、詳細にはロス・イン・ウェイト装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記工場施設は、錠剤を製造するための工場施設であり、前記混合装置(56)から外にやって来る前記混合製品は、圧縮されて前記工場施設の錠剤圧縮機内で前記錠剤(48)になることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工場施設は、カプセルを製造するための工場施設であり、前記混合装置(56)から外にやって来る前記混合製品は、充填されてカプセル充填機内で前記カプセルになることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製品放出口質量流量の前記補正された予測だけではなく、前記製品注入口(52,54)質量流量に関する測定値、および前記混合装置(56)内に位置する前記製品の前記重量に関する測定値に基づき、前記混合装置(56)および/または前記工場施設内の前記製品の推移を追跡することを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記製品の前記推移の前記追跡のために、前記製品注入口(52,54)質量流量に関する前記測定値に基づき、前記混合装置(56)に入る前記製品を質量単位に分割し、前記製品放出口質量流量の前記補正された予測を使用して、前記混合装置(56)内の前記質量単位の前記推移を追跡することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記製品注入口(52、54)に配列された注入口質量センサから得られる測定データ
に基づき、前記製品注入口(52、54)を介して供給される前記製品を前記質量単位に分割すること、ならびに前記工場施設の少なくとも1つの他の質量センサから得られる測定データを使用して、前記工場施設内の前記質量単位の前記推移を追跡することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 錠剤圧縮機の錠剤放出口に配列された別の質量センサから得られる測定データを使用して、前記工場施設内の前記質量単位の前記推移を追跡することを特徴とする、請求項10もしくは11に記載の方法。
- 分割された前記質量単位の質量はすべて等しいことを特徴とする、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記質量単位の前記質量は、1g~20gの範囲にあり、好ましくは1g~10gの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工場施設は、連続して前記粉末状製品を処理して前記最終製品にするための工場施設であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工場施設は封じ込め工場施設であることを特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
