Conventionally, product placement shelves such as showcases are configured with bracket members and shelf boards. The bracket members are a pair of left and right bracket members that are supported by shelf posts having locking holes formed at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction on the rear side of the storage chamber of the showcase by inserting their own locking pieces into the predetermined locking holes (for example, Patent Document 1).

The above-mentioned product storage shelf has a drawback in that the pair of left and right bracket members are attached to correspond to a predetermined installation interval between the shelf posts, and therefore cannot accommodate changes in the installation interval (left and right direction) of the shelf posts.
An object of the present invention is to provide a product display shelf that can accommodate changes in the installation interval (in the left-right direction) of the shelf supports.

The product display shelf according to the present invention comprises a shelf board, a pair of left and right bracket members, and a width adjustment member that attaches the bracket members so that they can move in the left and right direction, and at least one of the bracket members is supported by a shelf support via the width adjustment member.

The above configuration includes a width adjustment member, so it can accommodate changes in the spacing (left and right) between the shelf posts.

<概要>
<Overview>
A first product display shelf according to one aspect of the embodiment includes a shelf board, a pair of left and right bracket members, and a width adjustment member for attaching the bracket members so as to be movable in the left and right direction, and at least one of the bracket members is supported by a shelf support via the width adjustment member, thereby allowing the shelf board to be installed in response to changes in the installation interval between the left and right shelf supports.
A second product display shelf according to another aspect of the embodiment is the first product display shelf, wherein the bracket members have engagement pieces that can be inserted into the engagement holes of the shelf posts, and the width adjustment members have adjustment holes that have an opening width larger than the engagement holes of the shelf posts and engagement pieces that engage with the engagement holes of the shelf posts, and the engagement pieces of the one bracket member engage with the adjustment holes so as to be movable in the left-right direction. This makes it possible to easily attach the one bracket member to the width adjustment member in accordance with the installation interval.

A third product display shelf according to another aspect of the embodiment is the second product display shelf, in which the width adjustment member has a first plate portion and a second plate portion bent via a bent portion, the adjustment hole is provided in a state of being continuous with the first plate portion and the bent portion, and an engagement piece of the width adjustment member is provided in the second plate portion. This makes it easier to process (bend) the width adjustment member when it is manufactured by press working, for example, and improves manufacturing efficiency. Also, the engagement piece of the bracket member can be brought closer to the second plate portion side of the adjustment hole, and the width dimension of the adjustment hole can be utilized to the maximum.
A fourth product display shelf according to another aspect of the embodiment is a product display shelf according to any one of the first to third embodiments, in which the one bracket member is supported by the shelf support column via the width adjustment member, and the length of the one bracket member in the front-to-rear direction is shorter than the length of the other bracket member in the front-to-rear direction. This allows the rear end and front end of the shelf board to be supported in parallel even if the width dimension of the shelf board is adjusted. In other words, no misalignment occurs between the left and right sides of the front end surface of the shelf board in the front-to-rear direction, and the balance can be adjusted.

A fifth product display shelf according to another aspect of the embodiment is the product display shelf according to the fourth embodiment, wherein the width adjustment member has a bent portion on the second plate portion that is bent in a direction perpendicular to the second plate portion, whereby when the engagement piece of the width adjustment member is inserted into the engagement hole of the shelf support, the bent portion comes into contact with the shelf support, and the shelf can be supported in a stable state by receiving a pressing force from the shelf side to the support side and a lateral swing, etc.
A sixth product display shelf according to another aspect of the embodiment is the product display shelf according to the fourth or fifth aspect, wherein the width adjustment member has a third plate portion bent from an end of the first plate portion opposite to the second plate portion in a direction perpendicular to the second plate portion, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the width adjustment member.
A product display fixture according to one aspect of the embodiment includes a product display shelf and a shelf support to which the product display shelf is attached, the product display shelf being any one of the product display shelves 1 to 6. This allows the shelf boards to be installed in accordance with changes in the installation interval between the left and right shelf supports.

<Embodiment>
1, a product display fixture, a so-called showcase, comprises a plurality of shelf boards 1 arranged vertically, a pair of left and right bracket members 3A, 3B to which the shelf boards 1 are attached, a pair of shelf supports 5 to which the bracket members 3A, 3B can be attached, and a width adjustment member 7 for attaching at least one of the left and right bracket members 3A to the shelf supports 5 so that the position of the bracket member 3A can be adjusted in the left-right direction. Note that the bracket member 3B is not shown in the drawing.
By providing the width adjustment member 7, even if the spacing between the pair of bracket members 3A, 3B attached to the shelf board 1 cannot be changed, it is possible to attach the shelf board 1 to a plurality of types of shelf supports 5 having different spacing between the pair of shelf supports 5.
The product display shelf includes a shelf board 1, a pair of left and right bracket members 3A, 3B, and a width adjustment member 7. Therefore, it can be said that the product display fixture includes a product display shelf and shelf supports 5.
Each component will be described below.

2. Each Member (1) Shelf Board The shelf board 1 has a shelf board portion 10 that extends left and right and front and rear as shown in FIG. 1, and shelf mounting members 12 that mount both left and right ends of the shelf board portion 10 to bracket members 3A, 3B as shown in FIG.
Here, the shelf board 1 is attached to the shelf support 5 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the shelf mounting member 12 has a pair of slidable mounting portions 14, 16, and one mounting portion 14 is fixed to the left-right end of the shelf board portion 10. Specifically, one mounting portion 14 is supported so as to be movable forward relative to the other mounting portion 16. Screws 18 (see FIG. 3) are used for fixing.

2 and 3, bracket members 3A and 3B have bracket main bodies 30 attached to the left and right ends of shelf board 1, and bracket attachment parts 31 for attachment to shelf support posts 5. In this way, shelf board 1 is supported by shelf support posts 5 via bracket members 3A and 3B.
The bracket members 3A and 3B are made of, for example, a plate member (metal plate material). The plate member here has a flat plate shape and extends in the up-down and front-rear directions. In other words, the main surface of the plate member is perpendicular to the left-right direction.
The bracket members 3A, 3B can be attached to the shelf board 1 using, for example, fasteners (screws, rivets, etc.) or, if the bracket members or shelf board are made of metal, welding, etc. Here, as shown in Figure 2, they are attached to the other mounting part 16 using screws 32. The bracket main body 30 has through holes for screws.

The bracket members 3A and 3B can be attached to the shelf support 5 using, for example, a fastener or an engagement structure (engagement portion), and here, the engagement structure is used. This allows the bracket members 3A and 3B (shelf board 1) to be easily attached to and detached from the shelf support 5. Here, the bracket attachment portion 31 is configured with an engagement piece 33 as an engagement portion, which engages with an engagement hole 51 that functions as an engagement portion of the shelf support 5. The engagement piece 33 extends rearward from the rear end of the bracket main body 30 and then extends downward, and an engagement notch 34 is formed at the bottom on the base side. The engagement piece 33 is inserted into the engagement hole 51, and the engagement notch 34 engages (fits) with a lower portion 51a of the engagement hole 51.
As a result, each of the bracket members 3A, 3B is bilaterally symmetrical with respect to an imaginary line that passes through the center in the thickness direction and extends parallel to the main surface (in the vertical direction), and can be attached to both the left and right ends of the shelf board 1.
One or more engaging pieces 33 are provided. Two or more, more specifically, three engaging pieces 33 are provided here. The upper two of the three are provided so as to be able to engage with two adjacent engaging holes 51 (see FIG. 4B) on the top and bottom of the shelf support 5. The lower two of the three engaging pieces 33 engage with two engaging holes 51 sandwiching one or more (two in this case, see FIG. 4B) engaging holes 51 on the top and bottom of the shelf support 5. In other words, there are one or more (two in this case) engaging holes 51 between the engaging hole 51 of the shelf support 5 with which the second engaging piece 33 from the top engages and the engaging hole 51 of the shelf support 5 with which the third engaging piece 33 from the top engages. As a result, the two engaging pieces 33 engage with the engaging holes 51 at intervals on the top and bottom, so that the shelf board 1 can be attached to the shelf support 5 with the bracket members 3A and 3B in a stable state.

One bracket member 3A is configured such that its length in the front-rear direction is shorter than the length in the front-rear direction of the other bracket member 3B by the front-rear dimension of the width adjustment member 7 described below. This makes the distance (length) from the shelf support 5 to the front end of the pair of left and right bracket members 3A, 3B the same on the left and right, improving the design. Furthermore, if one bracket member 3A is not shortened, the one bracket member 3A will protrude further forward than the other bracket member 3B, which may cause a collision with a person or object, but by shortening one bracket member 3A, this can be prevented.
The engaging piece 33 of one of the bracket members 3A engages with a width adjustment member 7 described below, but can also engage with the shelf support 5.

(3) Shelf Support The shelf support 5 has a support section 50 that has, for example, a rectangular, square, "L" or "T" shaped cross section and extends in the vertical direction. Here, the shelf support 5 has a rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction and is hollow (rectangular tubular). The shelf support 5 has a plurality of engagement holes 51 formed at intervals in the vertical direction at least on the front surface of the support section 50. Here, the plurality of engagement holes 51 are provided at equal intervals in the vertical direction. The engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B are inserted into and engaged with the engagement holes 51. The opening width of the engagement holes 51 in the horizontal direction corresponds to the thickness of the bracket members 3A and 3B in the horizontal direction.
The multiple engagement holes 51 are located on a single imaginary line extending in the up-down direction. The shelf support 5 may have multiple engagement holes 51 formed in the up-down direction in multiple rows in the left-right direction. Here, the shelf support 5 has multiple engagement holes 51 in two rows, left and right. This makes it possible for one shelf support 5 to support two shelf boards 1 on the left and right sides. The left-right spacing between the two rows of engagement holes 51 adjacent in the left-right direction is such that the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A, 3B can be inserted (engaged) into the left and right engagement holes 51 without interference, respectively.

(4) Width Adjustment Member The width adjustment member 7 has at least an adjustment hole 74 whose opening width is larger than the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5, and a width adjustment member attachment portion (hereinafter also referred to as the engagement piece 76) that is detachably attached to the shelf support 5.
The engagement piece 33 of one bracket member 3A is inserted into and engages with the adjustment hole 74. The opening width of the adjustment hole 74 in the left-right direction is larger than the opening width of the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5 in the left-right direction. In other words, the opening width of the adjustment hole 74 is larger than the thickness of the engagement piece 33 of one bracket member 3A. Therefore, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A can engage with the adjustment hole 74 over a wide range in the left-right direction.
The engaging piece 33 of the other bracket member 3B directly engages with the engaging hole 51 of the other shelf support 5 without going through the width adjustment member 7. This makes it possible to prevent the shelf board 1 from wobbling in the left-right direction.
The width adjustment member 7 can be attached to the shelf support 5 using, for example, a fastener or an engagement structure, and here, an engagement structure (engagement portion) is used. This makes it easy to attach and detach the width adjustment member 7 to and from the shelf support 5. Here, the width adjustment member 7 has an engagement piece 76 as an engagement portion, which engages with an engagement hole 51 that functions as the engagement portion of the shelf support 5.

The width adjustment member 7 will now be described in detail.
The width adjustment member 7 has a shape that is long in the vertical direction. The vertical length of the width adjustment member 7 is greater than the distance between the upper and lower ends of upper and lower engagement holes 51 that are spaced apart in the vertical direction by one or more in the shelf support 5. This allows the width adjustment member 7 to be attached to the shelf support 5 in a stable state.
The width adjustment member 7 has a first plate portion 70 and a second plate portion 71, and is bent via a bending portion 72. The main surface of the first plate portion 70 is perpendicular to the front-rear direction, and the main surface of the second plate portion 71 is perpendicular to the left-right direction. In other words, the first plate portion 70 and the second plate portion 71 are bent at the bending portion 72 so as to be perpendicular to each other.
The width adjustment member 7 here has a third plate portion 73 bent from an end in the left-right direction of the first plate portion 70 opposite the second plate portion 71 in the thickness direction of the first plate portion 70. The main surface of the third plate portion 73 is perpendicular to the left-right direction. In other words, the first plate portion 70 and the third plate portion 73 are bent so as to be perpendicular to each other.

The adjustment hole 74 is mainly provided in the first plate portion 70. Here, the adjustment hole 74 is provided in a state where it is continuous with the first plate portion 70 and the bent portion 72. This allows the engagement piece 33 of one bracket member 3A and the second plate portion 71 to be close to each other, and the opening width of the adjustment hole 74 can be increased. This makes it possible to prevent the dimension of the width adjustment member 7 in the left-right direction from becoming large.
The adjustment holes 74 are provided in the same number as the number of the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket member 3A or in a number that is one less than the number of the engagement pieces 33. Here, the number of adjustment holes 74 is one less than the number of the engagement pieces 33. More specifically, the bracket member 3A has three engagement pieces 33, and the adjustment holes 74 are provided at positions corresponding to the second and third engagement pieces 33 from the top, and the adjustment notch 75 is provided at a position corresponding to the topmost engagement piece 33. The notch width in the left-right direction of the adjustment notch 75 is configured to be the same as the opening width in the left-right direction of the adjustment hole 74. As a result, like the adjustment hole 74, the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket member 3A can engage with the adjustment notch 75 over a wide range in the left-right direction.
The uppermost engaging piece 33 of the bracket member 3A has an engaging notch 34 which engages (fits) with a lower portion 75a of the adjustment notch 75 of the width adjustment member 7.
The second and third engagement pieces 33 from the top of the bracket member 3A have their engagement notches 34 engaged (fitted) with the lower portion 74a of the adjustment hole 74.

The engagement piece 76 is provided on the second plate portion 71. Specifically, the engagement piece 76 extends rearward from the second plate portion 71 and then extends downward, and has an engagement notch 77 at the lower part on the base side thereof, and when the engagement piece 76 is inserted into the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5, the engagement notch 77 of the engagement piece 76 engages (fits) with the lower part 51 a of the engagement hole 51.
One or more engagement pieces 76 are provided. Here, two or more, more specifically, three engagement pieces 76 are provided. In other words, the same number of engagement pieces 76 as the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A, 3B are provided.
Of the three engagement pieces 76, the upper two are provided so as to be able to engage with two adjacent engagement holes 51 (see FIG. 4B) located above and below the shelf support 5. Of the three, the lower two engagement pieces 76 engage with two engagement holes 51 sandwiching one or more (two in this case, see FIG. 4B) engagement holes 51 above and below the shelf support 5. In other words, there are one or more (two in this case) engagement holes 51 between the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5 with which the second engagement piece 76 from the top engages and the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5 with which the third engagement piece 76 from the top engages. As a result, the two engagement pieces 76 engage with the engagement holes 51 at intervals above and below, so that the width adjustment member 7 can be attached to the shelf support 5 in a stable state.
Here, the engagement pieces 76 of the width adjustment member 7 have the same configuration as the engagement pieces 33 of at least one of the bracket members 3A. In other words, the positional relationship of the three engagement pieces 76 of the width adjustment member 7 is the same as the positional relationship of the three engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B.

The width adjustment member 7 has bent portions 78, 79 that bend from the rear end of the second plate portion 71 in the left-right direction perpendicular to the second plate portion 71. The bent portions 78, 79 come into contact with or close to the front surface of the shelf support 5 when the width adjustment member 7 is attached to the shelf support 5. This makes it possible to prevent the width adjustment member 7 from rattling with respect to the shelf support 5, and also to prevent the width adjustment member 7 from rotating (swinging) in the front-rear direction around the left-right direction as a rotation axis. At least one bent portion 78, 79 is required, and in this case, it bends in both the left-right direction.
Here, the third plate portion 73 is bent forward from the first plate portion 70. The third plate portion 73 has a function of reinforcing the width adjustment member 7.

3. Example of Use A case will be described in which the bracket member 3A is attached to two types of shelf posts 5A and 5B having different intervals between the engagement holes 51 of a pair of shelf posts 5.
(1) Shelf support 5A
This will be explained with reference to FIG.
The shelf support 5A has an engagement hole 51 in the up-down direction. As shown in (a), the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A is shifted in the left-right direction toward the other side (the other bracket member 3B) with respect to the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5A. For this reason, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A cannot be directly inserted into the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5A.
The engagement pieces 76 of the width adjustment member 7 correspond in vertical spacing to the engagement holes 51 of the shelf support 5A, and can be engaged with the engagement holes 51 of the shelf support 5 as shown in FIG.
The adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75 of the width adjustment member 7 are configured so that the opening width in the left-right direction is larger than the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A. Therefore, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A can be engaged with the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75 of the width adjustment member 7.
In this way, even if the bracket member 3A cannot be directly engaged with the shelf support 5A, it can be attached to the shelf support 5A by utilizing the width adjustment member 7 having the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75.
In this example, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A is located on the side of the second plate portion 71 and the engagement piece 76 with respect to the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75 .

(2) Shelf support 5B
This will be explained with reference to FIG.
The shelf support 5B has an engagement hole 51 in the up-down direction. As shown in (a), the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A is shifted in the left-right direction toward the other side (the other bracket member 3B) with respect to the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5B. For this reason, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A cannot be directly inserted into the engagement hole 51 of the shelf support 5B.
The engagement pieces 76 of the width adjustment member 7 correspond in vertical spacing to the engagement holes 51 of the shelf support 5B, and can engage with the engagement holes 51 of the shelf support 5 as shown in FIG.
In this way, even if the bracket member 3A cannot be directly engaged with the shelf support 5B, it can be attached to the shelf support 5B by using the width adjustment member 7 having the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75.
In this example, the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A is located on the third plate portion 73 side with respect to the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75 .

(3) Summary As described above, even if the spacing between a pair of bracket members 3A, 3B is different from the spacing between a pair of shelf supports 5, the shelf board 1 can be attached to multiple types of shelf supports 5 by using the width adjustment member 7 having the adjustment hole 74 and the adjustment notch 75.
In particular, by setting the opening widths of the adjustment holes 74 and the adjustment recesses 75 so that they correspond to the maximum and minimum spacing between each engagement hole 51 of a pair of shelf supports 5 among the shelf supports being used, it is possible to accommodate many types of shelf supports 5, thereby increasing versatility.
The engaging holes 51 of the shelf supports 5 are generally uniform, and the engaging pieces 76 are configured to be able to engage with the engaging holes 51 of many types of shelf supports 5 .

Although the embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and may be modified as follows, for example. In addition, the embodiment and the modified examples may be combined, or the modified examples may be combined.
Furthermore, examples not described in the embodiments and modifications, and design changes within the scope of the present invention are also included in the present invention.

<変形例>
<Modification>
1. Shelf Board The shelf board 1 is attached to the pair of bracket members 3A, 3B so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction, but it may be fixed to the pair of bracket members so as not to be slidable, or may be attached so as to be detachable.

2. Bracket Member (1) Bracket members 3A and 3B have bracket body 30 and engaging piece 33 on the same plane, but for example, engaging piece 33 may be provided so as to extend rearward from bracket body 30 in a stepped manner.
(2) Although the bracket members 3A and 3B have three engaging pieces 33, the number may be other than three. For example, one engaging piece 33 may be provided, and an abutting portion that abuts against the front surface of the shelf support 5 or the front surface of the first plate portion 70 of the width adjustment member 7 may be further provided. In other words, any structure may be used as long as the bracket members 3A and 3B can be attached to the shelf support 5 in a detachable manner.
(3) The engagement piece 33 had a shape that extended rearward and then downward (a downward “L” shape), but it may have other shapes, such as a shape that extends rearward and then upward (an upward “L” shape).
(4) Although the engaging piece 33 extends in the up-down direction, it may extend in the left-right direction, for example. In other words, the engaging piece may extend in a plate shape in the left-right and front-rear directions, and then extend downward or upward.
(5) Although the bracket body 30 is plate-shaped, it may be, for example, a channel material having a "C"-shaped or "U"-shaped cross section formed into an "L" shape. In this case, it can be implemented by providing the bracket attachment portion on the long side and the engagement piece on the short side.

3. Width Adjustment Member (1) The width adjustment member 7 has been described as being for one of the bracket members 3A, but it may also be used for the other bracket member 3B. In this case, the width adjustment member can be implemented by configuring the width adjustment member 7 described in the embodiment so that it is symmetrical on a virtual plane perpendicular to the left-right direction. Furthermore, when both bracket members 3A, 3B are attached to the shelf support 5 using the width adjustment member 7, the front-rear length of the bracket members 3A, 3B may be the same.
(2) Adjustment Notch Although the width adjustment member 7 has the adjustment notch 75 on the upper side, an adjustment hole 74 may be provided instead of the adjustment notch 75. However, providing the adjustment notch 75 allows the vertical dimension to be smaller than providing the adjustment hole 74. The adjustment notch 75 can be used when the engagement notch 34 of the engagement piece 33 of the bracket member 3A engages with the adjustment hole 74 or adjustment notch 75 of the width adjustment member 7 from above.

(3) Engagement Pieces The number and structure of the engagement pieces 76 were the same as the number and structure of the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B, but as long as the width adjustment member 7 can engage with the engagement holes 51 of the shelf support 5, the number and structure may be different from the number and structure of the engagement pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B.
The positional relationship of the multiple (three in this embodiment) engaging pieces 76 is the same as the positional relationship of the multiple (three in this embodiment) engaging pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B, but as long as the width adjustment member 7 can be engaged with the engaging hole 51 of the shelf support 5, it may be different from the positional relationship of the engaging pieces 33 of the bracket members 3A and 3B.
(4) Third Plate Section The third plate section 73 is bent forward, but may be bent backward. Note that even if it is bent backward, a reinforcing effect can be obtained.
In addition, the third plate portion 73 is bent continuously in the vertical direction to the same side (e.g., the front side); however, for example, it may have multiple bent portions in the vertical direction and bend back and forth alternately in the vertical direction, or it may be bent back and forth irregularly.
(5) Bent Portion The bent portions 78, 79 are provided between the second engaging piece 76 from the top and the third engaging piece 76 from the top, but may be provided, for example, below the third engaging piece 76. Furthermore, if there is space to provide a bent portion between the first and second engaging pieces from the top, one or both of the bent portions 78, 79 may be provided in that portion.
The bent portions 78, 79 are configured so that the bent portions make contact with or face the front surface of the shelf support 5 as a surface. However, the bent portions may make contact with or face the front surface of the shelf support 5 as a line. Here, the surface refers to a length in the vertical direction of the bent portions 78, 79 that is longer than one time the thickness of the bent portions, and the line refers to a length that is one time or less the thickness. By making the bent portions linear, it is possible to provide multiple bent portions in the vertical direction when the vertical length of the width adjustment member 7 is the same.

4. Others The bracket members 3A and 3B have three engagement pieces, and the width adjustment member 7 has two adjustment holes 74 and one adjustment notch 75. However, for example, when the bracket members have two engagement pieces, one above and one below, and the width adjustment member has two adjustment holes, one above and one below, as shown in Fig. 6, the engagement notch 234 of the engagement piece 233 may be provided on the top and bottom, and may be symmetrical with respect to a virtual plane that passes through the center of the top and bottom engagement pieces 233 and is perpendicular to the up-down direction, so that the width adjustment member 207 can be used upside down. This allows one width adjustment member 207 to engage with the left and right engagement holes 51 of one shelf support 5, and a pair of left and right bracket members can engage with the engagement holes 51 of a pair of shelf supports 5, so that parts can be standardized.
