顎を支持するための顎受け機構と、
これらを分離時自在に連結する左右側バンド部材とより構成し、
前記後頭部当接機構は、可撓性の湾曲状当接板とその下端縁部の上面に重複した可撓性の湾曲状支持板とよりなり、各板は左右端部で上下回動可能に枢支連結し、
前記顎受け機構は、湾曲状の顎受け板と、
前記顎受け板の下方に連設したU字状の連結部材と、
前記連結部材の下方に連接して胸骨に当接するように構成した胸当接板
とよりなり、
前記後頭部当接機構は、前記湾曲状当接板に複数の調整孔、もしくは長孔を設け、前記下端縁部の上面に重複する前記湾曲状支持板の固定位置を可変させることで、上下調整自在に構成し、
前記連結部材と前記胸当接板は、前記胸当接板が上下方向に位置移動可能な位置調整機構を有する、接続機構により接続されること
