Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-248035

Patent Document 1 exemplifies several pipe joints, but does not disclose anything about a drainage collector pipe whose pipe body is laid so as to penetrate the floor slab of a building. Because part of the drainage collector pipe is buried in the floor slab, depending on the attachment position of the RF tag, the communication sensitivity of the RF tag may be affected, or the RF tag may be damaged during installation, making it impossible to properly manage the product of the drainage collector pipe using the RF tag.

Therefore, the primary object of this invention is to provide a new drainage manifold.

Another object of the invention is to provide a drainage manifold that allows for proper product management.

The first invention is a synthetic resin drainage collector pipe that has a vertical pipe body and a horizontal pipe connection part that branches off to the side from the pipe body, and that is piped so that the pipe body penetrates the floor slab of a building, and further has a soundproof cover that is provided to cover the outer surface of the drainage collector pipe, and an RF tag is provided on the soundproof cover in the portion that is piped above the top surface of the floor slab.

A second invention is a drainage collector pipe made of synthetic resin that has a vertical pipe body and a horizontal pipe connection portion branching off laterally from the pipe body, and is piped so that the pipe body penetrates the floor slab of a building, characterized in that in the portion that is piped above the top surface of the floor slab, an RF tag is provided in a recess formed on the outer surface of the drainage collector pipe, and a lid is further provided to cover the RF tag provided in the recess .

According to the first or second invention, since the RF tag is provided in the portion of the drainage collecting pipe that is piped above the upper surface of the floor slab, it is possible to appropriately prevent the communication sensitivity of the RF tag from being affected or the RF tag from being damaged during construction, and therefore it is possible to appropriately manage the product of the drainage collecting pipe using the RF tag.

According to this invention, an RF tag is provided in the portion of the drainage collecting pipe that is piped above the top surface of the floor slab, so that it is possible to appropriately prevent the RF tag's communication sensitivity from being affected or the RF tag from being damaged during construction. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately manage the product of the drainage collecting pipe using the RF tag.

The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description of the embodiments given below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which a drainage collecting pipe according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed. FIG. 2 is a front view showing the drainage collecting pipe of FIG. 1 . FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the drainage collecting pipe of FIG. 1 . FIG. 1 is an illustrative view for explaining suitable locations for attaching an RF tag. FIG. 1 is an illustrative view for explaining suitable locations for attaching an RF tag.

Referring to FIG. 1, a drainage collecting pipe 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention is a pipe joint in which a pipe body 12 is installed so as to penetrate a floor slab 100 of a building, and is installed at the junction of a drainage standpipe 102 and a drainage crosspipe 104 in a multi-story building such as an apartment building or a commercial building. As will be described in detail later, the drainage collecting pipe 10 is equipped with an RF tag 24, and the RF tag 24 is used for product management to provide added value to users (such as owners).

In this embodiment, a three-branch drainage collector pipe 10 is described, in which three drainage horizontal pipes 104 each having an inner diameter of 75 mm join a drainage vertical pipe 102 having an inner diameter of 100 mm. However, the specific configuration of the drainage collector pipe 10 shown in this embodiment is merely an example and can be modified as appropriate.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the drainage collecting pipe 10 comprises a vertical pipe body 12 and a horizontal pipe connection part 14 that branches off to the side from the pipe body 12, and is made of synthetic resin such as rigid polyvinyl chloride. In this embodiment, the drainage collecting pipe 10 is made by combining multiple pipe members, but the entire drainage collecting pipe 10 can also be molded as a single unit.

At the upper end of the pipe body 12, an upper pipe connection part 16 in the shape of a rubber ring receptacle is formed to which the upstream drainage standpipe 102 is connected. At the lower end of the pipe body 12, a lower pipe connection part 18 in the shape of a spigot is formed to which the downstream drainage standpipe 102 is connected. In addition, the pipe body 12 has an enlarged diameter part 20 below the upper pipe connection part 16, which is larger in diameter than other parts. At the upper part of this enlarged diameter part 20, three horizontal pipe connection parts 14 in the shape of a rubber ring receptacle that branch out to the side are formed so as to be lined up in the circumferential direction. A horizontal drainage pipe 104 is connected to each of the horizontal pipe connection parts 14. For convenience of explanation, the horizontal pipe connection part 14 located on the right side in a front view may be called the first horizontal pipe connection part 14a, the horizontal pipe connection part 14 located on the front side may be called the second horizontal pipe connection part 14b, and the horizontal pipe connection part 14 located on the left side may be called the third horizontal pipe connection part 14c.

In addition, a backflow prevention plate 22 and a swirl vane (not shown) are appropriately provided on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body 12. This allows the wastewater that flows into the pipe body 12 from the upstream drainage standpipe 102 and the drainage horizontal pipe 104 to flow smoothly into the downstream drainage standpipe 102.

Furthermore, the drainage collecting pipe 10 is provided with an RF tag 24 (also called an IC tag, an RFID tag, a wireless tag, etc.). For example, the RF tag 24 is provided on the drainage collecting pipe 10 by attaching a label-type RF tag 24 to the outer surface of the drainage collecting pipe 10. As the RF tag 24, a passive RF tag that operates using radio waves received from the outside as an energy source may be used. Simply put, the RF tag 24 includes a coiled antenna and an IC chip. The IC chip includes a control circuit, a memory such as an EEPROM, a transmission/reception circuit, and a voltage generation circuit. The information stored in the RF tag 24 can be read non-contact by a reader (reader/writer), and new information can also be written non-contact by a writer (reader/writer).

However, RF tags of other shapes, such as coin-shaped, can also be used as the RF tag 24, and active RF tags that are powered by an internal battery can also be used.

Such an RF tag 24 stores information about the drainage collecting pipe 10. Information stored in the RF tag 24 includes information written in advance during production and information written during construction. Information written during production includes information such as the name of the drainage collecting pipe 10, assembly date, assembly staff, leak test date, and leak test staff. Information written during construction includes information such as construction date, construction company, and construction staff. However, the RF tag 24 may store only identification information (ID information) unique to the drainage collecting pipe 10, and other information may be stored in another computer, such as a cloud server.

また、在庫管理および流通管理にも役立ち、BIM(ビルディングインフォメーションモデリング)との連携などもできる。 By reading the information stored in the RF tag 24, product management such as quality control, maintenance management, and tracking management (traceability) of the drainage manifold 10 can be carried out efficiently. It is also useful for inventory management and distribution management, and can be linked with BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Such a drainage collecting pipe 10 is piped so that the pipe body 12 passes through the through hole 106 of the floor slab 100. At this time, the lower end of the horizontal pipe connection part 14 is piped so that it is along the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100. That is, at least the part of the drainage collecting pipe 10 above the lower end of the horizontal pipe connection part 14 is piped above the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100. In addition, a filler material 108 such as mortar is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body 12 of the drainage collecting pipe 10 and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 106. Furthermore, a support bracket 110 for supporting the drainage collecting pipe 10 is attached to the lower part of the rubber ring attachment part of the upper pipe connection part 16 as necessary. That is, in this embodiment, the lower part of the rubber ring attachment part of the upper pipe connection part 16 becomes the attachment part 26 of the support bracket 110.

The drainage manifold 10 is installed so that the pipe body 12 penetrates the floor slab 100, so depending on the installation position of the RF tag 24, there is a risk of problems such as an effect on communication sensitivity. For example, if the RF tag 24 is installed in a portion buried in the floor slab 100 or in a portion below the floor slab 100, there is a risk of the communication sensitivity of the RF tag 24 being affected when reading the RF tag 24 from above the floor. In addition, when the pipe body 12 is inserted into the through hole 106 or when the filler material 108 is filled, there is a risk that the RF tag 24 will come into contact with the periphery of the through hole 106 or the filler material 108 and be damaged.

In this embodiment, the RF tag 24 is provided in the portion of the drainage collecting pipe 10 that is piped above the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100, thereby preventing the communication sensitivity of the RF tag 24 from being affected and preventing the RF tag 24 from being damaged or broken during construction. This allows information to be properly read from the RF tag 24 even if the drainage collecting pipe 10 is covered with plasterboard after construction, and allows proper product management of the drainage collecting pipe 10 using the RF tag 24.

The attachment position of the RF tag 24 on the drainage collecting pipe 10 is not particularly limited as long as it is a portion that is piped above the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100, but it is preferable that it is provided so as to fit inside the L-shaped portion formed by the pipe body 12 and the horizontal pipe connection portion 14. Alternatively, it is preferable that it is provided so as to fit inside the L-shaped portion formed by two horizontal pipe connection portions 14 that extend in directions perpendicular to each other. The drainage collecting pipe 10 may be placed sideways (rolled) during transportation or construction, but by providing the RF tag 24 on the inside part of the L-shaped portion, the RF tag 24 is appropriately protected from contact with the ground, etc. This more appropriately prevents the RF tag 24 from being scratched or damaged.

Here, the inner part of the L-shaped part formed by the pipe body 12 and the horizontal pipe connection part 14 is the part excluding the outer part and the horizontal part in the bending direction of the L-shaped part. For example, in the L-shaped part formed by the upper part of the pipe body 12 (upper pipe connection part 16) and the second horizontal pipe connection part 14b, the inner part is the first part 30 shown by the diagonal lines in Figure 4, which is the part that does not come into contact with the ground even if the drainage collecting pipe 10 is placed sideways on the ground and rolled. Although not shown in the figure, the inner part of the L-shaped part formed by the upper end of the pipe body 12 and the first horizontal pipe connection part 14a or the third horizontal pipe connection part 14c is the part that is shifted 90 degrees to the right or left from the first part 30.

The inner part of the L-shaped part formed by two horizontal pipe connection parts 14 extending in mutually perpendicular directions is the part excluding the outer part and the side part in the bending direction of the L-shaped part. For example, in the L-shaped part formed by the first horizontal pipe connection part 14a and the second horizontal pipe connection part 14b, the inner part is the second part 32 shown by the diagonal lines in FIG. 5, which is the part that does not come into contact with the ground even if the drainage collecting pipe 10 is placed sideways on the ground and rolled. Although not shown in the figure, the inner part of the L-shaped part formed by the second horizontal pipe connection part 14b and the third horizontal pipe connection part 14c is the part shifted 90 degrees to the left from the second part 32.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the RF tag 24 is provided in a portion other than the mounting portion 26 where the support bracket 110 is attached (i.e., the non-mounting portion). This is because if the RF tag 24 is covered by the metal support bracket 110, there is a risk that the RF tag 24 may cause communication problems. By providing the RF tag 24 in a portion other than the mounting portion 26 of the support bracket 110, communication problems of the RF tag 24 caused by the support bracket 110 can be prevented. Furthermore, when the support bracket 110 is attached to the mounting portion 26 of the drainage manifold 10, it is also possible to prevent the RF tag 24 from being damaged by the support bracket 110.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the RF tag 24 be provided in a portion other than the tip of the upper pipe connection portion 16 and the tip of the horizontal pipe connection portion 14. This is because the tip of the upper pipe connection portion 16 and the tip of the horizontal pipe connection portion 14 are portions that are likely to be bumped during transportation or installation. Furthermore, it is preferable that the RF tag 24 be provided in a recessed portion formed on the outer surface of the pipe body 12. This is because the recessed portion is a portion that is unlikely to be bumped during transportation or installation.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the RF tag 24 is provided in the portion of the drainage collecting pipe 10 that is piped above the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100, so that it is possible to appropriately prevent the communication sensitivity of the RF tag 24 from being affected or the RF tag 24 from being damaged during construction. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately manage the product of the drainage collecting pipe 10 using the RF tag 24.

In the above embodiment, the label-type RF tag 24 is attached to the outer surface of the drainage collecting pipe 10, but a protective member such as a protective seal can be provided to cover the RF tag 24. The drainage collecting pipe 10 can also be provided with a sound-insulating cover to cover the RF tag 24. Furthermore, in the case of a drainage collecting pipe 10 that is provided with a sound-insulating cover, the RF tag 24 can also be provided on the sound-insulating cover.

Here, the soundproofing cover is provided to cover the outer surface of the drainage collecting pipe 10 and can exhibit soundproofing performance, but there are no particular limitations on its specific configuration, and it is preferable to use a cover that does not have a metal sheet layer. This is because if the RF tag 24 is covered with a soundproofing cover that has a metal sheet layer, the RF tag 24 will not be able to communicate. By using a soundproofing cover that does not have a metal sheet layer, it is possible to prevent communication failure of the RF tag 24 while imparting soundproofing performance to the drainage collecting pipe 10, and it is possible to properly manage the product of the drainage collecting pipe 10 that uses the RF tag 24.

However, if the metal sheet layer is not present in the portion where the RF tag 24 is to be provided, a sound insulation cover with a metal sheet layer can also be used. To put it simply, some sound insulation covers have a cover body made of a sound absorbing layer using glass wool or rock wool, etc., and a metal sheet (film) such as aluminum craft paper or aluminum glass cloth is attached to the cover body so as to cover the surface (outer surface) of this cover body. Some sound insulation covers also have a metal sheet layer in the middle layer, such as a sound absorption layer, a metal sheet layer, and a sound insulation layer using soft polyvinyl chloride, etc., arranged in this order from the inside. When providing a sound insulation cover with such a metal sheet layer on the drainage collecting pipe 10, for example, the sound insulation cover itself including the cover body may be cut out in the portion where the RF tag 24 is to be provided, or only the metal sheet on the surface may be peeled off from the cover body. The sound insulation cover may also be manufactured using a metal sheet with a portion corresponding to the location of the RF tag 24 cut out in advance.

In other words, when a sound-insulating cover having a metal sheet layer is provided on a drainage collecting pipe 10, at least a notch where the metal sheet is cut out should be formed on the sound-insulating cover, and the RF tag 24 should be provided in the portion corresponding to this notch. This makes it possible to prevent communication problems with the RF tag 24 caused by the metal sheet layer of the sound-insulating cover, even in the case of a drainage collecting pipe 10 equipped with a sound-insulating cover having a metal sheet layer, and allows proper product management of the drainage collecting pipe 10 using the RF tag 24.

The RF tag 24 may also be embedded in the wall of the drainage collecting pipe 10 in a portion that is piped above the upper surface 100a of the floor slab 100. For example, a recess is formed on the outer surface of the drainage collecting pipe 10, and the RF tag 24 is fitted into this recess. Then, a lid is attached by adhesive bonding or the like so as to cover the RF tag 24, thereby embedding the RF tag 24 in the wall of the drainage collecting pipe 10. Also, a recess for storing the RF tag 24 may be intentionally formed on the outer surface of the drainage collecting pipe 10, and the RF tag 24 may be stored in this recess by, for example, attaching it. Furthermore, the RF tag 24 stored in the recess may be covered with a lid.

In the above embodiment, the drainage collecting pipe 10 is provided with three horizontal pipe connection parts 14 arranged in the circumferential direction, but the number of horizontal pipe connection parts 14 is not particularly limited and may be one or two, etc. Furthermore, when multiple horizontal pipe connection parts 14 are provided, they do not necessarily have to be positioned at the same height position, and the horizontal pipe connection parts 14 may be positioned at different height positions. Furthermore, the horizontal pipe connection parts 14 do not necessarily have to be formed in a straight pipe shape, and may be formed in a curved pipe shape.

Note that the specific values such as dimensions listed above are merely examples and can be changed as necessary depending on the product specifications, etc.
