Claims (25)
- 電池と、電池を収容する外装体と、を備える電池セルであって、
前記電池における1つの端面から集電タブおよび集電タブリードが延設されており、
前記外装体は、前記電池の前記集電タブおよび集電タブリードが延設される端面に直交する天面、底面及び2つの側面と接して覆う部分、前記電池の前記集電タブおよび集電タブリードが突出する端面を覆う部分であって前記端面の両側の短い辺側から折り込んで両側に三角錐状の空間部を形成するとともに前記端面の両側の長い辺側から折り合わせて前記端面を包み込み全体として三角柱状を呈する部分、及び、前記端面を包み込む部分からさらに軸方向に延設されて上下の対向する双方の面を接合して前記集電タブおよび集電タブリードを挟持する部分からなり、前記三角錐状の空間部分に補強材を配置して接合する電池セル。 - 前記外装体は1枚のフィルムからなる請求項1に記載された電池セル。
- 前記電池は、固体電解質を用いた積層体からなる全固体電池セルである請求項1又は2に記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、前記三角錐状の空間部分の前記集電タブおよび集電タブリードが延びる端面に接合する三角形の面と、折り畳みに際して前記端面には接合せずに三角形の面を形成する2つの面のそれぞれに接合する2つの面からなる3面を備えた、1面が開口した4面体である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、前記三角錐状の空間部分の4つの面を規定する4面を有する中空の4面体からなる請求項1~3のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、稜線の一部にスリットが形成されている請求項4又は5に記載された電池セル。
- 前記スリットの端部に穴部が形成されている請求項6に記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、前記三角錐状の空間部分の4つの面を規定する4面を有する中実の4面体である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、前記外装体において形成されている前記三角錐状の空間部分の外側の開口における辺に対応する位置に、外側へ返す返し部が形成されている請求項4~8のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記返し部は、前記補強材の外面との間で前記外装体を挟持する請求項9に記載された電池セル。
- 前記外装体の前記三角錐状の空間部分と前記補強材の間に補強板が配置され、前記返し部は、前記補強材の外面との間で、前記外装体と前記補強板とを挟持する請求項10に記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、前記三角錐状の空間部分の6つの辺に沿う6つのフレームからなるフレーム体である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記フレーム体からなる補強材において、少なくとも一部のフレームは、L字型フレームである請求項12に記載された電池セル。
- 前記L字型フレームには、スリットが形成されている請求項13に記載された電池セル。
- 前記フレーム体からなる補強材は、前記スリットが形成されているL字型フレームを用いることによって、稜線の一部にスリットが形成される請求項14に記載された電池セル。
- 前記スリットの端部に穴部が形成されている請求項14又は15に記載された電池セル。
- 前記フレーム体からなる補強材において、少なくとも一部のフレームは、U字型フレームである請求項12~16のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記フレーム体からなる補強材は、前記U字型フレームを用いることによって、前記外装体において形成されている前記三角錐状の空間部分の外側の開口における辺に対応する位置に、外側へ返す返し部が形成される請求項17に記載された電池セル。
- 前記返し部は、前記補強材の外面との間で前記外装体を挟持する請求項18に記載された電池セル。
- 前記外装体の前記三角錐状の空間部分と前記補強材の間に補強板が配置され、前記返し部は、前記補強材の外面との間で、前記外装体と前記補強板とを挟持する請求項19に記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、頂部に平面が形成されている請求項4~20のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、樹脂からなる請求項1~21のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 前記補強材は、複数個が組み合わされて接合されて一体に構成され、前記電池セルを積層する際に各電池セルを位置固定することができる請求項1~22のいずれかに記載された電池セル。
- 電池セルを積層して形成した電池セルモジュールであって、
電池セルを積層する際に、請求項23に記載の、複数個が組み合わされて接合されて一体に構成された補強材を用いて各電池セルを位置固定して形成した電池セルモジュール。 - 電池セルを積層して電池セルモジュールを形成するための電池セル位置固定方法であって、
電池セルを積層する際に、請求項23に記載の、複数個が組み合わされて接合されて一体に構成された補強材を用いて各電池セルを位置固定する電池セル位置固定方法。
