Description
Claims (7)
- 正の電極と負の電極との間に、集電体と、前記集電体の一方面に設けられた正極と、前記集電体の他方面に設けられた負極とを有するバイポーラ電極が複数積層され、互いに対向する前記電極間の各々にシール部材で画成された内部空間が形成され、前記内部空間の各々に電解液が封入され、互いに対向する前記電極間の各々にセパレータが介在する蓄電モジュールを複数備え、前記複数の蓄電モジュールが積層される蓄電装置において、前記蓄電モジュールの各々の前記内部空間を夫々開放可能にする圧力調整弁であって、
前記蓄電モジュールから外部に出た前記電解液によって、前記蓄電モジュール間が短絡することを防止するための短絡防止構造を有しており、
前記短絡防止構造は、上方から前記圧力調整弁に落ちた前記電解液の流れの一部を堰き止めるようになっていることを特徴とする圧力調整弁。 - 前記短絡防止構造は、前記蓄電モジュールから外部に出た前記電解液を下方に落とすようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記電解液の流れの一部は、前記圧力調整弁の端から離れる方向の流れであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 開口部と、前記内部空間の各々を前記開口部に連通させる連通路とを有する、前記蓄電モジュールに取り付けられる筐体と、
各前記連通路を開放可能に閉塞する弁体と、
前記筐体の前記開口部に取り付けられる蓋体とを備え、
前記筐体は、前記蓄電モジュールの積層方向で互いに対向し、前記開口部を形成する部分である上壁部と下壁部とを有しており、
前記下壁部には、該下壁部を貫通する部分である排出口が形成されており、
前記上壁部の上側に面する面である上面には、前記上側に突出して段差を形成する段差部が設けられており、
前記段差部は、上下方向において、前記排出口と対向しない位置に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。 - 前記排出口は、前記下壁部の延び方向における端部の少なくとも一方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記下壁部は、前記上側に面する面である内面を有しており、
前記内面には、前記排出口に向かう液体の流れを形成する流路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の圧力調整弁。 - 前記蓋体は、前記上壁部よりも前記上側に突出するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整弁。
