The present invention will be described below through embodiments of the invention, but the invention according to the claims is not limited to the following embodiments. Furthermore, not all of the configurations described in the embodiments are necessarily essential as means for solving the problem.

Figure 1 is a diagram showing the environment in which the used car sales intermediation program according to this embodiment is used. Figure 8 is a diagram that shows a schematic of seller information DB131. The seller information mainly includes attribute information, used car information, and listing evacuation conditions. The listing evacuation conditions have a setting value written for each specified item of the listing conditions and the evacuation conditions. The setting value is the selection value selected by the selection box 333 or radio button 336. For example, if "No" is selected to not apply the conditions, "0" is written.

When a used car information viewing request is received from a user terminal 300 of a potential purchaser, the providing unit 114 accesses the seller information DB 131, selects used car information for which flag fg is "1" indicating that the car is listed, generates viewing information, and transmits it to the user terminal 300. The user terminal 300 generates a display screen based on the received viewing information, and displays the list shown in FIG. 3, for example.
