Claims (19)
- 第1端面および第2端面を有する金属板の前記第1端面と前記第2端面とが互いに対向するように、前記金属板を円筒形状に成形してなる円筒部材と、
前記第1端面と前記第2端面とを接着する非金属の接着部材と、を備え、
前記第1端面と前記円筒部材の内周面との境界と前記第2端面と前記円筒部材の内周面との境界の間の距離は、前記第1端面と前記円筒部材の外周面との境界と前記第2端面と前記円筒部材の外周面との境界の間の距離よりも大きく、
前記接着部材が、前記第1端面の第1部分と前記第2端面の第2部分との間に設けられており、前記第1部分と前記第2部分とが非平行であり、
前記接着部材は、前記円筒部材の内周面の一部に接着している円筒体。 - 前記第1端面の第3部分と前記第2端面の第4部分とが接触しており、前記円筒部材の径方向における前記第1端面と前記第2端面とが互いに接触する接触領域の長さは、前記円筒部材の厚さの50%以上である、請求項1に記載の円筒体。
- 第1端面および第2端面を有する金属板の前記第1端面と前記第2端面とが互いに対向するように、前記金属板を円筒形状に成形してなる円筒部材と、
前記第1端面と前記第2端面とを接着する非金属の接着部材と、を備え、
前記第1端面と前記円筒部材の内周面との境界と前記第2端面と前記円筒部材の内周面との境界の間の距離は、前記第1端面と前記円筒部材の外周面との境界と前記第2端面と前記円筒部材の外周面との境界の間の距離よりも大きく、
前記接着部材が、前記第1端面の第1部分と前記第2端面の第2部分との間に設けられており、前記接着部材が、前記円筒部材の内周面の一部に接着しており、前記第1端面の第3部分と前記第2端面の第4部分とが接触している円筒体。 - 前記円筒部材の径方向において、前記接着部材と、前記第1端面と前記第2端面とが互いに接触する接触領域と、が並んでいる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材の径方向における前記第1端面と前記第2端面とが互いに接触する接触領域の長さは、前記第1端面と前記第2端面の間での前記径方向における前記接着部材の長さよりも大きい、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記接触領域の前記長さは、前記接着部材の前記長さの2倍以上かつ4倍以下である、請求項5に記載の円筒体。
- 前記接触領域の前記長さは、前記円筒部材の周方向における前記第1端面と前記第2端面の間での前記接着部材の幅よりも大きい、請求項5または6に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材の周方向における前記第1端面と前記第2端面の間での前記接着部材の幅は、前記円筒部材の径方向における前記第1端面と前記第2端面の間での前記接着部材の長さよりも小さい、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材の外周面を覆う非金属の付加部材を備え、前記円筒部材の径方向において、前記接着部材と前記付加部材との間に前記第1端面および前記第2端面が位置する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材の内径と外径との差は1mm以上かつ4mm以下であり、前記接触領域の前記長さは0.5mm以上かつ1.5mm以下であり、前記接着部材の前記長さは0.1mm以上かつ0.5mm以下であり、前記接着部材の前記幅は0.1mm以上かつ0.5mm以下である、請求項7に記載の円筒体。
- 前記接着部材は、硬化した樹脂接着剤または無機接着剤である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材は、鉄、銅、マグネシウムまたはアルミニウムのいずれかである金属を含む金属含有部を有し、前記接着部材は、前記金属含有部または前記金属含有部を覆う前記金属の化合物の膜に接している、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 前記円筒部材は、前記円筒部材の軸方向に第3端面および第4端面を有し、
前記第3端面と前記第4端面との間の距離は、前記円筒部材の外径よりも大きい、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。 - 前記接着部材は、前記第3端面および前記第4端面から離れて配置されている、請求項13に記載の円筒体。
- 前記接着部材は、第1接着部材と、第2接着部材と、を含み、
前記第1接着部材と前記第2接着部材は不連続であり、
前記第1接着部材は、前記第3端面から離れて配置されており、前記第2接着部材は、前記第4端面から離れて配置されている、請求項13に記載の円筒体。 - 前記円筒部材における前記第3端面および前記第4端面の少なくとも一方には凹凸が設けられている、請求項13乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の円筒体と、
機械部品、光学部品および電子部品の少なくともいずれかと、を備える機器。 - 前記円筒体に固定された機械装置を備え、前記機械装置は、前記円筒部材の軸を回転中心にして前記円筒体が回転するように設けられている、請求項17に記載の機器。
- 前記円筒体は、物品を搬送する搬送ローラーである、請求項17または18に記載の機器。
