Description

The present invention relates to a double floor.

In double floors used in architectural structures such as apartment buildings, the flooring is supported by multiple support legs erected on the floor slab. This type of double floor allows the space under the floor to be used as a piping route, and makes it difficult for impact sounds generated on the top surface of the flooring by walking or falling objects to be transmitted through the floor slab to rooms on the floor below.

The double floor described above has multiple wall edge support legs erected in the wall edge areas of the floor slab and multiple central support legs erected in the central area of the floor slab, and the wall edge support legs and central support legs are each erected on the floor slab via elastic members. Furthermore, the double floor described above has wooden edge joists supported by each wall edge support leg, and the edge joists and each central support leg support the floor material (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the conventional double flooring mentioned above, the distance between adjacent wall-side support legs is set to approximately 0.3m to 0.6m, and the distance between adjacent central support legs is set to approximately 0.4m to 0.6m. In this configuration, the area of flooring supported by one wall-side support leg is significantly smaller than the area of flooring supported by one central support leg. Therefore, the weight supported by one wall-side support leg is significantly smaller than the weight supported by one central support leg.

The smaller the weight that the support legs that support the flooring bear, the higher the resonant frequency of the support legs. In conventional double flooring, the weight that the support legs bear is small, so there is a problem that the soundproofing effect of the wall-side areas is reduced.
Furthermore, if the spacing between adjacent wall support legs is increased, the weight that each wall support leg can bear will increase, but this will cause the wooden edge joists to bend more and the flooring to sink more.

The present invention aims to solve the above problems and provide a double flooring that makes it difficult for impact sounds generated on the upper surface of the flooring material to be transmitted in both the central area and wall edge areas of the floor slab.

In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a double floor, comprising a plurality of central support legs erected in the central region of the upper surface of a floor slab, and a plurality of wall-side support legs erected in the wall-side region of the upper surface of the floor slab. The double floor also comprises edge joists made of steel or aluminum alloy supported by each of the wall-side support legs, and flooring supported by the edge joists and each of the central support legs. The wall-side support legs comprise a support column extending in the vertical direction, a support member provided at the upper end of the support column, and a screw member protruding upward from the upper end surface of the support column. The support member has an axial cross section formed in a U-shape, the edge joists are fitted into the support member, and the upper end surface of the support column is attached to the lower surface of the support member. The screw member is inserted into the support member, and a tool insertion recess is formed on the upper end surface of the screw member, and the height of the support column can be adjusted by rotating the screw member around the axis. The edge joist has a hole penetrating in the vertical direction, and the screw member is inserted into the hole. The central support leg and the side support leg are each erected on the floor slab via an elastic member. In each side support leg supporting one edge joist, the interval between adjacent side support legs is set to be larger than the interval between adjacent central support legs, and the interval between adjacent side support legs is set to be 1 m or more and 2 m or less.

In the double floor of the present invention, the spacing between each wall-side support leg that supports a single edge joist is large, so the weight borne by each wall-side support leg is large. As a result, the resonant frequency of the wall-side support leg is lower, making it difficult for impact sounds to be transmitted to both the central area and the wall-side area of the floor slab.
In addition, in the double flooring of the present invention, the edge joists are made of steel or aluminum alloy, and have high rigidity. Therefore, even if the interval between the adjacent wall edge supports is increased, the deflection of the edge joists can be kept small, and thus the sinking of the flooring material can be suppressed.

In the double floor described above, by providing a weight member to the wall-side support leg and adjusting the weight borne by each wall-side support leg, the resonant frequency of the wall-side support leg can be easily adjusted.

In the double floor of the present invention , the height of the edge joist can be easily adjusted by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the hole from above the edge joist, fitting the tip of the tool into the tool insertion recess, and rotating the screw member.

In the double flooring described above, by providing a weight member to the wall-side support leg and adjusting the weight borne by each wall-side support leg, the resonant frequency of the wall-side support leg can be easily adjusted. At this time, by inserting the screw member through the weight member, the weight member can be easily and compactly attached to the wall-side support leg.

In the double flooring described above, it is preferable to increase the soundproofing effect by setting the resonance frequency of the wall-side support legs and the central support leg to 30 Hz or less.

In the double floor of the present invention, the resonance frequency of the wall-side support legs is lowered, making it difficult for impact sounds to be transmitted to both the central area and the wall-side area of the floor slab, thereby improving the soundproofing effect. In addition, in the double floor of the present invention, since the edge joists are made of steel or aluminum alloy, sinking of the floor material can be suppressed even if the distance between adjacent wall-side support legs is increased.

Specifically, the distance L3, L4 between adjacent wall-side support legs 20, 20 is 1 m or more and 2 m or less. The distance L3, L4 between adjacent wall-side support legs 20, 20 is preferably 1.2 m or more and 2.0 m or less, and more preferably 1.7 m or more and 2.0 m or less.
Furthermore, the distances L1, L2 between adjacent central support legs 10, 10 are not less than 0.4 m and not more than 0.7 m.

In the double floor 1A, the distances L3, L4 between adjacent wall-side support legs 20, 20 are set so that the weight of the floor material 40 borne by the wall-side support leg 20 is approximately the same as the weight of the floor material 40 borne by the central support leg 10.
Furthermore, in the double floor 1A, the distances L1, L2 between adjacent central support legs 10, 10 and the distances L3, L4 between adjacent wall support legs 20, 20 are set so that the resonance frequencies of the central support leg 10 and the wall support leg 20 are 30 Hz or less.

In the above double floor 1A, as shown in Fig. 1, the spacing between each of the wall-side support legs 20 supporting one edge joist 30 is large, so the weight borne by each wall-side support leg 20 is large, and as a result, the resonance frequency of the wall-side support legs 20 is low, making it difficult for impact sounds to be transmitted to both the central region 2A and the wall-side region 2B of the floor slab 2. Furthermore, by setting the resonance frequency of the central support leg and the wall-side support leg to 30 Hz or less, the soundproofing effect can be improved.
In addition, in the double floor 1A of the first embodiment, the edge joists 30 are made of steel or aluminum alloy, and have high rigidity. Therefore, even if the interval between each wall support leg 20 supporting one edge joist 30 is increased, the deflection of the edge joists 30 can be kept small, and thus the sinking of the floor material 40 can be suppressed.

In the first embodiment of the double flooring 1A, as shown in FIG. 3, the height of the edge joist 30 can be easily adjusted by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the hole 31 from above the edge joist 30, fitting the tip of the tool into the tool insertion recess 25, and rotating the screw member 23.

Next, a comparison of the soundproofing effects of the double floor 1A of the present invention and the conventional double floor 100 will be described.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing the intervals between the central support legs 10 and the wall-side support legs 20 in the double floor 1A of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing the intervals between the central support legs 10 and the wall-side support legs 20 in the conventional double floor 100. Fig. 8 is a graph comparing the results of measuring the impedance level of the upper surface of the floor slab 2 when the upper surface of the floor material is vibrated in the double floor 1A of the present invention (see Fig. 7) and the conventional double floor 100 (see Fig. 8). Note that the higher the impedance level, the smaller the impact sound transmitted to the floor slab 2.
As shown in Fig. 8, when vibrations of a frequency of 63 Hz were applied to the floor material 40 as vibrations caused by walking or dropped objects, the impedance level of the double floor 1A of the present invention was about 4.5 dB higher than the impedance level of the conventional double floor 100. In other words, it was found that the double floor 1A of the present invention has a higher soundproofing effect than the conventional double floor 100.

In the double floor 1B of the second embodiment, by providing the wall-side support legs 20 with weight members 60 and adjusting the weight borne by each wall-side support leg 20, the resonant frequency of the wall-side support legs 20 can be easily adjusted.
Furthermore, by inserting the screw member 23 through the central hole 61 of the weight member 60 , the weight member 60 can be attached to the wall-side support leg 20 easily and compactly.
In addition, as shown in Figure 9, the height of the edge joist 30 can be easily adjusted by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the hole portion 31 and the central hole 61 of the weight member 60 from above the edge joist 30, fitting the tip of the tool into the tool insertion recess 25, and rotating the screw member 23.
