Description

The present invention relates to nonwoven fabrics, nonwoven fabric laminates, and articles made from the same, and more specifically to nonwoven fabrics, nonwoven fabric laminates, and articles made from the same that have improved bulkiness and visibility.

The final physical properties of a nonwoven fabric are determined by the method of forming and bonding the web.

When manufacturing existing spunbond nonwoven fabrics, web formation is achieved through either single-spun yarn or core-sheath composite spun yarn. The web thus formed has a simple structure without crimps and is bonded by a heated calendar to form a thin nonwoven fabric.

Thin nonwoven fabrics are used for the top sheet and back sheet in the manufacture of diapers, but they have problems with being significantly less bulky and less soft than short fiber air-through nonwoven fabrics, which are made by forming a web using carding and bonding it with hot air.

In addition, when the web is formed, crimping is not done, resulting in reduced bulkiness, and when the diaper is manufactured, a large area comes into direct contact with the baby's bottom skin, and when the nonwoven fabric is laminated, there is no space between the top sheet and the ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer), so when the baby urinates, some urine remains on the top sheet, causing sores on the baby's bottom or inducing a rash. Another problem is that urine leaks outside the diaper.

In addition, as the market for sanitary products such as diapers becomes more luxurious, existing spunbond nonwoven fabrics have limitations in terms of enhancing bulkiness and visibility and providing a point of differentiation.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric with improved bulkiness and visibility.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric laminate comprising two or more sheets of the nonwoven fabric.

Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides an article comprising the nonwoven fabric laminate.

第1プロピレン系重合体と第1プロピレン系重合体とを、1つの押出器でもって、区間別に、180℃~250℃の温度で溶融させ、溶融物を形成する段階(S10);
A method for producing a nonwoven fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention also includes the following steps:
(S10) melting the first propylene-based polymer and the second propylene-based polymer in an extruder at a temperature of 180° C. to 250° C. in separate sections to form a melt;
The melt is discharged through a spinneret having a single spinning nozzle (S20); and each of the discharged melts is discharged through a diffuser (S30).

The method for manufacturing the nonwoven fabric further includes a step (S40) of imparting mechanical properties to the nonwoven fabric formed in the step (S30) by an embossing process using a heated embossing roll or a method of thermal fusion by high-temperature ventilation.

For example, the embossing process may be performed under conditions where the bonding rate (i.e., embossed area rate) is 13% or less and the non-embossed unit area is 0.2 mm2 or more, for example, 0.2 to 0.7 mm2 . Here, the non-embossed unit area refers to the maximum area of a rectangle inscribed in the embossing in the smallest unit of non-embossing part surrounded on all four sides by embossed parts. By performing the embossing process under conditions within this range, a nonwoven fabric with greater bulkiness can be obtained while maintaining the necessary nonwoven fabric strength.

The bonding rate and non-embossed unit area can also be adjusted by changing the embossing pattern.

As a result of the embossing process, the nonwoven fabric includes an embossed portion and a non-embossed portion, and the embossed portion is of an open embossing type and includes a plurality of unit embossing pattern portions arranged in succession at the same or different intervals.

In addition, each embossing pattern included in the unit embossing pattern portion has an area of 0.2 to 0.7 mm2 .

The method for manufacturing the nonwoven fabric further includes a step (S50) of supplying the nonwoven fabric formed in step (S40) to a post-processing facility and applying a deep embossing pattern to the surface of the nonwoven fabric using a processing roll to impart a three-dimensional shape to the surface.
