Description

The present invention relates to a piggyback device that is used, for example, when carrying a person who requires care or is ill.

In the past, baby carriers for carrying sick people, etc., have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The baby carrier described in Patent Document 1 includes a sheet-like baby carrier body (2) and multiple straps extending from both the left and right ends of the baby carrier body. When using the baby carrier, the baby carrier body is folded back to cover the back, waist, buttocks, and abdomen of the person being carried, and the multiple straps extending from the left and right sides of the baby carrier body are placed on the shoulders and waist of the person carrying the person. In the above-mentioned conventional baby carriers, most of the weight of the person being carried is received around the buttocks. This can result in a large burden on the person being carried. In addition, the width from the part covering the buttocks to the part covering the crotch is relatively narrow, making it easy for the baby carrier to sway sideways. As a result, the safety of the person being carried could not be guaranteed, and the lateral swaying increased the burden on the person carrying the bag. In addition, the multiple straps extending from the left and right sides were designed to be connected in front of the carrier's body via buckles or the like, but it was difficult to know which straps to connect, making the task of connecting the straps cumbersome.

The present invention was conceived under these circumstances, and its main objective is to provide a baby carrier that is suitable for reducing the burden on the user.

In a preferred embodiment, the first belt has a first belt piece extending from the first region and having the first connecting portion attached thereto, and a second belt piece extending from the third region and having the second connecting portion attached thereto, the second belt has a third belt piece extending from the first region and having the third connecting portion attached thereto, and a fourth belt piece extending from the second region and having the fourth connecting portion attached thereto, the first belt piece and the second belt piece having the same color or pattern, and the third belt piece and the fourth belt piece having the same color or pattern that is different from the color or pattern of the first belt piece and the second belt piece.

In a preferred embodiment, the first and second connecting portions are of the same color or pattern, and the third and fourth connecting portions are of the same color or pattern that is different from the color or pattern of the first and second connecting portions.

In a preferred embodiment, the first belt, the second belt, the third belt, the fourth belt and the fifth belt are each adjustable in length.

In a preferred embodiment, the third belt has a detachable fifth link and a detachable sixth link.

In a preferred embodiment, the fourth belt has a removable seventh and eighth connection, and the fifth belt has a removable ninth and tenth connection.

In a preferred embodiment, an elastically deformable cushioning material is provided at one end of the second region and the third region in the first direction, and at the other end of the first region in the first direction.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Figures 1 to 3 show an example of a baby carrier according to the present invention. The baby carrier A1 of this embodiment comprises a first seat body 1, a second seat body 2, a first belt 31, a second belt 32, a third belt 33, a fourth belt 34, a fifth belt 35, and cushioning materials 71 to 75. The baby carrier A1 is used, for example, when carrying a person who needs care or a sick person on one's back.

In the explanation of the piggyback carrying tool A1, the up-down direction in FIG. 1 is called the "first direction y". The left-right direction in FIG. 1 that is perpendicular to the first direction y is called the "second direction x". In addition, for convenience in the explanation of the piggyback carrying tool A1, the lower side in FIG. 1 is called the "first direction one side y1" and the upper side in FIG. 1 is called the "first direction other side y2". The left side in FIG. 1 is called the "second direction one side x1" and the right side in FIG. 1 is called the "second direction other side x2".

The first sheet body 1 includes a first region 11, a second region 12, and a third region 13. The first region 11 is generally rectangular along the first direction y and the second direction x, and is a portion that covers the back, waist, and buttocks of the person being carried (carrier). The second region 12 and the third region 13 are connected to the first region 11 on one side y1 in the first direction. The second region 12 and the third region 13 each extend on one side y1 in the first direction. The second region 12 and the third region 13 are also spaced apart from each other in the second direction x. The second region 12 is located on one side x1 in the second direction, and the third region 13 is located on the other side x2 in the second direction. The second region 12 and the third region 13 are portions that cover the thighs of both legs of the carrier.

There are no clear boundaries between the first region 11 and the second region 12, and between the first region 11 and the third region 13, but in Figures 1 to 3, the boundary positions between the first region 11 and the second region 12 and the boundary positions between the first region 11 and the third region 13 are shown by virtual lines. As shown in Figure 3, a reflective sheet 14 is attached to an appropriate location in the first region 11. The first sheet body 1 (first region 11, second region 12, and third region 13) configured as described above is made of a flexible material with a predetermined strength, for example, a fabric made of polyester fiber material.

The second sheet body 2 is fixed to the first region 11 and is a strip extending in the first direction y. In this embodiment, the end of the second sheet body 2 on the other side y2 in the first direction is sewn to the first region 11 near the other side y2 in the first direction and at a position approximately in the center in the second direction x. As a result, the end of the second sheet body 2 is firmly fixed to the first region 11. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the second sheet body 2 has a constant width in the second direction x and extends elongatedly in the first direction y. The second sheet body 2 extends beyond the first region 11 on the one side y1 in the first direction, and the end of the second sheet body 2 on the one side x1 in the second direction reaches the vicinity of the end of the second region 12 and the third region 13 on the one side y1 in the first direction. The second sheet body 2 is a portion that covers the hips, crotch and abdomen of the person wearing the backpack. The second sheet body 2 configured as described above is made of a flexible material having a predetermined strength, for example, a fabric made of polyester fiber material.

The first belt 31 and the second belt 32 are used to hang on both shoulders of a person carrying a person on their back when using the baby carrier A1. The first belt 31 detachably connects the first region 11 and the third region 13. The first belt 31 connects a portion of the first region 11 on the second side x1 in the second direction on the other side y2 in the first direction to a portion of the third region 13 on the other side x2 in the second direction. In this embodiment, the first belt 31 has a first belt piece 311, a first connecting portion 312, a second belt piece 313, a second connecting portion 314, and a shoulder pad portion 315.

The first belt piece 311 is a flexible strap member, and extends from the first region 11. In the illustrated example, the end of the first region 11 on the other side y2 in the first direction (hereinafter referred to as the "upper end 111" as appropriate) is sewn in a bag shape. The base end side of the first belt piece 311 is housed on one side x1 in the second direction of the upper end 111. The base end side of the first belt piece 311 is fixed to the first region 11, for example, by sewing. The first connecting portion 312 is attached to the tip side of the first belt piece 311.

The second belt piece 313 is a flexible strap member, and extends from the third region 13. In the illustrated example, the end of the third region 13 on one side y1 in the first direction (hereinafter referred to as the "lower end 131" as appropriate) is sewn in a bag shape. The base end side of the second belt piece 313 is housed in the lower end 131. The second connecting portion 314 is attached to the tip side of the second belt piece 313.

The first connecting portion 312 and the second connecting portion 314 are, for example, so-called plug-in buckle type connectors, and are detachably connected. The attachment position of the first connecting portion 312 relative to the first belt piece 311 can be changed by sliding the first connecting portion 312 in the longitudinal direction of the first belt piece 311. This makes the length of the first belt piece 311 (first belt 31) adjustable. In this embodiment, the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 are of the same color or pattern. The shoulder pad portion 315 is cylindrical and fitted onto the first belt piece 311.

The second belt 32 detachably connects the first region 11 and the second region 12. The second belt 32 connects a portion of the first region 11 on the other side y2 in the first direction, which is the other side x2 in the second direction, to a portion of the second region 12 on the one side x1 in the second direction. In this embodiment, the second belt 32 has a third belt piece 321, a third connecting portion 322, a fourth belt piece 323, a fourth connecting portion 324, and a shoulder pad portion 325.

The third belt piece 321 is a flexible strap member and extends from the first region 11. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the third belt piece 321 is housed on the other side x2 in the second direction of the upper end portion 111. The base end side of the third belt piece 321 is fixed to the first region 11, for example, by sewing. The third connecting portion 322 is attached to the tip side of the third belt piece 321.

The fourth belt piece 323 is a flexible strap member, and extends from the second region 12. In the illustrated example, the end of the second region 12 on one side y1 in the first direction (hereinafter referred to as the "lower end 121" as appropriate) is sewn in a bag shape. The base end side of the fourth belt piece 323 is housed in the lower end 121. The fourth connecting portion 324 is attached to the tip side of the fourth belt piece 323.

The third connecting portion 322 and the fourth connecting portion 324 are, for example, plug-in buckle type connectors, and are detachably connected. The attachment position of the third connecting portion 322 relative to the third belt piece 321 can be changed by sliding the third connecting portion 322 in the longitudinal direction of the third belt piece 321. This makes the length of the third belt piece 321 (second belt 32) adjustable. The shoulder pad portion 325 is cylindrical and fitted onto the outside of the third belt piece 321.

In this embodiment, the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 are given the same color or pattern. The color or pattern given to the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 is different from the color or pattern of the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 of the first belt 31. Examples of different colors include a case where the same hue has different shades, and a case where the hues are different. In the illustrated example, the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 are given the same color, and the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 are given a color different from the color of the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313.

The third belt 33 is used by the carrier to fasten both sides of the waist to the front of the body when the carrier uses the baby carrier A1 to carry the carrier. The third belt 33 connects the second region 12 and the third region 13. The third belt 33 connects the part of the second region 12 on the other side x2 in the second direction to the part of the third region 13 on the one side x1 in the second direction. In this embodiment, the third belt 33 has a fifth belt piece 331, a fifth connecting portion 332, a sixth belt piece 333, and a sixth connecting portion 334.

The fifth belt piece 331 is a flexible strap member and extends from the second region 12. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the fifth belt piece 331 is housed in the lower end portion 121. In this embodiment, the base end side of the fifth belt piece 331 is continuously connected to the base end side of the fourth belt piece 323 within the lower end portion 121. Unlike this embodiment, the base end side of the fifth belt piece 331 and the base end side of the fourth belt piece 323 may be separated from each other and fixed to the second region 12 by sewing. The fifth connecting portion 332 is attached to the tip side of the fifth belt piece 331.

The sixth belt piece 333 is a flexible webbing member and extends from the third region 13. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the sixth belt piece 333 is housed in the lower end portion 131. In this embodiment, the base end side of the sixth belt piece 333 is continuously connected to the base end side of the second belt piece 313 within the lower end portion 131. Unlike this embodiment, the base end side of the sixth belt piece 333 and the base end side of the second belt piece 313 may be separated from each other and fixed to the third region 13 by sewing. The sixth connecting portion 334 is attached to the tip side of the sixth belt piece 333.

The fifth connecting portion 332 and the sixth connecting portion 334 are, for example, plug-in buckle type connectors, and are detachably connected. As a result, the third belt 33 (the fifth belt piece 331 to which the fifth connecting portion 332 is attached and the sixth belt piece 333 to which the sixth connecting portion 334 is attached) detachably connects the second region 12 and the third region 13. The attachment position of the fifth connecting portion 332 relative to the fifth belt piece 331 can be changed by sliding the fifth connecting portion 332 in the longitudinal direction of the fifth belt piece 331. As a result, the length of the fifth belt piece 331 (third belt 33) is adjustable.

The fourth belt 34 and the fifth belt 35 are used to cover the hips, crotch and abdomen of the person being carried with the second sheet body 2 when using the baby carrier A1. The fourth belt 34 connects a part on one side x1 in the second direction on one side y1 in the first direction of the second sheet body 2 to a part on one side x1 in the second direction on the other side y2 in the first direction of the second sheet body 2. In this embodiment, the fourth belt 34 has a seventh belt piece 341, a seventh connecting portion 342, an eighth belt piece 343 and an eighth connecting portion 344.

The seventh belt piece 341 is a flexible strap member and extends from the second sheet body 2. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the seventh belt piece 341 is fixed to the end of the second sheet body 2 on one side y1 in the first direction by, for example, sewing. The seventh belt piece 341 extends from one side x1 in the second direction of the second sheet body 2. The seventh connecting portion 342 is attached to the tip side of the seventh belt piece 341.

The eighth belt piece 343 is a flexible strap member and extends from the second sheet body 2. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the eighth belt piece 343 is fixed, for example by sewing, to the end of the second sheet body 2 on the other side y2 in the first direction. The eighth belt piece 343 extends from the second sheet body 2 on one side x1 in the second direction. The eighth connecting portion 344 is attached to the tip side of the eighth belt piece 343.

The seventh connecting part 342 and the eighth connecting part 344 are, for example, plug-in buckle type connectors, and are detachably connected. The attachment position of the seventh connecting part 342 relative to the seventh belt piece 341 can be changed by sliding the seventh connecting part 342 in the longitudinal direction of the seventh belt piece 341. This makes the length of the seventh belt piece 341 (fourth belt 34) adjustable.

The fifth belt 35 connects a portion of the second sheet body 2 on one side y1 in the first direction and on the other side x2 in the second direction to a portion of the second sheet body 2 on the other side y2 in the first direction and on the other side x2 in the second direction. In this embodiment, the fifth belt 35 has a ninth belt piece 351, a ninth connecting portion 352, a tenth belt piece 353, and a tenth connecting portion 354.

The ninth belt piece 351 is a flexible strap member, and extends from the second sheet body 2. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the ninth belt piece 351 is fixed, for example by sewing, to the end of the second sheet body 2 on one side y1 in the first direction. The ninth belt piece 351 extends from the second sheet body 2 on the other side x2 in the second direction. The ninth connecting portion 352 is attached to the tip side of the ninth belt piece 351.

The tenth belt piece 353 is a flexible strap member, and extends from the second sheet body 2. In the illustrated example, the base end side of the tenth belt piece 353 is fixed, for example by sewing, to the end of the second sheet body 2 on the other side y2 in the first direction. The tenth belt piece 353 extends from the other side x2 in the second direction of the second sheet body 2. The tenth connecting portion 354 is attached to the tip side of the tenth belt piece 353.

The ninth connecting portion 352 and the tenth connecting portion 354 are, for example, plug-in buckle type connectors, and are detachably connected. The attachment position of the ninth connecting portion 352 relative to the ninth belt piece 351 can be changed by sliding the ninth connecting portion 352 in the longitudinal direction of the ninth belt piece 351. This makes the length of the ninth belt piece 351 (fifth belt 35) adjustable.

The cushion materials 71 to 75 shown in FIG. 2 are each made of an elastically deformable material. In FIG. 2, the areas where the cushion materials 71 to 75 are arranged are hatched. The cushion material 71 is arranged at the upper end 111 (end on the other side y2 in the first direction) of the first region 11 of the first sheet body 1. The cushion material 71 is provided over approximately the entire length of the first region 11 in the second direction x. The cushion material 72 is arranged at the lower end 121 (end on one side y1 in the first direction) of the second region 12. The cushion material 72 is provided over approximately the entire length of the second region 12 in the second direction x. The cushion material 73 is arranged at the lower end 121 (end on one side y1 in the first direction) of the second region 12. The cushion material 73 is provided over approximately the entire length of the third region 13 in the second direction x. The cushion material 74 is arranged in the shoulder rest portion 315. The cushion material 75 is arranged in the shoulder rest portion 325. The material that makes up each of the cushioning materials 71-75 is not particularly limited, but examples include sponge-like materials such as urethane foam with a thickness of approximately 5 mm to 10 mm.

Next, how to use the baby carrier A1 will be explained with reference to Figures 4 to 10.

When using the baby carrier A1 of this embodiment, first, the baby carrier A1 is spread out on a chair or bed as shown in FIG. 4, and the person P1 is seated on the baby carrier A1. Here, the first belt 31, the second belt 32, the third belt 33, the fourth belt 34, and the fifth belt 35 are each in a state where their connecting parts are separated from each other. The person P1 is seated on the second sheet body 2. The thighs of both legs of the person P1 are placed on the second area 12 and the third area 13 of the first sheet body 1.

Next, as can be seen from Figures 5 and 6, the carrier P2 or the like lifts the second sheet body 2 so as to cover the crotch and abdomen of the person being carried P1, and connects the seventh connecting portion 342 and the eighth connecting portion 344 of the fourth belt 34, and the ninth connecting portion 352 and the tenth connecting portion 354 of the fifth belt 35. At this time, the lengths of the fourth belt 34 and the fifth belt 35 are appropriately adjusted so that the person being carried P1 is not uncomfortable.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the carrier P2 moves between the legs of the person being carried P1, passes the first belt 31 (first belt piece 311) around the right side of the person being carried P1 and places it on the right shoulder of the person being carried P2, and passes the second belt 32 (third belt piece 321) around the left side of the person being carried P1 and places it on the left shoulder of the person being carried P2. Then, the first belt 31 (first belt piece 311 and second belt piece 313) and the second belt 32 (third belt piece 321 and fourth belt piece 323) are crossed in front of the body of the carrier P2, and the first connecting part 312 and the second connecting part 314 of the second sheet body 2 and the third connecting part 322 and the fourth connecting part 324 of the second belt 32 are respectively connected.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the third belt 33 (fifth belt piece 331 and sixth belt piece 333) is brought from both sides of the waist of the carrier P2 to the front of the body, and the fifth connecting part 332 and the sixth connecting part 334 are connected. Next, the lengths of the first belt 31, second belt 32 and third belt 33 are appropriately adjusted so that the carrier P1 and the carrier P2 are in close contact with each other.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the carrier P2 slowly stands up while checking that the belts 31 to 33 are fastened. FIG. 10 shows the state in which the carrier P2 is carrying the carrier P1 wearing the piggyback carrier A1. The piggyback carrier A1 of this embodiment is used, for example, to transport people who need care or people who are sick. However, the person P1 who is carried using the piggyback carrier A1 is not particularly limited. There are also various situations in which the piggyback carrier A1 is used. The piggyback carrier A1 is used, for example, to transport people who have difficulty evacuating on their own when evacuation is necessary during a disaster.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained.

The piggyback carrier A1 of this embodiment comprises a first sheet body 1 and a second sheet body 2. The first sheet body 1 includes a first region 11, a second region 12 and a third region 13. The first region 11 covers the back, waist and buttocks of the person P1, and the second region 12 and the third region 13 cover the thighs of both legs of the person P1 from below. The second sheet body 2 is fixed to the first region 11 and covers the buttocks, crotch and abdomen of the person P1. With this configuration, the weight of the person P1 is distributed and received mainly around the buttocks by the first region 11, around the thighs by the second region 12 and the third region 13, and around the buttocks by the second sheet body 2. Therefore, the burden on the body when the person P1 is carried can be reduced.

When the baby carrier A1 is worn, the area around the buttocks of the person P1 is supported by the second sheet body 2, and the area around the buttocks of the person P1 is also supported by the first area 11 (first sheet body 1) arranged to cover the second sheet body 2. This configuration stabilizes the position of the buttocks of the person P1, and makes it possible to suppress lateral shaking of the person P1 during transportation. As a result, the safety of the person P1 can be guaranteed, and the burden on the person P2 can be reduced.

The first belt 31 connects the part on the second side x1 in the second direction on the other side y2 in the first direction in the first region 11 with the part on the other side x2 in the second direction in the third region 13, and has a detachable first connecting part 312 and a detachable second connecting part 314. The second belt 32 connects the part on the second side x2 in the second direction on the other side y2 in the first region 11 with the part on the second side x1 in the second region 12, and has a detachable third connecting part 322 and a detachable fourth connecting part 324. With this configuration, the two first belts 31 and the second belts 32 that the carrier P2 wears on both the left and right shoulders can cross in front of the body of the carrier P2. This makes it easier for the bodies of the person being carried P1 and the carrier P2 to come into close contact with each other, increasing the sense of stability when transporting the bag.

The first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 of the first belt 31 are given the same color or pattern. The third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 of the second belt 32 are given the same color or pattern. The color or pattern of the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 is different from the color or pattern of the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 of the first belt 31. With this configuration, when connecting the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313, and the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 to each other, by matching the same color or pattern, the first belt 31 and the second belt 32 can be quickly connected without confusion. Therefore, the baby carrier A1 is easy to put on.

In this embodiment, the first belt 31, the second belt 32, the third belt 33, the fourth belt 34, and the fifth belt 35 are each adjustable in length. This configuration allows the carrier P1 and the carrier P2 to be appropriately maintained in close contact with each other.

The third belt 33 has a detachable fifth connection 332 and a detachable sixth connection 334. With this configuration, when putting on the baby carrier A1, the third belt 33 can be easily positioned to cross in front of the carrier P2, and the baby carrier A1 can be easily put on. In addition, in this embodiment, the fourth belt 34 attached to the second sheet body 2 has a detachable seventh connection 342 and an eighth connection 344, and the fifth belt 35 has a detachable ninth connection 352 and a tenth connection 354. With this configuration, the baby carrier A1 can be easily positioned to cover the second sheet body 2, and the baby carrier A1 can be easily put on.

In the first sheet body 1, cushion materials 72, 73 are provided at the lower end 121 (end on one side y1 in the first direction) of the second region 12 and the lower end 131 (end on one side y1 in the first direction) of the third region 13. In addition, a cushion material 71 is provided at the upper end 111 (end on the other side y2 in the first direction) of the first region 11. The part of the body of the person P1 that comes into contact with the edge of the first sheet body 1 that receives the person P1 is likely to be compressed. With the configuration in which the cushion materials 71 to 73 are provided as described above, excessive compression of the body of the person P1 when wearing the piggyback equipment A1 can be prevented. In addition, in this embodiment, cushion materials 74, 75 are provided on the shoulder pads 315, 325 that are fitted on the first belt piece 311 and the third belt piece 321. With this configuration, excessive compression of both shoulders of the person P2 can be prevented.

Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the invention. The specific shapes and materials of each part of the baby carrier device according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments.

In the above embodiment, the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313 of the first belt 31 are given the same color or pattern, and the third belt piece 321 and the fourth belt piece 323 of the second belt 32 are given the same color or pattern different from the color or pattern of the first belt piece 311 and the second belt piece 313. The method of distinguishing the first belt 31 and the second belt 32 in the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first connecting portion 312 and the second connecting portion 314 of the first belt 31 may be given the same color or pattern, and the third connecting portion 322 and the fourth connecting portion 324 of the second belt 32 may be given the same color or pattern different from the color or pattern of the first connecting portion 312 and the second connecting portion 314.

In the above embodiment, the first region 11 of the first sheet body 1 is generally rectangular, but the shape of the first region 11 is not limited to this. For example, the upper end 111 (end on the other side y2 in the first direction) of the first region 11 may be curved. Also, the left end (end on one side x1 in the second direction) or the right end (end on the other side x2 in the second direction) of the first region 11 may be curved. The shapes of the second region 12, the third region 13, and the second sheet body 2 are not limited to the shapes described in the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible within a range suitable for use.

a first sheet body and a second sheet body each made of a flexible material;
a first belt, a second belt and a third belt provided on the first sheet body;
a fourth belt and a fifth belt provided on the second sheet body,
the first sheet body includes a first region covering the back, waist and buttocks of the carrier, and a second region and a third region each connected to one side of the first region in a first direction and spaced apart from each other on one and the other sides in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the second region and the third region covering the thighs of both legs of the carrier, respectively;
the second sheet body is fixed to the first region, has a belt shape extending in the first direction, and covers the hips, crotch, and abdomen of the person wearing the backpack;
the first belt has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion that connect a portion of the first region on one side in the second direction on the other side in the first direction to a portion of the third region on the other side in the second direction and are detachable;
the second belt has a third connecting portion and a fourth connecting portion which connect a portion of the first region on the other side in the first direction in the second direction to a portion of the second region on one side in the second direction and are detachable,
