Description

The present invention relates to an instrument attachment support member that assists in attaching an instrument to a wall hole formed in a wall.

In general, to attach a fixture such as a downlight to a wall hole in a ceiling material, the fixture is inserted into the wall hole, part of the fixture is placed in the space behind the wall (or ceiling), and the ceiling material is clamped in the thickness direction between the fixture's mounting hardware (e.g., a leaf spring) and part of the fixture (e.g., a flange), thereby attaching the fixture to the wall. However, there are a wide variety of shapes, thicknesses, materials, etc. of the wall around the wall hole. And in order to attach the fixture to the wall more reliably, various fixture attachment auxiliary parts are used to assist in attaching the fixture to the wall.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an auxiliary member for mounting an instrument to assist in attaching an instrument to a wall hole formed in a wall. In the following paragraphs, the reference number of Patent Document 1 is shown in parentheses. The auxiliary member for mounting (100) of Patent Document 1 has a through hole (101b) that communicates with a mounting hole (12) drilled in a ceiling material (11), an abutment portion (102) that abuts against the periphery of the mounting hole (12) from the back side of the ceiling material (101), a main body portion (101) having a thickness that allows it to be clamped together with the ceiling material (11) by the clamping portion (18) of the instrument (15), and an avoidance recess (108) recessed in a part of the abutment portion (102) to avoid a protrusion (13) protruding from the back side of the ceiling material (11) when the abutment portion (102) abuts against the periphery of the mounting hole (12). Then, the downlight fixture (15) is inserted from the surface side of the ceiling material (11) toward the mounting hole (12) and the through hole (101b), so that the downlight fixture (15) is attached to the mounting auxiliary member (100) and the ceiling material (11). Specifically, when the upper part of the fixture body (16) is inserted into the mounting hole (12), the elastic piece (18) is elastically deformed upward and inward, so that the fixture body (16) can pass through the mounting hole (12) without the elastic piece (18) abutting against the periphery of the mounting hole (12). Then, when the fixture body (16) is inserted until the upper surface of the flange part (17) of the downlight fixture (15) abuts against the surface of the ceiling material (11), the elastic piece (18) partially rotates downward and abuts against the receiving part (103). At this time, the elastic piece (18) is still in an elastically deformed state, so that the elastic piece (18) urges the receiving part (103) downward. In this way, the ceiling material (11) and the mounting auxiliary member (100) are clamped between the elastic piece (18) and the flange (17), allowing the downlight device (15) to be installed in the mounting hole (12) of the ceiling material (11).

The fixture mounting auxiliary member of Patent Document 1 is adapted to ceiling materials (walls) having various thicknesses and ridges, and is capable of mounting fixtures such as downlights to mounting holes (wall holes) in ceiling materials. However, the fixture mounting auxiliary member of Patent Document 1 can only mount fixtures that correspond to the opening diameter of the through hole, and the size of the fixture to be mounted is limited, which is a problem. In particular, with conventional fixture mounting auxiliary members, only fixtures of a standard that corresponds to the opening diameter of the through hole can be mounted on one fixture mounting auxiliary member, and to mount a fixture of a shape or size that deviates from the standard, a new fixture mounting auxiliary member that corresponds to that shape or size is required. Therefore, when carrying out construction work, the contractor must always prepare multiple types of fixture mounting auxiliary members to accommodate multiple sizes of fixtures, which makes management of the members troublesome.

The object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary tool attachment member that allows tools of different sizes or shapes to be attached to holes in a wall.

The adjustment member is characterized by having a third cover portion that covers a portion of the second opening so as to reduce the second opening when assembled inside the second cover portion, and a third opening that opens inside the third cover portion as the third corresponding mounting hole.

The instrument attachment auxiliary member described in claim 8 is characterized in that, in the instrument attachment auxiliary member described in any one of claims 1 to 7, it further comprises a blocking member that is attached to the fixed base or the reduction member and can block the opening formed by the reduction member.

The tool attachment auxiliary member described in claim 9 is characterized in that in the tool attachment auxiliary member described in any one of claims 1 to 8, the reduction member has a decorative portion configured to cover or conceal the entire or part of the portion of the fixed base that is exposed on the wall surface side when the reduction member is attached to the fixed base.

The tool attachment auxiliary member of claim 10 is characterized in that in the tool attachment auxiliary member of any one of claims 1 to 9, the reduction member includes a first reduction member that forms a circular opening, and a second reduction member that forms a rectangular opening.

According to the invention described in claim 1, the tool mounting auxiliary member is configured to form a mounting hole for mounting a tool inside the wall hole by its opening. The tool mounting auxiliary member includes a fixed base having a first opening that opens as a first corresponding mounting hole of a first tool, and a reduction member that is detachably assembled to the fixed base and has a second opening that opens inside the first opening as a second corresponding mounting hole of a second tool. As a result, when the first tool is to be installed on the wall, the tool mounting auxiliary member is installed in the wall hole with the reduction member removed from the fixed base, so that a first opening corresponding to the first corresponding mounting hole is formed inside the wall hole, and the first tool can be attached to the first opening of the fixed base. On the other hand, when a second tool having a second corresponding mounting hole different from the first tool is to be installed on the wall, the tool mounting auxiliary member is installed in the wall hole with the reduction member assembled to the fixed base, so that a second opening corresponding to the second corresponding mounting hole is formed inside the wall hole, and the second tool can be attached to the second opening of the reduction member. Therefore, the device mounting auxiliary member of the present invention reduces the wall hole to a number of different sizes, making it possible to mount both a first and a second device having different corresponding mounting holes to the wall hole.

According to the invention described in claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1, the reduction member can be attached to and detached from the fixed base fixed to the wall by an operation from the front side of the wall. As a result, even after the instrument mounting auxiliary member is installed on the wall, the mounting hole formed by the instrument mounting auxiliary member can be switched between the first opening and the second opening according to the corresponding mounting hole of the instrument by a simple operation from the front side of the wall.

According to the invention described in claim 3, in addition to the effects of the inventions of claims 1 and 2, the assembly part of the reduction member and the assembled part of the fixed base can be rotated relative to each other in the circumferential direction to form and release the coupled state of the assembly part and the assembled part. In other words, the reduction member and the fixed base can be assembled and separated by a simple operation of rotating the reduction member relative to the fixed base.

According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of claims 1 to 3, the relative movement of the reduction member and the fixed base in the front-back direction of the wall is restricted when the reduction member and the fixed base are assembled, so that when the device is pushed into the mounting hole to be mounted, the reduction member and the fixed base can be prevented from moving in the direction opposite to the wall. In other words, the fixed base restricts the movement of the reduction member in the front-back direction of the wall, and the fixed base can prevent the reduction member from moving in the direction opposite to the wall.

According to the invention described in claim 5, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of claims 1 to 4, the hook of the fixing base engages with the peripheral edge of the front wall of the wall hole, so that the fixing base can be positioned relative to the wall hole. The hook and the clamp work together to clamp the wall, so that the fixing base can be fixed to the wall hole. Furthermore, since the width of the inner peripheral part of the first opening in the wall front-rear direction (i.e., the thickness of the peripheral edge of the first opening) is greater than the minimum wall thickness at which an instrument can be attached and less than the maximum wall thickness at which an instrument can be attached, even if the actual wall thickness does not correspond to the attachment of the instrument, it is possible to attach the instrument by using the flesh of the fixing base. Furthermore, if the actual wall thickness is greater than the maximum wall thickness at which an instrument can be attached, the flesh of the fixing base remains within the wall thickness of the wall hole and does not interfere with the attachment of the instrument.

According to the invention described in claim 6, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions described in claims 1 to 5, it is possible to clamp the wall with the clamping body by screwing and rotating the screw from the surface of the wall. And, by covering and hiding the screw and its insertion hole with the decorative member, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the aesthetic appearance caused by the screw and the insertion hole.

According to the invention described in claim 7, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of claims 1 to 6, the reduction member is provided with an adjustment member having a third opening corresponding to the third corresponding mounting hole, so that in addition to the first and second instruments, a third instrument having an even smaller third corresponding mounting hole can also be attached to the wall hole. In other words, the instrument attachment auxiliary member of the present invention allows an instrument selected from an instrument group including a first instrument that can be attached to a first corresponding mounting hole smaller than the wall hole, a second instrument that can be attached to a second corresponding mounting hole smaller than the first corresponding mounting hole, and a third instrument that can be attached to a third corresponding mounting hole smaller than the second corresponding mounting hole to be attached to the wall hole.

According to the invention described in claim 8, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of claims 1 to 7, by assembling the blocking member to the fixed base or the reduction member, when the fixture is not attached or when the fixture is removed, the blocking member blocks the opening so that the back space of the wall does not expose the wall surface through the opening serving as the mounting hole, thereby preventing the overall aesthetic appearance of the wall from being marred. Furthermore, the fixture mounting auxiliary member in the assembled state in which the opening is blocked by the blocking member can also be used as a member for blocking the wall hole after the fixture has been removed.

According to the invention described in claim 9, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions described in claims 1 to 8, the reduction member is provided with a decorative part that covers all or part of the exposed portion of the fixed base on the wall surface, thereby preventing the deterioration of the aesthetic appearance of the entire wall due to the exposure of the fixed base without increasing the number of parts.

According to the invention described in claim 10, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions described in claims 1 to 9, either a first reducing member that forms a circular opening or a second reducing member that forms a rectangular opening can be selected and assembled to the fixed base. One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that the shapes of each figure referred to in the following description are conceptual or schematic diagrams for explaining preferred shapes and dimensions, and the dimensional ratios do not necessarily match the actual dimensional ratios. In other words, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratios in the drawings.

The fixture installation auxiliary member 100 of one embodiment of the present invention is configured to assist in the installation of a fixture in a wall hole drilled in a wall. More specifically, the fixture installation auxiliary member 100 assists in selecting and installing one fixture from a group of multiple types of fixtures in a wall hole 12 drilled in a wall 11 such as a ceiling. Here, the fixture is exemplified as a downlight. However, the fixture may be other fixtures such as a switch, a speaker, or a ventilation fan. The group of devices includes a first device 15 (see FIG. 17(a)) that can be attached to a first corresponding mounting hole smaller than the wall hole 12, a second device 15' (see FIG. 17(b)) that can be attached to a second corresponding mounting hole smaller than the first corresponding mounting hole, and a third device 15" that can be attached to a third corresponding mounting hole smaller than the second corresponding mounting hole (see FIG. 17(c)). Here, each corresponding mounting hole is defined as a mounting hole having a predetermined range of diameters or sizes with a maximum diameter and a minimum diameter that allow each device to be attached. In this embodiment, the device attachment auxiliary member 100 is fixed to the wall hole 12 of the wall 11, and the structure in which the device can be installed or has been installed is called the attachment structure 10. In this embodiment, the wall hole 12 is a circular through hole, but it may be of another shape such as a square. Furthermore, when the invention is implemented by combining the device attachment auxiliary member 100 with one or all of the device group consisting of multiple types of devices, the combination is called the device device.

Figures 1(a) and (b) are perspective views from above and below of an embodiment of an instrument mounting auxiliary member 100. Figures 2(a) to (d) are plan, front, side and bottom views of the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100. Figures 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views taken along lines A-A, B-B and C-C of the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100. Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100.

1 to 5, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 is a disk-shaped member formed by combining a number of components. The tool mounting auxiliary member 100 has a rear surface facing the space behind the wall as shown in the plan view of FIG. 2(a) and a front surface facing the space on the wall surface as shown in the bottom view of FIG. 2(b). The tool mounting auxiliary member 100 forms mounting holes of different sizes according to the size (standard) of the corresponding mounting hole of the tool, and allows the tool to be attached to and detached from the mounting hole from the front. As shown in FIG. 5, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 includes a fixed base 110, a reduction member 120, an adjustment member 130, a blocking member 140, and a decorative member 150. Here, the adjustment member 130 and the blocking member 140 are assembled to the adjustment member 130 so as to adjust or block the size of the opening of the reduction member 120, and can be interpreted as part of the configuration of the adjustment member 130. Each member will be described below.

The fixed base 110 will be described with reference to Figures 6 and 7. Figure 6 is a perspective view of the fixed base 110 as seen from above and below. Figures 7(a) to (e) are a plan view, a bottom view, a front view, a side view, and a D-D cross-sectional view of the fixed base 110.

The fixed base 110 has a circular ring shape with a front surface facing the front side of the wall and a rear surface facing the rear side of the wall. The fixed base 110 is configured to be fixed to the wall 11 (the periphery of the wall hole 12) with a portion of it disposed inside the wall hole 12 formed in the wall 11, thereby reducing the wall hole 12 to a size corresponding to the first corresponding mounting hole (smaller than the wall hole 12) of the first device 15. In other words, the fixed base 110 forms a mounting hole on the inside of the wall hole 12 that corresponds to the first corresponding mounting hole of the first device 15.

More specifically, the fixed base 110 includes a fixing portion for fixing to the periphery of the wall hole 12 of the wall 11, a first cover portion 111 that covers a part of the wall hole 12 so as to reduce the size of the wall hole 12 when the fixing portion is fixed to the wall 11, and a first opening 113 that opens inside the first cover portion 111 as a first corresponding mounting hole.

The first cover portion 111 is a portion that extends in an annular band shape with a predetermined width, and is configured to cover the outer peripheral portion of the wall hole 12 (i.e., within a range of a predetermined distance in the radial direction from the outer peripheral edge) over the entire circumferential direction. The outer diameter of this first cover portion 111 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the wall hole 12, and the inner diameter is set within the range of the diameter of the first corresponding mounting hole (between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter) so as to correspond to the first corresponding mounting hole. As a result, the first opening 113 can function as the first corresponding mounting hole of the first device 15. In addition, a press-fit portion 119 for assembling the decorative member 150 is provided on the front surface of the first cover portion 111 facing the wall surface side. The press-fit portion 119 is provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the first inner peripheral portion 112. The press-fit portion 119 is a round hole formed to press-fit the pin-shaped press-fit protrusion 152 of the decorative member 150.

The first inner peripheral portion 112 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the first cover portion 111. The first inner peripheral portion 112 is formed as a circular convex stripe that is convexly provided on the rear surface of the first cover portion 111. The first inner peripheral portion 112 faces the radial center and has an inner peripheral surface that extends in the wall front-rear direction with a predetermined width (thickness between the front and rear surfaces). The wall front-rear direction width of the first inner peripheral portion 112 forms the thickness of the periphery of the first opening 113. The first instrument 15 can be attached to the mounting hole by clamping the periphery of this first opening 113 (see FIG. 17(a)). The wall front-rear direction width of the first inner peripheral portion 112 of the first opening 113 is set to be larger than the minimum wall thickness at which the first instrument 15 can be attached and smaller than the maximum wall thickness at which the first instrument 15 can be attached.

A first outer peripheral portion 114 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the first cover portion 111. The first outer peripheral portion 114 is formed as a circular convex stripe that is convexly provided on the rear surface of the first cover portion 111. The first outer peripheral portion 114 faces radially outward and has an outer peripheral surface that extends in the wall front-rear direction with a predetermined width (thickness between the front surface and the rear surface). In this embodiment, the width of the outer peripheral surface (height of the convex stripe) is smaller than the width of the inner peripheral surface (height of the convex stripe). In addition, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the first outer peripheral portion 114 approximately matches the inner diameter of the wall hole 12 so that the outer peripheral surface of the first outer peripheral portion 114 slides against the inner peripheral surface of the wall hole 12 when the fixing base 110 is fixed to the wall hole 12. A flange 114a extending radially outward is provided on the outer periphery of the front side of the first outer peripheral portion 114. When the fixed base 110 is fixed to the wall hole 12, the flange 114a extends outside the wall hole 12 and can function as a hanging portion that abuts against the wall surface.

The fixed base 110 also has an assembly receiving portion 115 on the inner circumferential surface of the first inner circumferential portion 112 so as to face the inside of the first opening 113. The assembly receiving portions 115 are provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the first inner circumferential portion 112. Each assembly receiving portion 115 is located radially inside the press-fit portion 119. The assembly receiving portion 115 is configured to detachably assemble the assembly portion 126 of the reduction member 120. In other words, the assembly receiving portion 115 and the assembly portion 126 are assembly means for detachably assembling the fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120. The fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120 are configured to be able to form and release a coupled state of the assembly portion 126 and the assembly receiving portion 115 by relatively rotating in the circumferential direction of the first opening 113 with the reduction member 120 inserted into the first opening 113. More specifically, the mounting portion 115 is formed as an L-shaped groove recessed in the inner peripheral surface of the first inner peripheral portion 112. The mounting portion 115 includes an introduction passage 115a that is open to the front side and extends in the wall front-rear direction, and a communication passage 115b that bends in an L-shape from the introduction passage 115a on the rear side and extends in the circumferential direction. The introduction passage 115a has a width that allows the mounting portion 126 to enter from the wall front side. In addition, a restricting wall 115c is provided so as to close the front side of the communication passage 115b. The restricting wall 115c is provided with a locking claw 115d that protrudes from the restricting wall 115c toward the communication passage 115b at a position adjacent to the introduction passage 115a. The locking claw 115d functions as a return stopper that locks the assembly part 126 with a certain degree of force after the assembly part 126 moves over the locking claw 115d and into the communication passage 115b.

The fixed base 110 has a clamping means as a fixing part for clamping the wall in the front-rear direction in cooperation with the flange 114a to fix the fixed base 110 to the wall 11. The clamping means has a clamping body 118 that moves in the front-rear direction of the wall to clamp the periphery of the wall hole 12, a storage section 117a that stores the clamping body 118 and has an insertion hole that opens on the front side of the wall, and a screw 117b that is inserted into the storage section 117a from the front side of the wall through the insertion hole, is screwed into the clamping body 118, and drives the clamping body 118 in the front-rear direction of the wall by a screw rotation operation from the front side of the wall.

More specifically, the erected portion 117 is erected (as a part of the clamping means) from the rear surface of the first cover portion 111 of the fixed base 110. The erected portion 117 is provided at two locations facing each other across the center. As shown in FIG. 3(b), the erected portion 117 is formed as a hollow rectangular column and is configured to movably hold the clamping body 118 in the wall front-rear direction. The erected portion 117 includes a storage portion 117a that stores a part of the clamping body 118, and a screw 117b stored in the storage portion 117a. An insertion hole is drilled in the wall front surface of the erected portion 117, and the screw 117b is stored in the storage portion 117a through the insertion hole. The head of the screw 117b is exposed on the front side of the first cover portion 111 so as to enable screw rotation operation from the wall front side. Additionally, the shaft of the screw 117b is held in the housing 117a so that it can rotate in place without being threaded forward or backward in the axial direction.

The base end of the clamping body 118 is screwed onto the shaft of the screw 117b (as a part of the clamping means). The clamping body 118 has a tip portion as a clamping portion, and is configured to clamp the wall 11 in cooperation with the flange 114a. In other words, each clamping body 118 has a shape that protrudes radially outward from the first outer periphery 114. The clamping body 118 can be moved in the front-rear direction of the wall by rotating the screw 117b from the front side of the first cover part 111. A slit 117c is formed on the top side surface of the wall rear side of the erected part 117. The clamping body 118 can be rotated within a range of about 90 degrees around the axis of the screw 117b via the slit 117c. When the clamping body 118 is in a position retracted to the back side of the wall, the tip portion of the clamping body 118 can be displaced between a first position protruding radially outward and a second position protruding circumferentially (see FIG. 19). In the first position, the clamping body 118 can be moved toward the front side of the wall by operating the screw 117b, and can move toward and away from the flange 114a (which is part of the clamping means). On the other hand, in the second position, the clamping body 118 cannot be moved toward the front side of the wall by operating the screw 117b. This second position is selected in the process of inserting a part of the fixed base 110 (the first inner peripheral portion 112 and the first outer peripheral portion 114) into the wall hole 12, and prevents the clamping body 118 from interfering with the wall surface.

The clamping means is provided at a plurality of locations on the side of the fixed base 110 facing the back of the wall, and all of them are formed so as to be insertable into the wall hole 12. Furthermore, the first outer periphery 114 is annular and surrounds the entire clamping means, and is formed as a convex strip that engages with the inner surface of the wall hole 12. The first outer periphery 114 (convex strip) does not protrude further toward the back of the wall (rear side) than the first inner periphery 112. Therefore, when a leaf spring type fixture (downlight) is installed, the leaf spring does not get in the way when it abuts against the wall material or the rear surface of the fixture installation auxiliary member 100 to clamp it. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the height of the convex strip of the first outer periphery 114 may be the same as the height of the convex strip of the first inner periphery 112. Alternatively, the height of the convex strip of the first outer periphery 114 may be greater than the height of the convex strip of the first inner periphery 112 as long as it does not impede the installation of the fixture.

The reduction member 120 will be described with reference to Figures 8 and 9. Figure 8 is a perspective view of the reduction member 120 as seen from above and below. Figures 9(a) to (e) are a plan view, a bottom view, a front view, a side view, and an E-E cross-sectional view of the reduction member 120.

The reduction member (or reduction member body) 120 has a ring shape with a front surface facing the front side of the wall and a rear surface facing the rear side of the wall. The reduction member 120 is configured to reduce the wall hole 12 and the first opening 113 to a size corresponding to the second corresponding mounting hole (smaller than the first corresponding mounting hole) of the second device 15' when assembled to the fixed base 110. In other words, the reduction member 120 forms a mounting hole on the inside of the wall hole 12 and the first opening 113 that corresponds to the second corresponding mounting hole of the second device 15'. Although shown separately for convenience of explanation, the reduction member 120 is provided with the adjustment member 130 and the blocking member 140 in a detachable manner.

More specifically, the reduction member 120 includes an assembly part 126 that is removably assembled to the mounting part 115 of the fixed base 110, a second cover part 121 that covers a part of the first opening 113 so as to reduce the first opening 113 when the assembly part 126 is assembled to the mounting part 115, and a second opening 123 that opens inside the second cover part 121 as a second corresponding mounting hole.

The second cover portion 121 is a portion that extends in an annular band shape with a predetermined width, and is configured to cover the outer peripheral portion of the first opening 113 over the entire circumferential direction. The outer diameter of the second cover portion 121 is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the first opening 113, and the inner diameter is set within the range of the diameter of the second corresponding mounting hole (between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter) so as to correspond to the second corresponding mounting hole (which is smaller than the first corresponding mounting hole). This allows the second opening 123 to function as the second corresponding mounting hole of the second device 15'. In addition, the front surface of the second cover portion 121 facing the wall surface side is provided with an indicator portion 121a, which is a mark for circumferential alignment. During assembly, the relative position of the reduction member 120 to the fixed base 110 in the circumferential direction can be determined using the indicator portion 121a as a guide.

A second inner peripheral portion 122 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the second cover portion 121. The second inner peripheral portion 122 is formed as a circular protrusion provided on the rear surface of the second cover portion 121. The second inner peripheral portion 122 has an inner peripheral surface that faces the radial center and extends in the wall front-back direction with a predetermined width (thickness between the front and rear surfaces). The wall front-back direction width of the second inner peripheral portion 122 forms the thickness of the periphery of the second opening 123. The second instrument 15' can be attached to the mounting hole by clamping the periphery of this second opening 123 (see FIG. 17(b)). The wall front-back direction width of the second inner peripheral portion 122 of the second opening 123 is set to be larger than the minimum wall thickness at which the second instrument 15' can be attached and smaller than the maximum wall thickness at which the second instrument 15' can be attached. Furthermore, a step 122a is provided on the inner peripheral edge of the front surface of the second inner peripheral portion 122, which is recessed in a stepped shape over the entire circumferential direction. The step 122a is configured to accommodate a flange 134a of the adjustment member 130, which will be described later.

A second outer peripheral portion 124 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the second cover portion 121. The second outer peripheral portion 124 is formed as a circular convex stripe that is provided on the rear surface of the second cover portion 121. The second outer peripheral portion 124 faces radially outward and has an outer peripheral surface that extends in the wall front-rear direction with a predetermined width (thickness between the front surface and the rear surface). In this embodiment, the width of the outer peripheral surface is the same as the width of the inner peripheral surface. In addition, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the second outer peripheral portion 124 approximately matches the inner diameter of the first opening 113 so that the outer peripheral surface of the second outer peripheral portion 124 slides against the inner peripheral surface of the first inner peripheral portion 112 when the reduction member 120 is assembled to the fixed base 110. A flange 124a extending radially outward is provided on the outer periphery of the front side of the second outer peripheral portion 124. The flange 124a is arranged on a step 153 of the decorative member 150, which will be described later, and is configured to engage with the front surface of the decorative part 151 (or step 153).

The mounting portion 126 of the reduction member 120 is formed so as to protrude radially outward from the end portion on the rear side of the second outer periphery 124. The mounting portion 126 is provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the second outer periphery 124. The mounting portion 126 is a rectangular protrusion extending a predetermined length in the circumferential direction. The mounting portion 126 is configured to enter from the introduction passage 115a of the assembled portion 115 and move circumferentially over the locking claw 115d to the communication passage 115b. In addition, the corner on one side of the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 126 is chamfered, so that the movement from the introduction passage 115a to the communication passage 115b (moving over the locking claw 115d) is guided. On the other hand, because the corner on the other circumferential side of the mounting part 126 is not chamfered, the mounting part 126 is locked by the locking claw 115d, making it relatively difficult to move from the communication passage 115b to the introduction passage 115a (overcoming the locking claw 115d).

The reduction member 120 also has an attachment portion 125 on the inner circumferential surface of the second inner circumferential portion 122 so as to face into the second opening 123. The attachment portions 125 are provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the second inner circumferential portion 122. Each attachment portion 125 (inlet passage 125a) is located radially inside the attachment portion 126. The attachment portion 125 is configured to detachably attach the attachment portion 136 of the adjustment member 130. In other words, the attachment portion 125 and the attachment portion 136 are a second attachment means for detachably assembling the reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130. The reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130 are configured to be able to form and release the coupled state of the assembly part 136 and the assembly receiving part 125 by rotating relatively in the circumferential direction of the second opening 123 with the adjustment member 130 inserted in the second opening 123. More specifically, the assembly receiving part 125 is formed as an L-shaped groove recessed in the inner circumferential surface of the second inner circumferential part 122. The assembly receiving part 125 includes an introduction path 125a that opens on the front side and extends in the wall front-rear direction, and a communication path 125b that bends in an L-shape from the introduction path 125a on the rear side and extends in the circumferential direction. The introduction path 125a has a width that allows the assembly part 136 to enter from the wall front side. In addition, a restriction wall 125c is provided so as to close the front side of the communication path 125b. The restricting wall 125c is provided with a locking claw 125d that protrudes from the restricting wall 125c toward the communication passage 125b at a position adjacent to the introduction passage 125a. The locking claw 125d functions as a return stopper that locks the assembly part 136 with a certain degree of force after the assembly part 136 moves over the locking claw 125d and into the communication passage 125b.

The adjustment member 130 will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. Figure 10 is a perspective view of the adjustment member 130 as seen from above and below. Figures 11(a) to (e) are a plan view, a bottom view, a front view, a side view, and an F-F cross-sectional view of the adjustment member 130.

The adjustment member 130 has a ring shape with a front surface facing the front side of the wall and a rear surface facing the rear side of the wall. When assembled to the reduction member 120, the adjustment member 130 is configured to reduce the wall hole 12 and the second opening 123 to a size corresponding to the third corresponding mounting hole (smaller than the second corresponding mounting hole) of the third device 15". In other words, the adjustment member 130 forms a mounting hole on the inside of the wall hole 12 and the second opening 123 that corresponds to the third corresponding mounting hole of the third device 15". Although shown separately for convenience of explanation, the adjustment member 130 is a part of the reduction member 120 and includes a blocking member 140.

More specifically, the adjustment member 130 includes an assembly part 136 that is removably assembled to the mounting part 125 of the reduction member 120, a third cover part 131 that covers a part of the second opening 123 so as to reduce the second opening 123 when the assembly part 136 is assembled to the mounting part 125, and a third opening 133 that opens inside the third cover part 131 as a third corresponding mounting hole.

The third cover portion 131 is a portion that extends in an annular band shape with a predetermined width, and is configured to cover the outer peripheral portion of the second opening 123 over the entire circumferential direction. The outer diameter of this third cover portion 131 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the second opening 123, and the inner diameter is set within the range of the diameter of the third corresponding mounting hole (between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter) so as to correspond to the third corresponding mounting hole (which is smaller than the second corresponding mounting hole). This allows the third opening 133 to function as a third corresponding mounting hole for the third instrument 15".

A third inner peripheral portion 132 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the third cover portion 131. The third inner peripheral portion 132 is formed as a circular protrusion provided on the rear surface of the third cover portion 131. The third inner peripheral portion 132 faces the radial center and has an inner peripheral surface that extends in the front-rear direction of the wall by a predetermined width (thickness between the front and rear surfaces). The width of the third inner peripheral portion 132 in the front-rear direction of the wall forms the thickness of the periphery of the third opening 133. The third device 15" can be attached to the mounting hole by clamping the periphery of the third opening 133 (see FIG. 17(c)). The width of the third inner periphery 132 of the third opening 133 in the wall front-rear direction is set to be greater than the minimum wall thickness at which the third device 15" can be attached, and smaller than the maximum wall thickness at which the third device 15" can be attached. Furthermore, a step 132a is provided on the inner periphery of the front surface of the third inner periphery 132, which is recessed in a stepped shape over the entire circumferential direction. The step 132a is configured to accommodate the outer periphery of the blocking member 140 described below.

A third outer peripheral portion 134 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the third cover portion 131. The third outer peripheral portion 134 is formed as a circular protrusion provided on the rear surface of the third cover portion 131. The third outer peripheral portion 134 faces radially outward and has an outer peripheral surface that extends in the wall front-rear direction with a predetermined width (thickness between the front surface and the rear surface). In this embodiment, the width of the outer peripheral surface is the same as the width of the inner peripheral surface. In addition, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the third outer peripheral portion 134 approximately matches the inner diameter of the second opening 123 so that the outer peripheral surface of the third outer peripheral portion 134 slides against the inner peripheral surface of the second inner peripheral portion 122 when the adjustment member 130 is assembled to the reduction member 120 main body. And, a flange 134a extending radially outward is provided on the outer periphery of the front side of the third outer peripheral portion 134. The flange 134a is disposed on the step 122a of the reduction member 120 body and is configured to engage with the front surface of the second cover portion 121 (or the step 122a).

The mounting portion 136 of the adjustment member 130 is formed so as to protrude radially outward from the end portion on the rear side of the third outer periphery 134. The mounting portion 136 is provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the third outer periphery 134. The mounting portion 136 is a rectangular protrusion extending a predetermined length in the circumferential direction. The mounting portion 136 is configured to enter from the introduction passage 125a of the assembled portion 125 and move circumferentially over the locking claw 125d to the communication passage 125b. In addition, the corner on one side of the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 136 is chamfered, so that the movement from the introduction passage 125a to the communication passage 125b (overcoming the locking claw 125d) is guided. On the other hand, because the corner on the other circumferential side of the mounting part 136 is not chamfered, the mounting part 136 is locked by the locking claw 125d, making it relatively difficult to move from the communication passage 125b to the introduction passage 125a (overcoming the locking claw 125d).

The inner surface of the third inner peripheral portion 132 of the adjustment member 130 is provided with three position indicators 132b formed at the same circumferential position as the three mounting portions 136. The position indicators 132b are rectangular grooves. Since the position indicators 132b are visible through the third opening 133, the position of the mounting portions 136 can be grasped by the position indicators 132b when attaching or detaching the adjustment member 130 to the main body of the reduction member 120. In particular, when the indicators 121a of the second cover portion 121 and the position indicators 132b are arranged at the same circumferential position, the mounting portions 136 of the adjustment member 130 can be inserted into the mounting portion 125 (introduction passage 125a) of the reduction member 120.

The blocking member 140 will be described with reference to Figures 12 and 13. Figure 12 is a perspective view of the blocking member 140 as seen from above and below. Figures 13(a) to (e) are a plan view, a bottom view, a front view, a side view, and a G-G cross-sectional view of the blocking member 140.

The blocking member 140 has a disk shape with a front surface facing the front side of the wall and a rear surface facing the rear side of the wall. The blocking member 140 is configured to block the wall hole 12 and the third opening 133 when assembled to the main body of the adjustment member 130. The blocking member 140 has a diameter that can block the third opening 133. The blocking member 140 can also be interpreted as a part of the reduction member 120. In other words, the blocking member 140 is indirectly fixed to the reduction member 120 and can cooperate with the adjustment member 130 to block the second opening 123 of the reduction member 120. Alternatively, the assembly of the adjustment member 130 and the blocking member 140 can be regarded as a single blocking member.

The blocking member 140 includes a blocking portion 141 extending in a circular shape and an elastic locking piece 142 erected from the rear surface of the blocking portion 141. The locking piece 142 is formed as two protruding pieces at one location. The locking pieces 142 are formed at two locations near the periphery of the blocking portion 141 so as to face each other across the center. The locking pieces 142 have claws protruding radially outward and are configured to engage with the end surface of the third inner peripheral portion 132 of the adjustment member 130. That is, the blocking member 140 can be assembled to the adjustment member 130 by inserting and pushing the blocking member 140 into the third opening 133 of the adjustment member 130. On the other hand, a notch 143 is formed on the periphery of the blocking portion 141. With the blocking member 140 assembled to the adjustment member 130, the blocking member 140 can be pried open by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the notch 143.

The decorative member 150 will be described with reference to Figures 14 and 15. Figure 14 is a perspective view of the decorative member 150 as seen from above and below. Figures 15(a) to (e) are a plan view, a bottom view, a front view, a side view, and an H-H cross-sectional view of the decorative member 150.

The decorative member 150 has a ring shape with a front surface facing the front side of the wall and a rear surface facing the rear side of the wall. The decorative member 150 is assembled to the fixed base 110 and is configured to cover the front surface of the first cover portion 111 including the head of the screw 117b and its insertion hole. The decorative member 150 may be interpreted as a part of the fixed base 110. The decorative member 150 includes a decorative portion 151 having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the first cover portion 111 and a press-in protrusion 152 protruding in a pin shape from the rear surface of the decorative portion 151. A circular opening is formed on the radial inner side of the decorative portion 151 such that the decorative portion 151 does not reduce the first opening 113. The press-in protrusion 152 is a pin having a shape that can be press-fitted into the press-fit portion 119 of the fixed base 110. The press-in protrusions 152 are provided at three locations at equal intervals in the circumferential direction near the inner peripheral edge of the decorative portion 151. In addition, the front surface of the decorative portion 151 facing the wall surface is provided with an indicator 151a, which is a mark for circumferential alignment. The relative circumferential positions of the fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120 can be determined using the indicator 151a as a guide. In particular, when the indicator 151a and the indicator 121a of the reduction member 120 are arranged at the same circumferential position with the decorative member 150 assembled to the fixed base 110, the assembly portion 126 of the reduction member 120 can be inserted into the assembled portion 115 (introduction passage 115a) of the fixed base 110. Furthermore, an outer peripheral convex portion 151b protruding toward the rear surface side is formed on the outer periphery of the decorative portion 151. The outer peripheral convex portion 151b extends radially outward from the first cover portion 111 of the fixed base 110 and is configured to cover the outer peripheral end surface of the first cover portion 111 (see FIG. 3). The inner periphery of the front surface of the decorative portion 151 is provided with a stepped portion 153 that is recessed in a stepped shape over the entire circumferential direction. The stepped portion 153 is configured to accommodate the flange 124a of the reduction member 120. In other words, the decorative member 150 is attached to the fixed base 110, and covers and conceals the screw 117b and its insertion hole, thereby preventing the screw 117b and the insertion hole from detracting from the aesthetic appearance of the entire wall 11.

Based on the above explanation, the tool attachment support member 100 of this embodiment will be described in more detail.

In the assembled state of the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 of this embodiment, the fixed base 110, the reduction member 120, the adjustment member 130, the blocking member 140, and the decorative member 150 are assembled together without any gaps. As shown in FIG. 3, in the assembled state of the tool mounting auxiliary member 100, the flanges 124a, 134a and the outer periphery of the blocking portion 141 fit into the step portions 153, 122a, 132a, so that the front surface facing the wall surface is flush. As shown in FIG. 4, when the fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120 are assembled, the assembly portion 126 is disposed in the communication passage 115b of the assembly receiving portion 115, and the locking claw 115d restricts the movement of the assembly portion 126 into the introduction passage 115a. At this time, the mounting portion 126 is engaged with the restricting wall 115c from the front side, and the flange 124a is engaged with the step portion 153 (or the front surface of the first cover portion 111) from the rear side, so that the relative movement between the fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120 in the wall front-rear direction is restricted. In other words, when the device is attached, the fixed base 110 engages the reduction member 120 in the wall front-rear direction, preventing the reduction member 120 from moving in the wall rear direction. In addition, by forcibly rotating the fixed base 110 and the reduction member 120 relatively in one circumferential direction from this assembled state, the members are flexibly deformed, and the mounting portion 126 is moved into the introduction path 115a, so that the mounting portion 126 and the mounted portion 115 can be separated.

The reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130 are assembled in the same manner, and the assembly part 136 and the assembled part 125 are assembled together to restrict relative movement between the reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130 in the wall front-back direction. Similarly, by forcibly rotating the reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130 relative to each other in one circumferential direction from this assembled state, the assembly part 136 and the assembled part 125 can be separated while bending and deforming the members. In other words, the fixed base 110, the reduction member 120, and the adjustment member 130 are assembled to each other so that relative movement in both the wall back direction and the wall front direction is restricted, so that accompanying movement to the wall back when the tool is pushed in is prevented.

The blocking member 140 is attached to the adjustment member 130 to block the third opening 133. Furthermore, the decorative member 150 is attached to the front surface of the first cover portion 111 of the fixed base 110, covering and concealing the entire front surface. By selectively and independently removing any of the members from the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 in the assembled state, any of the first opening 113, second opening 123, and third opening 133 can be used as a tool mounting hole.

Figure 16 shows the mounting structure 10 of the tool mounting auxiliary member 100. In the mounting structure 10 of Figure 16, the reduction member 120 is removed from the tool mounting auxiliary member 100, and a first opening 113 is formed inside the wall hole 12 as a first corresponding mounting hole. As shown in Figure 16, a first tool 15 can be attached to the first opening 113.

Here, the configuration of the first fixture 15 will be described with reference to FIG. 16. The first fixture 15 includes a fixture body 16 that houses an electric light such as an LED bulb, and an annular flange 17 that extends laterally from the lower surface (illumination side end surface) of the fixture body 16. The fixture body 16 is formed in a cylindrical shape that becomes thinner as it approaches the tip on the back side of the wall. A pair of leaf spring-like elastic pieces 18 extend laterally from the base end of the back side of the flange 17 in the fixture body 16. The elastic pieces 18 extend at an angle close to the flange 17 and can elastically deform in a direction away from the flange 17 (upward). The elastic pieces 18 that have elastically deformed in the direction away from the flange 17 and the flange 17 can sandwich and hold a plate material of a predetermined thickness (the periphery of the mounting hole) by elastic force. In other words, the flange 17 and the elastic pieces 18 work together to function as a clamping part. The clamping portion of the first tool 15 has a minimum and maximum wall thickness that can be clamped, and can be attached to a plate material with a thickness between the minimum and maximum wall thicknesses. The first tool 15 can be easily attached by inserting the rear side portion into the mounting hole and pushing it against the wall. Note that the elastic piece of the clamping portion is not limited to a leaf spring, and may be a non-elastic member such as a claw.

The diameter of the first corresponding mounting hole of the first tool 15 is determined mainly by the mounting diameter of the part adjacent to the flange 17 of the tool body 16. If the mounting diameter of the tool body 16 is larger than the mounting hole, the first tool 15 cannot be inserted into the mounting hole and attached. On the other hand, even if the mounting diameter of the tool body 16 is smaller than the mounting hole, if the difference between the mounting diameter and the inner diameter of the mounting hole is large, the mounting hole cannot be covered by the flange 17 or cannot be clamped by the elastic piece 18, and similarly, the first tool 15 cannot be attached to the mounting hole. In other words, the first corresponding mounting hole is defined as a mounting hole of a predetermined range of diameters or sizes (having a maximum diameter and a minimum diameter) into which the first tool 15 can be attached.

The second device 15' (see FIG. 17(b)) and the third device 15" (see FIG. 17(c)) are miniaturized versions of the first device 15 and share a common configuration. Similarly, the second corresponding mounting hole and the third corresponding mounting hole are defined as mounting holes of a range of diameters or sizes (having a maximum diameter and a minimum diameter) to which the second device 15' and the third device 15" can be attached, respectively.

17(a) shows a configuration in which the first device 15 is attached to the mounting structure 10. As shown in FIG. 17(a), the wall 11 (the periphery of the wall hole 12) is clamped between the clamping body 118 and the flange 114a, so that the fixed base 110 is fixed to the wall hole 12. Only the decorative member 150 is attached to the fixed base 110, and the reduction member 120 is removed from the fixed base 110. Then, the wall hole 12 is reduced by the first cover portion 111, and a first opening 113 is formed inside the wall hole 12 as a first corresponding mounting hole. This first opening 113 has a size within the range of the maximum diameter and minimum diameter of the first corresponding mounting hole, and the first device 15 is attached to the first opening 113. The first inner periphery 112 has a width in the wall front-rear direction between the minimum wall thickness and the maximum wall thickness at which the tool 15 can be attached, and this allows the elastic piece 18 of the first tool 15 to be pressed against the periphery of the first opening 113 (the rear surface of the first inner periphery 112). In this way, the first inner periphery 112 ensures a wall thickness at which the first tool 15 can be attached, so that it can become a clamped part that is clamped by the clamping part of the first tool 15 regardless of the actual thickness of the wall 11. However, the clamping part (leaf spring) of the first tool 15 may be configured to clamp the wall 11 directly, rather than the rear surface of the fixed base 110.

17(b) shows a configuration in which the second device 15' is attached to the mounting structure 10. As shown in FIG. 17(b), the second device 15' is one size smaller than the first device 15. In other words, the maximum diameter of the second corresponding mounting hole of the second device 15' is smaller than the minimum diameter of the first corresponding mounting hole of the first device 15. As shown in FIG. 17(b), the wall 11 (the periphery of the wall hole 12) is clamped between the clamping body 118 and the flange 114a, so that the fixing base 110 is fixed to the wall hole 12. In addition, the reduction member 120 and the decorative member 150 are assembled to the fixing base 110, and the adjustment member 130 is removed from the reduction member 120. Then, the wall hole 12 is further reduced by both the first cover portion 111 and the second cover portion 121, and a second opening 123 is formed inside the wall hole 12 as a second corresponding mounting hole. The second opening 123 has a size within the range of the maximum and minimum diameters of the second corresponding mounting hole, and the second device 15' is attached to the second opening 123. The second inner peripheral portion 122 has a width in the wall front-rear direction between the minimum wall thickness and the maximum wall thickness at which the second device 15' can be attached, and thus the elastic piece 18 of the second device 15' is pressed against the periphery of the second opening 123 (the rear surface of the second inner peripheral portion 122). In this way, since the second inner peripheral portion 122 ensures a wall thickness at which the second device 15' can be attached, it can become a clamped portion that is clamped by the clamping portion of the second device 15' regardless of the actual thickness of the wall 11. However, the clamping portion (leaf spring) of the second device 15' may be configured to directly clamp the fixed base 110 or the wall 11, rather than the rear surface of the reduction member 120.

Figure 17 (c) shows a configuration in which a third device 15'' is attached to the mounting structure 10. As shown in Figure 17 (c), the third device 15'' is one size smaller than the second device 15'. In other words, the maximum diameter of the third corresponding mounting hole of the third device 15" is smaller than the minimum diameter of the second corresponding mounting hole of the second device 15'. As shown in FIG. 17(c), the wall 11 (the periphery of the wall hole 12) is clamped between the clamping body 118 and the flange 114a, thereby fixing the fixed base 110 to the wall hole 12. The reducing member 120 and the decorative member 150 are assembled to the fixed base 110, and the adjustment member 130 is assembled to the reducing member 120. The first covering portion 111, the second covering portion 121 and the third covering portion 131 work together to further reduce the wall hole 12, and a third opening 133 is formed inside the wall hole 12 as a third corresponding mounting hole. This third opening 133 has a size within the range of the maximum and minimum diameters of the third corresponding mounting hole, and the third device 15" is attached to the third opening 133. The third inner periphery 132 has a width in the front-rear direction between the minimum and maximum wall thicknesses at which the device 15" can be attached, and this allows the elastic piece 18 of the third device 15" to be pressed against the periphery of the third opening 133 (the rear surface of the third inner periphery 132). In this way, since the third inner periphery 132 ensures a wall thickness at which the third device 15" can be attached, it can become a clamped portion that is clamped by the clamping portion of the third device 15" regardless of the actual thickness of the wall 11. However, the clamping portion (leaf spring) of the third device 15" may be configured to directly clamp the fixed base 110, the reduction member 120, or the wall 11, rather than the rear surface of the adjustment member 130.

Figure 18 shows the mounting structure 10 in a state where no appliance is attached or where the appliance has been removed. As shown in Figure 18, the wall 11 (the periphery of the wall hole 12) is clamped between the clamping body 118 and the flange 114a, thereby fixing the fixing base 110 to the wall hole 12. All of the components, the reduction member 120, the adjustment member 130, the blocking member 140 and the decorative member 150, are assembled to the fixing base 110. In this way, when there is no need to attach an appliance, the wall hole 12 is completely blocked, so the aesthetic appearance of the entire wall 11 can be maintained.

Next, we will explain how to construct the mounting structure 10 by installing the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 in the wall hole 12.

As shown in FIG. 19, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 in the assembled state is grasped, and the rear surface of the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 is inserted into the wall hole 12 from the wall surface side, with the rear surface facing the wall hole 12. At this time, the decorative member 150 is removed from the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 in the assembled state, and the clamping body 118 of the fixed base 110 is rotated in the circumferential direction to deform so as not to interfere with the periphery of the wall hole 12. Next, the erected portion 117 and the first outer peripheral portion 114 are inserted into the wall hole 12, and the flange 114a (hanging portion) is applied to the surface of the wall 11. The tool mounting auxiliary member 100 can be positioned by applying the flange 114a (hanging portion) to the surface of the wall 11 and sliding the outer surface of the first outer peripheral portion 114 against the inner surface of the wall hole 12. In this state, as shown in FIG. 20(a), the screw 117b is rotated in the first direction with a driver, and the clamping body 118 is rotated so as to protrude radially outward. By rotating the clamping bodies 118 at other locations so that they protrude radially outward, the clamping bodies 118 can be caught on the back surface of the wall 11, and the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 can be temporarily held in the wall hole 12. Furthermore, by rotating the screw 117b in the first direction with a driver, the clamping body 118 is driven in a direction approaching the wall 11, as shown in FIG. 20(b). The screw 117b is rotated in the first direction until the wall 11 is clamped between the clamping body 118 and the flange 114a. By performing the same operation for all locations, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 can be fixed to the wall hole 12 by the clamping means. Then, the decorative member 150 is assembled to the fixed base 110 from the wall surface side so that the press-in projection 152 of the decorative member 150 is pressed into the press-in portion 119 of the fixed base 110. This results in the mounting structure 10 in a state in which the wall hole 12 is completely blocked.

Next, a process of selectively forming a mounting hole inside the wall hole 12 according to the type or size of the mounting tool from the mounting structure 10 in a state where the wall hole 12 is completely blocked will be described. As shown in FIG. 21(a), when the mounting tool is the first tool 15, the user can rotate the reduction member 120 from the front side of the wall to remove the reduction member 120 from the fixed base 110 and form the first opening 113 corresponding to the first corresponding mounting hole. As shown in FIG. 21(b), when the mounting tool is the second tool 15', the user can rotate the adjustment member 130 from the front side of the wall to remove the adjustment member 130 from the reduction member 120 and form the second opening 123 corresponding to the second corresponding mounting hole. As shown in FIG. 21(c), if the fixture to be attached is the third fixture 15", the user can pry open and remove the blocking member 140 from the front side of the wall with a screwdriver to form a third opening 133 corresponding to the third corresponding mounting hole. In this way, a mounting hole can be appropriately provided inside the wall hole 12 depending on the type or size of the fixture to be attached. Note that here, the decorative member 150 is not attached to the fixed base 110, but the same operations as described above are possible regardless of whether the decorative member 150 is present or not.

The above-mentioned method of constructing the mounting structure 10 is merely one example, and it goes without saying that other processes may be used. For example, if the type or size of the instrument to be mounted is predetermined, any member may first be selectively separated from the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100, and then the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100 may be fixed to the wall hole 12. In addition, after removing the reduction member 120 from the fixed base 110 from the front side of the wall, the adjustment member 130 or the blocking member 140 may be selectively removed from the reduction member 120, and then the reduction member 120 may be reassembled from the front side of the wall to the fixed base 110.

In other words, the reduction member 120 and the adjustment member 130 can be assembled to the fixed base 110 fixed to the wall 11 by operating from the front side of the wall, and can also be removed from the assembled state by operating from the front side of the wall, so that even after the mounting structure 10 has been constructed, the assembly members can be easily changed or selected.

The following describes the effects of the tool attachment support member 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

According to the present embodiment, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 is configured to form mounting holes for mounting tools by its openings 113, 123, and 133. The tool mounting auxiliary member 100 includes a fixed base 110 having a first opening 113 that opens as a first corresponding mounting hole of the first tool 15, and a reduction member 120 that is detachably assembled to the fixed base 110 and has a second opening 123 that opens as a second corresponding mounting hole of the second tool 15' inside the first opening 113. As a result, when the first tool 15 is installed on the wall 11, the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 is installed in the wall hole 12 with the reduction member 120 removed from the fixed base 110, thereby forming a first opening 113 that corresponds to the first corresponding mounting hole inside the wall hole 12, and the first tool 15 can be attached to the first opening 113 of the fixed base 110. On the other hand, when a second instrument 15' having a second corresponding mounting hole different from the first instrument 15 is to be installed on the wall 11, the instrument installation auxiliary member 100 is installed on the wall hole 12 with the reduction member 120 attached to the fixed base 110, and a second opening 123 corresponding to the second corresponding mounting hole is formed inside the wall hole 12, and the second instrument 15' can be installed on the second opening 123 of the reduction member 120. Furthermore, by adding the adjustment member 130 and the blocking member 140 to the reduction member 120, it is also possible to install a third instrument 15" corresponding to the third corresponding mounting hole, and when no instrument is installed, the wall hole 12 can be completely blocked to prevent deterioration of the aesthetic appearance of the entire wall 11. Therefore, the instrument installation auxiliary member 100 of this embodiment reduces the wall hole 12 to a plurality of different sizes, making it possible to install different instruments 15, 15', 15" having different corresponding mounting holes on the wall hole 12.

[Modification]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible. Modifications of the present invention will be described below. In each modification, components indicated by three digits that have the same last two digits have the same or similar characteristics unless otherwise specified, and the description thereof will be omitted.

(1) In the instrument mounting auxiliary member of the present invention, in order to simplify the configuration, one or more of the adjustment member, the blocking member, and the decorative member may be omitted from the instrument mounting auxiliary member. The instrument mounting auxiliary member 100-1 shown in FIG. 22 has a simpler configuration than the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100 of the above embodiment, and is provided with a fixed base 110, a reduction member 120, a blocking member 140', and a decorative member 150. That is, in the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100-1, the adjustment member is omitted, and instead, a blocking member 140' with a larger diameter that blocks the second opening 123 of the reduction member 120 is used. Similarly, the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100-1 of this embodiment allows different instruments 15, 15' having different corresponding mounting holes to be mounted on a wall. Note that the blocking member 140' may be added as one of the selection members to the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100 of the above embodiment. In other words, the reduction member of the present invention is a component that, in addition to forming the second opening, can include multiple selection members in a detachable manner.

(2) In the tool mounting auxiliary member of the present invention, instead of the decorative member, the reduction member may be configured to have a decorative portion that covers all or part of the portion exposed on the wall surface side. The tool mounting auxiliary member 100-2 shown in FIG. 23 is configured such that the decorative member is integrally formed with the adjustment member, which is a part of the reduction member, compared to the tool mounting auxiliary member 100 of the above embodiment. The tool mounting auxiliary member 100-2 comprises a fixed base 110, a reduction member 120, an adjustment member 130', and a blocking member 140. The adjustment member 130' comprises a decorative portion 138 configured to cover and hide the entire front surface of the portion (first cover portion 111, second cover portion 121, and third cover portion 131) of the fixed base 110 that is exposed on the wall surface side when the third opening 133 is open. In other words, the reduction member 120 has a decorative portion 138 configured to cover and conceal the entire portion of the fixed base 110 exposed on the wall surface side when assembled to the fixed base 110. Although not shown, the decorative portion may be integrally provided on the reduction member 120 or the blocking member 140. Note that the adjustment member 130' may be added to the tool attachment auxiliary member 100 as one of the optional members.

(3) The instrument mounting auxiliary member of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and each component may have various shapes and dimensions depending on the shape of the instrument. The instrument mounting auxiliary member 100-3 shown in Figure 24 is configured so that the reduction member has a rectangular opening, as compared to the instrument mounting auxiliary member 100 of the above embodiment. Also, the fourth fixture 15"' shown in FIG. 24 is a square downlight, and requires a square fourth corresponding mounting hole for mounting. That is, the fixture mounting auxiliary member 100-3 comprises a fixed base 110 and a second reducing member 120'. The second reducing member 120' has a fourth cover portion 121' and a rectangular fourth opening 123' as the fourth corresponding mounting hole. That is, by assembling the second reducing member 120' to the fixed base 110, the mounting hole can be changed from round to square. Therefore, with this fixture mounting auxiliary member 100-3, it is possible to change not only the size of the fixture, but also the shape of the mounting hole to match the shape of the fixture.

In addition to the first reducing member 120, the second reducing member 120' may be added as one of the selectable members to the tool attachment auxiliary member 100 of the above embodiment. In other words, the reducing member may be composed of two selectable types of reducing members. That is, the reducing member may include the first reducing member 120 that forms the circular second opening 123 and the second reducing member 120' that forms the rectangular fourth opening 123'. With this configuration, the user can select one of the two types of reducing members according to the type of tool (round or square) and reliably attach the tool. Furthermore, the shape of the third opening of the adjustment member may be changed, and the adjustment member may be composed of multiple adjustment members with different opening shapes.

(4) In the instrument mounting auxiliary member of the present invention, one or more adjustment members having an opening smaller than the third opening, rather than a blocking member, may be further assembled in a nested manner to the third opening of the adjustment member of the reduction member. In other words, the number of stages of the assembly member can be increased as necessary to increase the number or types of compatible corresponding mounting holes, without being limited to the number of stages (three stages) in the above embodiment.

(5) In the instrument mounting auxiliary member of the present invention, the assembly means of the assembly member (the form of the assembly part and the assembled part) is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be selected from any assembly means. For example, the inner surface of the inner periphery of the opening of the fixed base (or the reduction member) may be a female thread, and the outer periphery of the reduction member (or the adjustment member) may be a male thread, and both may be attached and detached by screw rotation. In addition, the assembly means may be selected from any means such as pasting, adhesion, fitting, locking, and magnetic attachment.

(6) In the above embodiment, the shapes of the openings 113, 123, and 133 are similar to the outer edge shapes of the flanges 114a, 124a, and 134a, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the shapes of the openings 113, 123, and 133 may be different. For example, the outer edge shapes of the flanges 114a, 124a, and 134a may be rectangular, and the shapes of the openings 113, 123, and 133 may be circular.

(7) In the above embodiment, the fixing part is configured as a clamping means, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the fixing part may be selected from any means such as screwing, pasting, adhesion, fitting, locking, magnetic attachment, etc.

(8) In the above embodiment, the first opening of the fixed base, the second opening of the reduction member, and the third opening of the adjustment member are all configured to reduce in a concentric manner, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the openings may be configured to reduce while shifting their centers.
