Description

The present invention relates to evacuation guidance equipment, and more specifically, to evacuation guidance equipment that is capable of receiving disaster signals from disaster notification means.

Conventionally, there is evacuation guidance equipment for guiding evacuees to evacuation sites when a disaster such as a fire occurs. For example, in the evacuation guidance equipment described in Patent Document 1, fire detectors and flashing devices are placed along the evacuation route, and these fire detectors and flashing devices are activated to flash sequentially when a fire occurs, thereby guiding evacuees to evacuation sites.

The evacuation guidance equipment described in Patent Document 2 is equipped with dynamic evacuation guidance lights with audio guidance functions, and is capable of guiding evacuees to evacuation shelters by dynamically displaying the evacuation direction and broadcasting audio information.

However, guidance provided by displays and audio may not be able to evacuate properly unless the person can understand the meaning of the displays and audio. In conventional evacuation guidance equipment, the displays and audio were written from an adult's perspective, not a child's.

As a result, there is a high possibility that young children will not understand, and conventional evacuation guidance equipment may not be able to provide appropriate evacuation guidance in environments where young children are present. In particular, in childcare facilities such as kindergartens and nursery schools, where the number of young children is greater than the number of adults, conventional evacuation guidance equipment may not be able to provide appropriate evacuation guidance.

Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide evacuation guidance equipment that can provide appropriate evacuation guidance even in environments where young children are present.

The present invention is an evacuation guidance system that includes an acoustic means and a communication means, the communication means being capable of receiving a disaster signal from a disaster notification means, and the acoustic means being installed in an evacuation site and capable of sounding entertainment sounds based on the disaster signal.

The present invention further includes an event generating means, which is installed in the evacuation site and can generate an event based on the disaster signal. The present invention also includes an event generating means as a video display means, which can display a video that is synchronized with the entertainment sound.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the evacuation site may be an evacuation site provided within the grounds of the facility in which the disaster notification means is installed. Also, in the present invention, the disaster notification means may be a fire notification means. Also, in the present invention, the disaster notification means may be further provided.

The present invention allows for the sound means installed in evacuation shelters to emit entertaining sounds based on disaster signals, making it possible to provide appropriate evacuation guidance even in environments where young children are present.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. First, the configuration of this embodiment will be described. The evacuation guidance system 1 includes an acoustic means 2 and a communication means 3. In this embodiment, the evacuation guidance system 1 further includes a disaster notification means 4, a control means 5, and a storage means 6.

When a disaster occurs, the disaster notification means 4 is configured to notify people in the vicinity and output a disaster signal to the communication means 3. In this embodiment, the disaster notification means 4 is a fire notification means, and has a transmitter 7 that is pressed when a fire occurs, and an alarm means 8 for notifying the surroundings by voice, warning sound, etc., and the fire signal is output to the communication means 3 by the activation of the transmitter 7. For example, a bell or the like can be used as the alarm means 8. The disaster notification means 4 can be appropriately selected to have the same configuration as a known fire alarm device, for example, a fire alarm or an automatic fire alarm system.

The audio means 2 is installed in the evacuation site R, and is capable of sounding entertainment sounds based on the disaster signal from the disaster notification means 4. Here, "entertainment sounds" refers to music or sounds that can at least attract the interest of young children, such as fun music or sounds from a hero show or dance show.

In this embodiment, the audio means 2 is provided as a speaker, and preferably has an output that is at least sufficient to make the entertainment sound resonate at least to facilities on the premises S where small children are present. The number, size, output, etc. of the audio means 2 can be appropriately selected as needed.

The communication means 3 is configured to be able to receive the disaster signal from the disaster notification means 4. In this embodiment, when the disaster signal is received, it is configured to output the disaster signal to the control means 5. The communication method between the communication means 3 and the disaster notification means 4 can be appropriately selected, and it does not matter whether it is wired or wireless.

The storage means 6 stores data on the entertainment sound to be sounded by the audio means 2. The control means 5 is provided to read the data from the storage means 6 based on the output from the communication means 3 when the communication means 3 receives the disaster signal, and to sound the entertainment sound from the audio means 2.

From the viewpoint of the safety of children and the like, it is preferable that the evacuation site R in which the acoustic means 2 is installed is an evacuation site provided within the site S of the facility F in which the disaster notification means 4 is installed. However, if the safety of the children can be ensured, it is also possible to provide the evacuation site R on a site (not shown) different from that of the facility F.

Next, an evacuation guidance method using this embodiment will be described.
(1) When a fire occurs, the transmitter 7 is pressed and activated, and the disaster notification means 4 causes the alarm means 8 to sound and transmits the disaster signal to the communication means 3 .

(2) When the communication means 3 receives the disaster signal, it outputs it to the control means 5.

(3) Based on the output from the communication means 3, the control means 5 reads the data from the storage means 6 and outputs the read data to the audio means 2, and the audio means 2 produces the entertainment sound.

As a result, for example, a small child in any facility on site S (including facility F) will be attracted to the entertainment sound and will try to move in the direction of the entertainment sound, making it possible for the small child to naturally evacuate to evacuation site R.

Therefore, in this embodiment, by emitting entertainment sounds from the audio means 2 installed in the evacuation site R, it is possible to attract the interest of young children in the direction of the evacuation site R. This makes it possible to provide appropriate evacuation guidance even in an environment where young children are present.

The second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that an event generating means is further provided. The components with the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore the description will be omitted.

In this embodiment, the evacuation guidance equipment 1 further includes an event generating means. The event generating means is installed in the evacuation site R, and is capable of generating an event based on the disaster signal from the disaster notification means 4. The event is an event that can attract small children.

In this embodiment, the event generating means is a video display means 9, which is configured to be able to display a video that matches the entertainment sound produced by the audio means 2. The video display means 9 is configured as, for example, a display. The number and size of the video display means 9 can be appropriately selected as necessary.

In this embodiment, the storage means 6 stores data on the entertainment sound to be sounded from the audio means 2 and the video to be displayed on the video display means 9. When the communication means 3 receives the disaster signal, the control means 5 reads the data from the storage means 6, sounds the entertainment sound from the audio means 2, and displays the video on the video display means 9 accordingly. The data on the entertainment sound and the data on the video may be separate data or may be integrated into one data.

The evacuation guidance method using this embodiment is generally similar to that of the first embodiment, but in step (3) above, when the communication means 3 receives the disaster signal and outputs it to the control means 5, the control means 5 reads the data from the storage means 6 based on the output from the communication means 3, and outputs, from the read data, the data related to the entertainment sound to the audio means 2 and the data related to the video to the video display means 9, so that the audio means 2 sounds the entertainment sound and the video display means 9 displays a video that matches the entertainment sound.

Therefore, in the evacuation guidance equipment 1 of this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, it is possible to have the infant naturally evacuate to the evacuation site R, and by generating the event (in this embodiment, the display of an image in sync with the entertainment sound) using the event generation means (in this embodiment, the image display means 9), it is possible to direct the attention of the infant who has evacuated to the evacuation site R to the event and keep him/her there at the evacuation site R, making it easier to provide appropriate evacuation guidance even in an environment where an infant is present.

The present invention has been described based on the above embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.

(3) In the second embodiment, the audio means 2 and the image display means 9 are provided as an integrated unit, but they may be separate, and may be installed in different locations of the evacuation site R, for example, the audio means 2 near the entrance to the evacuation site R and the image display means 9 at the back of the evacuation site R.

(4) In the above embodiment, the audio means 2 and the image display means 9 are placed on the floor of the evacuation site R, but the location of the audio means 2 and the image display means 9 in the evacuation site R can be selected as appropriate. For example, the image display means 9 may be provided as a projector rather than a display and installed on a ceiling or wall to display the image on a wall or screen of the evacuation site R, or the audio means 2 may be installed on a wall or ceiling.

(5) In the second embodiment, the event generating means is the image display means 9, but it is not limited to this and may be any means that generates an event that attracts young children. For example, it may be a mechanical clock, a device that makes an automatic doll or stuffed animal appear, a device that produces soap bubbles, a device that ejects colorful balloons or balls, or a device that emits sweet smells such as cotton candy or chocolate. It may also be a combination of these.

(6) In cases where it may be dangerous to evacuate during or immediately after a disaster, it is possible to provide a time lag between when the communication means 3 receives a disaster signal and when the audio means 2 produces the entertainment sound.
