Description
本発明の他の実施形態に係る表示装置は、複数の電子部品が配置される回路基板と、複数の前記電子部品に対向配置される導光板と、記導光板を基準として前記回路基板とは反対側で前記導光板に対向配置される表示部と、光性を有し、前記導光板と前記表示部との間に配置され、前記導光板の表面及び前記表示部の裏面に接触する透光板と、前記回路基板の表面に設けられ、前記回路基板と前記導光板との間隔を規制するスペーサと、前記表示部の外周部の表側に対向配置される第1面を有するハウジングと、を備え、前記ハウジングは、前記第1面が前記表示部に当接することで、前記表示部と前記導光板とを支持する。
本発明の他の実施形態に係る時計は、前記表示装置と、時計ケースと、前記時計ケース
内に設けられる時計モジュールと、を備える。
したがって、衝撃等により回路基板32に撓みが発生したとしても、カバー領域R2に位置する最も背の高い電子部品32aの方が端部領域R3に位置する最も背の高い電子部品32bの高さよりも背が低いので、導光板52(反射板53)の下面に接触するのを抑制できる。
例えば、上記実施形態において一方側の端部に発光体51を備える例を示したがこれに限られるものではない。例えば発光体51がLCD35や導光板52の中央部あるいは両端部に配置される構成であってもよい。

Claims (11)
- 複数の電子部品が配置される回路基板と、
複数の前記電子部品に対向配置される導光板と、
前記導光板を基準として前記回路基板とは反対側で前記導光板に対向配置される表示部と、
透光性を有し、前記導光板と前記表示部との間に配置され、前記導光板の表面及び前記表示部の裏面に接触する透光板と、
前記回路基板の表面に設けられ、前記回路基板と前記導光板との間隔を規制するスペーサと、
を備え、
前記表示部は、外周部にパネルを備え、前記パネルよりも中央側に視認領域が形成され、
前記スペーサは、前記視認領域よりも外側の領域に配置される、表示装置。 - 前記表示部はLCDであり、
前記LCDの外周部の表側に対向配置される第1面と、前記導光板の外周部の表側に対向する第2面と、を有し、前記LCDの外周部を支持する、ハウジングを備える、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 複数の電子部品が配置される回路基板と、
複数の前記電子部品に対向配置される導光板と、
前記導光板を基準として前記回路基板とは反対側で前記導光板に対向配置される表示部と、
透光性を有し、前記導光板と前記表示部との間に配置され、前記導光板の表面及び前記表示部の裏面に接触する透光板と、
前記回路基板の表面に設けられ、前記回路基板と前記導光板との間隔を規制するスペーサと、
前記表示部の外周部の表側に対向配置される第1面を有するハウジングと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1面が前記表示部に当接することで、前記表示部を支持する、表示装置。 - 前記表示部及び前記導光板は、前記ハウジングの前記第1面と、前記スペーサとに挟み込まれて固定される、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示部はLCDである、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記LCDは外周部にパネルを備え、前記パネルよりも中央側に視認領域が形成され、
前記スペーサは、前記視認領域よりも外側の領域に配置される、請求項2または請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記LCDは、第1の電極基板、第2の電極基板、第1の電極基板の表面に重なる第1の偏光板、前記第1の偏光板の表面に重ねられる光学シートと、第2の電極基板の裏面に重ねて配置される第2の偏光板と、を積層して備え、
前記LCDの前記光学シート及び前記第1の偏光板の外周縁は、前記ハウジングの支持部よりも内側に配置される、請求項2または請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1の電極基板の表面は、前記ハウジングの前記支持部の下面に当接して配置されている、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記導光板の外周部の表側に対向する第2面を有し、
前記第2面は、前記導光板の周縁の表面に隙間を介して対向する、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 複数の電子部品が配置される回路基板と、
複数の前記電子部品に対向配置される導光板と、
前記導光板を基準として前記回路基板とは反対側で前記導光板に対向配置される表示部と、
透光性を有し、前記導光板と前記表示部との間に配置され、前記導光板の表面及び前記表示部の裏面に接触する透光板と、
前記回路基板の表面に設けられ、前記回路基板と前記導光板との間隔を規制するスペーサと、
を備え、
前記表示部は中央側に視認領域が形成され、
前記スペーサは、前記視認領域よりも外側の領域に配置される、表示装置。 - 請求項2、請求項5、請求項10のいずれかに記載の表示装置と、
時計ケースと、
前記時計ケース内に設けられる時計モジュールと、
を備える時計。
