前記パウチ型電池ケースにおけるパウチフィルムは、第1ポリマーで製造され、最内層として形成されたシーラント層と、第2ポリマーで製造され、最外層として形成された表面保護層と、前記表面保護層と前記シーラント層との間に積層された水分バリア層とを含み、前記水分バリア層は、厚さが50~80μmであり、結晶粒度が10~13μmであるアルミニウム合金薄膜で形成され、前記シーラント層は厚さが60~100μmであり、前記表面保護層は厚さが5~25μmである、パウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記パンチエッジは、
少なくとも一つが0.7mm以下の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記カップ部がそれぞれ形成された第1ケースおよび第2ケースと、
二つの前記カップ部の間に形成されるブリッジとを含む、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 複数の前記パンチエッジのうち、前記ブリッジ側に向かうブリッジ側の外壁と前記底部を互いに連結するブリッジ側のパンチエッジが、1mm以下の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記ブリッジと前記ブリッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なブリッジ垂直線と、前記ブリッジ側のパンチエッジと前記ブリッジ側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なエッジ垂直線との垂直距離が0.5mm以下である、請求項4に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 複数の前記パンチエッジのうち、前記ブリッジ側に向かうブリッジ側の外壁と前記底部を互いに連結するブリッジ側のパンチエッジが、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項3~5の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記ブリッジは、
丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項3~6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記カップ部は、
隣接した二つの前記外壁を互いに連結する厚さエッジをさらに含み、
前記厚さエッジは、
互いに隣接した二つの前記パンチエッジと連結されてコーナーを形成する、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記コーナーは、
少なくとも一つが丸みを帯びて形成され、
曲率半径が前記パンチエッジおよび前記厚さエッジのうち少なくとも一つの曲率半径以上である、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記コーナーは、
変化する前記曲率半径を有する、請求項9に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記コーナーは、
中心部の曲率半径が周辺部の曲率半径より大きい、請求項10に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記コーナーは、

前記外壁とサイドまたはガス抜き部を連結する複数のダイエッジをさらに含む、請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ダイエッジは、
少なくとも一つが1mm以下の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項13に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ダイエッジは、
少なくとも一つが0.7mm以下の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項14に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記ダイエッジの曲率半径は、前記カップ部の深さの1/20~1/6である、請求項13~15の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 複数の前記パンチエッジのうち、前記ガス抜き部側に向かうガス抜き部側の外壁と前記底部を互いに連結するガス抜き部側のパンチエッジが、1mm以下の曲率半径で丸みを帯びて形成される、請求項13~16の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記ダイエッジと前記ガス抜き部側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なダイエッジ垂直線と、前記ガス抜き部側のパンチエッジと前記ガス抜き部側の外壁の境界点を通過し、前記底部と垂直なエッジ垂直線との垂直距離が0.5mm以下である、請求項17に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記カップ部は、
6.5mm以上の深さを有する、請求項1~18の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記外壁は、
前記底部から、傾斜角が90゜~95゜の間である傾斜を有する、請求項19に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記アルミニウム合金薄膜は、
合金番号AA8021である、請求項1~20の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記アルミニウム合金薄膜は、
鉄を1.3wt%~1.7wt%含み、シリコンを0.2wt%以下含む、請求項1~21の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記水分バリア層は、
厚さが55~65μmであり、
前記シーラント層は、
厚さが75~85μmである、請求項1~22の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。 - 第3ポリマーで製造され、前記表面保護層と前記水分バリア層との間に積層される延伸補助層をさらに含む、請求項1~23の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。

内側に窪んだグルーブを含んで形成される、請求項30に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記パウチ型電池ケースは、
前記グルーブを挟んで外側に突出した一対の突出部を含み、
前記グルーブの最内側部と前記突出部の最外側部との間隔は0.8mm以下である、請求項31に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記アルミニウム合金薄膜は、
